Construction of a house/bathhouse “under the roof” includes:
1. Installation of the zero row (antiseptic board 50x200mm)
2. Assembly of the house kit (walls and partitions made of rounded logs/laminated veneer lumber). All partitions indicated on the plans are NOT FRAME, made in log houses from rounded logs, in timber houses - from laminated veneer lumber.
3. Installation of floor beams. Depending on the span length, beams are made from timber 50x200, 75x200, 100x200, 150x200 mm.
4. Installation of subfloor under insulation. A 50x50mm cranial beam is attached to the beams, and a subfloor made of 25mm edged boards is laid between the beams.
5. Installation of the rafter system. We do not skimp on material and use 50x200mm timber.
6. Installation of superdiffusion membrane.
7. Installation of counter-lattice (for ventilation of the under-roof space)
