So, for 2 servings we need:
Bunch of lettuce<
lemon (1 thick circle was enough for me)
3-5 champignons (depending on size)
Packaging of crab meat (in the original recipe, crab is used..scallop will go very well here..and, probably, shrimp) But, because. these products are not always and everywhere available, then GOOD crab meat is a perfectly reasonable compromise)
Cream 10-22% -150-200 ml Still thicker is better,
Onions (leeks or shallots) - a little (optional)
Salt pepper.<
Procedure:
Lettuce cut into strips, sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil, salt and pepper. We put on a large plate, forming a "nest".
Crab meat cut into large pieces.
Cut the mushrooms into slices, fry in a pan with a small amount of oil, when they are almost ready, add (optional) a little onion in half rings. We are waiting for the onion to become transparent, then add crab meat, pour cream, add salt if necessary, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
If the cream is low fat, you can add a pinch of grated cheese for thickening.
Let the sauce cool slightly and spread it warm on the salad. We eat right away.
SALAD "FAMILY IN OUT"



Compound:
600 gr. liver,
4 boiled squid carcasses,
2 small zucchini,
small head of chinese cabbage
cucumber,
can of pineapple,
mayonnaise,
flour,
vegetable oil,
salt pepper,
poppy.
Cut the liver into slices, salt, pepper, roll in flour and fry,
cool and cut into strips.
We cut the zucchini into cubes, fry and salt, add the squids cut into strips and simmer together for about 5 minutes, chop the cabbage, cut the cucumber into thin strips, finely cut the pineapples
we mix everything.

Ingredients
40 g chicken fillet, 25 g marinated mushrooms, 10 g bell pepper, 25 g tomato, 10 g onion, 20 g scrambled eggs, 20 g mayonnaise, herbs, spices.

1. Prepare all the products for the salad: vegetables, mushrooms, meat, mayonnaise, milk, egg, spices.
2. Cut the bell pepper, onion and tomato into small cubes.

Ingredients:

Ingredients:
200 g ham
1 can canned beans in tomato sauce
200 g cheese
1 pickled cucumber
3 slices stale white bread
mayonnaise - to taste.

Cooking:
Cut off the crusts from the bread, cut it into cubes and fry over low heat in a dry frying pan until light brown. Cut the ham and cucumber into strips, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Ingredients:
350 g smoked sausage cheese,
2 boiled beets,
4 boiled potatoes,

3-4 garlic cloves,

Cooking:
