Sit comfortably in a chair with your back straight. Relax your body from head to toe and imagine roots growing out of your feet and tailbone and extending into the ground. They freely pass through the floor, go into the soil, pass through all layers of the earth's crust and reach the center of the earth. Feel how energy and strength from the Earth flows to you along these roots.

Reiki grounding

Grounding methods:

  1. Eat more vegetables (especially root vegetables), cereals, and legumes. Everything that grows on the earth has an energetic connection with the earth, and, therefore, allows one to be grounded.

Grounding makes it possible to feel alive, as well as to accept and love yourself and your body. The Pleiadian approach to spirituality includes whole-body enlightenment at the cellular level and ascension. In other words, the goal is not to leave the body and go beyond physical world, but in overcoming your belief in the limitations of the physical plane and your fear associated with these ideas. 1. Sit in a comfortable chair with your back relatively straight. Legs should rest on the floor. Don't cross your legs or arms. Close your eyes.

3. Now take a couple of deep breaths. Notice which part of the body expands during inhalation and which does not.

5. Feel your feet on the floor. Use breathing to make your feet more sensitive and receptive.

6. ONLY FOR MEN. Transfer your consciousness to the first chakra, located at the base of your tailbone. Imagine a tube or coiled cord of light about 10-15 cm in diameter attached to your first chakra (see illustration 1a).

ONLY FOR WOMEN.Transfer your awareness to the second chakra, located approximately halfway between the navel and the base of the spine. Visualize a tube or coiled cord, about 4-6 inches in diameter, attached to your second chakra. (see illustration)

FOR MEN AND WOMEN. Visually extend this grounding cord and imagine that it goes deep into the Earth, while your consciousness remains centered in the center of your head. You should see how this cord passes through all the layers of the Earth and reaches the center of the planet, where the magnetic core or center of gravity is located. You may feel or see that the grounding cord is simply anchored at this point and is no longer able to move on.

7. Now breathe calmly for about half a minute or a minute and feel the changes that have occurred in your body and mind. Sometimes, some of my students experienced body aches or anxiety when they ground themselves for the first time. Some even felt that the emotions buried in oblivion and deeply buried in the soul were rising to the surface. If you are not uncomfortable, then you may feel that you have a feeling of greater reality and presence "here" and "now". As you focus on the grounding cord for some time, you may feel relaxed and a little heavy in your body.

8. After you get used to the grounding cord, mentally visualize how its color changes. Imagine a full range of colors and use a variety of shades and textures for each color. Have fun with this game. Stay with each color long enough to feel its effect on you. Explore as many colors as you can imagine, in addition to those listed below

Start with blue. Change the color of the grounding cord from pale light blue to bright blue, dark blue, and finally to cobalt blue.

Add a little green to the blue and imagine the cord is dark turquoise, and then the color of light aqua.

Experiment with in green: soft light green, emerald green, forest green, yellowish green, grass and olives, or light yellow green.

Then move on to yellow: soft light yellow, bright sunny yellow, gold and mustard.

Now tinker with shades of orange: pale yellow-orange, peach, bright orange (orange), orange-pink, orange-red, and then red-orange.

Some colors help you feel better in the body, while others are extremely unpleasant and do not contribute to grounding in any way. Find the colors that you like and either write them down, at the same time outlining the sensations that they cause in you, or, if you have a good memory, mark them in your mind and try to remember.
9. When you have finished reviewing the colors, identify the color you want to pick now. Remove the original grounding cord by pulling it out and lowering it into the ground. Now create yourself a new grounding cord of the chosen color and pull it towards the center of the earth.

10. Open your eyes.
And if you wake up feeling tired and irritated sometime in the future, use this grounding cord to help you feel better and more invigorated. If you are lacking in confidence in life, you can use the color of the grounding cord that will give you more positive qualities.

Grounding will not solve all your problems and will not help get rid of every unpleasant emotional statebut will help you get through it more quickly and easily. Knowing the optimal color for any given situation will help you stay grounded and able to control yourself in situations where you usually have a tendency to create a scandal.
For about a week, start each morning by removing the old grounding cord and creating a new one. Its color can be the same as the previous one, or different, depending on your current needs.

Every time during the day when you think about it, repeat this process... Even if at first it will be fifty times a day and even if it happens when you are walking down the street or doing your job, create yourself a new grounding cord. The more mental energy you put into creating something, the more real and lasting your creation becomes. Over time, you will become so adept at grounding yourself that you can quickly do it with open eyes while working, walking or driving. It doesn't take you long to do this, even if you do it fifty times a day at first.

After about a week, you will be able to ground yourself in the morning and maintain this state for longer. Perhaps once a day is enough for you. By this time, you will know the difference between grounded and ungrounded well enough to feel when you need to replace your old grounding cord with a new one.
After you complete the grounding meditation as described above (steps 1-9), it is not necessary to repeat the viewing of the complete sequence of colors, unless, of course, you have a special reason to do so. This is done the first time for the sole purpose of identifying the best grounding colors for you.

