Pirate cards. How to draw a treasure map: a few easy ways

"Fire will help you"

What does it mean? If you yourself have not guessed (that you need to hold a part of the map over the fire, because it has an inscription written in milk), then you can enter the words “ Fire will help you " as an answer in the level

And Captain Jack Sparrow will laugh at the fact that he slipped you the blank parts of the map, but then he will tell you what the matter is.

Blimey! Have you completed all the tasks and found the last part of the map? Ha ha ha, but it's empty! Okay, okay, that was a bad joke. Hold the last part of the map over the fire and maybe this will help you.

Yeah, now there can be no doubts, you need to hold the last part of the card over the fire and the words will appear.

In our example, "WORD" appeared on the card, but you will have to write the place where the gift lies.

As you can see, after the card was held over the fire (be careful not to burn the entire card :), a word appeared on the card, indicating the place where the hidden gift lies. The quest is over :)

The demo quest can be completed here.

Now let's deal with the inventory that was used in the quest.

Inventory, complete list.

1. Pirate invitations (10 pcs.),,,,,,,,,

7. Blackbeard's logbook

8. (download) Treasure Map

9. (Font 1, Font 2, Font 3, Font 4) The fonts used in Captain Morgan's letter and in the logbook, in case you want to make your own changes to the text. (make sure you have installed these fonts before editing text files)

10. (download) Download everything in one archive

Now let's figure out how to make this inventory.

How to make a pirate map

First, download the map file and print it out. This is what the original map file looks like.

How to divide the map into 6 parts

I do not recommend printing the map in A4 format, but printing it a little larger (at least one and a half A4 sheets), then each part of the map will be large enough. Here is such a map I got (one and a half A4 sheets) If it is not convenient on this format, print on two A4 sheets (the card itself will be printed on two sheets)

As you can see, the map is full different places type "Storm Island" or "Dead Man's Cove", it also contains icons of guns, rum, the flag of the Jolly Roger, anchor, black mark, cross, steering wheel and chest. This is also done so that in the quest you can refer to the map to find out, for example, "the number of guns in the Fort of Hope" or "to find out the number of chests in Mount Flint."

The middle of the map is empty, this is done so that in this middle, if you want, you can sketch a plan of the area or apartment with a designated place where the gift is hidden. In our case, this place will be empty.

This is how the card began to look after I slightly burned it around the edges. Be careful, do not get carried away and do not burn a hole in the map, like mine :) But, since there are no vital places on the map in this place, I left it and did not begin to redo the map.

At first I drew a plan of our apartment on the map, but then I abandoned the idea of using it in the quest, but I left the plan just in case, it did not interfere with the quest.

This is how the map looks after dividing it into several parts. It is important that on the first part of the map there is a complete (not cut) island of the damned, because we will need to see it in the second task. I, unfortunately, touched it a little, but the icons were not badly damaged and their full number can be easily determined.

Now we will give the map an ancient look and make it very old. To do this, we will soak our map in tea and dry it.

Soak our map.

After about 2 hours, I pulled out the parts of the map and put them on sheets to dry.

This is what we end up with

Ready. We follow the same procedures with all the remaining paper props, namely, Morgan's letter, a sticker on a bottle with Morgan's letter, a wanted list for Captain Jack Sparrow and Captain Blackbeard's logbook.

Captain Jack Sparrow's Wanted Announcement

After aging

Pirate birthday invitation

After aging

Captain Morgan's Letter Bottle Sticker

After aging

Making a bottle with Captain Morgan's letter

We take an empty bottle

And we remove all the stickers from it, the easiest way to do this is by soaking and then scraping everything off with a knife.

Great, Captain Morgan's message bottle is ready.

Now we are trying on our stickers on the bottle, I printed a sticker in two sizes, smaller and larger. Trying on a bigger sticker

Trying on a smaller sticker

The second option looks better, and we will glue it.

We take ordinary glue - a pencil and thoroughly coat the sticker. There was also such a thought to write something on back side stickers, so that you have to guess, tear it off and see what is written on it and somehow use it in the quest. Since the quest was done mainly for children, I abandoned this idea so that it does not turn out to be too difficult, but you can use this idea by adding minor changes to the quest.

We glue the sticker, it looks great.

Now all that remains is to put Captain Morgan's message into it. We try on the height of the letter and the bottle, because we will fold the letter into a tube along the sheet so that the letter can be taken out of the bottle without seriously injuring it.

We put the letter in a bottle, a little too big, we will have to tuck it up.

We take out the letter, tuck it about 3 cm. and twist it back into a tube and place it in a bottle.

Great, now all that remains is to make a plug. We take the paper on which the parts of the card were dried and fold it into a cork.

Okay, stop her bottle.

Captain Morgan's letter.

You can download the letter from Captain Morgan in jpg file and in doc. In the doc version, the file is in two versions. In the first, the font is smaller and the letter fits on one page. The second version has a slightly larger font for easier reading and fits on 2 sheets. We print first on one side, then on the other.

If you download doc files, do not forget to install the fonts that are in the list before editing.

Captain Blackbeard's logbook.

This is how Captain Blackbeard's logbook looks like in printed form. I printed it out page by page, turning the sheets over to print on both sides.

At the end, you can add blank pages, because the magazine could have been kept for more than one year.

At the end we fasten the magazine with a stapler, Captain Blackbeard's logbook is ready. It can also be aged and singed at the edges. If you glue the staple area with the cut-out paper strip, it will look better.

Black Mark.

It's simple, print and cut out. On the back we write a spell "Banana shaman"

Milk on the map.

We write with milk on the card so that you can manifest the message by holding the card over the fire.

Here, too, everything is very simple, we pour a little milk and, dipping a match or a toothpick, write on the card the place where the gift lies. After that, let the milk dry and that's it.

That seems to be all :) If you still have questions about this quest, write to me on Vkontakte

Endless seas, endless adventures and bottomless treasures! It's no surprise that a pirate party for kids is one of their favorite birthday or school dates. Parents are also lucky: decorating a room will not take a lot of effort and will not hit the budget, because many accessories and decorations are easy to make with your own hands.

Decor

Since this children's party, the entourage should be flashy, bright, cartoonish and full of details. Don't be afraid to overload the room with decorations - the more, the more fun!

But do not break your head over shapes and complex compositions - the kids do not care how highly artistic the colorful garland is. It is even better if the decorations are rustic, as if they were collected by children. Spend the free time on working out the script and preparing the treats - these moments are much more interesting for the guys.

Original ideas pirate party for children, you can draw from dozens of thematic cartoons: "Treasure Planet", "Treasure Island", "Pirate Island Riddles", etc.

Posters / cartoon frames are great for wall decoration- print, cut. Figures of recognizable heroes and attributes can be assembled into garlands, cards for skewers, plates for a candy bar can be made.

To decorate a room or open space, if the party is in nature, prepare:

  • paper garlands of boats, skulls, anchors, Jolly Roger flags on the ceiling, walls;
  • globes, "Old" maps, cardboard pirates, guns, mountains of gems, gold;
  • telescopes, sextants, nautical compasses. The real ones will certainly delight the children! But you can make fake or print a photo, just to create an entourage;

Bright themed items for a children's pirate party can be purchased. There is literally everything, from jewelry to accessories, clothing, weapons, balls, dishes.

  • pirate Balloons with thematic drawings, stickers. It is easy to assemble palms, anchors, ships, skeletons from long SDMs;
  • cracked barrels, huge anchors, steering wheels fake, made of foam or cardboard;
  • for wall hangings / furniture and Use sail styling, ropes and fishing nets. Hang rope ladders / ropes with knotted grips against one wall or on a branchy tree for outdoor activities. Don't forget to put mats;

  • dark in a hold or treasury without fire. ... Place candles around the room - safe, battery operated!
  • shells, seaweed, fish, kraken and all sorts of octopuses. Sea monsters are not very creepy, because this is a children's pirate party. Although today's children cannot be easily scared. But still in moderation with horror films;
  • do not forget the most important thing - treasures in chests. Curved forks-spoons and other aluminum in the role of silverware, grandmother's jewelry, knives-daggers, chocolate coins, candy beads. It is easy to assemble chests from a box cut out according to a template, paint or paste over with wallpaper imitating a tree, and hang a fake lock.

Friends probably will not refuse to help arrange a pirate party for children - ask them for toys for decoration:

  • plastic boats, figurines of pirates, swords, sabers, thematic "Lego";
  • talking parrots. Glue on a cardboard cocked hat and an eye patch for a real pirate companion! The repeating parrots shouting after the children "Thunder me through" and "Whistle all up" will surely amuse the children;
  • floating fish, octopuses, battery-powered turtles and other marine life. Set them in beautiful jars with shells, sand, treasures at the bottom.

