For a laundry, a supply and exhaust unit is often designed with mechanical stimulation (or mixed, if there is a natural exhaust channel). The air exchange rate for the inflow should be at least 10, for the exhaust - at least 13. If there is a room for drying and ironing in the laundry room, then the air exchange rate for the inflow should be at least 4, for the exhaust - at least 6.

Note that if a boiler with natural removal of combustion products is installed in the laundry room, then a forced ventilation device is unacceptable. In this case, a supply and exhaust system is required. It is also necessary to provide a sufficient distance between the boiler and the water intake point (at least 60 cm). The requirements for electrical equipment in the laundry room are regulated by the current PUE and SNiPs for rooms with high humidity: lighting fixtures, switchboards, sockets, etc. must be waterproof, splash-proof, etc.
