Jung's Self-Knowledge Technique: The Mandala. Pure Mind Meditation Technique

What is self-knowledge

There is different areas or levels of self-knowledge available to a person, and Wikipedia describes three of them, which correspond to three levels of human organization:

1. Biological - knowledge of oneself as an organism.
2. Social - the ability to acquire knowledge, skills and rules of conduct.
3. Personal - the ability to make choices, coordinate behavior, create one's life.

However, this description misses the most important view self-knowledge - knowledge of one's true spiritual (non-material) nature. And this is only missed because traditional psychology has not gone beyond the material spheres of knowledge. On this path of self-knowledge, we take a step into the unknown, going beyond the usual material, and make an incredible discovery - who we really are. This is the path of liberation from illusions and delusions, the path to freedom and to oneself - eternal and real.

What is the Path to Enlightenment?

This is a set of the most effective enlightenment techniques, selected over the past 10 years of research and work on yourself and with clients. All techniques of this path of self-knowledge are given in a certain sequence (divided into levels) and adapted for independent application. Some of them are my authorship, others are taken from other sources and improved, the rest of the techniques are given in their pure form with an indication of the origin.

For those who want to reach enlightenment quickly, I have both good news and bad news. Good news in that:
1. On this path of self-discovery, you save several tens or hundreds of thousands of euros (this is how much people pay to achieve a similar state in some "organizations")
2. The techniques of this path are incredibly effective! That is, fast and efficient.
3. you do not need an assistant, all self-knowledge techniques are for independent work. But if necessary, I will help in any way I can - see Free psychological consultations.

Now the bad news:
1. this path of enlightenment is not for everyone (read more in the "Warning" section)
2. sometimes it will be difficult, unpleasant and sad (this is the price for the speed and efficiency of the technician)
3. no one will pity you and sympathize (if you need pity and sympathy, this is not the right place :))

Therefore, briefly summing up, we can say that this path of self-knowledge is for sane people-practitioners who are ready to do something for their present and future. The rest will find something simpler and, most likely, useless.

Description of the path of self-knowledge and enlightenment techniques

This is a fast, effective and, most importantly, reliable path to enlightenment and happiness - the path through the ego and through dualities (more in the chapter "Emptying the Mind"). The final destination of this path of self-knowledge is Complete Spiritual Freedom (see Ultimate Reality). Freedom from everything that made a person unfree.

Restoring the original state of pure consciousness - enlightenment - is possible with the help of various exercises and techniques of self-knowledge, and on the site I have posted the most effective techniques on the way out of dualities (duality) and the mechanisms of the mind, which leads to the acquisition (or rather, to awareness) of the original nature of a spiritual being. This is the path in which the natural abilities of a spiritual being are restored, and as a result, understanding, harmony, calmness, joy, happiness and serenity arise.

What will you find in the levels? At the first two levels, techniques are given for working with actual dualities (duality, dichotomy), which gives liberation from the trap of these dualities and the mechanisms of the mind (ego) associated with them. At the second level, in addition to the most powerful technique for working through dualities, there are also additional universal enlightenment techniques, not only for working with dualities. The third level on the path to enlightenment is the accelerated processing of dualities and mechanisms of the mind with the help of the subconscious, as well as a series of techniques whose goal is to restore the ability to create, change and destroy any illusions (space, energy, matter and time) consciously and at will, and , respectively, lead to greater spiritual freedom. The techniques of the Fourth and Fifth levels are aimed at eliminating the basic mechanisms of the mind, total disidentification and gaining the original complete freedom - pure consciousness, which also implies happiness in the purest immaterial form. The fifth level, in fact, is entirely devoted to the issue of self-knowledge, and this is the most interesting area for research.

The techniques of self-knowledge of each subsequent level are much more powerful than the previous ones, and each level is a preparation for the next.

The proposed path allows you to independently and relatively quickly get rid of the negative of any kind and its unpleasant consequences. Start now with the help of the techniques given on the site!