Photozone

Thematic background with pattern or tantamaresque. It is not difficult to make it with your own hands, taking a cheerful picture as a model. Sketch, cut out "windows" for faces. A simple example that an older child can repeat.

You can make a real pirate ship! Let it be made of cardboard, but with masts and sails! Do not be too lazy to paint the watercraft beautifully - an hour of time, but the difference is noticeable.

Invitation

The usual invitations for such a colorful theme are unthinkable, and the guys will surely like the original "postcards". Make your own pirate party invitations for kids:

  • paper boat with text on sails;

  • burnt edge card, "Old". Sketch the path to your "island" or "cave" (where will you celebrate a pirate's birthday?);
  • encrypted message - riddles, rebuses, puzzles(uncomplicated, for children). The answer will be "invite to the party" or "come date-time";

  • a chest with a letter from Flint himself and chocolate treasures in golden foil. Or a black mark with text inside / on the back;
  • mysterious message in a bottle, long wandering along the waves (decorate with shells, starfish).

Costumes

Dear parents, no fanaticism. After all, this is a pirate-style children's party, and kids do not like shackling clothes, in which it is hot and uncomfortable to run and play. For example, heavy knee-high boots or a leather hat is a real nightmare for a mobile child. But absolutely newspaper accessories, collected in five minutes, will not look too festive in the photo.

Do not try to dress the little pirate with a needle. Some clutter and even ripping off of the costume is welcome! The girl can be arranged on the head creative mess, braid several braids with multi-colored elastic hair clips. Tousle the boy's hair, draw a bruise, mustache, beard.

We offer simple options for how to dress for a pirate party without much spending. Top: long T-shirt or striped T-shirt - blue, red, black. If the shirt is white or "greasy" gray / beige. Gather curvy cuffs and collar together with elastic. Bottom: dark wide trousers, loose shorts or a skirt. You can sew a short vest or a long camisole unbuttoned for a boy. For a girl - a dress with a corset, frills and frills, a retro look. Look for ideas on photos of rented pirate costumes.

It is better to make the tops of boots fake, made of dense fabric. It is desirable that they be removed - with an elastic band, Velcro, buttons from the inside out. If it is hot indoors or outdoors, after a few souvenir photos, you can unfasten the bootlegs:

Of course, the costume would be incomplete without important pirate accessories and recognizable elements:

  • a wide belt (a long thin scarf will do), a belt with a gold buckle;
  • fake rivets, chains, lacing;

  • eye patch, hook in the sleeve, skull-skeletons (key rings, drawings, stickers on clothes, transferable tattoos);
  • spyglass, saber, pistol. Surely something of the "weapon" is in the home collection. If not, make out of cardboard and paint with silver / gold paint;
  • bandana and / or hat. They cost a penny in stores for organizing parties, but a paper hat is easy to make with your own hands (with an elastic band or two pieces glued around the edges):

A real pirate cocked hat can be assembled from an old baseball cap and a wide "steering wheel" of the field... Cut off the visor, sew on the steering wheel, bend and sew the margins at three points, as in the photo below. The top of the head will be almost invisible, but you can paint it or cover it with fabric in the color of the hat brim. Decorate with frills around the edges, stick in a funky feather, or draw a skull. The hat will look like this:

Menu, serving

It hardly makes sense to arrange a serious feast at a children's party - the guys are waiting for active contests and goodies, and not potatoes with chicken. But for parents, you can include several salads, meat and vegetable cuts on the menu. It is better to arrange all dishes in small portions, in baskets, vases.

Pirate treats will become more attractive if you play nicely with the serve. Lay a striped or black tablecloth, decorate the "side" - anchors, steering wheels, lifebuoys... You can throw an imitation of a fishing net over the tablecloth. Buy stylized dishes and napkins, colorful skirts and cupcake tins, and make miniature skewer cards.

Bring country table with an umbrella. The stick on which the umbrella is attached is practically a ready-made mast for the developing sails of the galleon! Or hang the sail / flag on the wall behind the table. If you celebrate a children's birthday in a pirate style, there is no better "canvas" for congratulations. Write this kind of inscription on the sail:

Captain Max
9 years on the high seas
Fly forward in full sail, adventure awaits!

