  • The traditional way - "SprayGan". With it, the acrylic base is reinforced with polyester resin and glass fiber.
  • The method developed by the Italian company SIRTEK. In the manufacture of the frame, a complex two-component composition of high-strength polyurethane foam is used.

The manufacturing process itself includes the formation of the shape of bathtubs from a polymeric multilayer material - ABS sheets. With the help of high-end equipment, it is given the necessary shape of the future product and acrylic is applied, which will be 10% of the sheet thickness. This product is different a high degree strength and impact resistance.

The manufacturer Bas also offers its customers a range with a hydromassage function. The set of such products includes jets that, with the help of a directed movement of water jets, help to achieve complete relaxation and help to get the maximum health benefits.

Pros and cons

Bas products are characterized by a number of advantages.

  • High quality materials. In the manufacture of products, raw materials are used from large European manufacturers that have a positive reputation. The color of the products does not fade with age, the surface remains smooth, and the frame does not sag under heavy weight.
  • Impact resistance. Production technologies make the surface of the baths resistant to mechanical damage, significantly increasing their service life.
  • Antibacterial surface effect. It prevents bacteria from multiplying in a humid environment, making bath operation even more comfortable and safe.
  • Easy installation. The product manual contains full information about installation. You can easily and quickly install a bathtub yourself or use the assembly service of professionals from the company.
  • Convenient operation. The product form provides for all the necessary nuances of its use. Smooth lines and the necessary recesses for a comfortable pastime and quality rest attract the attention of buyers who value comfort.
  • Hydromassage function. Models with this function make the process even more enjoyable, positively affecting the blood circulation in the body and allowing you to reduce the intensity of cellulite and increase stress resistance.

The disadvantages of products from the Bas brand include some characteristics.

  • Insufficient points of support. When installing bathtubs complex shapes you may encounter the problem of a lack of support points for comfortable use of the product. This issue can be resolved by contacting service center company or independently with the help of improvised means.
  • Plastic nozzles. Customers may have problems with leaking nozzles that will have to be replaced.
  • Price. For many buyers, the price category for acrylic products seems overpriced, although the manufacturer claims the availability of its products and the ability to choose a model for any budget.

The manufacturer's products have a significant list of advantages, but no one is immune from unpleasant incidents. In any case, Bas consultants are patient with their clients and are ready to delicately solve any problem that arises.

Criterias of choice

The lineup sanitary products from the Bas brand is quite large. Among it, you can easily find a bath that will meet all the needs of customers. When choosing a suitable product, the first thing the buyer relies on is the size of his bathroom. Especially for this, the range of the manufacturer includes products of different sizes. Dimensions on average vary from 1300x700 to 1800x1500 mm. For very small bathrooms, you can choose corner products that save a lot of space.

Models "Nicole" 170x102 cm and "Fantasy" 150x88 cm have similar characteristics.

Depending on the functionality, ordinary acrylic bathtubs and hydromassage models are distinguished. In fact, each model provided in the catalog can be equipped with a hydromassage function, the difference will be only in price.

Another important parameter is the shape of the product. The assortment of the Bas brand includes such bathtubs of such a form as:

  • oval;
  • rectangular;
  • angular;
  • asymmetric;
  • non-standard.

When choosing, it should be borne in mind that the more complex the product, the more support points it requires, and the more it is prone to deformation.

It is better to stay on more traditional oval or rectangular models. Products are attractive to buyers not only for their appearance and quality. Bas bathtubs are ergonomically designed to fit the human body and its curves. In such models, it will be pleasant and comfortable to take water procedures.

The weight parameter for acrylic bathtubs does not play a special role, since such products weigh much less than cast-iron options and do not cause difficulties with climbing to the floor and during the installation process.

On a stand in a plumbing store or in a photo in an online store, an acrylic bathtub, as a rule, appears assembled. Meanwhile, products manufactured by Aquanet arrive in the regions in a disassembled state, and chain stores often supply them in the form of a kind of “Assemble it yourself” constructor. As a result, the question arises of how an acrylic bathtub is installed. .

Task one. How to assemble an acrylic bath frame

Acrylic bathtubs ordered in the Aquanet online store are delivered to the customer with an assembled frame. It remains to install it, if necessary, fix it against the wall using fasteners. Isolate the junction of the bathtub to the wall using a special self-adhesive plinth or plastic corner, which is mounted on sanitary silicone. If the faucet is already installed, you can immediately use the bathroom. To help those to whom the bath came in a disassembled state, that is, the bowl is separate from the frame, instructions are given. And here you already need to apply your abilities as a home master.

To facilitate the task of assembling the frame, the most win-win way to quickly and efficiently install an acrylic bathtub is to contact the service department. At Aquanet, this also automatically doubles the equipment warranty. By the way, service specialists can also help if the bath has arrived at its destination with an already assembled frame. In this case, the craftsmen will level the product, connect the overflow, install, if necessary, the front panel, and process the joints with sealant. That is, they will prepare a turnkey bath, taking into account all the nuances, since they perfectly know the specifics of each model. Exploitation acrylic bath in this case, it is possible immediately after the departure of the service masters.

If you decide to assemble the frame yourself, then you should keep in mind that for different models acrylic bath frames are individual. Moreover, the frame designs are different not only for asymmetric or angular products with an individual shape, but also for rectangular ones. Therefore, for the installation of each model of acrylic bath, a guide has been developed that will help you understand the intricacies of the assembly. It is included with every product purchased from Aquanet.

However, there is a general procedure, unified for all models. For example, let's take a look at step by step how to assemble the frame of a corner acrylic bathtub .

Step 1. Turn the tub upside down and place it on a flat surface that will not damage or scratch the tub. At the corners of the tub, measure a distance of 40 mm from each side to determine the position of the center of the upright.

Step 2 Screw the racks into the MDF mortgages located in the corners of the bathtub, using two 3.5 * 16 self-tapping screws in each rack.

Step 3 Place the frame on the bottom of the bath so that it does not protrude beyond the dimensions of the bath, and connect it to three uprights bolt and nut M10 through holes with a diameter of 13 mm.

Step 4 Screw the frame with self-tapping screws 3.5x40 to the mortgage on the bottom of the bath in five places.

Step 5 In mortgages from MDF, which are located along the perimeter on the front side, screw the corners to stop the front panel.

Step 6 Insert supports (flags) for fixing the front panel into holes with a diameter of 13 mm on the uprights and fix with M10 lock nuts.

Step 7 In open parts profile pipe insert plastic plugs 25x25.

Step 8 Install the legs into the holes on the frame with a diameter of 13 mm and fix them with nuts. Adjust the legs using a level. The leg height must be 640 mm.

Step 9 Install the front panel between the corners and the edge of the bathtub so that there is a 90 degree angle between the panel and the bathtub. At the same distance from the side of the bath, it is required to drill holes in the panel with a diameter of 8 mm opposite the flags.

Step 10 Screw the panel with self-tapping screws 3.5x40, then screw the decorative part of the plug.

Attention! According to SNiP ( building codes and rules), the height of the acrylic bathtub from the floor to the top of the bathtub should be 60 centimeters. If the bathroom is used by children, the disabled and the elderly, then this figure is less - 50 cm.

Task two. How to install an acrylic bathtub with legs

Budget models of baths, as a rule, are installed on the so-called eco-legs, and not on the frame. They come with a bathroom. You need to install them yourself. Instructions are included with each model. But let's take a look at all the nuances of installing a bath on legs together:

Step 1. On the M12 studs L = 200 mm, screw M12 nuts (locknuts) on both sides at a distance of 3-4 cm. Then, on one side, screw the M12 legs of black plastic and fix them with locknuts.

Step 2 Lay the tub upside down on a clean, flat surface. Measure the protruding part of the bathtub and mark the middle.

Step 3 Place the first load-bearing profile of the frame at the bottom of the bath, stepping back from the edge of the mortgage 50 mm. Connect the middle bearing profile with the middle of the mortgage and screw in four places with self-tapping screws 4.0 * 20, as in rice. one.

