Do-it-yourself old pirate map. Pirate treasure map

Was a leading pirate. The kids got interesting experience and unforgettable experiences. And Angelina kindly shares her work with us. Learn and enjoy!

“The scenario of the holiday was still spinning in my head, and I had already sent letters to future participants from Old Flint with the following content:

“Pirate Old Flint is gathering a team to search for treasure.

The pirate ship "Barracuda" will be moored in there at 10 am! (in case of bad, rainy weather, it will not be able to go to sea and the gathering of pirates is postponed to next week).
The first task for the pirate is to come up with a real pirate name for himself and arrive at the meeting point at the specified time in a pirate costume.

Show Old Flint the black mark."

I wrote the letter by hand, drew a pirate flag, photocopied it in the right amount, laid out on envelopes along with black marks. Black marks can be cut out of cardboard, but I made them from plasticine. The children were intrigued, counted the days until the event and took the preparation very seriously!

When preparing a quest, the script always relies on the venue of the holiday and the age of the participants. In our case, these were children 3-5 years old, most of the tasks were hidden at home and in the surrounding area.

Quest preparation:

1. Encrypted message.

2. The key to the cipher- a note with cipher pictures and letters.

3. Colorful butterflies- 14 pieces. Butterflies of seven colors, letters are written on the reverse side. Collected in pairs, butterflies with letters add up to the name of seven notes. The task implies that the children sort the butterflies by color, see the letters and add the words-notes: Do, Re, Mi, Fa, etc.

4. Treasure map. I tightly sealed the drawn map in cellophane, sparing no adhesive tape for tightness, and placed it in plastic box which was filled with water and frozen. To make the map sink, I pressed it to the bottom with a few pebbles. When the water froze, it turned out beautifully, you could add shells, it would be even better!

5. Pirate Flag, Drawn by hand with black chalk on a sheet of A3 paper. Taped to the gate with adhesive tape (we called this place the Island of Shadows), under the flag - an envelope with a new task.

6. The inscription "Barracuda" to designate a ship. Actually, the house itself was a pirate ship, the room was a cabin, the kitchen was a galley, etc.

7. Envelopes with riddles and tasks.

8. Buy Balloons(about 10 pieces), crackers and a rubber spider. As treasures - kinder surprise eggs. With crackers, Flint provoked young pirates during the game, raised morale :). And I put a few notes with riddles into the balls. inflated balloons tied higher, so that the children themselves could not reach them.

9. Find Pirate Songs(The song of the pirates from the movie Pappy Longstocking and the theme from the movie Pirates of the Caribbean).

10. Prepare riddles about the sea,(see Attachment).

For the whole adventure, we only needed one character - Pirate Flint, who played the role of host.

Celebration:

When all the children gathered, Flint announced that the team was starting to search for treasure.

For the ship to set sail you need to raise the sails.(On the veranda we hang roller blinds, they symbolized the sails.) Having untwisted the curtains, the kids found encrypted message and the chief pirate explained: to read the cipher, you need "key", he is with his girlfriend huge spider, who is hiding somewhere in the garden.

The children went to roam the garden and soon the spider was found. Under it wasenvelope with a keyto solve the cipher.

For the age of our team, the message was too long, and they had to show a fair amount of patience and continue to name the letters, matching them with the pictures. With the help of parents read: "Listen to the rustle of butterflies inside a white jellyfish."

What in our house looked like a huge white jellyfish? The children looked around in bewilderment until someone guessed that it was a stole (mosquito net) hanging from the ceiling. I previously tied it in the middle and put it there paper butterflies. The children rushed to the jellyfish, untied it and all the butterflies scattered across the bed.

Flint suggested that need to pair and guess what they mean short words. When the children realized that these were notes, they were offered to find the next task where the notes are hidden - in musical instrument. In our case, it was the harmonium. The children lifted the lid and found an envelope with the next task:"Pirates are very cheerful people, dance a pirate dance together, cheerfully!"

I turned on the song, and everyone danced, jumped.

When the kids calmed down, Flint suggested choose from the team members the chief mate in the following way:"Who knows more than all the fish and marine life, he will be the captain's assistant." Everyone sat in a circle and took turns calling the fish, who could no longer remember anything - dropped out. So the one who had the honorable task to go to the galley and bring a tray with watermelon for the whole team was determined.

While the pirates and their parents were refreshing themselves with watermelon and sandwiches, I turned on a song from "Pirates" for the background. Caribbean Sea”, we imagined how we were sailing on a ship, the sails were inflated, the waves were beating against the side, the sun was above the clouds, etc.

