Similar games to minecraft. Games similar to Minecraft

Hello everyone, today, as promised, I made a selection - games similar to minecraft. Having gained immense popularity around the world, Minecraft has spawned a very large number of different imitator games in all genres, ranging from cool shooters to pokemon farming. So, the first part of the TOP games made in the style of MineCraft is on the air. Go.

Zombie theme is so popular among gamers that game development companies on mobile devices decided by everyone's favorite living corpses in the world of Minecraft. What came of this we can see in the game Pixel Zombie Hunt: Survivor Mode. In this sandbox game, you have to start the process of survival in a big zombie world. In addition to the fact that you have to explore the map, fight off zombies, you still need to not die of hunger and thirst.

The game has the ability to fight shoulder to shoulder with friends. Of course, the element of crafting in the game has not gone anywhere, you can create bunkers, castles and other structures to try to somehow survive in the world of evil minecraft zombies.

Pixel Gun 3D

For this game, I even recorded a small let's play on my channel. As you might guess, the game is called Pixel Gun 3D. The game has several game modes, starting from the company where you have to clear the proposed location from terrible minecraft creatures episode by episode. The next mode is called survival, in this mode you will have to hold back a huge influx of monsters, striving to devour you.

The multiplayer mode stands apart, in which you can compete with other players in the ability to destroy each other. The game has a rather large number of different weapons, ranging from knives and ending with a flamethrower.

An honorable third place in our selection of games is occupied by another good shooter in Minecraft in the style of Block Gun 3D: Ghost Ops. This time, no hundreds of thousands of zombies and other attributes. This is quite a serious, stylish game where you, like main character you are an agent of an elite ghost team. Guidance imposed on you difficult task, counter global terrorism by completing twisted, challenging missions.

Like all such games, Block Gun 3D: Ghost Ops has the ability to play in multiplayer mode. It is possible to update both the skins of the character and his weapons. A very decent game in the presented genre.

The second place in the TOP is occupied by a game in which you will act not only as an exterminator of opponents of all stripes and colors, but also as a designer of combat vehicles. The Blocky Cars Online game will offer you battles with other players in cars that you have personally assembled. You can hang various guns on the car, change them appearance, in general, make them as armor-piercing and deadly as possible.

Battles take place online with other players, who, according to the developers, are more than hundreds of thousands of people around the world. V this moment twelve different cards are available to players. In the future, developers plan to significantly increase their number.

And finally, the first place is occupied by games called Block City Wars. Frankly speaking, when I first saw this game, I thought that it was something very similar to GTA, but everything turned out to be much more prosaic. Block City Wars is nothing more than an unusual multiplayer shooter on a huge city-style map. In addition to the fact that you can just run around the city and destroy enemies, you can use cars, tanks, helicopters, jetpacks and more as transportation.

In general, the game provides an opportunity to arrange a real batch with the participation of both ordinary heroes and combat vehicles. The game also has a mission mode. If you want me to record a separate lesplay for this game, then put like.

That's all for today, don't forget to subscribe to the channel, bye.

1 - Terraria

Available on Steam is one of the best games like minecraft

is a game that is similar to Minecraft, but has several additional features. At its inception, Terraria was heavily inspired by Minecraft, but the game took a new and exciting direction without completely copying Minecraft.

The main difference between Minecraft and Terraria is that one game focuses on the adventure aspect of the game, as opposed to Minecraft where building is prioritized. Terraria offers NPCs that allow you to buy and sell many of the goods and resources available in the world. The game has many interesting and unique monsters that you will meet as you explore the depths of the Earth.

Terraria is great for those who love adventures in the depths of the world with friends.

2 - Minetest C55

Basically it is Minecraft, which has a free model and works on older computers.

Minetest C55 is the perfect free a game similar to minecraft, and if this game didn't have a different name, I could swear that it really is.

Minetest C55 was released around 2010 and is gradually being developed with all the features of Minecraft

Minetest C55 aims to be simple, stable and portable, this philosophy has allowed it to run smoothly on many older computer systems that can't handle the original game. Needless to say more about the Minetest C55, the quality, gaming experience and gameplay are exactly the same as the original Minecraft, but with added benefits.

