1. General Provisions

1.1. Real job description determines the functional, job duties, rights and responsibilities of the installer of the basic frame-sheathing structures of the 3rd category of the Gypsum Technologies subdivision (hereinafter referred to as the Installer of the basic frame-sheathing structures of the 3rd category) ONNO "National Association of Self-Regulatory Organizations (hereinafter referred to as the Institution).

1.2. A person who satisfies the following requirements to education and training:

Average professional education, additional vocational education (training programs, programs professional retraining by occupations of workers);

Special conditions for admission to work as an installer of basic frame-sheathing structures of the 3rd category:

Passage of mandatory preliminary (when applying for a job) and periodic medical examinations (examinations), as well as extraordinary medical examinations (examinations) in the manner prescribed by law Russian Federation;

1.3. The installer of the basic frame-sheathing structures of the 3rd category must know:

Technology for preparing solutions from dry building mixtures for the installation of gypsum tongue-and-groove plates;

Rules for the transportation and storage of gypsum tongue-and-groove plates, fixtures and tools within working area;

The order of installation of structures from gypsum tongue-and-groove plates;

Rules for cutting gypsum tongue-and-groove boards;

Rules for fastening structures made of gypsum tongue-and-groove plates to walls, floors, ceilings;

Rules for fastening building sheet and board materials on metal and wooden frames;

Rules for sealing joints between KOC building sheet and plate materials;

Rules for the transportation and storage of building sheet and plate materials, heat and soundproof materials, fixtures and tools within the working area;

Purpose and rules for the use of the tools, fixtures and equipment used;

Rules for cutting building sheet and plate materials, heat and sound insulation materials;

Technology for the preparation of putty compositions;

Rules for reading working drawings;

Rules for cutting metal profiles and wooden bars of frames;

Methods and techniques for marking the installation sites of frame-sheathing structures;

Rules for reading working drawings;

Rules for cutting metal profiles and wooden bars for frames;

Purpose and rules for the use of the tools, fixtures and equipment used;

Rules for the transportation and storage of materials, parts, fixtures and tools within the working area;

1.4. The installer of the basic frame-sheathing structures of the 3rd category must be able to:

Strengthen external and internal corners structures made of gypsum tongue-and-groove boards;

Prepare solutions from dry building mixes for the installation of gypsum tongue-and-groove slabs;

Carry out marking and cutting of gypsum tongue-and-groove plates;

Connect structures made of gypsum tongue-and-groove plates with walls, floors, ceilings;

Store and transport gypsum tongue-and-groove slabs;

Arrange openings in structures made of gypsum tongue-and-groove plates;

Use electrified and manual equipment and a tool for the preparation and installation of gypsum tongue-and-groove plates;

Mount structures from gypsum tongue-and-groove boards: single and double partitions, cladding - in accordance with the technical documentation: drawings, sketches, diagrams;

Carry out sealing of joints between KOC building sheet and plate materials;

Prepare putty mixtures for sealing joints between KOC building sheet and board materials;

Use the established technical documentation;

Cut round and straight holes for mounting elements;

Fasten building sheet and plate materials in the design position to the frame, join sheets, arrange internal and outside corners and points of contact with door frames, with floor and ceiling;

Store and transport building sheet and plate products, heat and sound insulation materials;

Install and fix different kinds heat and sound insulating, vapor barrier materials;

Use electrified and manual equipment and tools for the preparation and installation of building sheet and plate heat and sound insulation materials;

Carry out marking and building sheet and plate materials, heat and sound insulating materials;

Check the performance and serviceability of tools;

Prepare elements of a wooden frame of the required length;

Use the established technical documentation;

Mount ceiling frames using standard hangers, taking into account the design position of fixtures, electrical appliances, ventilation;

Mark surfaces;

Glue sealing tape to metal profiles;

Store and transport materials for the installation of KOC frames;

Cutting, bending various types of profiles to size;

To carry out the installation of metal and wooden frames of wall structures, partitions, cladding in accordance with drawings, sketches, diagrams;

Use electrified and manual equipment and tools for the preparation and installation of KOC frames;

Apply instruments and fixtures for marking and spatial orientation of surfaces and structural elements;

Lengthen profiles;

1.5. The installer of the basic frame-sheathing structures of the 3rd category is appointed to the position and dismissed from the position by order of the President of the Institution in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.6. The installer of the basic frame-sheathing structures of the 3rd category reports to the President of the Institution and the head of the Gypsum Technologies division

3.4. Preparation of building sheet and plate and heat and sound insulation materials for installation.

3.5. Fastening building sheet and plate materials to frames.

3.6. Installation of heat and sound insulation materials in KOK.

3.7. Sealing of joints between building sheet and plate materials.

3.8. Checking the performance and serviceability of the tool.

3.9. Surface marking.

3.10. Preparation of elements of metal and wooden frames KOC.

3.11. Framing of door, window and other openings.

3.12. Preparation of the site for work on the installation of COC.

4. Rights

The installer of the basic frame-sheathing structures of the 3rd category has the right to:

4.1. Request and receive the necessary information, as well as materials and documents related to the activities of the installer of the basic frame-sheathing structures of the 3rd category.

