1. Taking a workpiece with a thickness of 16 and a width of at least 127 mm, mill a rounding with a radius of 16 mm along one edge. Saw off a 16 mm strip for quarter bead A and repeat these operations three more times.

Cut out four blanks with a section of 19 × 70 mm for wide fillets (B). From 19mm plywood, cut two strips measuring 76x1220m for the guides you will need in the next step.
Raise the saw blade to a height of 10 mm (maximum groove depth). Stick a strip of masking tape across the saw table liner so that the edge of the tape just touches the blade teeth. Turning the head of the cross (angular) stop at an angle of 57 °, press one of the plywood strips against it and move it to the saw blade of the contact area. Draw a short line along the leading edge of the plywood (photo A). Then draw a second line at a distance of 6 mm from the disk (photo B), align the guide strip along this line and fix both ends. With this indentation, a 6 mm flat section of the profile is created on a wide fillet B (Fig. 1).

On a 19 mm blank, cut a fillet with a radius of 13 mm along one edge, then saw off a strip 35 mm wide for a narrow fillet C. Make three more of these fillets and cut out four outer rails D of the indicated section (Fig. 1).
Sand with #220 sandpaper all surfaces that will remain visible after assembling the composite profiles. Glue together a quarter bead L, a wide fillet B, a narrow fillet C and an outer rail D for each of the four profile blanks (Fig. 1), carefully removing the squeezed out excess glue.
When the glue dries, file the bevels at the ends of the blanks, giving them the final length so that the distance between the heels of the bevels is 5 mm less height or TV width. Glue the frame and fix (photo E).
The walls of the box E are attached to the back side frames A-D with 13 mm indent around the perimeter. The length of the vertical walls should be 26 mm less than the height of the assembled frame (Fig. 2). (Make the horizontal sides 52mm shorter than the width of the frame. Drill holes or make cutouts in the bottom wall so that the sound of the speakers is not muffled. Sand the sides of the box with #220 sandpaper, then glue them to the back of the frame.