If you're planning to be outdoors all day, prepare something substantial. For example, you can make a couple of salads and arrange them on plates, like a ship's cook - with a scoop from a huge saucepan. The octopus sausage jellyfish is also quite in the subject:

But the most important thing is a pirate Candy-bar or a sweet menu. This is where decorations come in handy - skewers, cards and other small things with pirate symbols. Any recipes, at your discretion - pies and pastries, shortbread cookies, biscuits, puffs. But it's easier to buy most of it, and then decorate it.

Here are some pirate-style ideas.

  • Ships - stick a skewer with a sail into the treat. The body of the galleon can be:
    • hot dogs, cabbage rolls (they have nothing to do with the sweet menu, but do not forget about the parents, and not all children have a sweet tooth);
    • pie cut into long diamonds;
    • eclairs, tubes with cream;
    • pancakes with filling (envelopes or in a tube).
  • Striped jelly. Buy sachets, two colors - lemon and berry (red) or plum (blue) jelly. Chill in layers in clear glasses / vases.

  • Montpensier, nuts in multi-colored glaze, pour into transparent jars. The neck can be wrapped with twine or colorful tape, attached as a toy skeleton pendant, anchor, etc.
  • Candy in bright wrappers, lollipops, chocolate coins, spread over the chests. Some of the sweets can be packaged in pirate papers. Unroll the small chocolates, leaving the foil, and "gird" with a strip with cocked skulls (so that the foil is visible).

  • Bake pirate-shaped cookies. Or decorate the round with mastic - an irreplaceable thing for decorating sweets! Food coloring or syrup will give the mastic the desired hue. Sculpting like from plasticine is not difficult at all.
  • Lay out beautifully fruits, "ours" and always from a tropical pirate island - mangoes, pineapples, etc. Decorate the fruit with skewers with pictures. And you can make angry and cheerful corsairs from bananas: glue or draw faces, tie a triangular piece of fabric in the middle, striped or peas.

  • Drinks - juices, soft drinks, milkshakes. In stylized paper cups. With tubes decorated with pictures and figurines. In some glasses, you can put quarters of oranges and stick in the sails (the quarter is placed back to back so that it rests against the edges and does not sink). Replace bottle labels with colorful stickers.

If you are celebrating a birthday, don't forget the pirate cake in the shape of a ship, treasure chest, islands etc. Any recipe you like, it's better right away suitable shape... Decorations - glaze, mastic. Perhaps you need the help of a pro to bake a grand cake.

Entertainment

Perhaps, a pirate party scenario for kids is more important than colorful decorations and delicious treats. Take the time to prepare bright props. Assign the most artistic lead parents. Pirate music will create a fun atmosphere - download soundtracks from themed films / cartoons.

Street

If the children's party is in nature, draw a map. Sketchy, on "old" paper with peeled edges. The guys will go through the quest along it, going in search of the treasure. It is not necessary to travel far, but it is better to conduct each test aside from the previous one, so that you get a real journey around the map. In our scenario, you need to designate the following path:

  • pier (the place where the table and seating area)
  • quicksand
  • swamp
  • enemy camp
  • entrance to the treasury
  • the place where the chest is hidden. You can bury it in the sand, hide it in a dense bush, in a dark barn or in a tree (adults will help you get it). Play it somehow spectacularly, because this is the culmination of the party.

Premises

If the pirate birthday takes place at home / in a cafe, there will be nowhere much to move around. The tags for the scenario map are described above, but there can be any number of games between travel from one point to another, at your discretion. Draw a map and tear it apart into as many pieces as you have prepared for contests and assignments. For completing each task, give the young pirates another piece of the map.

Since the children at first do not have a map, the presenter instead of "What's next on the map, let's see ...." says in this spirit, "Oh, we got into the sands", "The path is blocked by a swamp", etc. And the chest can be taken out on the sly and put behind the guys while the young pirates glue all the pieces together.

Scenario

The name of the presenter for example is Pretty Katie or Captain Hook (hereinafter CC).

QC: I see the whole brave team is assembled? Glad, very glad! Greetings to you, um, hmm ... And you, in fact, what to call something? Masha? Vasya? Will not work! The pirate must have a nickname so that he cannot be calculated by his real name.