3 - Infiniminer

often credited as Notch's inspiration for Minecraft creations. Infiniminer allows you to return to the very roots of the Minecraft franchise and the experience of this great original.

The game was developed by Zachtronics and is considered one of the first virtual worlds, which allowed you to create and destroy various objects by collecting resources in a 3D world. It is still available for download today and offers a very unique game experience.

The goal of the Infiniminer is to collect precious metals for your team, which are scattered throughout the world. You can build traps, gadgets, or directly kill your enemies to prevent them from getting these metals, or focus solely on collecting them for your team while avoiding the enemy team.

Infiniminer's development unfortunately stopped quickly after its release, but it's still worth playing.

4 - Manic Digger

Manic Digger is simple, free minecraft version and is great alternative if you enjoy creating epic monuments and works. Being free, it doesn't offer much of Minecraft's features, but is slowly catching up with its constant additions.

Manic Digger 2011 include compasses, fences, ladders, monsters, dynamites, doors, health blocks, inventory management. Manic Digger has big plans for 2012 which you can find on the news page of the official website.

Many Minecraft players dislike Manic Digger due to its very noticeable resemblance to Minecraft, but you can't argue with the fact that it provides a similar game experience (and for free). The only downside is its less polished graphics and not as good level development, as in Minecraft (not otherwise).

5 - Ace of Spades

Free, action and runs on any computer (these are 3 components of success)

Ace of Spades is probably the most fun a game similar to minecraft. This completely free game which is best described as a mix of Minecraft, Team Fortress 2 and Call of Duty, is rated very well.

Ace of Spades is essentially a shooter, but it also gives players the added ability to create their own environment. Build yourself a bunker to hide or create a tunnel directly to the enemy. This game offers two popular game types; Team Deathmatch and Capture Exploration.

Players armed with a shovel (a melee weapon that can dig quickly through terrain), multiple grenades (kill the player and destroy terrain), 50 blocks, and a weapon of choice (rifle, small machine gun, or shotgun). All weapons in Ace of Spades have realistic sounds and even recoil.

Ace of Spades has very simple graphics, which allows you to work on any computer.

6-Blockland

Lego Style Minecraft

Blockland is often seen as the LEGO version of Minecraft. The world is built entirely by players using blocks, making art style pleasant and friendly.

The game itself offers many adventures and fun mini-games to keep the player interested, and there is the ability to mine materials. Blockland encourages players to create objects in a big way for aesthetic pleasure, or to destroy your creations (much more fun

Roblox may not be suitable for everyone who is looking for a game like Minecraft, but it does have some features worthy of being included on this list.

Roblox Offers full customization character, although this fantastic game is fully playable in your internet browser.

8- Cubelands

browser game

Cubelands is another game in the series games like minecraft“, and can even be considered a direct competitor. Cubelands focuses more on the building aspect, without having to mine an infinite amount of resources. For those of you who have a creative mind, the game will suit the most.

Cubelands is free to play in the browser (great!). It's available for both PC and Mac, and was most recently acquired by Upjers, which means more server options and more regular updates.

Cubelands' multiplayer is also much easier to use, making it great to play with a bunch of friends. Create your own world, get community support, and then share your creations with others.

9 - King Arthur's Gold

Similar to Terraria and Minecraft, but with cool, unique abilities.

King Arthur's Gold has a Minecraft-like playstyle that allows players to build castles, mine for minerals, and fight enemies. This is a 2D game where the players' action focuses on creating weapons (or defenses) to help them destroy their enemy.

King Arthur's Gold has three playable classes: The Knight, which is a brute force warrior with a sword and shield. Beam that uses the ability to fight with long distance and is capable of making deadly ambushes. The last one is the Builder, who is able to build defenses and traps to protect your teams and castles. So no matter what your playstyle is, there's bound to be a class for you.

10 - Epic Inventor

Epic Inventor was inspired by and very similar to Terraria, so if you don't want to pay 10 bucks, then this game is for you. I cannot but agree with the creators of the game, and admit that there is a lot of content in the game, given a short time the existence of the project itself.

