GOST windows PVC (plastic windows), aluminum, wooden window blocks, double-glazed windows

This section presents only current GOST on windows and double-glazed windows. Previously operated other standards that were replaced below the listed standards. You can download details for free.

Under each GOST on the window blocks provides information about the date of administration. Also indicated the previous standards numbers on the windows, which acted before the entry of the updated standards.

The regulatory and legal framework of plastic windows in our country is formed by almost two dozen guests, most of which are the reception of German and / or European standards, low-explosion and sectoral specifications, although it should be recognized that the package of regulatory documents has not yet become sufficient, and Only conditionally necessary to regulate all the issues arising from the development, assembly, installation and operation of translucent structures based on the PVC profile systems. Fundamental documents in the development of the design of glazing apartments, private houses, buildings, including specific premises (mansard, balconies, loggias. Erkers, veranda) are SNiP 23-02-2003 Thermal protection of buildings, MHSN 2.04-97 Permissible noise levels, Vibrations and sound insulation requirements in residential and public buildings, GOST 30674-99 Blocks Window from polyvinyl chloride profiles and common GOST 23166-99 Window blocks. General specifications.

Here it is necessary to understand that GOST 23166-99, which regulates the general provisions on the windows of wood, PVC, steel, aluminum, and the profile of GOST 30674-99, to the development of which specialists of the Kve of the ROFINE GmbH production group were attracted, despite commissioning in one year There are differences, although not contradiction, and therefore, for plastic windows, the basic document today is GOST 30674-99 blocks of window from polyvinyl chloride profiles, as well as the Polyvinyl chloride profiles for window and door blocks associated with GOST 30673-99. At the same time, GOST 30673-99, as well as SNIP 23-02-2003 today, already morally outdated and many manufacturers of profile status of brand products have long reached the framework of the norms of domestic acts, of course, in the direction of improving the mechanical and thermophysical characteristics of the profiles issued by them . Some companies and production groups work according to their own standards and / or the rigidity of the requirements of which the qualitative characteristics of specialized systems significantly exceed the norms set in GOST 30673-99, which, in general, when using the corresponding double-glazed windows, it makes it possible to enter the European level of thermal protection norms of translucent Structures made of hard PVC.

Similar to morally outdated today are GOST 30778-2001 Sealing seals from elastomeric materials for window and door blocks, GOST 10174-90 gaskets sealing polyurethane foams for windows and doors and, especially GOST 19177-81 Rubber porous sealing gaskets that do not cover the total nomenclature of modern seals For the contours of the plastic windows, as well as the seals of sliding systems, which mostly patented by manufacturers in recent years and are effectively used by collectors or are welded to the profile in the process of its manufacture.

In no less problematic with informative and rationing, GOST 30777-2001 Rotary, folding and rotary-folding devices for window and balcony door blocks and GOST 5087-80 handles for windows and doors, as well-known fittings manufacturers literally offer innovative structural solutions of hardware fitness complexes By integrating modern electronic control systems in them, adapted to new security systems of houses and buildings. Moreover, even the mechanical sliding fittings of plastic structures for balconies, loggias, as well as parallel-exhibited accessories for plastic windows are not at all regulated by domestic gtales and while the work of work in this direction is not being conducted.

In a somewhat better position there is a regulatory framework of glass and double-glazed windows, the basis of which is GOST 111-2001 glass sheet, GOST 30698-2000 Tempered construction glass, GOST 2486689 Glumber glass glazed, as well as GOST 30733-2000 GOST-EXIMISSION SOLD COOP AND GOST R 51136-98 Glasses Protective multi-layered, although there are still no domestic regulatory acts that regulate selective glass, self-cleaning glass, molded glasses, etc. As well as glass windows with inert gas and vacuum, which are already implemented in the United States and Japan, although in limited sizes. A GOST 30779-2001 Building glass stacks. The method of determining the resistance to atmospheric influences and evaluation of durability does not form a comprehensive approach to testing modern double-glazed windows in all their diversity and differences in thermophysical and mechanical characteristics.

Methods for estimating the operational characteristics of window structures, including from the profile systems of PVC, quite fully and almost in accordance with European standards are set out in GOST 26602.5-2001 blocks of window and door. Methods for determining wind load resistance, GOST 26602.4-99 Blocks of window and door. Method for determining the overall light transmittance, GOST 26602.3-99 Blocks of window and door. Soundproofing method, GOST 26602.2-99 Window and door blocks. Methods for determining air and water permeability, GOST 26602.1-99 Blocks of window and door. Methods for determining heat transfer resistance. Many of these standards are written off with German DIN and it makes them conditionally relevant, although for sure for a while.

