More often than not, a diary program looks like a hybrid of a text editor and a calendar. If there is no calendar navigation, then the tree-like organization of notes can be used as an alternative. Programs implemented by a similar principle usually have a simpler interface, but the functionality is also simpler - about the level of a regular Notepad.

Finding a full-fledged and at the same time free personal diary on a PC, it turns out, is not so easy ... For this I had to delve into the bowels of the bourgeoisie :) The result of such digging was the iDailyDiary program:

First of all, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that we are still dealing with a slightly reduced functionality version, but its capabilities are more than enough for comfortable work. Among the unavailable functions are:

• spell check;
• heading and tree-like style of viewing notes;
• creating stickers;
• creating tables;
• support for emoticons and design styles.

On the little things, there are a number of minor restrictions, but you can completely put up with them, since we have at our disposal an almost full-featured text editor with a link to the calendar, HTML support and full-text search! For complete happiness, there is the ability to export records in various text formats, automatic backup, password protection and a Russian-language interface (although it must also be enabled in the settings).

After installation, the program will start in English. To switch the interface to Russian, go to "View" - "Preferences" - "Languages", select "Russian" in the list and click the "Apply" button. Only the page created by default with a brief instruction on working with iDailyDiary Free will remain in English, which will not hurt to learn if you know English.

If you don’t know the language, I’ll explain a little. To navigate through the records, the program uses the calendar line at the bottom of the working window. Dates containing records will be color-coded (set in Settings). The records themselves in iDailyDiary are called pages. You can create an unlimited number of pages for each day using the dedicated button or the CTRL + T keyboard shortcut. New entries will open as tabs.

Actually, this data is enough for you to get started, and then you will orient yourself along the way. Despite some old-fashioned interface and partially limited functionality, I believe that iDailyDiary Free is almost an ideal program for keeping a personal diary on a PC.

This program is only slightly inferior to the one discussed above in terms of functionality, but outwardly it looks much more modern. It allows you to keep an unlimited number of diaries protected (or unprotected) with a password, supports inserting emoticons, images (including background) and attaching any files to notes.

In addition to its main purpose, the program has a number of other functions:

• built-in event scheduler;
• built-in address book;
• note editor;
• the possibility of full-text search;
• import and export of backups.

When you start the Diary, you will be prompted to create a user account with a password. If you set a password for it, then the password will be optional for the diary and vice versa. Although, if you wish, you can password protect both your account and your notes, after which you can start taking notes.

The advantage of the Diary is that it stores all data in the folder in which it was installed. Therefore, the program can be easily transferred to a USB flash drive and used on any computer.

Fans of minimalism can appreciate the program:

This small (only a couple of hundred kilobytes!) Portable program can be used, in principle, to keep any notes. However, if you create a new node with the current year as a name in the tree structure in the left sidebar, MemPad will switch to diary mode and will automatically create new nested pages with the current date by pressing the F6 key or calling the command "Write in diary "in the" Page "menu.

The functionality of the note editor is not particularly impressive. All you can do is enter plain unformatted text and insert links to files ("file:" construct) or websites ("http: //" construct). Notes are saved in LST format with the ability to protect them with a password and autosave at specified intervals (by default, every 4 minutes).

The system stores all the necessary data about classes and students: personal information about the student, a list of classes, subgroups, curricula. One of the most important characteristics of a school is keeping a diary for each student. When logging into the system through State services, the student's electronic diary becomes available for viewing by parents and making changes by teachers.

In order to enter through the Unified Identification and Authentication System (ESIA), you must click on the "Log in through the Unified Authentication System" tab. There will be an automatic transition to the State Services website. After entering the credentials, you need to click on the "Login" button, and the service will redirect the user to the ISOU HS.

The main templates of the ISOU HS are a template for uploading a list of students and a template for uploading calendar-thematic planning.

Service usage

The system allows the user to work with a wide range of functions for managing the educational process. The main possibilities of working with ISOU HS are:

1. List of class students (including portfolio). It is possible to enter data into the system for students manually or by importing a completed template;
2. Academic plan.

After the operator responsible for editing and assigning the Class Templates to the class takes the necessary actions, the class teacher has the ability to edit the curriculum.

To add a new course to the existing templates, you need to select: the type of subject (basic, specialized or educational component of the institution); field of education (school subject); component of education (individual); level (basic, basic with additional hours, profile, in-depth); load per hour.

Important: In this section, you can add courses that are not designed for the entire academic year, but only for half a year or a quarter.

Important: The schedule is available for editing only for the future. If the lesson has already passed or has already been created, it is impossible to edit it;
