This hotel has no problem. The guest rooms are clean and beautiful, the hotel restaurant serves good food, the territory is well-groomed and clean, the beach with a gentle entrance to the sea, parking for cars is free, there is Internet in the room and throughout the territory, and not slow.

Good hotel. On the day of departure there were problems with water. The administration offered to leave the hotel in the evening, when the water problem was solved, in order to calmly pack up and swim before leaving. It's nice, of course. The hotel has a good spa. Received a course of massage from a girl Geri. She's just a pro. The room was spacious, bright, beautiful view from the window. The soundproofing is good - you can't hear your neighbors. The hotel has a shop with everything you need. And there are many places nearby where you can buy something and eat.

This is a place for a quiet and relaxing holiday. If you want to hang out and walk at night, then you better go towards Sunny Beach. I consider myself a supporter of a peaceful pastime, so I go to Emerald regularly. I really love this place for a wonderful spa complex: saunas, hammam, Chinese banks, swimming pools, ice rooms - there is nothing here! The beach next door used to be private, owned by the hotel, now public, but its cleanliness is still monitored.

Pros: On the coast in Bulgaria, this is one of the best places for a family holiday.Ravda is a quiet village located near Burgas.There are no discos and noisy nightlife.Emerald is a paradise for children and mothers.On the territory of the complex there is a lot of entertainment for young guests, animation, swimming pools, games, children's discos and a club.Everything works daily.There are many cafes and restaurants with Bulgarian and European cuisine nearby.The complex is well guarded.

A complete fiasco with food, the restaurant is dirty and uncomfortable. Having an All Inclusive ticket, I was there several times, ate at restaurants outside the territory. The beach near the hotel is dirty and cramped, but this does not formally apply to the hotel. Well, the spirit of decadence, relaxed management and austerity hovers over the empty floors.

I didn’t like it: the hotel staff is busy dismantling with the owners of the complex and security, the service is at zero. They checked into the room, the hair dryer didn’t work, they didn’t fix it until the end of the vacation. they said that the non-owners, the master, disappeared forever. The toilet bowl broke, 4 days before departure, the master came (after lengthy persuasion!) Removed the part and left. Fortunately, there was a second bathroom in the room. To questions about beach towels, the answer was buy it. In the morning you can take it from the "rescuers" in the pool, if you have time. They take out 10 or 8 pieces. That's it! There were cockroaches in the room, we saw it twice. the complex suffers from mediocre management. About breakfast, it’s a disaster, if you’re late (came at 9.30 for example), then sit down at a dirty table. Coffee in the machine and juices, there are scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese puffs. Cucumbers, tomatoes, yogurt and bread, steam a trio of fruits is not a fact that everything is in stock. There are not enough glasses, it’s good they give rubber... There was a day when there was nothing, even coffee in the machine, they took bread and juice 🙊 Water goes on, there is a short break (30 minutes, the time of the break is not specified). Dirty. On the beach, more than less. In the evenings, children hang out in the yard, adults and up to 2 nights can laugh, run around. Nobody looks, fell asleep with earplugs.

I liked the cleaning lady, we were lucky with her, on the 7th floor, Emerald side. Friendly one for the whole hotel, she had 2 days off and had something to compare with. The room and sea view are compensation for everything else.

They took the all-inclusive. Firstly, when booking, I indicated that I needed a free parking space, as a result there were no places (all the days that we rested), only paid parking. I had to leave the car outside the hotel parked in the bushes. Secondly, we waited a long time at the reception, it took about an hour for us to get into the room, there were also some sort of showdowns with clients at the reception. When they went up to the room, they opened the door with a key, but there was no handle, inside the handles were lying on the floor and it was impossible to close the door because there were no handles. Asked to resolve the issue or give another number. They said they would call a professional to fix it. They came, spun, spun, couldn’t, then they brought a grinder and started cutting .... in the end they did it, but again they lost almost an hour ... and didn’t get to the sea that day ... the garbage was not removed after that, but also it was very dusty in the room, there was a lump of white hair on the towels, cotton buds were lying around and the garbage from the toilet was not taken out before us. They asked to make a dressing - they said that tomorrow. Ok, they took it and wiped the dust themselves. On the second day, they came supposedly with cleaning, but only towels were changed, the rest they said that they did not do. For 4 days, towels were changed only once and that's all ... - this is in the third. We left, but the garbage from the repair of the door remained ... Fourthly - Regarding food, often repeated food, first courses were not always at lunch, and only 1 kind, soup or okroshka ... dirty pasuda, stained and clean with dried food and bad smell. For some reason, on the 3rd day, they decided to remove cups and glasses from the restaurant and provided thin disposable cups in which hot coffee was not easy to drink and harmful, since the plastic heats up, there was little tea. As a result, the complex is pretty, the room is pretty, but the service is terrible, corresponds to 1-2 stars and it’s not clear how they got 5 stars, it happened that they rested in a 3 star hotel, but the service is much cooler. I'm not a picky person, but as far as hygiene is concerned, everything should be clean!

A large complex, a cozy garden and large pools, a good view, a bright room, which was described when booking. The staff knows Russian or at least understands English as well.

Turning to the reception, regarding the services and equipment of the room, I received an answer that all the rooms are like this, there are no dishes anywhere, a safe only for money and everything else, and cleaning services for extra. Money. At the request to change the room, I was refused, as the check-in was in the evening. The next day, my daughter and I spent almost a day trying to get the room that I booked, and only thanks to a Russian girl who accidentally overheard my conversation with the administrator and asked to resolve my issue, after 16.00 I was moved to another room, the footage was much smaller, but at least there was a safe, some dishes, and a clothes dryer on the loggia. Thanks a lot to the girl who helped in our issue! The food also leaves much to be desired, my daughter and I bought an all-inclusive package, ate out of the hotel, sometimes went for breakfast! The hotel does not correspond at all to 5 * in all categories!

Great location. 20 min from Burgas airport. Eight kilometers from Sunny Beach and four from the town of Nessebar (a city with 3 thousand years of history, protected by UNESCO). Near the hotel there is a long street with cafes, restaurants, shops, children's attractions. Beautiful large (8 floors), but very quiet and clean hotel, with a huge territory, in the center of a large pool with a bar. There is a shop, restaurant and bar on site, with indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of greenery, lots of places to sit, there is a playground with a children's pool. There is a beautiful SPA, with a huge number of not expensive services for every taste. Secure parking. We rested in a two-room suite (E203), when ordering it was called "two-bedroom", as it turned out it was 2 rooms, one salon, in which, as it were, there is a bed behind a small wall, and the second room is really a bedroom. This is an apartment with two bathrooms, three air conditioners, a kitchenette (fridge, kettle, two burner flat stove, cups and glasses), a dining table with chairs, a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, two TVs, two wardrobes, etc. Each balcony also has a table with chairs. From each room there is access to the balcony (view of the playground and children's pool, and at the same time complete silence). The beds are wide and comfortable. The hotel is 5 minutes from the sea, but there is no private beach. There is a large free beach for everyone, which has all sorts of attractions.

This area has a good sports base, which may be of interest to tourists. Here you can go surfing, rowing, water skiing. Ravda is better known as a children's and youth resort. In the very center of the town there is a complex with a fitness center, post office, library, doctor. The popularity of the village has gained thanks to the beaches with fine sand, stretching along the sea. In the summer months, this place turns into a resort center, which is visited by guests from Germany, the Czech Republic, Macedonia, and Slovakia.

Ravda continues to be built at the present time. Among the available hotel complexes, the most famous is the Emerald Beach Resort Spa 5 * hotel. Reviews about this resort are not very bad, in the near future Ravda may well become one of the best places in Bulgaria. In the meantime, it attracts crowds of tourists with incredibly low prices for vacations.

Those who do not like to spend time idly on the beach, but prefer to have an active rest, seeing local sights, should definitely go to Nessebar.

Ravda positions itself exclusively as a children's resort. It is for this reason that a special infrastructure was created here. For children, rest at the resort is a real expanse. In 2006, a water park was built especially for young tourists with many attractions and entertainment.

As we have already mentioned, in order to enjoy the beauty of local attractions, you need to go to Nessebar - an ancient museum town. It is still the spiritual and cultural center of Bulgaria. First of all, the unusual architecture of the city is striking. It was built during the period of the National Revival, which was reflected in the style of the houses. In fact, the architecture of the city is the history of the whole country. In Nessebar there is a great variety of monasteries and churches, as well as the ancient Metropolis. The gates, the remains of the fortress walls, part of the residential buildings and the town square have been preserved from the past.

Old Nessebar is just a real miracle. A couple of centuries ago, he completely went under water, on land there was only a small plot of land (300 meters by 850), on which all the city temples remained. "Underwater Nessebar" can be seen from a boat in calm weather.

The modern city is conditionally divided into two parts. Its new part is hotels, comfortable cottages, restaurants, shops and bars. And the old one remained on a very small peninsula, connected to the land by a narrow isthmus. The old town has a unique atmosphere, which is achieved due to the presence of medieval churches, wooden houses, the ancient port and the remains of the fortress walls. It is here that you can walk along the cobbled streets among the buildings of the 19th century, not noticing the time.

An old windmill and a Turkish bath are popular with tourists. In addition, the city has museums: ethnographic and archaeological. In them you can see coins (4-1 century BC), gold jewelry (4-3 century BC), black figurative ceramics of Antiquity and the Middle Ages, Thracian anchors made of stone, traditional costumes and jewelry of the Bulgarians.

But from natural attractions you can see unusual white rocks and natural natural sand dunes, the height of which is 7-8 meters. They create an almost fabulous landscape.

In addition to historical sights, in Nessebar you can visit water parks and Lunapark, not to mention numerous nightclubs, restaurants and taverns. Shoppers will also find something to do here.