The start of the game includes the standard gathering of resources, and you will learn the main points of the game, after which, the game quickly shifts its focus to creating your own city, complete with sawmills and other production buildings, reducing the need for resources (eventually). The player must defend his wonderful city from enemies using various traps, towers and defensive structures.

The game is constantly updated and bugs are fixed, and given that the game is without donation, there is not enough money for development, so if you enjoy the game, don't forget to donate a few dollars to save this wonderful game!

11 - Clonk series

Strange name, amazing game.

Clonk is an Epic Inventor-like game with a mixture of Terraria and Age of Empires. The game requires you to advance civilization, mining ore, wood and other resources. Similar to Epic Inventor, these resources are used to create buildings that serve multiple purposes.

The Clonk series has a very interesting combination action, strategy, tactics and skill. It has many user features (you can play on 1 computer, via local network or internet), which makes it great to play with friends.

12 - Cortex Command

Cortex Command is probably the stretch for most people who are looking for games like Minecraft and I thought the same until I played this big game.

The game is quite simple in design, with the main goal of destroying enemy bases in different worlds. It's not easy to destroy someone's property, because everything revolves around the extraction of resources, the development of your base and the ability to create elements and objects in the game.

The game also has good physics and an exciting style of play. If you are a fan of the Worms series, then this game similar to minecraft, just for you.

13-Mythruna

Even in the Alpha test, it showed itself perfectly

Mythruna has not yet been released, but you can play the alpha version of the test. So you can imagine what an impressive game it must be if it's already on this list. games similar to Minecraft.

Little is known about the direction Mythruna will eventually take, but its goal is to combine RPG elements with endless worlds - random sandboxes (worlds live and change).

Release is just around the corner, get ready!

14 - Total Miner

Minecraft is an Xbox game available from Xbox Live Indie. Miner published and released in late 2011 for Xbox Live (indie game section).

Total Miner is very similar to Minecraft, offering players many different game modes.

Just like in Minecraft, in Miner you can combine resources to create various tools, Total Miner also offers shops where players can buy weapons and other items. The best feature of Total Miner is its multiplayer feature which allows 24 friends to play together at the same time.

Total Miner doesn't offer anything new compared to Minecraft, but it's a great Xbox game.

15 - Fortress Craft

Again a Minecraft-like game for Xbox (available on Xbox Live Indie). It is similar to many other Minecraft games in that the main focus is on building and exploring rather than resource gathering and tedious activities.

If you're an Xbox player who feels like he's missing Minecraft, this is the game for you.

16 - Eden: World Builder (for iOS devices, $1)

Maincraft-like game for your Apple products

The only problem with the game is the control scheme, which needs some practice to get used to, but it's still the best sandbox game available for any IOS device. Eden currently has a 4.5/5 rating on iTunes.

17 - Survivalcraft (Windows Phone, $3)

Another Minecraft clone for phone

Survivalcraft is the answer to Minecraft for Windows Phones at a moderate price of $2.99. Survivalcraft currently has 4.5/5 stars from its users in Windows store phone.

At the beginning of Survivalcraft, your ship crashes on the shore and you enter a randomly generated world. Survivalcraft provides all the features you would expect from a Minecraft clone, including standard mining, crafting, and building.

Like most Minecraft-like games, it suffers from a common problem - an inconvenient control scheme. This is something you will get used to over time, and if you spend a lot of time playing games on your phone, you probably won't even notice this issue.

18 - Worldcrafter (Andriod, $1.50)

In general - Terraria for Android.

Worldcrafter is more like Terraria than Minecraft, but I felt that Android owners needed this game on this list. Worldcrafter is nothing special when it comes to Minecraft (or Terraria) clones, but this game is new on the market and has constant updates.

Worldcrafter allows players to complete common tasks, explore a randomly generated world, design buildings, build traps, grow crops.

A huge number of Internet users know firsthand about the famous Minecraft game. V Lately a lot of games have appeared that are called "Minecraft clones", they can actually be clones, or just similar games to Minecraft, and sometimes the progenitors of our favorite game. They are just as interesting and exciting as their "progenitor", so it is not surprising that they enjoy the attention of avid minecrafters. Why these games are so good can be found from their description below. You can play minecraft games directly on our website, or read short description computer games.

