Connect the pipes together with M6 bolts. The tubular design allows you to adjust the cutting height of the grass.
At the end of a wide pipe, a metal disc 4 mm thick and 18 cm in diameter is welded.
Knives-blades made from an old hacksaw are attached to the disk. Their width is 3 cm, length - 12. The connection is made with M6 bolts loosely, which protects the blades from breaking when they meet stones.

Circular

There are two sawmill options. They differ in the vertical or horizontal arrangement of the working tool.

The device with the vertical position of the chainsaw contains:

A guide, which is made from a section of a channel or a rectangular shaped pipe. Its length should be greater than the size of the processed logs.
Sled. For manufacturing, 2 pieces (40 cm each) of a 50x50 corner are used. They are welded at the ends of the upper shelves perpendicularly to 2 metal strips 3 mm thick. The distance between the inner surfaces of the vertical flanges of the angles must correspond to the size of the channel or pipe.

In the middle of each of the corners, identical vertical plates with coaxial holes are welded on top.
A steel rod is inserted into them, attached by welding perpendicular to the tire of the chainsaw. Pipe segments are placed on the rod on both sides of one of the vertical corners. The latter are fixed with M8 bolts through the corresponding threaded holes. They serve to set the thickness of the resulting boards.

For circular work:

A guide is placed on top of the log and fastened to it with self-tapping screws with countersunk heads.
The slide is installed on the guide.
They turn on the engine of the chainsaw and move it along with the sled along the log.

A car

Chainsaws can be used to make different types of machines. One of them is the kart buggy, which is distinguished by the presence of a suspension in the design. It makes off-road driving more comfortable.

The process of creating such a homemade car is complex. This is especially true of the frame, which is welded from metal or shaped pipes according to pre-drawn drawings. Then they are engaged in the manufacture of suspension, steering parts.

Buggy making operations include:

suspension assembly;
installation of a rudder, rods and launcher;
fastening wheels;
brake placement;
installation of the driver's seat;
mount on the engine frame.

You can transfer the rotation from the motor to the wheels with a chain or belt. In the first version, sprockets are installed, in the second, pulleys. The engine is equipped with a muffler to reduce noise.

Kick scooter

For improvement, a scooter is better suited, which has inflatable wheels and a hand brake. The first allows him to move over bumps, the second - provides high stopping power.

Work is performed in the following sequence:

The chain, the tire is removed from the chainsaw.
Unscrew the centrifugal clutch from the crankshaft.
Sprockets from a bicycle are attached to the output shaft of the engine and the axle of the rear wheel of the scooter.
Place the motor on the back of the scooter platform. Connect them together with bolts. Both sprockets must be in the same plane.
They put a bicycle chain on the sprockets, adjust it, removing the extra links.
Attach the accelerator to one of the scooter handles. Connect it to the wires that turn the motor on / off. Instead of the accelerator, you can install a small pedal.

Helicopter

Such a homemade product is complex and therefore has not been implemented in life today. She is in the dreams of enthusiasts, in invented stories. One of them claims that even in the USSR, a prisoner who understands mechanics made a helicopter with a chainsaw engine and was able to escape from the colony.

Making a homemade helicopter requires, in contrast to a snowmobile, a boat motor, a bicycle, a grinder and even a snow blower, more complex engineering calculations. They also show that one, even a powerful, engine is not capable of lifting such an aircraft into the air. At least 4 motors are required, moreover, forced and working in concert at the maximum possible speed. And it is difficult to implement this with engines from chainsaws in practice.
