Jung's Self-Knowledge Technique: Mandala. Pure Consciousness Meditation Technique

What is self-knowledge

there is different areas or levels of self-knowledge available to a person, and Wikipedia describes three of them that correspond to three levels of human organization:

1. Biological - knowing yourself as an organism.
2. Social - the ability to master knowledge, skills and rules of behavior.
3. Personal - the ability to make choices, coordinate behavior, create your own life.

However, in this description, the most important species self-knowledge - cognition of one's true spiritual (non-material) nature. And this is overlooked only because traditional psychology has not gone beyond the material spheres of knowledge. On this path of self-knowledge, we take a step into the unknown, going beyond the usual material, and make an incredible discovery - who we really are. This is the path of liberation from illusions and delusions, the path to freedom and oneself - eternal and present.

What is this Path to enlightenment

This is a set of the most effective enlightenment techniques, selected over the past 10 years of research and work on yourself and with clients. All techniques of this path of self-knowledge are given in a certain sequence (divided into levels) and adapted for self-application... Some of them are my authorship, others are taken from other sources and improved, the rest of the techniques are given in their pure form with an indication of origin.

For those who want to reach enlightenment quickly, I have both good news and bad news. Good news is that:
1. on this path of self-discovery, you save several tens or hundreds of thousands of euros (this is how much people pay to achieve such a state in some "organizations")
2. The techniques of this path are incredibly effective! That is, they are fast and efficient.
3.you do not need an assistant, all techniques of self-knowledge are for independent work... But if necessary, I will help as much as I can - see Free psychological consultations.

Now the bad news:
1. this path of enlightenment is not for everyone (for more details, see the "Warning" section)
2.It will sometimes be difficult, unpleasant and not fun (this is the price for the speed and efficiency of the techniques)
3.No one will feel sorry for you and sympathize (if you need pity and sympathy, this is the wrong address :))

Therefore, briefly summing up, we can say that this path of self-knowledge is for sane people-practitioners who are ready to do something for their present and future. The rest will find themselves something simpler and, most likely, useless.

Description of the path of self-knowledge and techniques of enlightenment

It is a fast, effective and, most importantly, reliable path to enlightenment and happiness - the path through the ego and through the dualities (more in the chapter "Emptying the mind"). The ultimate destination of this path of self-knowledge is Complete Spiritual Freedom (see Supreme Reality). Freedom from everything that made a person unfree.

Restoring the original state of pure consciousness - enlightenment - is possible with the help of various exercises and techniques of self-discovery, and on the site I posted the most effective techniques on the way out of the dualities (dualities) and mechanisms of the mind, which leads to the acquisition (or rather, to the realization) of the original nature of a spiritual being. This is the path on which the natural abilities of a spiritual being are restored, and as a result, understanding, harmony, calmness, joy, happiness and serenity arise.

What will you find in the levels? At the first two levels, techniques are given for working with actual dualities (dualities, dichotomies), which gives liberation from the trap of these dualities and the mechanisms of the mind (ego) associated with them. At the second level, in addition to the most powerful technique for working out dualities, there are also additional universal techniques of enlightenment, not only for working with dualities. The third level on the path to enlightenment is the accelerated processing of dualities and mechanisms of the mind using the subconscious, as well as a series of techniques, the purpose of which is to restore the ability to create, change and destroy any illusions (space, energy, matter and time) consciously and at will, and , accordingly, lead to greater spiritual freedom. Techniques of the Fourth and Fifth levels are aimed at eliminating the basic mechanisms of the mind, total disidentification and gaining the initial complete freedom - pure consciousness, which also implies happiness in its purest immaterial form. The fifth level, in fact, is entirely devoted to the question of self-knowledge, and this is the most interesting area for research.

The techniques of self-knowledge of each subsequent level are much more powerful than the previous ones, and each level is a preparation for the next.

The proposed path allows you to independently and relatively quickly get rid of negativity of any kind and its unpleasant consequences... Get started now with the techniques provided on the site!

