Let's talk about the cons. At the very beginning, when entering the arena for training, I had a lag - an empty window appeared, from which it was impossible to leave. On the next call, everything was already in order. As far as I know, these and all sorts of other lags happen all the time, and they have become more frequent in connection with the last update. In addition, the smartphone got very hot throughout the testing. The relative disadvantage is that the system of character development, recruiting a team and pumping skills almost completely copies long-existing successful strategies. But it was difficult to expect any innovations here. In general, the game lacks catchy features, more pronounced competition and the same battles between guilds.

Heroes Tactics for Android pleases with a streamlined combat system and the need to use two forces at once for a successful gameplay- tactics and strategy. Advanced players with a high level notice a poor balance of difficulty, which manifests itself in the fact that in the arena they can put a hero against you by an order of magnitude stronger than yours. The rest of the game leaves a pleasant impression, quickly delays and is quite suitable for fans of RPGs, if the developers quickly resolve issues with lags, freezes and crashes with the latest update.

A team consists of a maximum of five heroes. After a short study, almost immediately, you will reach this number. In general, in the vastness of the game world, you can get about 30 different creatures that correspond to the original ones: griffins, angels, monks, Cerberus, unicorns, fairies, etc. Each must be pumped separately from the others, investing skill points in skills (of which four per hero), equipping with equipment (six each) and evolving. The latter increases all parameters depending on the number of levels taken. At the same time, pumping your account directly affects the maximum development of the heroes, so that on the fifth day, you will hit the grind wall. Moreover, this grind is not so much associated with the monotonous cutting of identical opponents (in this regard, the game is just fine), as with the need to take account experience somewhere. Its main source is daily quests, of which there are not so many. When you complete everything, you just need to close the application and wait for a new day. Here, even a plentiful infusion of real money will not help, they just conceived - measured gameplay.

From time to time you have to clean up the early levels again in order to knock out some loot. This is because by equipping all six items on the hero, you can "solder" (absorb) them. Accordingly, the character will become much more powerful, and six new requests for items of a certain type will appear in clothing slots. This leads to the fact that you are engaged in full-scale pumping on all fronts and the end-edge is not visible to it. Knock out one more stick, then the amulet, then the leggings, combine it all into the first ring, then collect five fragments of the second ring, and add a sword created from 6 ingredients ... Finally, the seal for +1000 health is ready. Repeat for the other 5 characters, but not the fact that the same will suit them. Fortunately, the inventory here is endless, so there is no need to worry about the number of items carried, weight or damage / repair of gear.

Of course, this is almost the most the main problem free games which it is. When you first enter the game, a promotion is activated (at least I had it like this): pay $ 5 to get nice bonuses for a month and VIP status. Evolution implies that having received a certain hero, you will no longer be able to get a second one of the same. Instead, you will start knocking out the fragments. Collect 20 and your charge will receive a second quality star. Another 50 - 3 stars. And so on, until five. But you can find them either in limited daily dungeons, or by buying them in the store for a lot of coins / real (if they are generated at all).

It takes six energy points to clear the base location. It is recovering, well, very slowly - 1 piece every 10 minutes. You can replenish it in several not the easiest ways, the main of which is to pump the level of your account (after a week of playing this happens about once a day). Or you can add 100 friends to your list and beg from them daily for 2 units of energy from each. Fortunately, there are buttons "ask everyone", "collect everything" and "present to everyone." Also, three times a day, it is allowed to receive additional bonuses, but then you have to log in at a certain time within a two hour interval. All this in general makes it possible to spend more time in the game, but as much as we would like. If you expect to sit for days on your favorite business, then, alas, nothing will work out. So, for example, dungeons take 12 energy at once, but this is the only way to quickly get fragments of heroes for evolution (although it is not a fact that they will drop out).