Step 4 On the drain side, measure 10 mm and install the second carrier profile

Connect the middle of the profile with the middle of the mortgage and fasten in four places with self-tapping screws 4.0 * 20.

Step 5 Install the legs into the holes with a diameter of 13 mm of the carrier profile. From the side where it will be installed front panel, install the fastening box with M12 washer and M12 nut. On the other hand, install the legs and fix with an M12 nut, as in rice. 2.

Step 6 Adjust the legs for height. The recommended leg height is 160 mm from the frame.

Attention! When installing the bath, the front panel, if already installed, must be removed. It must be attached to the product last.

Task three. How to fix an acrylic bath

Perhaps the easiest of the tasks. With a reliable frame for installing a bath, it is usually not attached to the wall. But for inner peace and especially if you put the bath on eco-legs, it is better to provide secure fastening. To do this, you need to take a number of actions.

Step 1. Measure the height from the floor to the edge of the edge of the bathtub and mark the places where the corners are attached (see fig. rice. 3).

Step 2 With a drill with a diameter of 6 mm, make holes in the marked places and install the dowels where the fastening corners should be screwed.

Attention! The bath should not hang on the corners of the fixture. To prevent this, you can adjust the height of the bath with legs.

Task four. How to install the front panel

If you do not sheathe the bathtub with drywall and do not plan to mount it in a podium, then it is best to close the front with a front panel.

Step 1. For the upper fastening of the front panel (if it is provided), screw the mounting brackets (4 pieces) with 4 * 16 self-tapping screws into the inserts located along the perimeter from the front side of the bath. When installing the mounting bracket, provide a distance to the edge of the bath, which is equal to the thickness of the front panel.

Step 2 Screw the M10 nut onto the front panel fastening flags (M10 stud with a welded perforated plate). Insert into the holes of the corners of the frame and fix so that when installing the panel there is an angle of 90 degrees between the panel and the edge of the bath.

Step 3 Position the front panel between the mounting brackets and the front of the bath rim. Align panel. Drill two 8 mm holes at the level of the flags and at the same distance from the edge of the front panel. Screw the front panel with 4 * 16 self-tapping screws with the threaded part of the plug to the fastening flags and screw on the decorative part of the plug.

Attention! If you ordered a model with hydromassage equipment, then you need to take care to make acrylic bath grounding.

Our old jacuzzi began to smell completely, the hydromassage itself had been muffled for a long time, one nozzle burst, in general, in the trash, so that I could buy this jacuzzi again ...

The question arose which bath to buy. It will be a question of choosing an acrylic bathtub without hydromassage with a size of 140cm-155cm, angular design, symmetrical, as they also call "a part or a quarter of a circle." Hydromassage has disappeared according to previous operating experience, I will not spread for a long time, in general - no hydromassage!

Then began studying the market for acrylic bathtubs. Of course, I didn’t really understand what was the difference between an acrylic bath for 10tr and 50tr, acrylic and acrylic. Therefore, I began to study the very bottom of the market, such brands as Triton (Triton), BAS (BAS), Aquatek, Appollo, 1Marka, maybe some other names or individual models of more expensive brands got here. I came across an Apollo sale bathtub with glass headrests, a faucet for 13tr in total, but our faucet sticks out of the wall and no one is interested in redoing it, in general, it has disappeared.

A separate conversation is online shopping. It seems that people don’t need money… On the first visit, I didn’t manage to buy any bath, even to talk about something in particular. The answer was call back and silence. Summer season, spat left for the country. There occasionally returned to this issue.

After a long study, again what size is the bathtub 140cm or 155cm, is it necessary to sit in the bathtub, so that everything is included (front panel frame, etc.) or separately. In general, we came to the model of the manufacturer BAS XATIVA (Xativa), 143x143cm. And the size is what you need and there is a seat, and a huge bottom area. We have two small children, it’s just for them to splash around there. And the price was 12800r. full set with delivery and lifting to the floor. I finally got through to the BAS company store and lo and behold, everything was in stock and you could place an order. The order was carried out for a week, but was completed in a clearly defined time frame.

Installation bath tubs XATIVA (Xativa). Installers friendly to the online store were called, everything was well torn out of the old one, thrown out, and a new one was installed. BUT! The bath was installed, and a thin layer of sealant was walked along the walls, I thought to put tiles there, but during trial operation, the bath began to sag inward with peeling from the wall. Those. it’s good that I didn’t put the tile, everything would have fallen off. Those. the bathtub does not have sufficient rigidity on its own frame, there was clearly not enough support in the center of the bottom. Here I realized probably the difference between a bathroom for 10tr and 30tr. I called the same installers, after a short altercation, it was decided to fill up the perimeter with sealant and put an additional support from improvised means. In general, now no problems with deformation are visible to the eye, everything is rigid. The extra support helped.

In principle, they are satisfied with the bathroom, as naturally with any new bathroom, with some reservations about the design, which is clearly not finalized. Next time I will study the construction and thickness of the acrylic more carefully!

Step 1. We print out the purchased bath and the factory frame and lay it out on a clean floor, after laying a soft cloth or cardboard. In the set of fasteners, you will find short and long metal profiles, self-tapping screws, legs and pads for them (thrust bearings), dowels, studs, washers, nuts, racks. Depending on the configuration, the number of parts may be different, for example, there are more metal profiles in the reinforced frame, or the bathtub comes immediately with an all-welded frame.

Usually holes are already drilled in the fittings and dowels are inserted. This eliminates the need to mark up and drill holes yourself.

Acrylic bathtubs for the most part are installed not only on the frame, but are also fixed along the junction line to the walls with metal hanging hooks.

If not included drain valve, it must be purchased, taking into account the height of the legs and comparing it with the size of the siphon.

For work, you will definitely need screwdrivers, wrenches and pliers. Also, do not forget about silicone-based sealant, bubble level, tape measure and pencil.

Step 2. We start by assembling the frame and legs. Flipping the bath without removing protective film from the inner surface. We provide easy access to any side of the bowl.

Using long self-tapping screws, we connect the profiles. We rely on the instructions attached to the acrylic bath and the correspondence of the holes in the longitudinal reinforcement with the dowels installed in the transverse slats.

We place the assembled frame exactly in the center of the bottom of the bath.

Step 3. Let's move on to installing the legs. We will install three pieces on the front edge of the bathtub, two under the bottom of the bowl and two more at the edge, which will adjoin the wall.

We begin to fasten the racks with the profile and the side of the bath. We install the rack on the side, screw the first long stud into it, and onto the stud - the nut. The resulting stud with a stand is inserted into the hole of the longitudinal metal profile. We fix the stud with a nut and locknut. From above we fasten a plastic thrust bearing-support.

Similarly, we collect the remaining legs-supports. We adjust the height of the legs depending on the dimensions of the decorative screen. The approximate height from the floor to the edge of the side should be 60 cm.

For the legs located under the bottom of the bathtub, short hairpins are intended. We insert them into the holes of the transverse profiles, fix them with nuts and screw on the plastic supports.

Step 4. We check the assembled frame with a bubble level.

If necessary wrench twist the studs, aligning the position.

We take short self-tapping screws and fasten the racks with the sides of the bath.

Step 5. Turn over the bath. We take the level and once again double-check the horizontalness of the sides. It is not necessary to make slopes for better water flow.

Step 6. Now you can connect the siphon with overflow, based on the manufacturer's instructions. General principle connection of revision siphons (strapping) of the knee type is as follows:

Note! Before the stage of the final installation of the bathtub and the screen, it is possible to insulate the bottom of the bowl with mounting foam, applying it in a thin stream to the sides, the bottom and partially capturing the fasteners in order to further fix them.

Step 7. When the siphon is assembled and the bath is level, it remains to make markings on the walls, drill holes and fix brackets or hooks on the wall that will hold the bath. We put the edge of the bath on these hooks, and insert the free end of the thick corrugation of the siphon into the sewer hole. After docking, we apply a strip to the place where the bathtub adjoins the wall silicone sealant and fix the plinth or protective strip.

Note! To check the quality of the siphon installation and the correct installation of the structure, dial full bath cold water and wait a few hours. If no leaks or distortions are found, you can drain the water, install a decorative screen and use the bathroom. Otherwise, you will have to disassemble and assemble all products in order to eliminate defects.

Step 8. Installing a decorative screen. Clip-on fasteners are included. First, the upper fasteners are screwed, after which the opposite ones are lower. The decorative panel simply "clicks" on them.

Attach the wringer plates to the embedded elements, setting a distance of 2 mm between the edge of the tub and the edge of the wringer plate

You can also make a frame for decorative panel from wooden bars or metal profiles.

Installing a bathtub on bricks

No factory frame? No problem! We can install an acrylic bath on bricks. This option is even more reliable than the method of installing the bath on a factory-made frame.

The support may be solid or columnar.

Installing a bathtub on a solid brick substrate

First step. We temporarily install the bath in the place of its future installation and project a drain hole onto the base. This will give us the opportunity to leave a gap in the substrate for connection.

Second step. We lay out the bricks on the area of \u200b\u200bthe entire supporting part of the container. We select the height so that the sides of the bath rise above the floor by no more than 600 mm. At the same time, we take into account that we will still have a 2-3 cm pillow made of polyurethane foam.

Bricks are laid on a traditional cement mortar.

Third step. We collect around the perimeter brickwork plywood frame. The height of such sheets should exceed the masonry by the thickness of the foam substrate. Don't forget to leave the drain hole unfilled.

Fourth step. We evenly foam the surface of the substrate with polyurethane foam, without going beyond the boundaries of the frame. We immediately apply pre-prepared sheet plywood to the foam. We use moisture resistant sheets 10 mm thick.

Fifth step. We tightly seal the drain of the acrylic bath. At the same stage, we prepare about a liter of water and wooden supports to regulate the installation level of the tank.

Sixth step. Pour the previously prepared water into the container and set the bath on the substrate at the building level.

Seventh step. While the polyurethane foam has not hardened, we adjust the evenness of the installation of the bath with the help of props. As a result, the water in the tank should be evenly distributed around the drain, and the level should show “0”.

Eighth step. Having set the bathtub according to the level, pour water into it by about half the volume. Under the weight of the water, the foam will not be able to lift the container, and the bath itself will take the required slope.

Ninth step. Let the foam dry and remove the bath. If the edges of the container should be recessed into the wall, we first outline the contour of the edge on the surface, and then we make a recess in the wall for the edge of the bath. A perforator will help us with this. If the arrangement of the groove is not provided (this is not recommended if the walls are made of blocks, drywall or other light material), at the level of the lower cut, we simply fix the beam impregnated, or the steel corner. We will additionally strengthen the supporting bar at the end with stops.

Tenth step. We return our container to its place and connect it to the sewer. We blow out the gaps between the container and the bricks with foam. We install a decorative screen and skirting boards.

Example of a brick-mounted bathtub with mosaic finish

First step. We bring the container into the bathroom.

Second step. We carry out the marking of the base at the installation site of the brick supports. Most correct option- the erection of pillars closer to the edges of the curve of the acrylic bath. If the container is long, an additional support can be erected in the middle.

Third step. Having outlined the places for laying the supports, we proceed to the preparation cement mortar. We don’t cook too much - we have to lay out no more than 20 bricks, so extra expenses we don't need anything.

Fourth step. Let's start laying. We lay out the support for the back of the bath to a height of 190 mm, we raise the column for the front edge of the tank to 170 mm. The height of the middle support, if needed, is selected according to the situation, depending on the design of the installed bath. The difference in the height of the pillars will provide conditions for the effective flow of water from the tank.

Important note! Many modern acrylic bathtubs initially have a sloping bottom to allow water to drain. If you have such a bath, set all the supports according to the level, focusing on the top.

Fifth step. We give the masonry about a day to dry and install the bath. We set the container slowly, moving it tightly against the walls. We fill the gaps between the bricks and the bathroom with sealant.

If desired, you can additionally fix the bath to the wall using dowels and a metal profile. Such a mount is used quite rarely, but still occurs.

After making sure that the installation of the bathtub is correct, stable and even, we connect the sewage system, install, mount the decorative screen and lay the plinth on the bathtub.

ATTENTION! It is strictly forbidden to move the bath by pipelines, nozzles, handles and other equipment! Inspect the goods for compliance with the order, the absence of mechanical damage, completeness, the availability of accompanying and warranty documentation.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE BATH

The room in which the bath is installed must meet the following requirements:

Tiled and Finishing work must be completed;

The possibility of easy access to the components and assemblies of the bath for its preventive warranty maintenance and repair should be provided;

The presence of a power line with the required parameters and a socket with a connected ground contact. The power supply of the bathtub connection point must be provided by a double-insulated electric cable with a cross section of at least 2.5 mm2 and is in accordance with the norms and standards of the EU;

Availability of water supply and sewerage. Sewage pipe the bathroom should not rise above the floor at the connection point by more than 10 cm. If this is not possible, then a podium must be provided under the bath;

BATH INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

The installation of the bathtub must be carried out only by qualified specialists, in compliance with the following requirements:

Installation of a bathtub without a frame, as well as with a modified frame, is not allowed. Legs are used to level the bathtub and to adjust the gap between the bathtub panel and the floor. The bath must rest on all points of support in order to exclude uneven distribution of the load and, as a result, the appearance of microcracks in the bath body;

The bathtub must not be walled up in tiles, panels or hard mortars. To prevent moisture from getting under the bathtub or on the hydromassage equipment, the seams between the bathtub and the wall must be sealed with sanitary silicone.

Avoid dirt and construction dust on the surface of the bath. This can cause clogging and failure of the whirlpool equipment or lead to scratches on the surface of the tub, during subsequent unprofessional cleaning.

When performing work on the withdrawal of water supply and sewage pipes, it is necessary to take into account the linear dimensions of the bath. Otherwise, the connection may be difficult, since the pipe outlets may abut against the stiffeners, aggregates and fittings of the bath, and the bath cannot be installed close to the walls. Structural changes in the arrangement of equipment and pipelines of the bath, cutting of mounting clamps, and so on are strictly prohibited.

The electrical wiring of the room must have an individual differential switch 30mA, magnetothermo 2.4-4A or another common connection(CEI-64-8) and installed in the common switchboard of the room. It is strictly forbidden to install the specified knife switch under the bathtub!

ATTENTION! Failure or incomplete fulfillment of the above requirements does not provide for the preservation of the warranty conditions for service or repair for such a bath.

BATH INSTALLATION

Install the bathtub on legs (Fig. 1) The manufacturer allows the legs to be equipped with an M12 bolt, instead of the corresponding threaded studs. Equipment legs BUT(fig. 1) (2 pcs.) - are installed on the front (front) side of the bath, along the edges, on the left and right (for the bath " RIVIERA"- 4 pieces, all in front). Equipment legs B(Fig. 1) - other remaining front and rear legs. The legs are attached to the frame with the upper pair of M12 nuts, which also serve to adjust the height of the bathtub.

Install a drain-overflow device (Fig. 2), a siphon (may not be included in the kit) on the bathtub, and adjust the height of the bathtub. The distance from the floor level to the lowest point of the siphon must be at least 15 mm. Make sure the bathtub is adjusted and rests on all points of support.

Install the panel onto the bathtub by snapping it onto the top fixings (fig. 6 and 7). On some models of symmetrical and asymmetric bathtubs "BAS" it is possible to cut the panels along the length (no more than 2 cm per side). In addition, if you plan to install a side panel on your bathtub, then first install the top fasteners under it that come with the side panel in the kit. Adjust the verticality of the panel. The bottom of the panel should be adjacent to the plane of the corner, installed on the extreme legs. Depth of landing of a corner is regulated by the bottom pair of nuts M12. The corners must be equally adjusted to each other in height, and be symmetrical with respect to the panel.

Using a 3.5 mm drill (the size is indicated for a 4.2x25 mm self-tapping screw), drill in the lower corners and panels through holes(Fig. 4 and 5).

Remove the panel from the bathtub and connect it to the sewerage and water supply systems (see Connecting the bathtub to the water supply and sewerage network), as well as to electrical network 220 V (see Connecting the bath to the electrical network). After that, carefully push the bath firmly against the wall, and once again make sure that it is stable on all points of support, and all connections are made correctly.

6. Install the panel on the bathtub and fix its bottom in drilled holes self-tapping screw with a press washer (Fig. 8).

7. Close the head of the self-tapping screw with a decorative cap (Fig. 9).

ATTENTION! IN ORDER TO AVOID MOISTURE GETTING OUT OF THE BATH, PRODUCE MANDATORY PROCESSING OF THE SEAMS WITH SANITARY SILICONE AROUND THE ENTIRE PERIMETER OF THE BATH!

CONNECTING THE BATH TO THE WATER SUPPLY AND SEWER NETWORK

The connection of the bath to the water supply and sewerage network must be carried out by a qualified plumber.

The bath kit includes a semi-automatic drain device, which, after installing it on the bath, is connected to the sewer network permanently, through a flexible corrugated or rigid pvc pipe(not included). sewer drain with a diameter of 40-50 mm is displayed at the installation site of the bath in the floor or wall, taking into account the linear dimensions of the bath. When the drain pipe is located in the wall optimal height a distance of no more than 2 cm from the floor level to the lower edge of the pipe is considered.

Connecting the bath to the water supply network if it is equipped with a mortise mixer. The pressure in the network should be 3-5 atm. At pressures above 5 atm., pressure reducers should be installed and adjusted to the specified standards.

Places for connection to the water supply system should be placed taking into account the linear dimensions of the bath and its units and equipped with taps that are disconnected from the main line. Connection to the system is carried out through a flexible plumbing connection (water hoses). The length of the hoses must allow the bathtub to be moved away from the walls, and the distance must not be less than 0.5 m. Recommended use of water filters. The absence of filters can lead to clogging of the whirlpool jets and the ingress of metal scale into the ceramic cartridge of the mixer, which will lead to their failure.

ATTENTION! Mortise mixers are completed with a set of flexible eyeliners of a standard sample. If the length of the flexible hose is not enough to connect to the system or connect between the elements of the mixer, then it is purchased separately, taking into account your dimensions for connection. The bathtub manufacturer is not responsible for the nature of the set of in-line faucets, for damage to the elements of the hydromassage system caused by their contamination when using unfiltered water containing rust, sand, chemically active impurities, as well as for breakdowns or incorrect operation of the bath equipment connected to the system. water supply with non-standard pressure in it.

Leave the tub unattended while filling it with water. Overfilling the bathtub with water can lead to failure of the air massage system, without preserving the warranty conditions for the operation of the product.

Rotate the drain-overflow cover around its axis or with a load on the bath plug.

CONNECTING THE BATH TO THE ELECTRIC NETWORK

The electrical equipment of the bath is powered from a single-phase alternating current network, in accordance with the table below.

Function Voltage, V Frequency, Hz Power, kWt*
Hydromassage 220/240 50 0,9-1,5
Air massage 220/240 50 0,7-0,9

*power is indicated depending on the bathtub model

The connection of the bath to the electrical network must be carried out by a qualified specialist with the 3rd and higher tolerance group. How to connect hot tubs to the network:

Yellow-green wire - "ground";

Brown wire - "phase";

Blue wire - "zero";

The bath must only be connected to a separate residual current circuit breaker (RCD) with a rating of 30 mA and located outside the bathroom.

It is allowed to connect the bathtub to a 220 V network. In this case, they are purchased separately and installed independently. Each unit of equipment intended for connection to the network must have an individual connection to the electrical network.

Connect the units together, in one plug, etc.

Use a bathtub with a socket or plug without a good grounding contact.

Ground the bath through heating, plumbing and sewer equipment.

Operating the bath with a damaged power cord, or with a faulty or unconnected ground.

Conduct engineering works with the bathtub plugged in.

Provide adjustment of the direction and strength of hydromassage jets. The direction of the jet can be easily changed by turning the nozzle nozzle within a 30 degree angle. The power of the water jet is regulated by turning the nozzle of the nozzle around its axis. The maximum jet flow is achieved by fully opening the jet nozzle counterclockwise (open nozzle).

B) Button on / off. Functions of a hydromassage with the regulator of supply of air (RPV). Provides on/off hydromassage system by pressing in the center. The RPV controls the amount of air mixed with the water jet during the operation of the hydromassage system, due to the injection process. By turning the knob, you can change the amount of air flowing with the jet of water from the hydromassage jets. The power of the jet increases with the supply of air into it.

AT) Button on / off. Aeromassage functions (chromotherapy illumination). Provides on / off aeromassage system. When switched on, the compressor pumps air under pressure through air nozzles installed at the bottom of the bath. At the same time, small air bubbles break out to the surface, massage and enrich the skin with oxygen. Can be used to turn on/off. Chromotherapy highlights.

G) Crane-balance (turbopool).

Switches the operating modes of the hydromassage system between the general hydromassage function and the back massage function (Shiatsu massage). Adjust the desired distribution of water supply by the indicated functions by turning the “flag” of the switch.

HOW TO USE THE WHITE BATH

ATTENTION! Never turn on the hot tub until the water reaches a level 5-6 cm above the opening of the main whirlpool jets. Avoid high thermal impact (above 65 degrees Celsius) on the surface of the product - this can lead to its damage! It is forbidden to turn on the hydromassage function with closed jet nozzles. Before turning on the hydromassage system, make sure that the jet nozzles are not directed upwards and that the balance tap is not in the back massage (Shiatsu massage) position. During the operation of the hydromassage, it is forbidden to block the grate of the water intake valve, preventing the flow of water into it. After using the bath and draining the water, it is recommended to blow the air massage jets by turning on the air massage function for 1 minute.

Never use the bathroom after taking alcohol or medicine. Hydromassage in medicinal purposes can only be carried out on the advice of a doctor who will select the appropriate duration of sessions and water temperature for you.

Taking a cold bath strengthens your health, a warm or slightly hot bath relieves stress. To relax muscles and relieve pain, take a bath up to 40 degrees Celsius. The first hydromassage session, which should be carried out only in warm water, should last no more than 10 minutes

The effect of water jet massage is directly proportional to the temperature of the water and the duration of the session. After taking a bath for too long, you may feel tired. And, if you feel sleepy while taking a bath, turn off the hydromassage device for a while and cool the water.

Overweight people are contraindicated in hot tubs with water temperatures exceeding 38 degrees Celsius.

BATH CARE

For daily bathing, use a liquid detergent that is harmless to acrylic and plastic surfaces (see the instructions for the cleaning agent), as well as a cloth made of soft tissue. The manufacturing company offers you a specialized cleaning agent "TIM-PROFI" adapted to our products. To maintain the shine of the bath, you can wipe it with a cloth with a polishing agent. To wash the bath, use only soft cloth napkins.

Deposits on the surface in the form of scale are removed with a soft cloth moistened with lemon juice or wine vinegar.

Scratches or burn marks from cigarettes on the surface are removed by easy help fine-grained stripping sandpaper(No. 1000/2000) with water. You can restore the shine of the surface with a liquid polishing agent.

ATTENTION! To remove contaminants from the surface hot tub never use metal brushes or tools, solvents or detergents with abrasive additives. Also avoid contact with ammonia or chlorine on brass and chrome parts.

CLEANING THE BATH HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

This type of cleaning when using hard water (over 15 salt deposits per 1 cubic meter of water). In addition, it is recommended to clean the bath hydraulic system. Twice a year in the following way:

Fill the tub with hot water (40 degrees Celsius).

Pour in liquid detergent at the rate of 2g per 1 liter of water and run the hydromassage system for about 5 minutes.

After that, turn off the hydraulic pump and drain the water from the bath.

Refill the bath cold water and turn on the hydromassage for 2 minutes.

Drain and wash the bath (see "Care of the bath").
