So, if there is no contract concluded between you and the company, you have no obligations to pay for services and debts. But the intercom company has no obligations to you either. But we are not serfs at intercom organizations, therefore we have the right to terminate the concluded contract and refuse maintenance by simply sending a registered letter (with notification) to the legal address. Then the fun begins: if the maintenance is refused or the contract is terminated, the intercom operators begin to act hooligans and turn off the apartment tubes. We remind you. Finally, let's quickly calculate: one entrance for 100 apartments for 50 rubles. for a month you get 5,000 rubles, for a year - 60,000 rubles, and for 10 years - 600,000 rubles. - half a million rubles for "intercom service" in one entrance.