The most fresh guest standard today is GOST R 52749-2007 Sewage mounting windows with vapor-permeable self-seeping ribbons, in fact, duplicating GOST 30971-2002 seams of mounting nodes of window blocks of window blocks to wall openings and not implemented at one time due to recommendation, And not the obligation set out in it normalizing provisions. At the same time, the overwhelming majority of domestic companies, frailner installers and the Shabashnikov team perform the installation of plastic windows in an old manner with a trained purge of assembly gaps by construction foam, and control over the execution of the current GOST R 52749-2007 today is traditionally declarative for our country, but not real .

Characteristics

GOST on plastic windows. Basic GOSTS when installing plastic windows.

Plastic windows are installed, most often, without prior consultation with the customer, because the window cost is reduced if a simple cheap format is used. However, good quality windows should always be established strictly with the observance of GOST 30971-2002, as well as GOST 23166-99, GOST 30674-99, GOST 24866-99 and GOST 30971-02.

GOST 23166-99 shared windows

The standard data, determines the scope, general information about window blocks, the main terms and their classification. It is used when installing wooden, plastic and metal window and balcony blocks.

Standard is a fundamental standards for a set of standards, designed for certain types of window blocks and parts of their configuration. When installing plastic windows, compliance with the rules of this standard is mandatory. In addition, this GOST is used in product certification. All window blocks must necessarily comply with the standards and requirements of this standard, their production should take into account the design and technological documentation approved in the prescribed manner.

Products of plastic windows made taking into account GOST 23166-99 should consist of certain frameworks, such as boxes, sash, canvases, vents, fraamuga. The angular compounds of these elements of window frames are connected on glue and spikes, mechanical connections, welding or other methods. Standards provide constructive solutions, mandatory for use in the production of angular compounds to certain types of window products.

Constructive solutions of window blocks must necessarily be provided to carry out the premises with the help of sfolders, submarines, fraamug or ventilation valves. Experts recommend to apply in the designs of the device for adjusting the moisture content mode and temperature: self-functioning systems and climatic valves.

In the design of the product, it should be possible to install and use several contours of sealing pads located in the coils for window blocks intended for operation in weakly heated rooms. Designs of window products should take into account the possibilities of replacing glass, sealing gaskets, different window devices and double-glazed windows, without violating the integrity of the product.

GOST 30674-99 PVC windows

This GOST determines the scope of application, classify windows and their functions. This standard also defines the technical requirements that are presented to the plastic windows. This standard is intended for control in the manufacture and installation of window and balcony door blocks from polyvinyl chloride profiles according to GOST 30673, their design is single, they are used in buildings and structures of various types.

In addition, standards requirements apply to products that are glazed with sheet glass and are intended for use in unheated buildings. Specific product brands can be used depending on the available operational conditions, taking into account the SNiP and the regulatory requirements of GOST 23166.

Performing the requirements of this standard is mandatory.

Products are classified according to GOST 23166, the variants of their constructive execution and the type of finishing of surfaces may be different in PVC profiles.

As you know, the window blocks are divided into 1-4-chamber depending on the design of the PVC profile. Products are also divided depending on the type of finishes they are white, painted in mass, laminated and have a coextruded facial coating.

By issuing an order for the supply or manufacture of individual window products, it is necessary to indicate the design options according to GOST, include a description of the profile designs and double-glazed windows, drawings with an indication of the opening schemes, describe the types of window instruments, decide on the requirements for an external appearance of windows and other requirements. The installation of plastic windows must be carried out taking into account the requirements of GOST. Coordinating the manufacturer.

Technical requirements

Window profiles must comply with all the standards and requirements of these standards, GOST 23166, to be made taking into account the design documentation, which is valid and approved in the prescribed manner. It is necessary to take into account the design of products consisting of frame elements that are welded from PVC profiles, reinforced with steel liners. In window profiles, the imposts are fixed in the frame elements using welding or mechanical connections. The design of products, with the exception of unheated premises according to GOST, includes two or more series of sealing gaskets in the coarse.

Among the main guests used by the installation of plastic windows - GOST 24866-99 double-glazed windows and GOST 30971-02 seams assembly.

They contain information about the scope of use of double-glazed windows, their list and classification, as well as the main parameters. GOST are determined by the technical requirements and the necessary recommendations for installing and installing windows. GOST 30971-02 is used when installing window blocks and determines the classification of the designs of a variety of mounting seams, the regulatory specifications for the materials used, the size and preparation of surfaces.

Instruction

Most likely, no one will argue with the fact that with improper installation, even expensive windows are unlikely to work well. For this reason, if you plan to mount your new windows yourself (at the same time putting on all the goods responsibility for the quality of installation), then in this case it will be useful for you to draw your attention to subtleties and a number of possible difficulties that are referred to.