When the pirates and their parents completed this delicious task, it turned out that With reverse side tray, at the bottom, an envelope is glued! The assignment said:“With the help of the Thousand Devils spell, turn into a monster with eight legs, two mouths and two eyes. Only such a monster can break the enchanted balls, inside there is a new task!

Children took turns climbing onto the shoulders of an adult and blindfolded cut off high-hanging balls. So everyone was in the role of a monster, and everyone had a balloon in their hands.

Further I had to break them to read the notes hidden inside. It turned out to be fun, they just flopped their ass on the grass and then collected scattered pieces of paper. On small papers riddles about the sea (see Attachment), and the next task: “Go to the Isle of Shadows, where a pirate flag hangs. The island is enchanted, to get to it, build a bridge of shadows.

We have already learned so much about pirates, enough for a lifetime. But there is one more detail, and it is called a treasure map. Everyone remembered, and boardings, and liters of rum, even a parrot, but they forgot what beckoned everyone to become a pirate - treasures. And today we have a chance to hide personal treasures and find out how to draw a map to search for them.

Why pirates buried wealth and drew a map remains a pleasant mystery. The first thought that came to mind was that the rum shortened their memory so much that they had to draw a way back and forth. Probably, the same rum somehow magically influenced the desire to bury something in the ground. But it was not there. Not everyone is around with a squirrel. After thinking a little, the second thought came - it's not so easy to carry tons of looted gold with you on one ship. But with a pirate ship it is not so easy to enter the port - immediately to the festive hanging of the bodies. Therefore, the pirates buried treasures on the nearest shores, and the map served as a Wikipedia for the traveler. But the disagreement lived among the pirates, they did not trust each other. The more people knew about the treasure, the less people began to know about the treasure. That is why they believe that a pirate is a friend to a pirate only on the deck of a ship, while on land they are enemies, and this is true, for how many people descended on land for only one purpose. But there were also treasures for which it was an honor and duty, not a crime, to kill a few finished pirates. For example, these:

  • Recently, on the territory of Ireland, we found a ship that sank very recently in 1941, from which the lucky ones lifted 48 tons of silver. There was no measure of their happiness, but the Irish people are harsh, did not distribute coins to the poor and needy, but threw them into the development of the shipping industry. Suddenly they find something else.
  • Mel Fisher is a legend among treasure hunters. It was he who in 1985 found the ship Atacha, which sank, just think, back in 1622. Briefly about prices. More than 200 gold and 1100 silver bars were lifted from the ship, and all kinds of jewelry for ladies. How much money is that? Come on, her, robot, I will become a treasure hunter.
  • But the largest production fell on honor in 2007, when the Odyssey company (as it was symbolically called) found the merchant ship Merchant Royal, on board of which a cargo worth a total of 500 million dollars was lifted. This is not for you to eat boogers from your nose. The company will receive 90% of the total amount. And I would like at least one gold coin.

Before, how to draw a map, you hide something, then draw and let your friends search. Yes, and do not forget what and where lies. Come on, treasure hunters.

How to draw a treasure map with a pencil step by step

Step one.

Step two.

Step three.

Step four.

Step five.

If the map has already been drawn, but no one can find the treasure, and even you forgot where it is - don't worry, the end of the world is coming soon, so you can draw something else.

My son's birthday was approaching, and I thought about gifts, holding and decorating the holiday. I thought, as usual, I was late - the day before :). A large gift has already been booked by relatives, and I decided to buy some inexpensive gifts. Well, do not give them a bag! Gotta beat it. idea treasure maps for kids I've been taking notes for a long time. A great opportunity to bring it to life!

How to draw a treasure map?

Yes Easy. You will need a sheet of drawing paper, pencils, paints and a couple of pictures for inspiration. We draw an island, it has a relief, palm trees for entourage, camels for outrageousness and a wind rose for authenticity. Already on top, I sketched a rough plan of the apartment, and pasted red crosses in places where gifts were hidden and marked the search directions with a dotted line. I burned the edges of the treasure map with a lighter, to be honest 🙂

Treasure map, pictures for inspiration:

Add pirate attributes, and treasure map for children's holiday will be like real

  • a parrot
  • Pirates' ship
  • treasure chest
  • spyglass, compass
  • black mark, cocked hat, skull, anchor

This is how our pirate treasure map. I had little time, I approached the issue superficially, next year I will also make a treasure map with my own hands, but I will prepare better. Because the success was huge, the son was delighted to run around the apartment, opening all the drawers, lockers in a row, looking under the bed, and in the refrigerator, and on the mezzanine.

