If you see that the sash hits the striker on the frame with its upper corner, then tighten the top hinge screw as indicated in the instructions for adjusting the fittings.

Try to eliminate this by turning the cams of the trunnions. If the window has “Roto” fittings, then pay attention to the counter plates on the frame.

If there is “Winkhaus” fittings on the window, then you need to grab the lock with two fingers, pull the eccentric and turn it in the right direction, as in the photo:
If the window does not have “Roto”, but other fittings, such as “AUBI”, “Sigenia”, “GU”…., then you will see on the sash movable fittings in the form of rollers (pins) with a hole in the middle for a No. 4 hex key. You will find a dot on the edge of the roller.
The closer you turn this point to the sash seal, the stronger the sash pressure will be. Just do not forget to return the pin to its original position in the summer, otherwise the sealing rubber will wear out quickly.
You should also pay attention to the position of the movable pins on the sash relative to the counterparts on the frame. It is possible that the strikers are not positioned correctly and the pins do not go behind the strikers when closing. In this case, the counter plates must be rearranged.
Loosen the screw securing the striker to the frame and move the striker lower so that the roller goes completely under the striker. If the adjustment of the eccentrics did not bring results, then call the PVC window repairman.
How to eliminate strong blowing of plastic windows from the side of the hinges?
This problem occurs both on sashes with tilt and turn fittings and on sashes with turn-only fittings. The first reason is poor-quality installation, the installers stretched the frame in the middle with an anchor and therefore the middle clamp on the sash does not work.
The second reason is that the straightening plates installed in the middle of the sash between the double-glazed window and the profile fell, or they were not installed at the factory.
A plastic window repairman will cure this problem in 10 minutes by removing the glazing bead from the sash from the hinge side and placing the required number of straightening plates in the middle between the double-glazed window and the profile. Do not be too zealous, first move the sash away from the double-glazed window by 3 mm and try to close the window. If not enough, then another 3 mm.

Scrolling window handle
The first indicator that plastic window fittings cannot be repaired is a scrolling handle.
When the window handle scrolls around its axis, this is an indicator that the fittings have broken. The gearbox, which drives the entire mechanism, crumbled. This can happen due to the service life or from a large load on the fittings themselves. This can happen due to:
