So we decided to stop at a frame cottage, especially since now, in my opinion, more and more of these are being built. Specifically, our house is called Karelia-2, and we immediately liked it with a good layout. Plus, there are bay windows, a balcony - and all this gives not only beauty, but also convenient in practice. In addition, if necessary, then it will not be difficult to attach something else to the house. The framework allows this with minimal effort. We immediately discussed the nuances of the order with the managers. For example, he advised to additionally strengthen the foundation due to difficult soils and additionally insulate the floors. So we actually did. The cost of course has grown, but we easily fit into the planned 2 million. But the construction itself went off without too much red tape. Periodically came to watch the work, but even without that everything went fine. They handed over the house to us on time, at the same time they signed all the necessary documents