The task implied that the children in a chain stand on a concrete path and chalk around the shadows each other, moving towards the island.

Having reached the gate in this way, our pirates tore off the flag and found a new envelope with a note:"Look for a map in the country eternal ice". The kids guessed that we had a refrigerator and found a frozen map. But how do you get it from there? they carried it into the sun, picking it with forks, all to no avail!

Flint came to the rescue, he brought a bowl hot water and poured into the box, then the ice floe melted and fell out of the box. It was smashed against the concrete of the path and a pirate map was taken out!

The map determined where the treasures are hidden- in the country of Melatia (on the territory of the nearest pool), it didn’t take long to persuade anyone - the kids happily went to the pool, where they found their well-deserved treasures under a tree, bathed, freshened up and went home, filled with impressions and positive emotions.

What boy in his childhood does not dream of becoming a pirate or going on a sea voyage in search of Captain Flint's treasure? You can give your child such an opportunity by organizing a real pirate party for him and his friends! There are two scenarios for holding such a party: on the street (for example, in a country house or playground) or at home. The first option, of course, is more suitable for those children who were born in the summer. If there is no opportunity to have a party on the street, then you can get by with a celebration in an apartment with contests that do not require large space, but, nevertheless, your child will definitely like it!

The first thing you need to start preparing for the holiday, of course, with costumes and paraphernalia! What should a real pirate and his crew have? Matching costumes, swords, pistols, cocked hats, bandanas, blindfolds. Vests, torn T-shirts and pants, vests, wide belts are suitable as costumes. Have a few bandanas and headbands in reserve in case one of the guests arrives without costumes. Improvised costumes for guests who haven't had time to dress up can also be quickly built from black disposable tablecloths or black oilcloth, which is sold in rolls. Cut out an elongated rectangle from it, make a slit for the head in the center. Cut the bottom of the robe unevenly with scissors to resemble a fringe. When the first pirates come to visit, dress them in such black suits, stick a skull with crossbones to the attire and tie the outfit with a wide ribbon. Don't forget your bandana and eye patch!

BOX

Materials:

Corrugated cardboard (from boxes),

Kraft paper (wrapping),

Oil pastel.

From the cardboard we cut out the development of the chest.

Crumple the craft paper into a ball and smooth it out with your hands. Toning with pastels

it turns out an interesting pattern, similar to old thick skin.

To close the chest, glue a piece of Velcro (= tape

Velcro, contact tape). You can draw a keyhole outside.

With the side of the oil pastel crayon we tint the walls. We use 2-3 suitable colors.

We glue the chest. Glue the corners with strips of "skin" from craft paper.

LABEL

We must not forget about the design holiday table. The pirate birthday menu can also be styled with a pirate theme. Use various dishes, the main thing is that they resemble something pirate in shape, even simple juice, homemade fruit drink or children's champagne can always be called pirate rum. Try to pour the drink into a bottle and stick a real pirate label on it - not only will they definitely try the drink, but they will also drink it with pleasure, because this is the drink of a real pirate.

Materials:

Unnecessary map (study atlases often remain at the end of the school year),

Aging solution (tea, coffee, rosehip infusion),

Ink and pen, or black pen.

We take a piece of the map, moisten it with water. When wet, with the help of a comb, make a rectangle with a torn edge.

Let's age the paper with tea (or coffee, or rosehip tincture - these solutions will give different shades of brown). It is necessary to grow old after you have made a torn edge so that the edge of the paper is also painted.

If you have steel pens for writing or sketching at home, you can take ink to practice calligraphy, or sign the label with just a black gel pen.

JOLLY ROGER

You will need a piece of black fabric and white acrylic paint. Cut out the flag without forgetting

leave a margin where the flag will be attached to the pole. handle

the edges are not necessary, the pirates most likely did not do this. Can

prepare a stencil drawing from cardboard and apply paint with a swab. Or

draw directly on the fabric. Then it is better to outline the drawing with

soapy remnants, as tailors do.

There is also a non-childish option - carefully draw with bleach.

TABLE DECORATION

Materials:

wooden sticks,

We cut out a sail from paper or a card and put it on a stick-mast. Attach the flag.

Or, for example, they could be:

PIRATE HOLIDAY INVITATION

For the invitation, we will prepare pieces of the card in the same way as for the label.