So: the biggest problem is the correct definition of the sizes of your future windows. It is pretty hard, as the old wooden window is installed in the opening, which makes it difficult to determine all the necessary measurements. It is for this reason that at this stage a miner of a slow motion can be laid, which is capable of turning any installation in the search for a feverish solution to the problem of the exit of their deadlock. Therefore:

1. Rule number 1:

A worker who performs measurements must have a wonderful spatial imagination and an analytical mindset, it is obliged to be good to be familiar with the design of future windows, as well as possess personal mounting experience. Believe that the connection of all these qualities may not even often meet. They are also raised not so simple, so most often you have to manage less demand, hoping for perhaps, and problems that often arise have to be solved already in working order (for several years). What you need to take into account the measurer so that all the enterprise simply does not fly to the pipe, and the installers did not spend the night at the facilities?

2. Rule number 2:

Measurements of your future window must be carried out on both sides of the opening: inside (out of the room), as well as outside. These both parameters are needed in order to more accurately determine the depth of the window opening. Obviously, the window is required to be no less than the outdoor dimensions of the opening so that it does not fall out. But how much more it already depends on a large amount of difficult to predictable factors, which we will talk about below.

3. Rule number 3:

One should never forget to clarify whether the outline of the existing opening is preserved on the outside of the outline of the external arrival. After all, it can remove the old plaster from it, put the lining, put an additional row of bricks or a brigade of builders will generally expand it to incredible dimensions of any preliminary notifications.

4. Rule number 4:

It is also necessary to take into account the factors that the opening of the window may be strongly overwhelmed (this is especially concerned with panel houses). It can all lead to an increase in the size of the windows just by the size of the skew. Those, in order to prevent the formation of through slots between the edge of the window opening and the window box, the size of your window must be greater than the outer size of the window opening by about 35-40 mm by its width and 12-18 mm at its height. To do this, there are several ways: you can make an increase in the overall sizes of the window of the window or you can extend your window by adding profiles that click on the box.

5. Rule number 5:

You need to make sure that your tastes and the taste of the customer fully coincide about the appearance of the windows from the street. After all, some like that almost the entire window box was inserted into the wall, and not at all was visible outside. Others prefer to show the window in all its glory. It is difficult to determine who is right. If the first option is more preferable, it is not necessary to forget about all sorts of skews of the window opening, so as not to rearrange, when not only the window box, but even part of the glass package will be hidden in the walls. The second option is more preferable, since less opportunities are mistaken, as well as less consequences.

Confirmation of the acceptance of products by technical control of the manufacturer is their marking, as well as the design of the acceptance and quality of products.

Products take parties. When accepting products at the manufacturer's enterprise, the batch takes the number of products made within one shift and decorated with one quality document.

6.2 Product quality requirements established in this Standard confirm:
input control of materials and components;
operational production control;
acceptable control of finished products;
control output tests of the batch of products conducted by the manufacturer's quality quality service;
periodic tests of products in independent test centers;
qualifying and certification tests.
6.3 The procedure for conducting input control and operational production control at workplaces is established in technological documentation.

In case the manufacturer's enterprise completes window blocks with component parts of its own manufacture, they must be accepted and tested in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory documentation for these products.

6.4 Acceptance control of the quality of finished products is carried out individually, with solid control. At the same time check:
exterior Products;
deviations of the size of the gaps under the opposition;
schedule opening elements;
deviation of the size of the distance between the nippers;
the presence and location of the holes;
work of window devices and loops;
the presence of a protective film on the facial surfaces.

Finished products that have passed acceptance control are labeled. Products that have not passed acceptance control at least one indicator are married.

6.5 Products should undergo control receiving tests, conducted by the manufacturer's quality service at least once in shift. At the same time control:
deviations of the nominal sizes and straightness of the edges;
strength of angular compounds;
requirements for installation of lining under windows;

requirements for installing amplifying liners;
location and functioning of window devices;
requirements for the quality of welded seams;
requirements for appearance and presence of a protective film;
requirements for dimensions, number and location of functional holes;
requirements for labeling and packaging.
Tests are carried out on three samples.

In the event of a negative test result, at least one indicator performs a reassessment of the quality of products on a twoubted number of samples in terms of the indicator that had a negative test result. When re-detecting the inconsistency of the indicator, the established requirements controlled and the subsequent batch of products are subjected to solid control (disorder). With a positive result, continuous control is returned to the established procedure for receiving tests.

In the event of a negative result of the tests in terms of the strength of the angular compounds, repeated tests on the tweaking number of samples are carried out. In the unsatisfactory result of repeated tests, the batch is married, and the production of products stop until the cause of marriage is eliminated.

(Modified edition, POP. 2001)

6.6 Periodic tests on the operational indicators specified in 5.3.1-5.3.3 are carried out when making changes to the design of products or their manufacturing technology, but at least once every five years, as well as certification of products (in terms of indicators provided by the methods certification).

Qualification tests of products are carried out when producing products for production. Justified cases are allowed to combine qualification and certification tests.

Tests are carried out in independent test centers accredited for the right to conduct them.