Techniques for handling dualities and getting out of them are very simple and effective; you can be convinced of it, having worked at the first level. The state achieved with the help of the techniques of this path (unlike some other practices) is the most stable, because the very foundation of the mind - duality - is removed. In other words, there is an irreversible erasure of the ego, its dissolution in pure consciousness - forever. Getting out of dualities (duality), emptying the mind, achieving pure divine consciousness, harmony, joy, happiness and serenity - all this is possible, and this does not require decades (as before), and even years. The whole path to enlightenment can be passed quickly - in six months or a year, subject to intensive practice of self-knowledge.

Here you will find the greatest and most exciting adventure - a journey deep into yourself, to your real self, to the happiness of Complete Freedom. Welcome! And may your Path of self-knowledge be fast!

Who once found himself, he can not lose anything in this world. And who once understood a person in himself, he understands all people

S. Zweig

Self-knowledge begins the moment you become aware of yourself. This process is embodied very early, even in childhood, and reaches its peak in the years of youth, when the thirst for knowledge is great, the mind is insatiable, it requires new discoveries and impressions, and the soul strives for lofty goals and it seems that it is possible to embrace the immensity.

All this is exactly so, but with the burden of responsibility that imposes social status, new duties, and simply the daily whirlpool of events captivates with its speed, a person forgets about the purity of impulses that once filled his life with meaning. And now, realizing the vanity of existence, he looks back, sees himself in the past and understands that something in his real life missing. Isn't that why she began to seem ordinary to him, so predictable.

Yes, there is stability in it: he has achieved recognition of his merits, he is valued by colleagues and respected by friends, there is stability in the family and support in life. However, this vague feeling inside does not cease to excite us and the fact that all this surroundings, the external component of being, does not exhaust the variety that life can offer us.

No matter how unique and beautiful the experience of life in society is, constantly encouraging us to serve our egregore, nevertheless, the material component of life could not exist if there were no inner life, the one that takes place inside, is manifested by the work of consciousness and mind. She is the most important thing in a person, what is hidden from the eyes, but where do we draw strength for the implementation of projects; she is a source of inspiration and creativity; the place where consciousness and soul live; reflection of all the purest that is in every person.

In moments of misunderstanding by others, you will turn to this source in order to regain self-confidence. This is the inner pulse that connects us with the Absolute. In it lies the entrance to the innumerable realm of knowledge and virtues. You need to be able to use it, find the key to it. The inner world of a person is huge. What we habitually call the inner world are just approaches to it. To know the whole universe hidden behind the inscription "inner world", we resort to a technique called self-knowledge.

The path of self-knowledge

The path of self-knowledge is so close, and at the same time its horizons are boundless, that a person sometimes does not know where to start his journey on the way to himself. But you just need to start, awaken the desire for self-recognition, internal growth of yourself as a person, and at the same time a passion for self-improvement will appear. They are like twins: they are similar to each other, the development of one implies the inclusion of the other in the work. Self-knowledge cannot live without self-improvement.

Self-improvement - the desire to achieve the Absolute, approaching the ideal

The process of self-improvement is immanent to human nature to the same extent as self-knowledge. Striving for perfection is what we live for. Perhaps this is loudly said, and yet in every person there is a thirst for self-realization, we cannot underestimate this. Due to the desire to realize oneself through various aspects of life, a person constantly strives to improve his knowledge and skills. On this road, he also reconsiders his goals, which are based on values.

The change in value categories leads to the transformation of the personality itself. Often the process of transition, finding oneself, is accompanied by changes in the external life of a person: his environment, friends, place of residence, occupation change. Only one thing remains unchanged - the desire for self-improvement through self-knowledge.

Types of self-knowledge. Ways of self-knowledge

Types of self-knowledge may be different. It all depends on the position from which the evaluator is looking. The main types are presented as follows:

  • analytical - associated with the work of the mind, the mental plane;
  • creative - the sphere of feelings, ethereal and astral plane;
  • spiritual - sacred sphere, causal, buddhial and atmic plane.

