Rhymes and songs can serve as the basis for round dances, or they can be depicted and staged, which children like no less.

Dance with a bear
Mom shows a teddy bear, asking: "Who is this?". You can ask the children to growl like bears. Bear clumsy just loves to dance. To the music, mother and teddy bear dance, march, inviting the children to join, stand with them in a train or in a circle, dance, imitate all the actions of a toy animal.

forbidden movement
Players must repeat all movements after the leader, except for one, which is tabooed. Instead of this movement, the children must perform some kind of their own. For example, if jumping is not allowed, they can instead crouch, run, etc.

Dancing in circles
The leader stands in the center of the circle and performs several different dance movements, and the child copies his dance. After a while, the leader touches any player, he goes to the center and shows his impromptu dance. The rest imitate him.

"Shadows"- another kind of dance game with repetition of movements.
One player walks around the room and makes different movements, unexpected turns, squats, bends to the side, nods his head, waves his arms, etc. Everyone else stands in a line behind him at a short distance. They are his shadows, they must quickly and clearly follow his movements. Then the leader changes.

"Dance of Nature"
For this dance game, it is necessary to prepare different music, corresponding to the nature of the events depicted. Performing soft and smooth movements, we depict various natural phenomena:
Night disturbing forest - music and movements are impulsive and sharp, rapidly changing.
Deforestation. Children depict trees that groan and fall under the blows of an ax. Movements are incomplete, interrupted.
Flight of butterflies. Lyrical, flowing music, subtle, graceful, gentle movements.
Tidal bore. Sounds imitating the sound of water. Children stand with their eyes closed, swaying back and forth, listening to their bodies and gradually calming down.

Talk to the children about which movements they liked best, what was easy and what was difficult.

Dance with closed eyes
Invite the child to dance with their eyes closed, performing any movement. This will allow him to get rid of embarrassment and fear. Change the rhythm and volume of the music, protect it from falls and collisions with objects.

Fixed parts of the body
Rhythmic music plays. The leader shows the order of the movements. At first, you only need to shake your head and neck in different sides, forward and backward, in a different rhythm.
Then only the shoulders move: now together, then alternately, then forward, then back, then up, then down.
Next - the movements of the arms in the elbows, then in the hands.
The next movements are the hips, then the knees, then the feet.
And now you need to gradually add each practiced movement in order. We add shoulders to the head and neck, dance. After some time, hands are connected, etc.
In the end, you should try to move using all parts of the body at the same time.

"Convey the mood with dance"
The host shows the movements and asks to portray the mood:

Show a cunning mouse that ran away from a cat, and a distressed cat.
To convey the behavior of animals with facial expressions and movement: a raccoon rinses in the water, a badger hides in a hole, a hedgehog is looking for a place to hibernate, a giant elk walks through a swamp, a squirrel gnaws nuts.

"Onlookers"
All players walk in a circle holding hands. At the signal of the leader (it can be the sound of a bell, rattles, clapping hands or some word), the children stop, clap their hands 4 times, turn around and go the other way.
Those who do not have time to complete the task are eliminated from the game.
The game can be played to music or to a group song. In this case, the children should clap their hands when they hear a certain word of the song (specified in advance).

"Listen"
The music is calm but not too slow. Children walk in a column one after another. Suddenly the music stops.
Everyone stops, listens to the leader’s whispered command, for example:
"Put right hand on the neighbor’s shoulder” – and they do it right away.
Then the music plays again and everyone continues walking.
Commands are given only to perform calm movements.