The full version of the game Terraria v1.0.1 from the developer RE-LOGIC will allow the player to experience the most unusual and exciting adventures. Here you can create the most powerful weapons, dig the earth in search of treasures and fight annoying enemies. Also, the player has the opportunity to build a small house or a whole castle, where people are settled. In a word, to build an indestructible own world.

This action game, reminiscent of Minecraft, gives you the opportunity to do what not everyone is allowed to do easily in real life. Together with friends in a procedurally generated world, anyone can unleash their imagination in the free destruction of the enemy force, in the construction of housing and much more.

Game site - terraria.org

It also looks like Minecraft thanks to its Lego pieces. This game is the brainchild of Torque Game Engine and was created in 2007. It will really appeal to those players who do not like to be tied to certain tasks, but want to do whatever they want.

The player controls a small minifigure that builds with bricks. The peculiarity of the game is that the construction can be carried out both all alone and in a "noisy" company of others playing online or within a computer network. Advanced players, by purchasing the game, can create up to 99 servers, thereby increasing the number of players.

In addition to bricks, the player has the opportunity to use weapons to destroy ill-wishers and vehicles, the models of which can be created independently. But most of all, fans of this clone of the Minecraft game like the fact that they can create game modes on their own, without the intervention of the manufacturer.

3. Habitus game

Another fresh Minecraft clone is Habitus. Here the developer tried to collect everything best qualities original game. Therefore, the player is waiting for all the same game modes, such as classic, craft, survival and molding. True, new ones were added to the old blocks: convenient communication, a trampoline block and others.

Despite the fact that the game looks ordinary and there is nothing innovative in it, it can captivate any minecrafter for hours. And besides, the blocks in certain modes of this game are not given to the player just like that, because the creator conceived their extraction by destroying the terrain. That is, you need to play according to the principle of "destroy and create."

4. Evolla game

Evolla is a 3D browser game created from a first-person perspective. Features a fully dynamic world. In it, the player's "flight of fantasy" can be unpredictable, as it is allowed to destroy everything and everyone, dig entire mines underground, build castles and houses, and even entire villages and cities.

However, the charms of the game do not end there. After all, a player can destroy and create, compete and wipe out enemies from the face of his land in the circle of his friends. In addition, the players are waiting for beautiful landscapes, rocky mountains, deserts, lakes and plains, as well as multiple worlds and portals where you can roam freely in construction work and in the destruction of your enemies, created in the form of ugly monsters. Therefore, realistic physics, 3D and a completely free world will definitely appeal to Minecraft players.

On March 25, 2010, another game was released that ennobles the original Minecraft. Created by its developer Quel Solaar and gave her a gentle name - Love. Each player has the opportunity to build their own settlement and at the same time show all their skill and creativity. Building caves, houses and other infrastructure, the builder can either alone or with other residents of the community.

In addition, one community may help another community by not only providing tools, but also providing brute force services. Fighting with artificial intelligence, the players seem to gather one single power, like a family. And in any normal family there will always be a place for mutual assistance, unity and love.

6. Game Infiniminer

It was this game that the developer of the legendary Minecraft was guided by, creating his brainchild. Initially, the meaning of the game was that a certain number of players had to get and valuable things in the spirit of competition. At the same time, players "burrowing" under the ground had to put blocks on their opponents and remove others lying in the way.

Gradually, with the growing popularity of the game, the attention of the players began to switch from treasure hunting to creating their own designs. Based on this, Zachtronics Industries has completed product support and published the source code. As a result, after a little time, new mods and clones were born, to which the original Minecraft belongs. The popularity of the latter, according to one version, was the impetus for the decline of Infiniminer, as players are always interested in a fresh version, with new features and adventures.

Based on the name, it becomes clear that all actions will unfold on the moon. The player will have to explore the lunar expanses in two modes to choose from: creativity (Creative) and research (Explore). On uncharted lands, the player will meet evil and good NPCs, with whom they need to behave differently.

On the virtual moon, the player can build from various materials impregnable base. As for research, the player can conduct them in absolutely any direction. All items left by enemies can be scanned to receive new technologies that can be useful in further development of his colony.