As for the rest of the game systems, such as the arena, there is a charge limit. Here, you can sew PvP five times a day for free, and if you want more - pay. Moreover, you need not only to unfasten the real currency (gems), but also to acquire a fairly high VIP status. The prices in the game, as is usually accepted, do not notice what is happening in the world, as if, ignoring the dollar exchange rate and the general decline in people's living standards. Make one elite call and maybe get a hero? Okay, only $ 50! At least there are even promotions here, with discounts and bonuses. To sum up, the donation in the game is very necessary, at least at the start. This is also related to another important element - quick combat tickets. I think it's not worth explaining their function, we all played Heroes and know perfectly well how it helps out when fighting weak enemies. Saves time incredibly. VIP-1 will receive 20 tickets a day, which is quite enough for a very comfortable and pleasant pastime. Or you will drain the battery of your tablet, spending an extra hour and a half a day on boring battles.

Casual not so much

To be honest, I can't call the game arcade or easy. Each hero, as I said, has four abilities. They allow you to create very interesting combinations and builds. For example, on the third turn, the paladin heals himself and all allies around, at the same time, damaging all hostile undead. With the right timing and location, you can easily turn the tide of a battle. The vampire's enemies do not respond to the attack, but he cannot be healed, so taking your nun into the squad is no longer so profitable. And if you hit hard enough in the first round and have a necromancer, then you can easily raise the undead from the enemy's corpse, which can endure a bunch of damage and block enemy shooters. Oh yeah, about that. The game is characterized by the standard tricks of the Heroes: the functions "wait", "put up a shield", "cut damage to shooters if you stand close to each other", "retaliatory attack" and, of course, initiative. All this can and should be actively used in battles in order to defeat stronger opponents.

Making ordinary hits and taking damage, the characters charge their rage bar, after which they can use the super ability. If you manage to kill an enemy hero, then the indicated scale will be filled immediately by half, so it makes sense here to choose who to beat whom. Flying creatures can fly over obstacles and obstacles, and arrows often apply status effects, be it freezing, setting fire, shock or poisoning. But the most durable and persistent guys are tanks. They move slowly, have a lot of armor and often stabbing skills that allow you to turn off the actions of one enemy for the whole turn. This may seem like a trifle, but in fact it has almost the most significant influence in battles. Sometimes the element of luck also does its part, because some creatures can dodge with a small chance (15% -20%) or deliver critical hits.

The total amount of content in the game is huge, but, unfortunately, at the time of writing this review, only a tiny fraction of all the possibilities have been introduced. No guild wars, no late game, no world bosses. There are not even rewards for completing three-star levels. Moreover, I did not notice much activity on the part of the developers. At the beginning of the month I wrote a letter to the support service, but they still ignore me (the problem concerns the inability to log in from Bluestacks via google account Play, take note). Also, the requests and wishes of the players have been ignored since the summer months. For example, people asked to introduce the function of viewing the skills of those heroes that you do not yet own, in order to draw up some plans for the future in advance. We fed the community with promises and breakfasts, without doing anything in six months ...

So, I played in Best fiends, and there everything went down to constant advertising, and in one of the commercials they showed Heroes tactic, I decided to play. And ... my delight knew no bounds. These are the heroes of might and magic three in their new life!

On Sunday, you can go through each location 5 times. Difficulty, the amount of mined gold and artifacts change depending on the level. When you go to 3 stars, you can do raids with special permits. Spend per battle: VNS (stamina). Total stamina is around 70 units at the beginning, and with each level it increases by 1 unit. 1 VNS is restored in 10 minutes.


I play on Faltha server, Frosty server recently opened. Their server time does not match ours. On Faltha, all sorts of bonuses such as additional free VNS are received at 15:00, 21:00 and 00:00, on the Frosty server at 13:00, at 19:00 and at 22:00, and the boss wakes up at 12:00 on Faltha

This is what the heavenly arena looks like. This is the kind of place where there are 10 castles. 10 castles - 10 battles. At first, you are given light and weak heroes who are easy to beat, and the further - the harder. Here you need a mastery of tactics: to predict when it is better to take from units, and in what order to wet them. As a reward, you receive artifacts, books, creature cards and money: gold and manna from heaven. Heavenly manna is given for completing 3 castles (150 units), 6 castles (200), etc. You can buy something for this currency in the shop of the heavenly arena.


