This standard applies to steel braided single meshes with rhombic and square meshes , made by weaving in one leno of flat spirals from steel wire and used for fences , thermal insulation works, fastening of mine workings in mines and mines , sifting materials.

1. BASIC PARAMETERS AND DIMENSIONS

1.1. The grid is subdivided according to the shape of the cells:

rhombic - P ( sharp corner rhombus should be 60 ° ) - ;

The grids are subdivided into groups 1 and 2 according to the accuracy of the cell size.

It is allowed, by agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer, to manufacture lightweight nets (OB) No. 20 , 25, 35 of low-carbon, thermally untreated uncoated wire with a nominal diameter of 1 , 8 mm instead of 2 , 0 mm; mesh No. 45 made of wire with a diameter of 2 , 0 mm instead of 2 , 5 mm; No. 50 of a wire with a diameter of 2 , 5 mm; No. 80 made of wire with a diameter of 3 , 0 mm No. 100 made of wire with a diameter of 4 , 0 mm.

1.3. The maximum deviation for the arithmetic mean size of the side of the cell should not exceed + 6% for the meshes of the 1st group and + 10% for the meshes of the 2nd group.

1.5. The mesh width and maximum deviations must correspond to those indicated in table. 2.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Meshes must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations , approved in established order, made of low-carbon, thermally untreated, uncoated or galvanized wire of normal accuracy according to TU 14-4-1563-89.

The nets of the 1st group should be made of wire with minus limit deviations , equal to the sum absolute values limit deviations.

2.2. Each spiral should consist of one wire.

2.3. Adjacent spirals should be woven into each other with all turns without gaps.

2.4. There should be no inverted spirals in the net.

2.5. The ends of the spirals on both sides of the mesh should be cut and each end at the junction should be bent towards its own spiral.

2.6. The nets are rolled up after production. The roll should consist of one piece of mesh with a length of at least 5 m for nets No. 5-60 and at least 3 m for nets No. 80 , 100.

It is allowed to roll up rolls of two pieces sewn with a spiral.

For nets of the 1st group, the roll should consist of one piece at least 10 m long for nets No. 5-60 and at least 5 m for nets No. 80 , 100.

2.7. Roll weight should not exceed 80 kg. For nets No. 80 and 100, an increase in the net roll weight up to 250 kg is allowed.

3. RULES OF ACCEPTANCE

3.1. The nets are accepted in batches. The party must consist of grids of the same number , one width , one material and framed with one quality document. The quality document must contain:

trademark or name and trademark of the manufacturer;

mesh symbol;

, the total number of the grid in square meters;

the number of rolls in the batch.

3.2. To check the quality of the weave , bending the ends of the spiral , the arithmetic mean of the size of the side of the cell in the clear , length , the width of the mesh and the corner of the cell 5% of the rolls are taken from the batch , but not less than two.

3.3. Upon receipt of unsatisfactory test results for at least one of the indicators for it, a second test is carried out on a doubled number of rolls.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. The quality of the weave and the bending of the ends of the spirals are determined visually when rewinding the mesh rolls.

4.2. The arithmetic mean of the size of the side of the cell in the light is determined in three places of the grid , spaced from the edge at least 100 mm , count in two directions parallel to the sides of the cell, 10 cells each for grids No. 5-15 and 5 cells for grids No. 20-100 and measure the length of the section , including one outer wire , on which the counted cells are located. The length of the section for determining the arithmetic mean of the size of the side of the cell in the clear is measured with a meter or a ruler with a graduation of 1 mm.

The arithmetic mean of the size of the side of the cell in the clear ( a), mm , calculated by the formula

The final value of the arithmetic mean of the side of the cell in the clear is determined as the arithmetic mean of six measurements.

4.3. The wire diameter is measured with a micrometer in accordance with GOST 6507-90 before making the mesh.

4.4. The width of the mesh is measured along the protruding bent ends of the wires with a meter or tape measure with a graduation of 1 mm. The length of the mesh is measured in tension. , excluding the change in the shape of the cells , meter or tape measure with a graduation of 1 mm or a counter.

4.5. The corner of the cell is checked with a protractor in accordance with GOST 5378-88 or with a template in three places of the grid , but no closer than 2 cells from the edge of the grid.