The basis of the invitation is made of watercolor paper. It can be interesting to color it - wet the entire sheet and paint with watercolor spots (we use 2-3 matching colors). When the paper dries, it must be ironed.

MAP

Pirate map- an indispensable attribute of any pirate party. On this map, it is imperative to look for treasures hidden somewhere by mom, treasures must certainly be in a chest and may not be gold, but candy)))

To make a believable map, you can put a sheet of paper in the oven - it will turn brown there, or soak the sheet with tea and dry it on a radiator. Then slightly cut off and burn the corners, you can crumple the leaf a little. Then take felt-tip pens and draw a map of the area, it can be an apartment or a playground near the house. Naturally, when drawing a map, it’s worth starting from the age of the children - the little ones don’t think they can figure out the secrets of cartography or read what is written there, either mom will come to the rescue, or you need to draw in an accessible way for children))))

It would also be great to find a message in a bottle (I'm thinking of throwing it into an inflatable pool that will stand by our rented house by the sea). In the message, you can write tasks that children need to complete so that the main and long-awaited at the holiday appears - CAKE)))

TABLE

Do not forget that dishes should be not only beautiful, but also healthy. Each of us knows that what is healthy is not always tasty, therefore, in order to interest the little robbers in the dish, decorate the plate with thematic flags with inscriptions or put a card in each plate, the guests will definitely try the treat! And of course, the main component of the festive table will be a pirate cake. A cake in the form pirate ship will attract the admiring glances of absolutely everyone.

Some children's cookies, pretzels or other nonsense that is "carried around" during the holiday can be put into chests.

In some dishes, you can simply insert sails - on which you can make funny inscriptions for older children - for example, these are chopped bones, and for younger children, just sails will do))))

These jellies are quite easy to make yourself:

Well, this idea is more complicated, for especially creative mothers:

Pirate cupcakes for the table: (it's funny that Pezz sweets, my favorite as a child, were inserted instead of a mouth)

Ala-buter - I don’t think it’s delicious to chew bread - but how the decoration will do)

Pirate Cakes:

Bake the chocolate cake, crumble it into small crumbs in a bowl and mix thoroughly with butter and cottage cheese (curd mass) and roll into small balls. Let them cool in the freezer of the refrigerator, stick the sticks in the middle and dip them in white chocolate. Leave in the refrigerator for another half hour. Then, using colored icing, draw on pirate faces and bandanas.

Here's another funny idea - I don't know how difficult it is to cry out: make jelly in quarters of orange peels and attach sails) I think the jelly is poured into the whole orange peel, and when it freezes it is cut, but I still don’t know how to squeeze out all the pulp through a small hole)))

Since we will celebrate at sea, and I don’t know how to make something to order there, I was looking for options so that I could do it myself. For example, buy cakes and simply decorate them with colored icing from tubes.

with such sails on toothpicks, you can modify purchased pies

fruit decoration idea

I think any hostess has a recipe for stuffing eggs))

not very appetizing, for me, but you can think of something similar in a healthier version)

In the next photo, I liked the idea with the sausage octopus in the lower right corner

If you don’t want to bother with the table, you can give everyone a chest with fast food:

And, of course, any table will be exquisite if each guest is given such a card.

CAKES

Some of them, especially dodgy mothers, will be able to make them themselves, for example, by completing the purchased ones as necessary (well, or bake them yourself). This one, for example, I think can be easily done if you cut two cakes correctly and fold them later))

And for this, you only need cookies-boats, which are in most supermarkets (even ours have learned how to make them, though not as tasty as imported ones)

And this one can be made by a novice confectioner-mother, who works at least a little with mastic)

COMPETITIONS

Now it's time to talk about competitions. The following are contests that do not require a lot of space to run and can be easily arranged in a small hall or room.

Of course, the culmination of the holiday should be the search for a treasure chest.

The chest can be prepared in advance by making it from an ordinary shoe box, pasted over with brown paper on the sides, you can draw coins on the paper, gems etc. The chest itself can be filled with sweets or inexpensive souvenirs, you can put chocolate or plastic coins, small ones, pebbles, shells, because each guest must take some of the treasures with them.

To find a hidden chest you need a map, just like real pirates. The map can be cut into several equal parts) from 4 to 8, depending on the number of contests and hide parts of the map in different places. Pirates will have to successfully pass all the tests, solve all the riddles in order to collect a treasure map and find the coveted chest.

Here are just a small part of the competitions for which details have already been made:

1. "SOLVING CROSSWORDS"

A real pirate should know nautical terms. If the pirates are vertically guessed a word in which one of the parts of the card is hidden. If the pirates solve the crossword puzzle, they will find out where the piece of the map is hidden.

Crossword puzzles, in fact, can be done several, it all depends on whether your and his friends are intellectual and how interesting it will be for them. But believe me, not only adults, but also adults will be happy to solve a real pirate crossword puzzle with a riddle!

If space in the apartment allows, you can hold several mobile competitions, for example,

2. Competition "SEA KNOT"

Any pirate is simply obliged to possess the art of knitting sea knots. As far as beginner robbers can do it, the next contest will show. To get started you need

appoint a leader. It could be the birthday boy himself. The leader leaves the room. The rest of the participants hold hands tightly, forming a closed chain. This chain

it is required to "tie" in a marine knot. Players can turn around, step over the player's hands, standing next to, climb anywhere without letting go of the neighbor's hand. After

after the sea knot is ready, and the participants are "twisted" to the limit, the pirate crew shouts: "Polundra!" The host enters the room and untangles the knot without tearing it.

chain. The competition can be repeated several times. Those who unravel the sea knot can be awarded with commemorative medals, “Real Pirate”, and the last leader is given part of the map and also a medal. You can also reward desperate pirates who courageously endured an uncomfortable situation.

The host (mother) announces: And now I want to know how friendly the team is and whether you recognize each other blindfolded by voice. A “blind” sailor is chosen among the players. The rest of the players, holding hands, stand around him. He claps his hands, and the participants begin to walk in a circle. The blind man claps again and the players in the circle stop and freeze. After that, the "Blind" presenter points to one of the guys, trying to guess who it is. If he guesses right the first time, then

the one whom the leader guessed takes his place. If the “blind” presenter did not guess on the first try, then he can touch this participant and try to guess a second time, he can ask the participant to say a word, bark, meow, etc. In case of luck, the “blind” becomes the player who was recognized. This competition can be held two or three times. At the end of the competition, the host announces that the team is really friendly and gives the pirates part of the map.

4. Competition "DRUNKED TREASURES"

This game can become both a competition for the captain (birthday boy) and any volunteer pirate. Prepare a large basin filled with water. Throw a few oranges, lemons, bananas or apples into the basin. The pirate participant kneels in front of a basin of water, clasping his hands behind his back, and tries to grab the fruit with his teeth and pull it out of the water. When all the fruits are pulled out, a part of the card is solemnly awarded to the pirate participant and, of course, a medal for participating in the contest “The Most Brave Pirate!”

5. Competition "PIRATE DANCES"

The host announces: “I know that you are all friendly, dexterous, brave pirates, and now I want to see how you can dance!”

All guests-pirates stand in a circle. According to pirate music, they pass to each other in a circle a pirate symbol (a spyglass, a dagger in a sheath, a hat, a bottle of rum). The host interrupts the transmission of the whistle symbol. Whoever has the item in his hands, then goes to the center of the circle and shows the rest of the pirates dance moves. They repeat. After that, the game starts from the beginning until the moment of general satisfaction.

You can repeat this competition 3-4 times, after which the leader of the holiday captain is solemnly awarded a piece of the card.

In addition, it is possible to carry out several intellectual contests, For example:

Guessing riddles, puzzles, fairy tales, shifters, etc. entertaining contests.

And now, the map is assembled, you can follow the trail of treasures! When the cache is found, share the treasure among the pirates. It would be better if the presenter divides the treasure himself, just put the gifts in the chest into bags in advance, and so that there are no fights for gifts, take out the bags so that the pirates do not see what is there and loudly ask “To whom?” whoever responds first will get the first bag, and so on. Make sure that the bags are of equal value and gifts, otherwise some pirates will remain offended. Bags can be sewn from ordinary opaque fabric and tied with a ribbon on top.

After that, the pirates can be invited to the table with treats! And if you still have time and energy left, you can hold relay races between the two teams for nice symbolic prizes.

Make sure everyone gets a medal or a small memento, and even if they don't win any of the competitions (and the judging must be fair no matter what), the "Contestant", "Brave Pirate", " active pirate”, “jolly pirate”, etc.

At the end, distribute a questionnaire to each guest of the holiday, let the pirates fill out a questionnaire for the birthday man for a long memory.

This holiday will surely be remembered by all participants, they will be completely delighted with it.