There is a tutorial for beginners. It is not obligatory, but passing it you get some bonuses.


The game has the concept of experience. Your account experience and unit experience. Experience is gained after battles and completing tasks. Tasks are daily and basic.

Units are summoned using cards or obtained as a bonus in the fountain or daily bonuses. or drop out in the heavenly arena. Some are very difficult to catch. Basically, you need to go through locations to collect cards. It can be tricky. Some can have 80 pieces.

To assemble a unit, you need to go through locations in legend mode. There are 3 modes in total: warriors, legends and heroes.

1. Warriors. Here are the simplest locations, 6 VNS are spent, artifacts, money and experience for units are recruited.

2. Legends. It's more fun here. In addition to the above, unit cards are collected here. A battle is possible 3 times per day at each location. You can do raids. Cards do not always fall out. It happens that not a single card is dropped out of three battles, but it happens (but very rarely) when 3 cards are given in 3 battles

3. Heroes. This mode is significantly different. Not immediately available

Each mode has chapters that look the same on the outside. Basically, a division into 6 locations. The first 6 locations are the first chapter, then the second, then the third, and so on. In heroic mode, the same locations are traversed, but under different conditions: in the first chapter, all your 1st level units are without skills, in the second: all of the 10th level with minimal skills, in the third, all of the 20th, and in the fourth, 35th. This is the order. The passage becomes easier after watching the video on YouTube. It requires certain creatures with certain abilities.


This is what the unit / creature window looks like. each was given a name, each had experience, skills, stars and clothes. The number of stars is recruited by cards, when it is typed - the develop button lights up. the unit is getting stronger. after the first star, you need to score 20 for the second, 50 for the third, 100 for the fourth and somewhat for the fifth. artifacts (or in slang, gear) is put on when the plus sign lights up. The plus may be yellow (inactive, the conditions are not met, the level has not been reached), it may be green, when it is already possible to press and put on. the first, the simplest, consist of one part, the further the more difficult it is, it is convenient that if you do not have the required artifact, you can find out where to get it. The outfit can be enchanted. This gives a small bonus to what the artifact gives. They are also divided into levels of magic (1,3,5 ..) To enchant at the first level you need 20 points of magic, at the third 120. When all the clothes are collected, you can improve the character. He's getting cooler again. Heroes also have color. The very first gray. After a set of clothes, it turns green, then green with a silver frame, then blue, then blue with silver, blue with gold, purple, then purple with a silver frame, then with a gold frame.

In addition to everything, each character has skills. The second skill is available on the green level, the third on the blue, and the fourth on the purple. Basically, the last one is the most recent.

Some creatures have a bonus - increased mobility (for a centaur, for a minotaur in the first round, for a pei in subsequent rounds), some like a droplet or zia can freeze, and the unit will walk last and much slower

this is what a boss fight looks like. Quite a tricky thing. in addition to the octopus, fish also appear that interfere. killing fish, you earn chests, but you do less damage to the boss. the more damage you inflict on the boss, the more gold will be given

the game is interesting with a variety of characters and tactics. Each hero has its own counter and is not replaceable, and the basic gameplay is very similar to 3 heroes! In the first version, the artifacts were taken from the same place, but since then the icons have already been changed three times, which, of course, saddens and complicates the game process. And the dwellings have not been changed yet, and they look very similar to heroes 3 so far! In general, the toy is very interesting and quite addictive. The only negative is that it really eats the battery on the phone. But, they say, you can put an android simulator on a computer, and this is called bluestax. I haven’t tried it, I don’t know. Well, it also only works with the Internet.

