Brief installation instructions for sliding mechanisms:

1. Measure the height of the canvas. Mark it with a line above the opening.

2.Measure the height of the rail with the carriage already assembled in it. How many millimeters turned out - so much and step back up from the first line. At this point, draw a second horizontal line. Hint: if the door is standard, most likely this line will run about 7 cm above the opening.

3. Attach the bar with the lower part along the line just drawn. Fasten the bar so that one half of it exactly closes the opening, and the second goes along the wall, towards which the door will move.

5. Assemble the roller mechanism (carriage + bolt for the mounting plate) and slide it into the guide.

6.Check how the rollers move. If everything is fine, fasten the travel stops along the edges of the guide.

7. We pass to the door. If the door handles and lock have not yet been cut in, do it now, while the canvas is not hung.

8. Again: while the canvas is not hung, make a groove in it for the lower leash. Stepping back from the lower end of the door (from the side of the wall where it will open) 10-15 mm along the edges, drill holes with a diameter of 6-7 mm and a depth of 20 mm. From this point, cut the groove 1-2mm wider than the bottom driver.

The groove should stretch almost across the entire width of the canvas, not reaching the opposite end by about the width of the limiters. This is necessary so as not to spoil the opposite lower end with an ugly and unnecessary hole.

9.Approximately 2 cm from the edges of the canvas, install the mounting plates. The semi-circular cutout in the plates should face the wall.

10. Hang the door under the track. As a result, the hinged door should be held on the roller mechanism as follows:

11. Tilt the canvas away from the wall and insert the lower leash into the groove. Now close the door and move the leash all the way in the direction of opening. Screw the leash to the floor.
