  • If in your multi-storey building the ancient, long-obsolete sewage system, which is constantly clogged with any little things, then installing a small station in a plastic case can save the day, because it will turn all the garbage into a homogeneous mass and push it further into the system;

  • When the drains fill the container to a certain level, the filling sensor is triggered and the fecal pump starts to work. Almost all sewage pumps for sewage pumping stations are equipped with grinders;
  • Then the pump pushes the crushed waste into the pipeline. But how high and far the drains can be pushed out depends on the power of the pump.

  • Each unit has specifications having water consumption data on hand, you can easily select the required model;
  • As for lifting the water to the top, 1 meter of vertical flow is equal to 2 meters of horizontal advance. In other words, if the passport says that the unit can lift liquid to a height of 8 m, then this means that horizontally it will be able to transport liquid by 16 m.

But these are all primitive calculations, suitable only for household sewage in small house, if you plan to install a sewage pumping station with the connection of a storm sewer and a drainage system, then you cannot do without the help of professionals.

It is better to pay once to a specialist than to understand after purchase and installation that you made a mistake. Moreover, now the calculation with reference to the place will cost 2 - 3 thousand rubles.

How to install KNS

In parallel, we install an outlet inside the tube to supply power to the fecal pump. A hole is drilled with a perk and the cable is threaded through the corrugation. The cable is mounted to the socket, and the socket is screwed onto the self-tapping screws to the walls of the tube.

The outlet pipe was already in the trench and led out into the central sewer, it remained to connect it to the station. We are digging a foundation pit for the installation of a sewage pumping sanitation.

When the foundation pit is dug to the required depth, in our case it is 225 cm, we do sand pillow and level the bottom of the pit. We lay the guides for lowering the reinforced concrete slabs.

By this time they give us a lift reinforced concrete slab, with the help of which we will anchor our ashgregat. Since the crane was physically unable to enter the courtyard, we manually transported the slab for about 30 meters.

The reinforced concrete slab is in place, you can start lowering the tube into the pit.

Another good thing about the tube is that it is light, since it consists only of plastic, we easily lowered it and put it in place. Further, with the help of a cable, the tube was securely fixed to the reinforced concrete plate. Now you can start the discharge pipe (PND 32) and start burying.

The tube is buried, of course, with sand so that the backfill is dense. Fits electrical cable in the trench.

To insert the supply sewer pipe into the station body, it was necessary to drill a hole for the jigsaw blade myself. A circle was cut and wound up with a rubber seal.