Techniques for handling and exiting dualities are very simple and effective; you can verify this by working on the first level. The state achieved with the help of the techniques of this path (unlike some other practices) is the most stable, because the very foundation of the mind - duality is removed. In other words, there is an irreversible erasure of the ego, its dissolution in pure consciousness - forever. Exit from dualities (dualities), emptying the mind, achieving pure divine consciousness, harmony, joy, happiness and serenity - all this is possible, and this does not take decades (as before), and even years. The entire path to enlightenment can be passed quickly - in six months or a year, subject to intensive practice of self-knowledge.

Here you will find the greatest and most exciting adventure - a journey deep into yourself, to your real self, to the happiness of Complete Freedom. Welcome! And may your Path of self-knowledge be fast!

Who once found himself, he can no longer lose anything in this world. And who once understood a person in himself, he understands all people

S. Zweig

Self-knowledge begins from the moment when you become aware of yourself. This process is embodied very early, in childhood, and reaches its peak in the years of adolescence, when the thirst for knowledge is great, the mind is insatiable, requires new discoveries and impressions, and the soul is striving for high goals and it seems that you can embrace the immensity.

All this is exactly so, but with the burden of responsibility that imposes social status, new responsibilities, and just the daily maelstrom of events carries away with its speed, a person forgets about the purity of impulses that once filled his life with meaning. And now, realizing the vanity of existence, he looks back, sees himself in the past and realizes that something in his real life lacking. Isn't that why she began to seem to him ordinary, so predictable.

Yes, there is stability in her: he has achieved recognition of his merits, he is appreciated by colleagues and respected by friends, there is stability in the family and support in life. However, this vague feeling inside does not cease to excite us and the fact that all this entourage, the external component of being, does not exhaust the diversity that life can offer us.

No matter how unique and beautiful the experience of life in society may be, constantly encouraging us to serve our egregor, nevertheless, the material component of life could not exist if there was no inner life, the one that happens inside, is manifested by the work of consciousness and mind. She is the most important thing in a person, that which is hidden from view, but where do we draw strength from to implement projects; she is a source of inspiration and creativity; the place where consciousness and soul live; reflection of all the purest that is in every person.

In moments of misunderstanding by others, you will turn to this very source in order to regain confidence in yourself. This is the inner pulse that connects us with the Absolute. It contains the entrance to the myriad kingdom of knowledge and virtues. You need to be able to use it, find the key to it. The inner world of a person is huge. What we habitually call the inner world is just an approach to it. To recognize the whole Universe, hidden behind the inscription "inner world", we resort to a technique called self-knowledge.

The path of self-knowledge

The path of self-knowledge is so close, and at the same time its horizons are immense, that a person sometimes does not know where to start his journey on the path to himself. But you just need to start, awaken the desire for self-recognition, inner growth of oneself as a person, and at the same time a passion for self-improvement will appear. They are like twins: they are similar to each other, the development of one implies the inclusion of the other in the work. Self-knowledge cannot live without self-improvement.

Self-improvement - striving to achieve the Absolute, approaching the ideal

The process of self-improvement is immanent in human nature as much as self-knowledge. Striving for the ideal is what we live for. Perhaps this is said loudly, and yet every person has a thirst for self-realization, we cannot underestimate this. Due to the desire to realize oneself through various aspects of life, a person constantly strives to improve his knowledge and skills. On this road, he also revises his goals, which are based on values.

A change in value categories leads to the transformation of the personality itself. Often the transition process, finding oneself, is accompanied by changes in a person's outer life: his environment, friends, place of residence, occupation change. Only one thing remains unchanged - the desire for self-improvement through self-knowledge.

Types of self-knowledge. Self-discovery methods

Types of self-knowledge may be different. It all depends on the position from which the evaluator is looking. The main views are presented as follows:

  • analytical - connected with the work of the mind, the mental plane;
  • creative - the sphere of the senses, ethereal and astral plane;
  • spiritual - the sacred realm, the causal, buddhial and atmic plane.