Being grounded means anchoring your starlight, your soul's light, deep into matter. The closest part of the material world to you is your body. The cells and molecules of your body are open to receiving your light, your soul. You are the sun of your own body. Your consciousness makes your body alive and gives it healing and vitality, vitality. Anchoring your Soul into your body gives you the power to fulfill your deepest desires. Realize your creative power. The more you are anchored in your body, the more you are truly embodied on Earth and create the changes you want in your life.
When you are grounded, you feel silence and clarity. You are open to the influences of your soul and, at the same time, you are connected with everything that happens around you in everyday life... Being grounded means building this bridge between space and Earth, feeling this connection.
Many of you carry the light of your Soul in the upper part of your body, in the region of your heart and head. It's hard for you to let him really go down in lower part, in the stomach and legs. One of the reasons for this difficulty is the fear of one's greatness. You are afraid to be the shining angel and star that you are and bring change to this world. This is a very old fear and its roots go far beyond this life. You have incarnated on Earth many times in the past and have often felt unwanted. You are all in the process of healing this old pain.

I offer you two ways to ground yourself and feel truly welcome on Earth with your Greatness, creative power and Divinity.

Grounding through joy.

The first way is through enjoyment. You don't usually really enjoy yourself. Are you enjoying what? Everything that you can experience on Earth. Your body can provide many opportunities for enjoyment, but many of them are considered sinful or "low" in your culture. Enjoy the movement of your body, the sun on your skin, food and drink, the warm touch of another. To be able to do this is to be able to truly receive. Why is it so difficult for you?
Many of you feel that something is wrong with you, that you are somehow wrong about the way you are. You feel like you have to achieve something and work hard to gain recognition and appreciation. From the point of view of nature, this is a stupid idea. Have you ever seen a wild animal working hard to gain recognition? Of course not. Animals simply exist and their rights are simply guaranteed and do not need to be achieved. Animals are able to enjoy food, sun, bathing, seasons and natural rhythms without storing them for future use.
I challenge you to receive and experience yourself as divine beings who are allowed to receive just as they are. Have fun with the simple things that the body offers you. It seems that receiving is easy, but it is not. It requires deep self-love, deep awareness and acceptance of who you are. Dare to reach that level of self-love. Take one moment each day to ask yourself, what can I do for myself now, what can truly give myself pleasure and satisfaction? How do you really feel? And then, do it. Do it for yourself, because you respect yourself and because you are here on Earth to have fun.
When you for real enjoy it, without guilt or shame, you are truly grounded. You are fully present in the moment now and all is well. No thoughts about the past and the future. To enjoy is to be in the now, fully grounded.

Grounding through creativity.

There is another way of a stronger connection with the Earth, a more solid grounding. This is the path of creativity. This is what you are for. Each person is endowed with a natural desire to express himself, to prove himself in the world. It has nothing to do with achieving fame or success in society. Rather, it has to do with finding a way to express yourself that gives you real satisfaction. It can be parenting that gives you deep satisfaction, or running a company that inspires you. Perhaps caring for the animals in response to your heart or your natural artistic expression. Every soul longs to express itself in one way or another. You are satisfied the moment you respond to this desire. The moment you allow your natural creative power to unfold, you feel, "yes, it is me, this is how I want my energy to flow."

At this moment, your soul connects with the heart of the Earth, with the heart of reality. It is very important to define what you yearn for in your life and create space for the creative flow within you. Here your Divine essence touches the Earth and finds material form.
Now I want to convince you that you need to stand up for yourself a little more in this regard. Many of you suppress the impulses to do what your heart desires. So often you think about "how you will behave", what awaits you, about your duties and responsibilities. Thus, you will not find the key to unleash your creative power. Your creative energy is reaching out to you from your belly, your intestines. She doesn't care about all the limiting rules and obligations you have learned. You need to break out of them. Feel the fountain of fire and passion pouring out of your belly and let it flow freely. Sparks of light will find their way from your belly to your heart and from the inside out, and you will express yourself on Earth in your own unique way. You will see that your creative power will touch other people, delighting and inspiring them. Following your passion and desire has a much more positive impact on the world than masterly doing what you are told and forcing yourself to follow limiting rules and structures.
It's time for a change. It's time for courage and risk, listening to and acting on your heart in all areas of your life. By truly relying on the guidance of your heart, you sink your roots deep into the earth and begin to feel that life is truly worth it.

Full circle.

The first way to ground was in joy and receiving. This flow is inward. The second way is to flow outward. It is creation and giving. When you create from your heart, you give yourself to the world. Receiving and giving, pleasure and creativity together constitute a complete cycle. This is a healing cycle.
The more you dare to consider yourself worthy to receive and enjoy, the more you become connected to your natural inspiration, to the energy that you are meant to share with this world. And the more this flow of inspiration will become and find its creative form in the world, the more you will experience love and joy along the way. The streams of giving and receiving, of creation and pleasure, mutually reinforce each other.
This healing circle of receiving and giving is good for me, the Earth. In this continuous dynamic cycle, I work with you.