5. PACKAGING , MARKING , TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

Mesh packing , transported to the Far North and hard-to-reach areas , must comply with GOST 15846-79.

5.3. At the request of the consumer, the mesh is covered conservation grease ZhKB according to the approved technical documentation or a mixture of ZhKB and industrial oil according to GOST 20799-88 in a 1: 1 ratio.

5.4. A label must be attached to the end of the roll or bag , which is indicated by:

trademark or name and trademark of the manufacturer;

manufacturer's name and trademark;

mesh symbol;

width in millimeters and length of the net in meters , the total amount of the grid in square meters.

5.4a. Transport marking - in accordance with GOST 14192-77.

5.5. The mesh is transported in packages according to GOST 26663-76 or in rolls. Formation of packages without the use of pallets is allowed.

Roll diameter - from 200 to 600 mm , length - from 1000 to 3000 mm. The package is formed from rolls. dimensions package: length from 1000 to 3000 mm , width from 1870 mm , height up to 1400 mm. An enlarged package is formed when two or more rolls are transported to the consumer.

The packaging tools are:

wire rod with a diameter of 6 , 5 mm in accordance with GOST 14085-79;

wire and tape according to other normative and technical documentation.

Package weight no more than 1 ton.

The nets are transported by all types of transport in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods , valid for this type of transport and the Technical Conditions for Loading and Securing Cargo , approved by the USSR Ministry of Railways. Transportation by rail is carried out by wagon or small shipments. On open rolling stock, the net is transported only in packages.

The conditions for transporting the mesh in terms of the impact of climatic factors must correspond to storage conditions 5 and 8 in accordance with GOST 15150-69.

3. RULES OF ACCEPTANCE

3.1. The nets are accepted in batches. The lot must consist of nets of one number, one width, one material, and one document of quality. The quality document must contain:



- symbol mesh;

- the width in millimeters and the length of the net in meters, the total amount of the net in square meters;

- the number of rolls in the batch.

3.2. To check the quality of the weave, the bending of the ends of the spiral, the arithmetic mean of the size of the side of the cell in the clear, the length, width of the mesh and the angle of the cell, 5% of rolls are taken from the batch, but not less than two.

3.3. Upon receipt of unsatisfactory test results for at least one of the indicators, a second test is carried out on it on a doubled number of rolls.

The retest results are valid for the entire batch.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. The quality of the weave and the bending of the ends of the spirals are determined visually when rewinding the mesh rolls.

4.2. The arithmetic mean of the size of the side of the cell in the light is determined in three places of the grid, spaced at least 100 mm from the edge, counted in two directions parallel to the sides of the cell, 10 cells for grids NN 5-15 and five cells for grids NN 20-100 and measure the length of the section, including one extreme wire, on which the counted cells are located. The length of the section for determining the arithmetic mean of the size of the side of the cell in the clear is measured with a meter or a ruler with a graduation of 1 mm.

The arithmetic mean of the size of the side of the cell in the light (), mm, is calculated by the formula

The final value of the arithmetic mean of the side of the cell in the clear is determined as the arithmetic mean of six measurements.

4.3. The wire diameter is measured with a micrometer in accordance with GOST 6507 before making the mesh.

4.4. The width of the mesh is measured along the protruding bent ends of the wires with a meter or tape measure with a graduation of 1 mm. The length of the grid is measured in a stretched state, excluding the change in the shape of the cells, with a meter or tape measure with a graduation of 1 mm, or with a counter.

4.5. The corner of the cell is checked with a protractor in accordance with GOST 5378 or with a template in three places of the grid, but not closer than two cells from the edge of the grid.

5. PACKAGING, LABELING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

5.1. Each roll of mesh should be tied with a low-carbon wire with a diameter of 1.2-2.5 mm in accordance with GOST 3282 or TU 14-4-1563 or waste of this wire in the middle and along the edges, or the end of the mesh fabric should be tied with the same wire to the roll in the middle and around the edges.

5.2. The ends of the roll should be wrapped in paper in accordance with GOST 8828 or other paper made according to normative and technical documentation (NTD), or packing fabric in accordance with GOST 5530, or container stitched fabric, or glued fabric, or a stitched rag from textile waste, as well as others. materials made according to NTD, excluding the use of cotton and linen fabrics and not degrading the quality of the packaging.

