It is worth considering additional elements if your design differs from the above. It can be supplemented with carrying handles, pallet, leg recesses and more.

To begin with, there is a preliminary marking. The places of fasteners and welding are marked, gaps for skewers are created. For this, a grinder or a saw is used. Air holes are also created at this stage.

Important ! Often, such a design is made on reinforcing legs. They are too unreliable, so the structure staggers at the slightest load. Better to replace them with corners.

Do-it-yourself barbecue welding

Welding is the best option for a barbecue. It can withstand large temperature fluctuations and is much more effective than bolting. For this, a welding machine is used, the type of which is selected according to preferences. After that, the structure is alternately fixed and welded in the corners.

Metal braziers with a canopy

  • Installing the roof on the brazier itself

Painting the final result

An important nuance in creating a barbecue is painting. It is simply necessary, because the metal used in the structure is easily subject to rust, and soot and ash do not improve its appearance.

For painting, special compounds are used. They have the following requirements:
