When all three parts of meditation are performed easily, without tension and effort, an understanding of one's true nature can arise or deepen - an observer who is not part of the stream of perceptions (is not an object in the stream), and who is aware of the fact of observation (perception) - “I am pure perceiving consciousness ".

At first, this may be an understanding at the level of the mind, it is unstable and uncertain. As you delve deeper into meditation, this understanding becomes your very essence.