It is allowed not to pack nets NN 5-50 inclusive, but it is imperative to tie the ends of the wire roll crosswise in accordance with clause 5.1 or in another way, provided that the bent wires are prevented from adhering to each other.

The packing materials at the ends of the rolls are tied with wire in accordance with clause 5.1.

The packing of the mesh transported to the Far North and hard-to-reach areas must comply with GOST 15846.

5.3. At the request of the consumer, the mesh is covered with ZhKB conservation grease according to the established procedure or a mixture of ZhKB and industrial oil in accordance with GOST 20799 in a 1: 1 ratio.

5.4. A label must be attached to the end of the roll or bag indicating:

- trademark or name and trademark of the manufacturer;

- name and trademark of the manufacturer;

- conventional designation of the grid;

- the width in millimeters and the length of the net in meters, the total amount of the net in square meters.

5.5. The nets are transported in packages according to GOST 26663 or in rolls. Formation of packages without the use of pallets is allowed.

Roll diameter - from 200 to 600 mm, length - from 1000 to 3000 mm. The package is formed from rolls. Overall dimensions of the package: length from 1000 to 3000 mm, width from 1870 mm, height up to 1400 mm. An enlarged package is formed when two or more rolls are transported to the consumer.

The packaging tools are:

- wire rod with a diameter of 6.5 mm according to OST 14.15.193;

- wire strapping in accordance with GOST 3282 or OST 14-4-210;

- strapping made of tape in accordance with GOST 3560;

- wire and tape according to other NTD.

Package weight - no more than 1 ton.

The nets are transported by all types of transport in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods in force for this type of transport and the Specifications for loading and securing goods *, approved by the Ministry of Railways. Transportation by railroad produced by wagonload or small shipments. On open rolling stock, the net is transported only in packages.

1.3. The maximum deviation for the arithmetic mean size of the side of the cell should not exceed + 6% for the meshes of the 1st group and + 10% for the meshes of the 2nd group.

1.4. The maximum deviation of the cell angle from the nominal should not exceed ± 10 °.

1.5. The mesh width and maximum deviations must correspond to those indicated in table. 2. Mesh No. 15 made of wire with a diameter of 2.0 mm can be produced with a width of up to 2000 mm.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. The meshes should be made in accordance with the requirements of this standard according to the technological regulations, approved in the prescribed manner, from low-carbon heat-treated uncoated or galvanized wire of normal manufacturing accuracy according to TU 14-4-1563.

The nets of the 1st group should be made of wire with minus maximum deviations equal to the sum of the absolute values ​​of the maximum deviations.

2.2. Each spiral should consist of one wire.

2.3. Adjacent spirals should be woven into each other with all turns without gaps.

2.4. There should be no inverted spirals in the net.

2.5. The ends of the spirals on both sides of the mesh should be cut and each end at the junction should be bent towards its own spiral.

2.6. The nets are rolled up after production. The roll should consist of one piece of mesh with a length of at least 5 m for nets No. 5-60 and at least 3 m for nets No. 80, 100.

It is allowed to roll up rolls of two pieces, sewn with a spiral.

For nets of the 1st group, the roll should consist of one piece with a length of at least 10 m for nets No. 5-60 and at least 5 m for nets No. 80, 100.

5.4a. Transport marking - by GOST 14192.

5.5. The nets are transported in packages GOST 26663 or in rolls. Formation of packages without the use of pallets is allowed.

Roll diameter - from 200 to 600 mm, length - from 1000 to 3000 mm. The package is formed from rolls. Overall dimensions of the package: length from 1000 to 3000 mm, width from 1870 mm, height up to 1400 mm. An enlarged package is formed when two or more rolls are transported to the consumer.

The packaging tools are:

- wire rod with a diameter of 6.5 mm according to OST 14.15.193;

- wire strapping on GOST 3282 or according to OST 14-4-210;

- strapping from tape GOST 3560 ;

- wire and tape according to other NTD.

Package weight - no more than 1 ton.

The nets are transported by all types of transport in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods in force for this type of transport and the Specifications for loading and securing goods *, approved by the Ministry of Railways. Transportation by rail is carried out by wagon or small shipments. On open rolling stock, the net is transported only in packages.

The conditions for transporting the mesh in terms of the impact of climatic factors must correspond to storage conditions 5 and 8 according to GOST 15150.