Each of these 3 types consists of subtypes that manifest themselves through a specific function.

Analytical self-knowledge of personality

This kind of self-knowledge occurs through both introspection and self-observation. Self-observation can use written analysis in the form of diaries, passing tests, receiving automatic writing - it is quite rare, but it gives excellent results, providing an opportunity to look deeper into your psyche. You can even talk about the first meetings with the subconscious.

Another way is self-confession. Being honest with yourself is not as easy as it might seem. Internal, uncontrollable fears usually shackle a person, which makes self-confession almost impossible. In order to get over the barrier of fears, you need, as always in such situations, just start acting - start telling yourself about yourself.

Reflection differs from confession in that you do not report to yourself, but simply reflect on what is happening, trying to give less judgment. Although the role of evaluation is great in using this type of introspection, it should not be exaggerated, otherwise the role of the judge can lead you to excessive self-criticism, and this, in turn, will negatively affect your self-esteem.

Creative self-knowledge of a person

Creative self-knowledge is understood as such types of it when we begin to know ourselves through relationships with others, in interaction, including using the techniques of the game, theater, joint activities and events.

One example is participation in dramatic productions. Having chosen a role in a play, a person “tryes on” the character and habits of the character, he forgets himself at the time of the game, and this is the decisive factor. Reincarnation helps a person to get rid of many complexes, because through the game there is an experience of certain situations and states, which in real life cause discomfort. As a result, the role makes it possible to be transferred to another, "unreal" space and already in it to decide psychological problem and in the most natural way possible. After all, playing by all the rules of the “game”, a person must become different, that is, he does not work with his complex, instead he lives it through this character.

This technique has a beneficial effect on the psyche, because fear and rejection of internal blocks disappear by themselves - here is the theater, and you are an actor in it, portraying a specific hero. It turns out that in addition to the effect of deep self-understanding, which completes the process of reincarnation, this method also has a psychotherapeutic effect, makes a person more liberated and allows him to accept himself.

To the extent that playing in a stage production contributes to self-discovery, so do other joint activities, such as singing in a choir, participating in retreats, group yoga classes, allow a person to look at himself from the outside, enrich his experience of life in society, provide rich material for analysis and comparison.

After this kind of study, you can end the day by using one of the methods of analytical self-knowledge, recording and analyzing events in a diary. It should be noted that any kind of self-knowledge, whichever you choose, favorably affects the development of your creativity. Therefore, you can safely combine the types and methods that you use for self-knowledge, because they will allow your individuality to open up even more, penetrate into your true nature, help you find out who you really are.

Spiritual self-knowledge

Spiritual self-knowledge- this is separate view, standing a little further away, as he is different in his methods. Choosing for himself a spiritual tradition as an example and a model for practice, a person determines his entire further path of development and self-improvement. Those laws and concepts on which the practice is built will allow a person the best way understand yourself, penetrate into the deepest layers of consciousness and change yourself in a radical way.

So, having opted for the yogic tradition, with each lesson you will begin to delve more into the essence of the positions on which the teaching is built. Studying the history of origin, reading texts related to practice, and shastras commenting on original ancient works, will allow you to find answers to questions that have long interested you not only of an internal nature, concerning you as a person, but also about the general structure of being.

Improving the thought process through understanding the shastras

Information from primary sources is reliable. It has not undergone many modifications. All that you get is concentrated knowledge that has been preserved through the centuries, and now your task is to understand it, pass it through yourself, get used to the style of presentation and be sure to start putting it into practice through personal experience- sadhu.

Theory, knowledge gained from books and seminars must be tested through practice in real life, only then will you truly realize the whole truth and the value that they store in themselves.

In the spiritual form of self-knowledge, there are two more components: shabda and sadhu. Shabda is a sound, but a sound that comes from a teacher, someone you completely trust on a particular topic. This person can point out to you how you can climb the path of self-development, through the implementation of which practices, reading which texts will help you achieve the desired result and understand yourself.

Guru directing personal quest

The teacher, your shiksha guru, or at more advanced levels - diksha gurus - guide you and your consciousness along the path of knowing the true essence of things by studying the texts of the scriptures - shastras, and you, through your personal experience - a sadhu - apply and test the knowledge gained in life. Nothing exists separately, abstracted from one another - everything is connected both in the world and within you.

I don't get upset if people don't understand me - I get upset if I don't understand people

Confucius

The concept of self-knowledge

external experience and inner life interact, their influence on each other is equivalent. Knowing yourself, you know all others. Each person will become more understandable for you, you will find logic in the world order and the order of things. Then Goethe's words that "man knows himself only to the extent that he knows the world" will be filled with a new meaning for you. Think about it. External and internal are one. You are part of the universe, and at the same time you are a microcosm.

Values in self-discovery through the practice of yoga

Through the spiritual practices of yoga and meditation, a person comes to the knowledge of basic values, what to strive for and what to profess. The first stage of yoga - yama - represents a set of valuable rules that must be followed:

  • Ahimsa - the principle of non-violence, also practiced through a vegetarian diet;
  • Satya - truth and truthfulness;
  • Asteya - non-theft;
  • Brahmacharya - chastity and promiscuity;
  • Aparigraha - non-attachment to worldly goods, renunciation of hoarding.

Through the practice of the 2nd stage of Ashtanga Yoga, a person lives according to the principles of niyama, where the following must be observed:

  • Shauchya - the principle of internal and external purity;
  • - practice modesty;
  • Tapas - performing austerities on spiritual path;
  • Svadhyaya - development of thinking through reading primary sources;
  • Ishvara-pranidhana - Following the ideal - the highest Mind.

So, having a formed list of spiritual life values, a person understands what to strive for and what criteria for the correctness of actions he needs to be guided by, going through life.

Need for self-knowledge

Why do we even ask ourselves the question of the truth of the life path, the meaning of life, eternal values? How to understand yourself and others? These questions are generated by the need for self-knowledge, and it is inherent in a person, a seeker, someone who is not able to simply be satisfied with the material goods of the world around him. He is constantly in search, so the concept of the meaning of life comes to the fore, because it cannot be found without understanding oneself.

The practice of yoga and meditation opens the way to new discoveries on the road of self-knowledge. First of all, these classes allow you to increase your spiritual level, since initially these were exclusively practices of spiritual comprehension of the world. With the advent of the era of modernity, the understanding of these disciplines has somewhat changed, and the physical aspect has come to the fore, strengthening not only the spirit, but also the body.

However, correctly understanding the goals of yoga and meditation as its integral part, one can continue to practice yoga asanas, strengthening health and improving spiritually. One complements the other. Although the world is dual, its two parts - physical and spiritual - can be harmoniously reunited using yoga techniques, implementing the laws prescribed on the first 2 steps of the octal system.

Inner peace and self-knowledge

In fact, the very meaning of life is not outside. He is just inside - in the inner world of man. Once we are able to realize this, life and our understanding of it changes completely. Therefore, monks appear who sell their Ferraris, and we see sadhus who have parted with past life in order to fully follow the spiritual impulses that they felt in themselves. But it's not all that simple.

For such people, following the path of spirituality is not just a fleeting, emotionally colored hobby, it is primarily a conscious decision dictated by rare spiritual needs. Their life is no longer determined by the laws of a modern society built on consumption, they have chosen needs as a beacon for themselves. inner peace and now their whole life is directed from within. They observe what is happening in the outside world, but now life has turned into meditation for them, where consciousness contemplates actions, but does not participate in them.

The result of self-knowledge. The process of self-knowledge

In the process of self-knowledge, any person becomes a sadhu to a certain extent, because he learns through personal experience. Knowledge gained from various sources, applicable in practice, as a result of acquiring new experience through spiritual self-improvement, a person reaches a higher level of self-awareness. He not only better understands the laws of the world and interaction with people, but he himself increasingly feels himself a part of this world, inextricably linked with all living beings and nature.

No wonder one of the goals of the meditation method is to merge with the Absolute, to dissolve in it. A person understands that there is no loneliness in life, everything is interconnected. Each part of the universe depends on the whole, all in all. The process of self-knowledge logically leads to this conclusion. You can understand this through logical reasoning, supplemented by spiritual insights gained through the experience of meditation.

    One of the most powerful and effective ways of psychotherapy, self-knowledge and growth as a person is holotropic breathing, the technique of which was invented a long time ago.

    This technique was developed by Stanislav and Christina Grof, transpersonal psychologists from America.

    This method is based on unusual states of consciousness that have been known to people since ancient times. This technique combines the old world knowledge with the latest discoveries of modern psychotherapy and psychology.. Accordingly, it is a technique of self-knowledge.

    The emotions that a person experiences while practicing this breathing can heal, as well as transform the negative into the positive. Such sessions of holotropic breathing bring out the unpleasant experiences of the physical and emotional nature that help you to know yourself. If such sensations are fully manifested, this will certainly allow a person to free himself from the negative influence of experiences and gain some freedom.

    Holotropic therapy has shown that not only people with supernatural abilities can experience and control such sensations - it is available to each of us. Transpersonal psychology revealed to the world that in order to overcome the path to harmony, self-knowledge, freedom and, accordingly, a better life Every person needs to go through these experiences.

    In addition, holotropic practice has proven that the theory represented by various psychological and psychotherapeutic schools, as well as common sense, will not help to heal on their own. Usually such a healing process resembles madness and is far from always amenable to understanding or explanation.

    That is why holotropic treatment is aimed at accepting and facilitating any processes that arise when realizing a problem, and not at pre-defining the problem and looking for ways and means to solve it. Participants in such trainings do not define the subjects of work and problems, but trust the holotropic consciousness and the very flow of processes.

    At the heart of any effective and successful psychotherapy is self-knowledge and understanding of the subconscious in a holotropic state of consciousness. We communicate not only with the people around us and the world, we are in dialogue with ourselves, with our consciousness, and this communication is continuous.

    Communication is the consciousness that is created by communication and connected with its help. Accordingly, between different parts consciousness, there is communication and immediate awareness, there are no barriers between them, which means that the possibility of communication is not limited.

    Technological goals

    Holotropic breathing pursues the goal of activating the unconscious, liberating the energy that lies in psychosomatic and emotional manifestations and transforming these manifestations into experiences. The task of the healer in such therapy is to believe in the healing power of such a process without changing or redirecting it. Only the mind of the patient guides this process.

    The most important thing is to support the process of experiential disclosure by the therapist. These or other experiences can be empty and include an increase in tension and emotions, as well as transitions to relaxation.

    Enlightenment does not always come immediately, it may come during subsequent sessions or later. Sometimes the decision comes at the level of the biography, sometimes it is connected with perinatal material or transpersonal components. As a result, healing experiences are not always understood.

    In the process of holotropic breathing, our mind seeks to join life, follow its flow, feel the state of well-being and freedom that brings

    satisfaction. Such an opportunity is a gift of nature to man. If we obey our consciousness, follow it, we reach the limit of freedom, energy and naturalness. If we do not give an outlet to this flow, we have difficulties.

    Due to prejudices and stereotypes, we cannot fully reveal ourselves and go beyond the established framework. A vivid example of such inhibition, the impossibility of the flow of the flow and the establishment of certain boundaries, is a midlife crisis.

    To achieve freedom, sometimes you have to go through some serious difficult situation, illness, and sometimes even death. After all, death is also liberation, going beyond (). What leads to loss of health, disappointment in life is precisely the fact that we do not feel the signals of the mind and subconscious and do not try to become part of life.

    But the inner nature itself is always trying to show us ways to solve our problems. And we can follow our inner natural voice and live the real mystery of self-recognition in holotropic sessions.

    I invite everyone to an amazing journey to the center of their existence to my seminars, where it is possible to live a real mystery and get closer to your wholeness. On and " " you will be able to live your transpersonal experience through the techniques of conscious breathing.

    We look in the mirror- a technique that helps to better understand and perceive oneself as it is

    This technique is a meditative technique that helps us better understand and perceive ourselves as we are.

    The element of desirability is the absence of strangers, in conditions of loneliness, peace and quiet.

    Relax and then look at yourself in the mirror. It is desirable to see yourself in the mirror full height.

    We carefully examine ourselves from head to toe, but we concentrate on the face. We study ourselves and try to see ourselves as if from the outside, as if we are studying another person.

    We study the eyes, mouth, lips ... at times it may seem to us that we see another person, and not ourselves - this is good!

    This is how we should view ourselves, as if, being in dissociation, looking at ourselves from the outside.

    We look at ourselves for 15 - 30 minutes, and then answer the questions, concentrating and trying to determine the feelings and attitude towards this “stranger”.

    • Do we like it or not?
    • What have we managed to see under the physical mask?
    • What did we manage to read new in his eyes?
    • What is the best about it and what is the worst?
    • How would you describe him to a stranger who is to meet him and get to know him?
    • Imagine seeing it for the first time, what impression do you get? What does it take to make the experience better?
    • Imagine an unpleasant character trait to the point of disgrace, and then laugh at the resulting image, as if it were a reflection in a crooked mirror of a laugh room.
    • Consider yourself naked, which parts of the body would you like to change, and which ones would you not or would like to acquire?

    It makes absolutely no difference in what sequence or sequence all these impressions, thoughts and assessments are recorded, because the main thing in all this is what you feel. Usually everyone is somewhat surprised by the feeling that they experience and fix in relation to the mirror image.

    Do not be too critical of yourself - this is just meditation and nothing more!

    Just fix, with complete indifference, what is good and what is bad - integration will pass by itself, if not immediately, then over time. The main thing is to discern a certain amount of both good and bad, both shortcomings and virtues, both strong and weak sides, then the synthesis will be easier to proceed. The main thing is to be surprised!

    View from the outside- Transformation through dissociation

    When we want to look at things with a fresh look, we try to present them as if we are seeing them for the first time - this effect gives rise to some kind of dissociation. In this approach, yogic meditation techniques are seen. In the Book of Secrets, Bhagwan Rajnesh describes a sutra which presents the following meditation technique: "Look at a beautiful person and at yourself, and at the most ordinary object, look as if you were seeing it for the first time." The sutra indicates that it becomes habitual for us not to notice familiar objects and phenomena. It is said that there is nothing new under heaven, it is a process that has turned into an event. In reality, there is nothing old under heaven - it is the transformation of an event into a process that flows, and therefore changes. It only suits our view, getting used to things: then there really is nothing new, even in oneself.

    Everything is new for children. Rajkesh ends the chapter with the following words: “Look at the world with new eyes, as if you are seeing it for the first time ... This will give a new look to your look. Your eyes will become innocent. And those innocent eyes will truly be able to see. These innocent eyes will be able to penetrate the inner world.”

    In modern psychotherapy, this is, first of all, a state of dissociation - from which everything is seen as it really is. Synthesis and integration techniques proceed well from this state, which, in fact, occurs in dissociation as a natural process of self-regulation.

    We meet this psychotherapeutic approach in many technologies - meta-mirror, blowing, etc. All these techniques allow the patient to look at himself and his problem as if from the outside, as if with new eyes, with a fresh look. An outside view from dissociation, always rather, that changes the patient's perception and attitude towards himself and the problem.

    The Bible says, "Be like children and you will earn the kingdom of heaven on earth." I mean, not childish naivety and infantilism, but it means a strategy and structure of thinking aimed more at intuition. Children enjoy the process itself, unlike adults who are only interested in the result. Children rely more and trust their subconscious and use it in their imagination and thinking.

    Meditative training for setting up to perform any tasks- (Alpha brain rhythms)

    In order to perform a particular task very well, you need to tune in to it. For this, since ancient times, there are special methods of self-hypnosis.

    Meditation, auto-training or self-hypnosis - these concepts define the process in which a person extracts his internal settings and manages them. The most difficult thing in this process is just to extract these very settings, or rather, to come to the state in which this is possible. But if you learn how to do this, then your possibilities will become truly limitless. We do not suggest that you sit for hours in any yoga position, achieving complete relaxation, for example, in the "coachman's position", repeating phrase after phrase several times in a row, focusing on the hand, then on the leg. We have developed a more efficient and much more fast method relaxation and called it Alpha-training (A-training). In today's ultra-fast pace of life, few people have the desire to spend several hours a day on something that can be spent only a few minutes.

    What is the difference between A-training and auto-training or meditation? At first glance, they are not much different. A person comes to a relaxed state and, maintaining it, fulfills the psycho-physiological mood of the whole organism. We, as already mentioned, have developed a shorter way to enter this state and focus on the visualization of upcoming processes. In his daily activities We live in a cycle of Beta brain rhythms. Alpha rhythms are akin to a state of half-asleep, when a person is not yet asleep, but is no longer awake. At this time, some pictures, images begin to flicker before the eyes of a person. This is a wonderful state in which a person is able to do very interesting things. It is in this state that a person can tune his subconscious mind to successfully complete the exercise.

    With our thoughts and images created in our consciousness, we transmit a command to our brain to the subconscious area of its action. And in the subconscious zone, it is precisely those 90-99% of our brain that usually do not act, as it were, come into action. The words that are spoken and the images that a person creates, the subconscious mind begins to accept as commands. Therefore, you need to create teams and visualize only positive actions that lead you to success. And most importantly - your commands should say that you are performing actions in the present tense - "I'm doing it now." Thus, you develop the practice of performing the action you need in the real virtuality of your consciousness and you gain experience that you will then apply in real life.

    The state of the alpha-rhythms of the brain’s work turns the narrow gap through which you previously struggled to squeeze into a wide-open gate, and you can freely pass through it, carrying with you a large baggage of the settings you need. The border that is present under normal circumstances is open to a calm passage. By creating an “open borders day”, you allow your entire body and brain to be set up to successfully complete the tasks you need.

    Creation of a new image and through it programs for self-improvement

    To make it easier to answer the question “Who am I? “, you need to create your own psycho-image, i.e. a visual self-portrait. A visual representation of who we really are.

    Seeing your self-portrait from the outside, you can find a reflection of the forces that are hidden in us.

    First of all, you should relax and concentrate.

    1. Imagine yourself as an artist with a brush, pencil or chalk in your hands and you “paint” your portrait. Body first, then legs, arms, head. It is not necessary to be a professional artist because we do it in our imagination. It is desirable to perform a visual image in full growth and in full size, i.e. in dissociation.
    2. We apply details, hair, eyes, shoes, clothes.
    3. Now you can change yourself so that we look like we would like, and not the way we are now. We draw our image of achievement, sparkling eyes, an intelligent look, reflecting the joy of the heart and peace of mind. The face is relaxed and calm, a smile expresses understanding, disposition and fortitude. We reward our work with a straight figure, a cheerful gait, and a proud posture. When creating our portrait, we try to reflect everything in it. best qualities that we have.
    4. Take a look at the portrait and say: "It's me." Such I am true, as I should be and am in essence. Looking at your self-portrait, ask the question: “How much do we like ourselves when we are happy and healthy?” Now you can add something else, fix it, and take something away. We add to our portrait all the necessary features, and bring it to perfection.
    5. We put a signature under the portrait: “This is me.” We revive the portrait and say to ourselves: “This is really “I” - a wonderful and benevolent person.” We give the portrait all the epithets that come to our mind, corresponding to our aspirations.
    6. We merge with the portrait, it enters us and becomes our part, blood and flesh.

    Any thought that arises in a person can lead to chemical, biological and physiological reactions in our brain, especially if we are in a trance. Looking at the portrait, we lay the imprint of our new “I” in the subconscious, and the program that is embedded in it. This program begins to work, so we create ourselves.