V last years there is a steady feeling that soon it will be possible not to cut reviews, but simply poke a finger into those games from which they "blinded" new game and say - here we take it, here we remove it, here we add it from here, here is a new game. This is if the developers are not completely lazy, because there are a lot of games, and even successful ones, that do not differ in any way in essence, except for the name and pictures. But is it worth playing a new game for the sake of changing pictures? Tea is not the canvases of Van Gogh and not Konstantin Vasiliev to admire them ...

In general, today we have another hybrid of two cult games, both of which have the word heroes in their names - these are heroes of might and magic (which also have a lot of online variations, for example -. Hybrid, by the way, is quite viable, and interesting in the main the way that I personally meet for the first time a game on android with a full-fledged turn-based tactical battle map, that is, you can choose whether to rush forward or sit in anticipation, cover the archers or rush.

Actually, the system of character development and even the general arrangement of locations almost completely copies heroes charges, that is, we hire hero after hero (not stacks of a large number of warriors, but mercenaries), collecting their soul stones, and then gradually dress them, according to the already standard scheme - we fill 6 cells, improve the quality and over again. Also, do not forget to raise the level of skills for money.

And the location scheme is also similar - there is an arena, a fountain of desires as an analogue of chests, a tower of heroes as an analogue of trials.

But most of the time, as usual, we go through mission after mission, at first the usual ones, knocking out necessary items, or in elite ones, besides items, we also knock out soul stones in order to collect new heroes.

It is curious that the starting, easily assembled heroes completely repeat the branch of knights in the heroes of MiM, only instead of units with different characteristics, we hire single, approximately equal in strength mercenaries - an archer, a man at arms, a griffin, a knight, instead of a monk a monk, however, a girl is a nun. True, their skills have changed slightly, although in many respects they have retained their roots.

Combat system

According to the combat system, they are typical MiM heroes, but with some peculiarities. So, we have a battle map, divided into cells, along which we can move our characters in order to kill the enemy and save ours. In general, the system is classic - there are fast creatures that fly far and hit pretty well, that is, a griffin, there is a slow and sad armor, but with good protection, there are two ranged warriors - an archer and a nun - priestess Elena, there is a knight who blows while running, deals increased damage. And so on, which makes you think over the tactics of the battle - when it is better to close your archer and sit on the defensive, when to rush, and when to just wait for the enemies to come within the strike distance and bring them down.

Of the important differences - the skills became activated, and not with a random trigger, and they are activated according to a painfully familiar scheme - the hero gained rage, his icon appeared a golden halo, which suggests that a special skill can be activated. For example, a soldier has the skill of stunning, and unlike the original game, he can stun at a distance, launching a shield and causing damage. The nun now heals every few turns, but her main skill deals good damage. However, almost all skills do damage in one way or another, and the higher the skill level of the heroes, the higher this damage.

Bottom line, review

In general, the game is not bad at all, well thought-out, and even on the phone screen it is played without any problems, although, it would seem, it should be small on the map, but no, the balance has been taken into account. At the same time, there is a tactical component, indeed, if you think about it, the chances of winning increase dramatically, but you can turn on the autoboy and then the bots will play. However, it is almost impossible to knock out three stars with bots - the bar flies forward and immediately dies, and 3 stars are needed to open an auto passage - a raid-raid. Raids are scrolls, knocked out or when buying a VIP.

The game, of course, is for thinking people, but a condition appears - for patient thinking people, since fights take a certain amount of time. And then a jamb comes out - battles without raid passes are really long, and repeated passes are in any case boring, so either donate or be a very patient player ...

And yes, personally I was not hooked or carried away from the word at all. Out of politeness, I pumped the heroes up to level 23, brought them to the blue quality, but I did not see anything in the game that would compel me to stay - yes, amusing, but nothing more.

Heroes Tactics is another example that mobile toys do not need to be transferred to computers. Seriously, who even thinks of that?

Quite good graphics, a good idea, a lot of heroes, but donut rules and it's completely impossible to play without it.
