Green tea even prevents deficiency in the body of vitamins such as P, K, PP and B2. Among tea vitamins, vitamin P is especially important, which is necessary for the processes of cellular respiration and strengthening the walls of blood vessels. Therefore, weak tea, especially green tea, which contains more vitamins P and C than other varieties, has a noticeable effect on the elasticity and permeability of blood vessels and can be successfully used for high blood pressure, often observed during pregnancy.

It should be noted that tea has bactericidal properties, is able to adsorb and neutralize toxic substances and harden tooth enamel, which is extremely important during pregnancy. Chewing dry tea helps relieve nausea and vomiting in pregnant women. You can drink tea with milk, but be sure to pour tea into hot milk, and not vice versa.

Homemade tinctures and liqueurs should be excluded from a pregnant woman’s diet, as they contain alcohol, the consumption of which is contraindicated during this period.

What can you drink?