8. Roblox game

This browser-based sandbox MMO is suitable for kids ages 4-14. In this game, as in Lego, the player can create their own avatar from blocks. Thanks to the built-in simplified editor, the player can build their buildings, invite friends to them, communicate with them and simply explore the world around them.

If his friends enter the buildings built by the player, then for these visits he will receive in-game cash. A participant in the game will be able to spend virtual currency on building materials, for future construction masterpieces, and on beautiful clothes. Among other things, players can be the authors of their own mini-games and also have the opportunity to invite friends to them.

9. Manic Digger Game

Manic Digger is a free version of Minecraft. In this construction sandbox, you can build anything the player's imagination can imagine. Houses, railroads, bridges, villages and huge cities can line up under the hands of a player in the game. Construction material It is provided in the form of cubes, so it is quite easy to compose complex structures.

In addition, the player has the right, at his discretion, to edit the textures of the previously created world, which already provides a parallel creative process in the game. Creative game mode (unlimited blocks) and high resolution sets the quality gameplay on the new level, which simply cannot but please modern minecrafters.

Scrap Mechanic is similar to Minecraft in its freedom of action: here players are free to explore the world, extract resources and build unimaginable mechanisms, the shape, size and functionality of which are limited only by the imagination of the creators. Add to this a well-developed cooperative component - and you get a great project.

11. Boundless

A voxel game in which gamers explore fantasy worlds in distant galaxies. Here you can literally do anything: collect and process resources, build fortresses, survive, look for other players and unite or fight with them, and so on.

The Boundless crafting system allows you to create almost any item and change the environment as you wish. Of course, such opportunities are not available for free: you will have to pay several hundred rubles for the game, but at the same time you will get emotions “for all the money”.

10 Blockstorm

An online shooter in which cubes are used for practical purposes - they are used to build fortifications that protect players during firefights. This Minecraft-type game is worth paying attention to those who find Minecraft itself rather boring and unhurried.

In Blockstorm, there is no time to hesitate - you need to build fortresses and walls at an accelerated pace, and then destroy enemy buildings with no less zeal: by the end of the battle, the map is a chaotic pile of blocks. Not to mention the support of the Steam Workshop, thanks to which Naruto, Rambo, Star Wars stormtroopers rush around the locations, adorned with, probably, all types of weapons that can only be found in games.

9. LEGO Worlds

A Minecraft-like game that uses Lego pieces instead of blocks. Well, the gamer already decides for himself what to do with them and what to build from them.

8 Block N Load

7. Terraria/Starbound

6.Unturned

5.Eco

4. Trove

3. Portal Knights

cooperative sandbox, one of best games similar to Minecraft. Here, gamers are waiting for procedurally generated worlds, which can be navigated through portals (as the name of the project hints at). You can find anything in these worlds - mainly, of course, battles with monsters and bosses, but also resources, useful items and trophies for building and decorating your own home.

You can participate in adventures with up to 4 players. Characters are divided into classes, they can upgrade their characteristics and skills. The only drawback of Portal Knights is the lack of PvP, but this does not prevent the game from being excellent and getting into the top cube games.

2. PixARK

Survival Simulator ARK: Survival Evolved is available on PC and consoles, the PixARK cube game, made in the same universe, was released only on PC. And this is the case when console owners miss out on a great game in which you can spend more than one hundred hours.

PixARK is a hybrid of ARK: Survival Evolved and Minecraft: here players will have to explore a cubic world inhabited by dinosaurs and other creatures, collect resources, create tools and weapons, build houses, team up with other players or organize large-scale PvP wars. There are a lot of opportunities and content: if you want - tame dinosaurs, if you want - study magic, if you want - complete tasks, if you want - go into creative mode and build any structures that your imagination is capable of.

1.Creativerse

A sandbox that deserves to be ranked first in the top cube games. Like many other projects, it gives gamers unlimited freedom, allowing you to travel through the open world, fight monsters, craft equipment and weapons, build buildings, even create your own worlds and story campaigns.

What distinguishes Creativerse from other games is its excellent gameplay and beautiful graphics. The environment here looks great, and is able to impress even those who do not welcome cube games. As for the gameplay, it pleases with an abundance of features and an impressive set of content, which is constantly updated thanks to integration with the Steam Workshop.
