It is also possible to completely "cut off" the telephone line, and here the rules are exactly the same as when disconnecting the Internet.

If you have a promotional tariff and the period of the promotion has not expired, you will have to pay according to Rostelecom's recalculation for the months that you used the services.

The rules for disconnecting TV are very similar to the procedure for disconnecting other Rostelecom services. You can temporarily suspend it in the LC, permanently turn off the TV - in the offices of the provider. Interactive