The guys choose pirate names for themselves. Prepare cards - red and blue - with names for girls and boys. Whoever wants, can come up with a nickname for himself. You can make badges, hang up and call the guys pirate nicknames the whole party. Frisky Joe, Ragged Ear, Miss Mary, One-Eyed Bill and stuff like that.

QC: Phew, figured it out! Have you already come up with the name of the team? Have you chosen the captain? How not? Come on, come on! You should be called somehow by those in whom you will instill fear and horror!

They come up with a name, choose a captain. You can grant this honor to the birthday boy. And if it's not your birthday, then, like true pirates, decide the issue by drawing lots. For example, take chocolate coins out of the bag. Whoever gets a special one (in a foil of a different color) will be the captain.

QC: Why did you hang your noses? Don't be discouraged - the captain's share is not at all as sweet as the birthday cake. And who is the captain without his team? Every pirate on the ship and in battle is important! Let's fill the holds (let's eat and drink), while I'm going to get the presents. I like you, a thousand devils! How can such brave pirates not be pampered?

QC: Are you full and drunk? Well done! But, sea urchin in my liver, someone stole presents!

It turns out "someone" - a villain, an assistant to the presenter.

QC: Oh, you torn jellyfish! Give me back my chest!

Assistant: Here's another! They just came, didn't really show themselves, and you give them the treasures right away? Well, I do not! I hid them on the other side of the island and drew a map. Let them go in search of treasures. And we'll take a look at their pirate skills. Maybe they are not pirates at all, but so ...

QC: Guys, let's show this toad belch, what are we worth? Shall we get our treasures?
- Yes Yes!

QC: Then go ahead! Through the quicksands inland!

  • Large yellow sheet with holes different diameters and at different distances. Two or four adults are holding. You can cut the sheet lengthwise and sew it so that you get a long strip. The guys must quickly go through the "quicksand", stepping only into the holes.

QC: Well done, everyone did a great job! But, according to the map, there is an enemy camp ahead. Let's practice swinging sabers. Otherwise they will stop us halfway ...

  • Foam, inflatable or cardboard saber swords. A thin long board on the floor. The two have a duel. The goal is to stand on the board (you can sit on a bench if the children school age). Stepped on the floor - make way for the next one. And so on until everyone has enough of it.

  • Distribute to the children two small boards or cardboard boxes with the Jolly Roger - fragments of an enemy galleon. Organize a swamp: scatter pieces of green cloth or paper on the floor. Children must cross the swamps, standing on only one of the "wreckage". You stand on one, put the second in front of you, climb onto it, and shift the released "fragment" in front of you. And so on until the finish line.

While the children are moving through the swamp, the villain-assistant is quietly taken away to the side (so that the guys do not see). And they hook on him about 30 clothespins-fish, on clothes.

QC: You did great - the swamp devil did not drag anyone to the bottom! Well done! And where is our pest, drowned or what?

The assistant comes out in clothespins, his head down.

QC: Aha-ha-ha, anchor down my throat, that's right for you! How will you go further?

Assistant offended: But no way! And I'll hide the chest so that Flint himself won't find it! Let's unhook these toothy bastards. But wait ... It's a great chance to check out our pirates ... Well, let's see how attentive you are. KK, blindfold them, let them cope by touch. And do not try to tickle me!

  • Blindfolded children unhook clothespins. You can compete - who will unhook the piranhas more.

Assistant: Well, thank you! For this I will tell you a secret - there is an ambush ahead. I know for sure, because I know the fragments along which you climbed through the swamp. ... Apparently, my enemies crashed on the rocky coast of our island. ... Oh, it's hard for you! Get ready!

QC: Curse of the jellyfish, here they are!

  • While the children were blindfolded, the presenter prepares props for the accuracy competition. Depending on the age of the children, you can throw darts at the targets-faces, shoot down enemy paper figures with soft balls, extinguish candles (with bandages-faces) from water pistols.

QC: Phew, it seems everyone was sent to feed the fish ... Let's refresh ourselves before we continue to stomp.

QC: Caramba, we're almost there!

Assistant: Take your time, otherwise you will have time. First you need to get the key. So that I have to scrub the deck all my life, if I give it up for that!

  • The key can be hidden in a large piñata (ship, skull, kraken). Or pour in several balloons serpentine and candies, and put a key in one.

QC: All right, the key is there. Go to the treasure!

Assistant: Look, they scattered like crabs at the sight of my boot! You, of course, are dexterous and brave, and everyone is tanned. ... And how smartly? Not cheated Calypso? If you don’t make a mistake here, so be it - I’ll give up the chest.

  • Marine / pirate quiz, riddles, charades, puzzles. You can prepare several questions or a test with comic answers. At your discretion and according to the age of the guys, so that most of the young guests of the party are not bored.

QC: Well, sinister, did the team do it?

Assistant: I admit - the real pirates are here! Both brave and smart - as for selection! I like this treasure hunt - a feast for the eyes! Disassemble your treasures. Don't worry about it, or ruin the whole impression. You are a friendly team, with you even for the monkfish, even for the boarding!

Completing the quest: the grand opening of the chest with the most valuable treasures - sets of gifts packed in themed bags or boxes. Toys, movie tickets, coloring books, puzzles - on budget and by age. It is better to collect the same sets so that no one leaves offended. And attach something to remember - medals or certificates of real pirates.

QC: Have you dismantled the treasure? Now, welcome to the table! Our cook has prepared a wonderful surprise for you!

They bring in a surprise - a pirate cake. We eat, have fun in a free mode. Happy holiday to you!

Part 2

Selecting suitable landmarks and mapping

    Choose a location to search for treasures. You can arrange a treasure hunt from the basement of your private home to its main floor, or use the bushes and trees in your garden as reference points marked on the map. Treasure hunt can be done both at home and outdoors, depending on the space you need and the current time of year.

    • It is better not to hide the treasure in in public places, since you cannot be completely sure that someone else will not find it.
  1. Complete four to five landmarks with matching four to five pirate pictures. If you decide to go on a treasure hunt at home, you can use the sofa, lamp, microwave, refrigerator as reference points and choose the corresponding pictures for them. For street treasure hunt can be made landmarks a big tree, trampoline, swing, rose bush and large stone. Then you will need to think about how to creatively label these items on the map. For example, a bathtub can be made a "Waterfall of Destiny", and a large street stone- “Skull Island”. Below are some other fun examples:

  2. Draw a large island on the map, leaving some free space around the edges. Create a wavy coastline with several prominent overhangs. Use a blue marker or pencil to paint over the area around the island, thus delineating the ocean.

    • You can also always create several additional mini-islands to indicate different rooms or areas of the house. For example, you can make one home treasure hunting island and one street treasure hunt island.
  3. Draw a compass in the corner of the map. You may not want to use a compass to give directions, but displaying it on the map will make it look more realistic. The image can be very simple, for example, a cross with the signatures of the cardinal points ("N", "S", "Z" and "B"), or you can draw a full-fledged wind rose with a compass.

    • If possible, correctly orient the compass image on the map to the cardinal points so that children can use this device while searching for hidden treasures! Most smartphones now have a built-in compass so you can check directions to certain landmarks.
  4. Map landmarks and sign them. Take markers or pencils and unleash your creativity! In addition to the previously selected landmarks, images of palms, parrots, coves and sand can be applied to the map. Depending on the age of the children who will be looking for treasures, you can sign the landmarks with their veiled pirate names and indicate tips that will help you find the appropriate place in your house, for example, for the Waterfall of Destiny, sign below in small letters that it is “there, where people swim ”.

    • You can also take interesting ideas from the pirate movies and include fun details from there on your map.

It is far from always necessary to buy a child new toy to get his attention. Sometimes it's worth showing a little imagination and putting in a little effort to come up with interesting game, able to interest the most fastidious guys. One of such undertakings may be searching for a treasure on a treasure map. Such entertainment can be occupied for a long time not only by one adventure lover, but also by a large friendly company of treasure hunters. How to draw a treasure map in several ways will be discussed in today's article.

Necessary accessories

In order to draw a believable treasure map, you will need to stock up on some important items, these are:

  • album sheet;
  • colored pencils or markers;
  • lighter or matches;
  • rope or thick thread;
  • "hidden treasures".

All subjects should be told in order.

Lighter, rope and pencils

So, the album sheet is future card... Its size depends on the preferences, imagination and desires of the painter. By the way, he will also decide how to draw a treasure map and where to hide the treasure on the diagram. Colored pencils, which can be replaced with felt-tip pens, markers or paints (whichever is the child's favorite), can help give your creation a unique color. A lighter or matches can artificially age the album sheet: burned spots will add mystery to the masterpiece. Well, a rope or thick thread will be needed so that when folding finished card in a roll it was possible to tie it, fasten it. Of course, the most important thing is the treasures that will be hidden. These can be any edible treats, candies, or favorite treats of a particular child for whom the map is being drawn up. You can use small toys or a sticker pack. In principle, any little thing that comes to hand is suitable for this. All these attributes will bring the resulting masterpiece closer to almost ideal.

How to draw a treasure map with your own hands: a few easy ways

The first way is for the parent.

To begin with, it is worth deciding on the place where the long-awaited reward will await the "treasure hunters". For her it is quite packing is suitable delicious cookies, fruit or any other delicacy. Having discovered what is hidden, the kids will not only be happy, but also have a bite to eat. If the place is chosen, you can get down to business. Since it is quite simple to draw a treasure map for children, even those who have not taken a pencil in their hands for a long time can cope with this task.

Stages

How we will draw the map:

  1. If the treat is hidden in an apartment or house, you should start the route from the farthest point and lead the children to success as confusingly as possible. The more difficult the trail, the more interesting it is to look for the treasure.
  2. Place the significant objects in the apartment on the map. If creativity you can't brag at all, these items can simply be signed.
  3. Age the map by scorching the edges with matches or a lighter. For more believability, you can burn a hole in the center.
  4. Roll the resulting masterpiece into a roll, tie it with a rope and toss it to the child. The result will not be long in coming. Children's thirst for adventure will draw into the game with lightning speed.

The second way involves co-creation.

This option is suitable for an upcoming children's party, for example, if the child has a birthday with invited guests. It is worth doing everything the same as in the first method, only to give free rein to children's imagination. Let the kid develop his own unique route leading to the goal himself and color the drawing as he sees fit. Explain to your child that the success or failure of treasure hunting will depend on how to draw a treasure map: the more accurately indicate the route and indicate important details, the easier it will be to move towards the goal.

Play and creativity are integral parts of child development, and if they can be combined, reinforcing delicious treat and gifts, this is a great blessing for the younger generation.

We have learned so much information about pirates for a lifetime. But there is one more detail, and it is called the treasure map. Everyone remembered, and boarding, and liters of rum, even a parrot, but they forgot what attracted everyone to become a pirate - treasures. And today we have a chance to hide our personal treasures and find out how to draw a map to find them.

Why pirates buried wealth and drew a map remains a pleasant mystery. The first thought that came up was that rum had shortened their memory so much that they had to draw a path back and forth. Probably, the same rum somehow magically influenced the desire to bury something in the ground. But it was not there. Not all are found around with squirrels. After thinking a little, the second thought came - it's not so easy to carry tons of looted gold with you on one ship. But since pirate ship it is not so easy to enter the port - immediately to the festive hanging of bodies. Therefore, pirates buried treasures on the nearest shores, and the map served as a wikipedia for the traveler. But disagreement lived among the pirates, they did not trust each other. The more people knew about the treasure, the less people began to know about the treasure. That is why it is believed that a pirate is a friend to a pirate only on the deck of a ship, while on land there are enemies, and this is the pure truth, since they descended on land with only one purpose. But there were treasures for which it was an honor and a duty, not a crime, to kill several complete pirates. For example, such:

  • Recently, on the territory of Ireland, we found a ship that sank very recently in 1941, from the side of which the lucky ones lifted 48 tons of silver. Their happiness was not measure, but the Irish people are harsh, they did not distribute coins to the poor and needy, but threw them into the development of the seafaring industry. What if they find something else.
  • Mel Fisher is a legend among treasure hunters. It was he who found the Atach ship in 1985, which sank, just think, back in 1622. Briefly about the prices. More than 200 gold and 1,100 silver bars and all kinds of jewelry for the ladies were lifted from the ship. This is how much dough? Come on, robot, I will become a treasure hunter.
  • But the largest production fell in honor of 2007, when the Odysseus company (as it was symbolically named) found the merchant ship Merchant Royal, on board of which a cargo worth $ 500 million was lifted. This is not a booger from your nose. The company will receive 90% of the total amount. And I would have at least one gold coin.
