One of the indicators of the activity of the university in the field of ensuring the quality of training of specialists is the degree of satisfaction of teachers and employees with work at the university, which is determined on the basis of studying your opinion in the course of a sociological survey.

These are such as: the introduction of a point-rating system in the university; the quality of the control room; unwillingness of teachers to communicate remotely with students; teachers' dissatisfaction with the attitude of the university management towards them and teachers' dissatisfaction with the rest provided to them.

2. 33-51 b.-The university as a whole functions normally, but some points in the management of the educational institution should be reconsidered.