Each of these 3 types consists of subtypes that manifest themselves through a specific function.

Analytical self-knowledge of personality

This kind of self-knowledge occurs both through introspection and self-observation. Self-observation can use written analysis in the form of diaries, passing tests, receiving automatic writing - it is quite rare, but it gives excellent results, providing an opportunity to look deeper into your psyche. You can even talk about the first encounters with the subconscious.

Another way is self-confession. Being honest with yourself is not as easy as it might seem. Internal, uncontrollable fears usually shackle a person, which makes self-confession almost impossible. In order to get over the barrier of fears, you need, as always in such situations, just to start acting - to start telling yourself about yourself.

Reflection differs from confession in that you do not report to yourself, but simply reflect on what is happening, trying to give fewer evaluations. Although the role of assessment is great in using this type of introspection, you should not exaggerate it, otherwise the role of a judge can lead you to excessive self-criticism, and this, in turn, will negatively affect your self-esteem.

Creative self-knowledge of man

Creative self-knowledge is understood as its types, when we begin to know ourselves through relationships with others, in interaction, including with the use of techniques of play, theater, joint activities and activities.

One example is participation in dramatic productions. Having chosen a role in the play, a person “tries on” the character and habits of the character, he forgets himself at the moment of the play, and this is the decisive factor. Reincarnation helps a person get rid of many complexes, since through the game there is a living of certain situations and states, which in real life cause discomfort. As a result, the role makes it possible to move to another, "unreal" space and already in it decide psychological problem, and as natural as possible. After all, playing according to all the rules of the "game", a person must become different, that is, he does not work with his complex, instead he lives it through this character.

This technique has a beneficial effect on the psyche, because fear and rejection of internal blocks disappear by themselves - here is a theater, and you are an actor in it, portraying a specific hero. It turns out that in addition to the effect of deep self-understanding, completing the process of reincarnation, this method also has a psychotherapeutic effect, makes a person more liberated and allows him to accept himself.

To what extent play in a stage production promotes self-disclosure, and other joint activities, such as singing in the choir, participation in retreats, group yoga classes give a person an opportunity to look at himself from the outside, enrich his experience of life in society, provide rich material for analysis and comparison.

After this kind of activity, you can end the day by using one of the techniques of analytical self-knowledge by writing and analyzing the events in the diary. It should be noted that any kind of self-knowledge, which you choose, has a beneficial effect on the development of your creativity... Therefore, you can safely combine the types and methods that you use for self-knowledge, because they will allow your individuality to open even more, penetrate into your true nature, and help you find out who you really are.

Spiritual self-knowledge

Spiritual self-knowledge - this is separate species, standing a little further away, since it is different in its methods. Choosing a spiritual tradition for himself as an example and model for practice, a person determines his entire further path of development and self-improvement. The laws and concepts on which the practice is built will allow a person the best way understand yourself, penetrate the deepest layers of consciousness and change yourself in a radical way.

So, having opted for the yogic tradition, with each lesson you will begin to delve more into the essence of the positions on which the teaching is built. Studying the history of occurrence, reading texts related to practice, and shastras commenting on the original ancient works, will allow you to find answers to long-standing questions of not only an internal nature concerning you as a person, but also about the general structure of life.

Improving the thought process through understanding the sastras

Information from primary sources is accurate. She has not undergone many modifications. All that you get is concentrated knowledge that has been preserved through the centuries, and now your task is to understand it, pass it through yourself, get used to the style of presentation and be sure to start putting it into practice through personal experience - sadhu.

Theory, knowledge gained from books and seminars should be tested through practice in real life, only then you will truly realize the whole truth and the value that they hold in yourself.

In the spiritual form of self-knowledge there are two more components: sabda and sadhu. Shabda is a sound, but a sound that comes from a teacher, someone you trust completely on a particular topic. This person can point out to you how you can rise on the path of self-development, through the implementation of which practices, reading which texts will help you achieve the desired result and understand yourself.

The Guru Guiding Personal Search

The teacher, your siksha guru, or at more advanced stages - diksha gurus - guide you and your consciousness along the path of knowing the true essence of things by studying the scriptures - the shastras, and you through your personal experience - sadhu - apply and check the acquired knowledge in life. Nothing exists separately, abstracted from one another - everything is connected both in the world and within you.

I am not upset if people do not understand me - I am upset if I do not understand people

Confucius

Self-knowledge concept

External experience and inner life interact, their influence on each other is equivalent. Knowing yourself, you know all others. Each person will become more understandable for you, you will find logic in the world order and the order of things. Then for you the words of Goethe will be filled with a new meaning that "a person knows himself only to the extent that he knows the world." Think about it. External and internal are one. You are part of the universe, and at the same time you are a microcosm.

Values in self-knowledge through yoga practice

Through the spiritual practices of yoga and meditation, a person comes to the knowledge of the basic values, what to strive for and what to profess. The first step of yoga - yama - is a set of values that must be followed:

  • Ahimsa - the principle of nonviolence, also practiced through a vegetarian diet;
  • Satya - truth and truthfulness;
  • Asteya - non-stealing;
  • Brahmacharya - chastity and immorality;
  • Aparigraha - detachment from worldly goods, rejection of hoarding.

Through the practice of the 2nd stage of Ashtanga Yoga, a person lives according to the principles of niyama, where the following should be observed:

  • Shauchya - the principle of inner and outer purity;
  • - practice of humility;
  • Tapas - performing austerities for spiritual path;
  • Svadhyaya - development of thinking through reading primary sources;
  • Isvara-pranidhana - Following the ideal - the Supreme Reason.

So, having a formed list of spiritual life values, a person understands what to strive for and what criteria for the correctness of actions he needs to be guided by while walking through life.

Need for self-knowledge

Why do we even ask ourselves the question of the truth of the path of life, the meaning of life, eternal values? How to understand yourself and others? These questions are generated by the need for self-knowledge, and it is inherent in a person, a seeker, someone who is not able to simply be satisfied with the material benefits of the world around him. He is constantly in search, therefore the concept of the meaning of life comes to the fore, because it cannot be found without understanding oneself.

The practice of yoga and meditation opens the way to new discoveries on the road to self-knowledge. First of all, these classes allow you to raise your spiritual level, since initially these were exclusively practices of spiritual comprehension of the world. With the onset of the era of modernity, the understanding of these disciplines has changed somewhat, and the physical aspect has come to the fore, strengthening not only the spirit, but also the body.

However, correctly understanding the goals of yoga and meditation as an integral part of it, you can continue to practice yoga asanas, strengthening health and improving spiritually. One complements the other. Although the world is dual, its two parts - physical and spiritual - can be harmoniously reunited using yoga techniques, implementing the laws prescribed in the first 2 steps of the eightfold system.

Inner world and self-knowledge

In fact, the very meaning of life is not outside. He is just inside - in the inner world of a person. Once we are able to realize this, life and our understanding of it completely change. Therefore, monks appear who sell their Ferraris, and we see sadhus parted from past life, in order to fully follow the spiritual impulses that they have felt in themselves. But it's not that simple.

For such people, following the path of spirituality is not just a fleeting, emotionally colored hobby, it is, first of all, a conscious decision dictated by rare spiritual needs. Their lives are no longer determined by the laws of a modern society based on consumption, they have chosen for themselves a beacon of need inner peace, and now their whole life is directed from within. They observe what is happening in the external world, but now life for them has turned into meditation, where consciousness contemplates actions, but does not participate in them.

The result of self-knowledge. Self-discovery process

In the process of self-knowledge, any person becomes, to a certain extent, a sadhu, because he learns through personal experience. Knowledge gleaned from various sources, are applicable in practice, as a result of acquiring new experience through spiritual self-improvement, a person reaches a higher level of self-awareness. He not only better understands the laws of the world and interactions with people, but he himself increasingly feels himself a part of this world, inextricably linked with all living beings and nature.

No wonder one of the goals of the meditation method is merging with the Absolute, dissolving in it. A person understands that there is no loneliness in life, everything is interconnected. Each part of the universe depends on the whole, everything in everything. The process of self-knowledge logically leads to this conclusion. You can understand this through logical reasoning supplemented with spiritual insights gained through the experience of meditation.

    One of the most powerful and effective methods of psychotherapy, self-awareness and growth as a person is holotropic breathing, the technique of which was invented long ago.

    This technique was developed by Stanislav and Christina Grof, transpersonal psychologists from America.

    This method is based on unusual states of consciousness that have been known to people since ancient times. This technique combines old world knowledge with the latest discoveries of modern psychotherapy and psychology.... Accordingly, it is a technique for self-knowledge.

    The emotions that a person experiences while practicing such breathing can heal, as well as transform negative into positive. Such sessions of Holotropic Breathwork bring out the unpleasant experiences of the physical and emotional naturethat help to know yourself. If such sensations manifest themselves completely, this will certainly allow a person to free himself from the negative influence of experiences and gain some freedom.

    Holotropic therapy has shown that not only people with supernatural abilities can experience and control such sensations - it is available to all of us. Transpersonal psychology has revealed to the world that in order to overcome the path to harmony, self-knowledge, freedom and, accordingly, better life, each person needs to go through these experiences.

    In addition, holotropic practice has proven that the theory presented by various psychological and psychotherapeutic schools, as well as common sense, will not help to heal on its own. Usually, this healing process resembles madness and is far from always amenable to understanding or explanation.

    That is why holotropic treatment is aimed at accepting and facilitating any processes that arise when the problem is realized, and not at identifying the problem in advance and looking for ways and means of solving it. Participants in such trainings do not define the subjects of work and problems, but trust the holotropic consciousness and the very course of the processes.

    Any effective and successful psychotherapy is based on self-knowledge and understanding of the subconscious in a holotropic state of consciousness. We communicate not only with the people around us and the world, we conduct a dialogue with ourselves, with our consciousness, and this communication is continuous.

    Communication is consciousness, which is created by communication and is connected with its help. Accordingly, between in different parts consciousness, there is a message and immediate awareness, there are no barriers between them, which means that the possibility of communication is not limited.

    Technique goals

    Holotropic breathing pursues the goal of activating the unconscious, liberating the energy that is contained in psychosomatic and emotional manifestations and the transformation of these manifestations during experiences. The task of the healer in this therapy is to believe in the healing power of such a process without changing or redirecting it. Only the patient's mind controls this process.

    Most important is the support of the therapist's experiential disclosure process. These or those experiences can be meaningless and include an increase in tension and emotions, as well as transitions to relaxation.

    Insight does not always come immediately; it may come during subsequent sessions or later. Sometimes the decision comes at the level of biography, sometimes it is related to perinatal material or transpersonal components. Because of this, healing experiences are not always understood.

    In the process of holotropic breathing, our mind seeks to merge with life, follow its course, feel the state of well-being and freedom that brings

    satisfaction. This opportunity is a gift from nature to man. If we obey our consciousness, follow it, we reach the limit of freedom, energy and naturalness. If we do not let this flow out, we have difficulties.

    Due to prejudices and stereotypes, we cannot fully reveal ourselves and go beyond the established framework. A vivid example of such inhibition, the impossibility of the flow and the establishment of certain boundaries is the midlife crisis.

    To achieve freedom, sometimes you have to go through some serious difficult situation, illness, and sometimes even death. After all, death is also liberation, going beyond (). It is precisely the fact that we do not feel the signals of the mind and subconsciousness and do not try to become a part of life that leads to loss of health, disappointment in life.

    But the very inner nature is always trying to show us how to solve our problems. And we can follow our inner natural voice and experience the true mystery of self-recognition in holotropic sessions.

    I invite everyone to an amazing journey to the center of their existence to their seminars, where it is possible to live a real mystery and come closer to your integrity. On and "" you will be able to live your transpersonal experience through the techniques of conscious breathing.

    We look in the mirror - a technique that helps to better understand and perceive oneself as it is

    This technique is a meditative technique that helps us to better understand and perceive ourselves as we are.

    The element of desirability is the absence of outsiders, in conditions of loneliness, silence and peace.

    Relax and then look at ourselves in the mirror. It is advisable to see yourself in the mirror full height.

    We carefully examine ourselves from head to toe, but concentrate on the face. We study ourselves and try to see ourselves as if from the outside, as if we were studying another person.

    We study the eyes, mouth, lips ..., at times it may seem to us that we see another person, and not ourselves - this is good!

    This is exactly how we should consider ourselves, as if being in dissociation, looking at ourselves from the outside.

    We look at ourselves for 15 - 30 minutes, and then we answer the questions, concentrating and trying to determine the feelings and attitude towards this "stranger".

    • Do we like him or not?
    • What did we manage to see under the physical mask?
    • What were we able to read new in his eyes?
    • What's the best and worst about him?
    • How would you describe it to a strangerwho is going to meet him and get to know him?
    • Imagine seeing him for the first time, what was your impression? What is needed to make the experience better?
    • Imagine an unpleasant character trait to disgrace, and then laugh at the resulting image, as at the reflection in the distorted mirror of a laughing room.
    • Consider yourself naked, which parts of your body would you like to change, and which ones would not, or would you like to acquire?

    It is absolutely indifferent in what sequence or order all these impressions, thoughts and assessments are recorded, since the main thing in all this is what you will feel. Usually everyone is somewhat surprised by the feeling that they experience and fix in relation to the mirror image.

    Don't be too critical of yourself - this is just meditation and nothing more!

    Just fix, with complete indifference, what is good and what is bad - the integration will pass by itself, if not immediately, then over time. The main thing is to discern a certain amount of both good and bad, both disadvantages and advantages, both strong and weaknesses, then the synthesis will be easier. The main thing is to be surprised!

    View from the outside - Transformation through dissociation

    When we want to look at things with a fresh look, we try to present them as if we are seeing for the first time - this effect gives rise to a kind of dissociation. In this approach, yoga meditation techniques are seen. In the "Book of Secrets" Bhagavan Rajnesh describes a sutra which presents the following meditation technique: "Look at a beautiful person and at yourself, and at the most ordinary object, look as if you saw him for the first time." The sutra indicates that it becomes habitual for us not to notice familiar objects and phenomena. They say that there is nothing new under the heavens; this is a process - turned into an event. In reality, there is nothing old under heaven - this is the transformation of an event into a process that flows, and, therefore, changes. Only our eyes are satisfied, getting used to things: then there really is nothing new, even in oneself.

    Everything is new for children. Rajkesh ends the chapter with the following words: “Look at the world with new eyes, as if you were seeing it for the first time ... This will add newness to your look. Your eyes will become innocent. And those innocent eyes can truly see. These innocent eyes will be able to penetrate the inner world. "

    In modern psychotherapy, this is, first of all, a state of dissociation - from which everything is seen as it really is. From this state, synthesis and integration techniques come well, which, in fact, occurs in dissociation as a natural process of self-regulation.

    We meet this psychotherapeutic approach in many technologies - meta-mirror, blowing, etc. All these techniques allow the patient to look at himself and his problem as if from the outside, as if with new eyes, with a fresh look. A side view from dissociation is always more correct, which changes the patient's perception and attitude towards himself and the problem.

    The Bible says: "Be like children and you will earn the kingdom of heaven on earth." I mean, not childish naivety and infantilism, but a strategy and structure of thinking aimed more at intuition. Children enjoy the process itself, unlike adults who are only interested in the result. Children rely and trust their subconscious more and use it in their imagination and thinking.

    Meditative training for attunement to any task - (Alpha brain rhythms)

    In order to do this or that task very well, you need to tune in to it. For this, since ancient times, there are special methods of self-hypnosis.

    Meditation, auto-training or self-hypnosis - these concepts define the process in which a person extracts his inner settings and controls them. The most difficult thing in this process is just to extract these very settings or, rather, to come to the state in which it is possible. But if you learn to do this, then your possibilities will become truly endless. We do not suggest that you sit for hours in any yoga pose, achieving complete relaxation, for example, in the "coachman's pose", repeating phrase after phrase several times in a row, concentrating attention now on the arm, then on the leg. We have developed a more efficient and much more quick method relaxation and named it Alpha-training (A-training). In our time of ultra-fast pace of life, few people have the desire to spend several hours a day on something that can be spent only a few minutes.

    What is the difference between A-training and auto-training or meditation? At first glance, they are not much different. A person comes to a relaxed state and, keeping it, fulfills the psychophysiological mood of the whole organism. We, as already mentioned, have developed a shorter way of entering this state and are focusing on visualizing the upcoming processes. In its daily activities we live in the beta cycle of the brain. Alpha rhythms are akin to being half asleep, when a person is still awake, but no longer awake. At this time, some pictures, images begin to flash before the eyes of a person. This is a wonderful state in which a person is able to do very interesting things. It is in this state that a person can tune his subconscious mind to successfully complete the exercise.

    With our thoughts and images created in our consciousness, we transmit the command to our brain in the subconscious area of its action. And in the subconscious zone, just those 90-99% of our brain come into action, which usually does not seem to work. The words that are spoken and the images that a person creates, the subconscious begins to accept as commands. Therefore, you need to create teams and visualize only positive actions that lead you to success. And most importantly, your commands should say that you are performing actions in the present tense - "I am doing it now." Thus, you develop the practice of performing the action you need in the real virtuality of your consciousness, and you get an experience that you will then apply in real life.

    The state of the alpha rhythms of the brain's work turns a narrow gap through which you used to squeeze with difficulty into a wide open gate, and you can freely pass through them, carrying with you a large baggage of the settings you need. The border, which is present under normal circumstances, is open to a calm passage. By creating an Open Frontier Day, you are allowing your entire body and brain to be successful in completing the tasks you need.

    Creating a new image and through it programs for self-improvement

    To make it easier to answer the question “Who am I? “, You need to create your own psycho-image, ie, a visual self-portrait. A visual image of the person we really are.

    Seeing your self-portrait from the outside, you can find a reflection of the forces that are hidden in us.

    First of all, you should relax and concentrate.

    1. Imagine yourself as an artist holding a brush, pencil or chalk and you “paint” your portrait. First the body, and then the legs, arms, head. You don't have to be a professional artist, because we do it in our imaginations. It is desirable to perform the visual image in full growth and life-size, that is, in dissociation.
    2. We apply details, hair, eyes, shoes, clothes.
    3. Now you can change yourself so that we look like we would like, and not what we are now. We draw our image of achievement, sparkling eyes, an intelligent look that reflects the joy of the heart and peace of mind. The face is relaxed and calm, a smile expresses understanding, disposition and strength of mind. We reward our work with a straight figure, a bouncy gait, a proud posture. When creating our portrait, we try to reflect everything in it best qualitiesthat are inherent in us.
    4. Take a look at the portrait and say, "This is me." Such I am true, as I should be and I am in essence. Looking at your self-portrait, ask the question: "How much do we like ourselves when we are happy and healthy?" Now you can add something else, fix it, and remove something. We add all the necessary features to our portrait, and bring it to perfection.
    5. We put a signature under the portrait: "This is me." We bring the portrait to life and say to ourselves: "This is really 'I' - a wonderful and benevolent person." We give the portrait all the epithets that come to our mind, corresponding to our aspirations.
    6. We merge with the portrait, it enters us and becomes our part, blood and flesh.

    Any thought that occurs in a person can lead to chemical, biological, physiological reactions in our brain, especially if we are in a trance. Looking at the portrait, we put the imprint of our new “I” into the subconscious, and the program that is embedded in it. This program starts to work, so we create ourselves.
