1. Infrared... The presence sensor has a lens system that focuses infrared radiation, directing it to a special high-sensitivity sensor. When the radiation strength reaches a certain intensity, as is the case due to the appearance of a person in the controlled area, a circuit closure is triggered, which lasts for a while. The cost of such devices is already somewhat higher, since it starts from 600 rubles.

The disadvantage is the frequent false alarms that can occur due to various temperature fluctuations, formed, for example, as a result of turning on hot water or the operation of an air conditioner.