4.2. Improve qualifications, undergo retraining (retraining).

4.3. Enter into relationships with departments of third-party institutions and organizations to resolve issues within the competence of the installer of the basic frame-sheathing structures of the 3rd category.

4.4. Participate in the discussion of issues that are part of his functional duties.

4.5. Make suggestions and comments on the improvement of activities in the assigned area of ​​work.

4.6. Contact the relevant authorities local government or to the court to resolve disputes arising in the performance of functional duties.

4.7. Use information materials and legal documents necessary for the performance of their duties.

4.8. Pass certification in the prescribed manner.

5. Responsibility

The installer of the basic frame-sheathing structures of the 3rd category is responsible for:

5.1. Failure to perform (improper performance) of their functional duties.

5.2. Failure to comply with the orders and instructions of the President of the Institution.

5.3. Inaccurate information about the status of the execution of assigned tasks and instructions, violation of the deadlines for their execution.

5.4. Violation of the internal labor regulations, fire safety and safety regulations established in the Establishment.

5.5. Causing material damage within the limits established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.6. Disclosure of information that became known in connection with the performance of official duties.

For the above violations, the installer of the basic frame-sheathing structures of the 3rd category can be brought in accordance with the current legislation, depending on the severity of the misconduct, to disciplinary, material, administrative, civil and criminal liability.

Facing of complex, non-standard junctions of various frame-sheathing structures in accordance with working drawings. Installation additional elements frames for hanging and technological equipment. Production of templates for curvilinear and broken forms of sheathing frame-sheathing structures. Calculation required amount materials for the corresponding frame-sheathing structures. Carrying out step-by-step control of quality and volumes of performed works. Maintaining incoming and outgoing and executive documentation.

Training of an installer of frame and cladding structures in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Labor on Social Protection of the Russian Federation of March 10, 2015 N 150n “On approval of the professional standard “Installer of frame and cladding structures”, “List of professions of workers, positions of employees for which vocational training is carried out”, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science No. 513 of July 2, 2013 “On approval of the List of professional sessions of workers, positions of employees for which vocational training is carried out ”, the requirements of the Unified Tariff and Qualification Directory of Works and Occupations of Workers, All-Russian classifier professions of workers, positions of employees and wage categories.

Modern construction requires tight deadlines and energy-efficient solutions. Therefore, the erected frame buildings and structures today are increasingly competing with similar structures made of brick and wood. The use of frame-sheathing structures has also found itself in interior decoration premises - these are all kinds of ceilings based on drywall using various metal profiles and wooden frames.

The basis of the profession of an installer of frame-cladding structures is the installation of enclosing structures, repair, reconstruction and finishing of internal and external surfaces of buildings and structures using complete dry construction systems.

The profession of an installer of frame-cladding structures requires the following knowledge and skills: to be able to install single-layer, two-layer partitions, single-level and two-level suspended ceilings from plasterboard and gypsum-fiber sheets on metal and wooden frames; installation of internal partitions from cement boards of the type on metal and wooden frames; marking the places of installation in the design position of frame-sheathing structures using a hand tool; installation of beacons; cutting of plasterboard, gypsum-fiber sheet materials, guides and rack profiles of metal and wooden frames; installation in the design position and fastening of guides and rack profiles of metal and wooden frames; installation and fixing of gypsum plasterboard and gypsum-fiber sheets on a metal frame. Laying sound and heat insulating materials; puttying uneven surfaces, gluing plasterboard and gypsum-fiber sheets; prepare mounting, adhesive, waterproofing mixtures and mortars from dry building mixtures on a cement and gypsum basis manually and mechanized; filtering and mixing solutions; transportation of used materials, fixtures, tools, inventory tables, ladders, ladders within the working area; dismantling of simple structures during repair work, etc.

In order to perform work, an installer of frame-cladding structures must undergo professional training, no more than once a year and at least once every 5 years, take short-term refresher courses in the amount of at least 72 hours in order to acquire new knowledge and skills and increase the level, have a medical book with no contraindications to work. It is important that persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to work as an installer of frame-cladding structures.

ANO DPO "Integrated The educational center retraining of personnel” conducts vocational training in the following programs:
