Complete ReiKi treatment session. Reiki hand positions

Session Reiki

During the session Reiki twelve or more positions of laying on of hands on the "recipient" are used, which correspond to the main chakras, or energy centers of the body *. When you present Reiki, your fingers should be touching each other. It helps to balance the energy coming from your hands. Each position should take about five minutes. From the place where the hands are laid, energy finds its way to where it is needed most, providing both the "giver" and the "recipient" with relaxation and well-being.

* There are also minor (minor) chakras, for example, on the palms of the hands and feet.

If you cannot touch the recipient directly, you can achieve the same effect by holding your hands 3-5 cm above a specific position. The recipient is usually fully clothed and can either lie down or sit. Arms and legs should not be crossed so as not to interfere with the flow of energy. A full session takes about an hour, but it can be shortened if necessary. In addition, certain areas of the body can be treated separately. Session Reiki does not require any effort from you. Basically, the less you get involved, the better. Reiki does not imply the removal or dissipation of "bad" energy, it simply helps to restore the flow of universal life force.

The session should be conducted in a well-ventilated and well-lit room that is clean and comfortable for both the giver and the recipient. The temperature in the room should be around 21-23 ° C. You should have a blanket on hand: many get cold when they relax. For a session Reiki A massage table works best, but a bed, chair, or thick rug and a couple of pillows can also be used. Many practitioners prefer soft lighting or even candles to create a welcoming atmosphere during a session. Some decorate their workroom with photographs or sculptures of enlightened beings or other soul-pleasing objects. While working with a client, some people like to include soft, calm music, classical or "New Age". Others, before the session, light incense or use some other means to purify the energy in the room. Here you should completely rely on your taste and intuition.

The color of the walls, furniture, your clothes also affect the atmosphere in the room, and therefore the result of the session. Reiki... The pink color contributes to the creation of an atmosphere of love. Green is used for treatment, blue is used to calm down, and red is used to release energy. Yellow promotes mental clarity, and black is used to calm the mind.

It is helpful for the practitioner to find a quiet space that is not related to personal matters before the session, but this is not the main thing for "success."

The key to making the session Reiki passed in the best way, is the correct attitude of the practitioner. Since the energy Reiki does not belong to you - you are simply acting as the channel through which it is transmitted - your mood should not affect the outcome of the session provided to the other person. Before the session, both the giver and the recipient should wash their hands and remove metal jewelry, belts, and the like. Metal can interfere with the natural flow of energy.

You should tell the person to be healed in advance about what is entering the session, so as not to be distracted by conversations during the session, with the exception of short commands such as "turn over, please", etc.

The sessions should be carried out four days in a row and, if it is necessary to extend the treatment, it is good to repeat them twice a week for as long as you see fit.

During the sessions Reiki shouldand the sound of suitable soothing music.

Benefit

Reiki helps to achieve greater balance between body, mind and spirit.

We can say that thanks to Reiki our life is filled with joy and happiness. If we are sick Reiki gives us the will to live. We constantly feel this ourselves and hear from people with "incurable diseases". Reiki helps us to relate more love to people, it gives us a calm balance of body, mind and soul and helps to feel and show greater responsibility for our lives.

Description of the benefits people experience after initiation Reiki, would require many volumes, because each of us is unique. Particularly strong changes in personal life, in relationships with people, in work occur after initiation into the Second and Third Stages Reiki... So if you're afraid of change, you better stay away from Reiki away.

Hand positions in Reiki and their main purposes

Source system Reiki, in the form in which it was conceived by Dr. Usui, does not include the system of hand positions that we currently use. He just healed, relying on his intuition, letting his hands think for themselves. It is said that Dr. Usui used only one hand to heal while holding a ball of "energy" in the other (a practice widely followed in one of the styles of Chinese qigong healing).

The modern system was developed later. After many years of experimentation, it was found that the flow of energy Reiki it is facilitated if the hands are kept on the body or above it in certain positions, changing them in a certain sequence. The items listed here are used most often.

Basic head positions

1. Head position 1 - relaxes and relieves tension and fear. It is useful for sinus problems, diseases of the eyes, nose, teeth and jaw. Balances the pineal and pituitary glands, which correspond to the 6th and 7th chakras.

2. Head position 2- improves memory and synchronizes the left and right hemispheres of the brain. It is good for headaches and ear pains, as well as for the dying.

3. Head position 3 -relaxes, relieves tension and calms the mind. It is useful for problems associated with the cerebellum and spinal cord, as well as for headaches.

4. Head position 4 - creates self-confidence, gives more joy and self-esteem. Enhances creativity. Useful for throat problems, tonsillitis and thyroid problems. Corresponds to the 5th chakra.

Basic positions for the front of the torso

1. Front Torso Position 1 - enhances love, trust and harmony. It has an effect on the thymus gland, which corresponds to the heart chakra. Good for the lungs and cardiovascular system.

2. Front Torso Position 2 - helps to get rid of fears and stress. Affects the solar plexus, or third chakra. Beneficial for the liver, stomach, gallbladder, spleen and digestive tract

3. Front Torso Position 3 - relieves stress and fear. Affects the 2nd and 3rd chakras. Beneficial for the liver, stomach, gallbladder, spleen and digestive tract.

4. Front Torso Position 4 - relieves sexual fears and tension. It has an effect on the 1st and 2nd chakras, for women it is useful for the ovaries and uterus, for men - for the prostate gland. In addition, it has a positive effect on the digestive tract.

Basic back positions

For the back, essentially the same positions are used as for the front of the torso.

1 . Back position 1 - helps with stress and promotes relaxation. Useful for problems in the spine and neck.

2. Back position 2 - has the same effect as position 2 for the front surface of the trunk.

3. Back position 3 -has the same effect as position 3 for the front surface of the trunk. Good for the kidneys.

4. Back position 4 -has the same effect as position 4 for the front surface of the trunk. Useful for tailbone injuries.

Additional positions

1. One hand is placed on the forehead, the other on the back of the head. This position is also referred to as the "space plug" because it helps to "recharge" the recipient's own energy or energy.

2. One hand is on the heart chakra, the other on the hara. This position helps with insomnia. It soothes our senses before falling asleep.

3. Both hands are on the heart chakra. Position also helps you fall asleep.

4. One hand is on the heart chakra, the other on the solar plexus. The action is similar to that of position 1.

Hand therapies are your working “tool”. Hand position, during the healing process, it is very important, since it depends on how successful this session will be. However, these positions are not an axiom and can change depending on the circumstances, but in most cases these positions are sufficient.

Reiki energy can be transmitted through clothing, since it is not an obstacle for her, but ideally, you need to strive for direct contact - "skin to skin".

Now let's look at the main positions.

Hand position for the front of the body:

Back arm positions:

During a regular session, keep your hands in these positions for 3-5 minutes, or even better, trust your own intuition, which will tell you when to change your position. the patient should be in a supine position or sit in a chair.

And finally, watch this video, where all positions are clearly shown:

REIKI, WHERE ARE YOU FROM?

Reiki was born with the creation of the world. There are many models of the origin of the universe: the cosmogonic concept of the Rosicrucians, the revelations of Abd Ru Shin, the Mahabharata, the Vedas, religious ideas about the creation of the world, the Secret Doctrine of Blavatsky, the works of Alice Bailey, Agni Yoga and many others.

Before the creation of the Universe, space was homogeneous and existed as Absolute Nothing, Void, or Vacuum. Esoteric and theosophical teachings say that the Creator, or the Absolute, or the Primordial Creative Principle, being in eternal peace and balance, decided to manifest himself by creating worlds of different materiality. He singled out from himself Three Logos: in Hinduism they are Vishnu, Brahma and Shiva, in Christianity - Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

The Creator's decision created a kind of indignation in the endless ocean of Emptiness. He limited the area of propagation of the disturbance to a moving boundary. The Trinity became the Acting Aspects within Creation.

In mystical symbolism, a point is the beginning of manifestation, an idea (Fig. 5). The circle is the expanding boundaries of the universe and its symbol. A dot in a circle is a symbol of the Perfect Universe and the Perfect Man. The triangle is a symbol of the Trinity, Three Logoi, the active principle of the Universe.

The beginning of manifestation is associated with the division of all possible qualities into opposites. The rays emanating from a point in a circle symbolize the birth of duality. At the Source of Creation, the first step was that the One was divided into opposites: into plus and

minus, white and black, masculine and feminine, etc. The base of the triangle shows the strength of the interaction between them. At the first stage of Creation, sound appears, in other words, the emerging universes sound or sing. In the same way, a person who is born informs about his arrival in this world with a cry, which all participants in the great mystery of birth are waiting for. It is believed that the original sound is the sound Om or Aum, about which the Bible says: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." Following the sound, Light is born, a red glow appears in the "singing" Universe, followed by orange, yellow, green, blue, blue and, finally, violet. We read about this further in the Bible: "In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not embrace it."

All kinds of fire were born from the Primordial Light. Taoists, for example, distinguish up to 40 types of fire. The ray in this fiery-light field is Reiki. You should always remember that Reiki is Light. Light formed into a beam. This ray of Light from the point of origin of Existence flows from the Source and creates the area of the Spirit. The Creator laid in the Creation the Law of the Transition - the transition of quantity into quality and the transition from one world to another. Consciousness, being manifested in one of the worlds, remains unmanifested for other worlds and is aware of them indirectly. A transition to a new quality occurs at a certain distance from the center or at a certain vibration. The light and sound flow is "dressed" in a shell woven from the matter formed at the border of the transition. The world limited by this shell will be called Buddhi. The ray seems to be wrapped in clothes made of buddh-chial matter, then the same happens on the Atma plane, causal, mental, astral, until the ray reaches the level of matter of the physical world and fills the forms that exist on Earth with light. It is important to understand that the matter of the higher planes is so thin that it freely penetrates into the subsequent planes. For example, the matter of the atmanic plane penetrates the causal, mental, astral, etheric and physical planes. Matter of the astral plane "permeates" the etheric and physical, but not vice versa. Therefore, Reiki is in every grain of sand and blade of grass. Remembering once again the words from the Bible: "In Him was life, and the life was the light of men", we understand that this Primordial Light is present in man and it is one of the "building" substances of the Universe, called "Man". From the considered properties of Light, or Reiki, it follows that it permeates everything, is present in everything: in living nature, in the air, in water, in stone and so on, it permeates all the planes of Being from the highest, subtlest to the grossly material ones. I mentioned that the Creator could not give birth to an idea other than the perfect one, therefore, initially Man was created perfect, he is called Cosmic. Streams of Light from the Source of Creation are carriers of information about the idea of the Creator, that is, about the Perfect Man. Reiki carries the information matrix of perfection, and it is this quality that allows Reiki to harmonize the subtle bodies of a person and, of course, the physical body. Reiki restores energy-informational harmony, as if trying on the matrix of perfection for every human body, and initiates the process of liberation from accumulated tensions and negative thought forms.

Reiki is a ray of subtlest, divine energy, it can also be called an intelligent plasma, energy with the highest consciousness. These qualities are indicated by the "key to the channel", which we must utter before work: "Please give the energy that is needed, where it is needed, and as much as needed." This formula indicates that Reiki is distributed in the human field, dosed and transformed into the energy of the quality and plan that the patient needs most at the moment. He will independently go to the body that needs help in the first place. For example, in a person who is in emotional arousal, he will first fill the astral body, the body of emotions, and then continue "his path" in accordance with one known route. We only need to become his worthy guide. There is a wonderful phrase from Reiki masters: "Let's see what Reiki does", and he is able to work miracles.

One should always remember that Reiki is Light, and a person who has received Reiki initiation becomes a conductor and universal transmitter of Light. The Reiki practitioner opens the ability to transfer Light, while he himself becomes its source, acquires luminosity. It can be seen from the distant Cosmos, from those heights from which the Ascended Teachers of Humanity look at us.

At first, the inner Light of the healer is hardly noticeable, like a small spark, like a candle flame in a window. The more a person practices Reiki, is engaged in self-education and self-improvement, the more he helps people, the more bright a guide and source of Light he becomes. A small candle flames into a flame, a person emits more and more Light, which in concentric circles wave-like spreads around him for a considerable distance. Finally, the moment comes when a person turns into a channel, such as if a powerful searchlight was directed from the Earth into Space.
Not everyone is able to see this ray, but only those who have spiritual vision, but anyone can feel it. It is very pleasant to be near a person with luminosity. The surrounding people seem to bathe in the rays of its light, and from this their nervous tension decreases, their mood improves, the biofield is harmonized, pain can pass, and health improves. In other words, those around them receive a part of the Grace that flows through the luminous person.

The question is often asked: if Reiki is present everywhere and in everything, then why are initiations, initiations, and Reiki attunements invented? "Draw" Reiki energy from the ocean of the universe and "pour" it further.

Some authors write about self-attunement of Reiki. From my many years of practice, I know one rule: if you want sacred spiritual knowledge to become a working tool in your hands, you must receive it from "hand to hand" from another person, and this person must sincerely want to transfer this knowledge to you. The second possibility is initiation from above, as happened, for example, with Dr. Usui. Dedication from above occurs with people who are ready for it. After all, Dr. Usui devoted his entire life to spiritual self-improvement and search. He was dedicated enough to see, accept and understand Reiki. Such a revelation requires a high level of spiritual vision, which directly depends on the spiritual qualities of a person. I would like to cite a parable from the book of Sogyal Rimpoche "The Book of Life and the Practice of Dying" (Moscow: "Golden Age", 1997), which perfectly shows what the level of spiritual vision should be in order to see the Truth.

Asanga was one of the most famous Indian Buddhist saints and lived in the fourth century. He retired to mountain retreat, concentrating his meditation practice on Buddha Maitreya in the ardent hope of being blessed by the vision of the Buddha and receiving teachings from him.

Asanga meditated for six years, enduring extreme hardships, but did not even have a single auspicious dream.
He lost heart and thought that he would never succeed in his quest to meet Buddha Mait-reya, and left his refuge. After walking a little, he saw a man by the road rubbing a huge piece of iron with a strip of silk. Asanga approached him and asked what he was doing. "I don't have a needle," the man replied, "so I'll make one out of this piece of iron." Asanga stared at him in amazement: even if this man succeeds in doing it in a hundred years, he thought, then why? And he said to himself: "Look how people are trying because of something that is completely pointless. And you are doing something really valuable, spiritual practice - and you do not devote yourself so much to it." And he returned to his solitude.
Three more years passed, still without the slightest sign from Buddha Maitreya. Now I know for sure, he thought, I will never succeed. So he left again and soon came to a bend in the road, where there was a rock so high that it seemed to reach the sky. At the foot of this rock, a man was rubbing it diligently with a wet feather. "What are you doing?" Asanga asked.

"This rock is so high that it blocks the sun from my house, so I try to get rid of it," the man replied. Asanga was amazed at his relentless energy and ashamed by his own insensitivity. He returned to his hermitage.

Three more years passed and he still didn't even have a single good dream. Once again he finally decided that it was hopeless, and left his solitude forever. He walked and walked, and by midday he came across a dog lying by the road. Only her front legs were intact, and the back of her body was rotting and covered with worms. But despite its terrible condition, this dog growled at passers-by and tried to grab them with its teeth, crawling along the ground on two healthy paws.

Asanga was overwhelmed by a keen and unbearable sense of compassion. He cut off a piece of his own flesh and fed it to the dog. Then he bent down to remove the worms that were eating him from the dog's body. But suddenly he thought that if he tried to pick them up with his fingers, he might hurt them, and realized that the only way was to pick them up with his tongue. Asanga knelt down and, looking at the terrible rotting mass, closed his eyes. He leaned forward and stuck out his tongue ... The next thing he felt was that his tongue was touching the ground. He opened his eyes and looked around: the dog was gone. Instead, before him was the Buddha Maitreya, surrounded by radiant light.

"Finally," Asanga said, "why have you never appeared to me before?"
Maitreya softly said: “It is not true that I have never appeared to you before. I was with you all the time, but your negative karma and obscuration did not allow you to see me. Your twelve years of practice dissolved them a little, so that you could finally see this dog. Then, thanks to your sincere and heartfelt compassion, all these blackouts were completely destroyed, and you can see me with your own eyes. If you don’t believe that this is what happened, sit me on your shoulder and try, check if he will see me someone else, "Asanga took Maitreya on his right shoulder and went to the market square. There he began to ask everyone he met: "What's on my shoulder?" Most people answered "Nothing" and hurried on. However, one old woman, whose karma had been slightly purified, replied, "You carry on your shoulder the rotting corpse of an old dog, nothing else." Finally, Asanga realized the boundless power of compassion, which purified and transformed his karma and thus turned him into a vessel fit to accept the vision and teachings of Maitreya. Then Buddha Maitreya, whose name means "loving kindness", took Asanga to the heavenly abode and there he passed on to him many higher teachings, which were among the most important in all Buddhism.

Both in the first and in the second method of transmitting knowledge, the baptism of the Holy Spirit is carried out. Outwardly, a simple ritual of initiation or teaching on the subtle plane is played out as an amazing, extraordinary beauty and intensity of mystery. Not everyone is able to see this mystery, but almost all those who receive initiation into Reiki healers feel its impact as a high state of consciousness, as a manifestation of high feelings, or catharsis. Initiation is the key to the source of Reiki, it makes Reiki an obedient and powerful force in the hands of the healer. On the border between the healer's hand and the patient's body, as I have already noted, Reiki transforms in accordance with the patient's problem. Moreover, the healer does not need to know the diagnosis. Reiki becomes hot, warm, intangible or cold, just as it needs to be to heal the person. If the patient is nervous, the Reiki energy is initially soft and cool to help the person calm down and relax. Then Reiki can become very hot to deal with the problem of the physical body. Each person has a limit to filling with energy. If you continue to "pump" a person above this limit, then you can harm him. In a Reiki session, it is impossible to “transfer” or “not give” energy, because, having consciousness, Reiki turns off when a person is already filled to the brim. In addition, Reiki is distributed unevenly inside the body: parts of the body that need a greater influx of energy receive a large portion, each organ and system exactly as much as they need at the moment.

When a Reiki healer transfers Reiki energy to a patient during a session, healing and harmonization take place on all planes and in all human bodies. On the physical plane, diseases are cured, pain disappears, the work of organs and systems is restored. On the astral, emotional plane, a person calms down, depression, excessive excitability, fears disappear. On the mental plane, pessimism disappears, thoughts become positive, memory and intelligence improve, human behavior becomes balanced, soft, harmony and peace in the soul arises, on the spiritual plane there are elevated feelings and thoughts.

A thirteen-year-old boy was being treated for asthma. During the sessions, he fell asleep almost instantly and slept so soundly that his mother and I had to wake him up for quite a long time. Our communication boiled down to a greeting at the beginning and a farewell at the end of the session. The course of treatment lasted about three months. The asthma passed, and along with the asthma, the boy got rid of the triplets in the diary, without reminders, he began to do his homework, do housework, and stopped being rude and in conflict with his parents. Reiki did it all.

Part 3. THE PRACTICE OF THE WIZARD
ARE YOU SIGNED IN A HEALER OF REIKI?

Reiki is a great chance given by God to humanity as a whole and to each person individually. Therefore, everyone can receive the key to Reiki, regardless of preparation. You do not need to have any special abilities and perform complex preparatory procedures. All the necessary information and practical skills are given to the student during training and initiation. In this we see the great and boundless mercy and generosity of the Creator. Just like the Sun rises above the horizon every day without delay, weekends and holidays and gives its light to absolutely everyone, regardless of who you are - a good person or a villain, rich or poor, educated or illiterate. A tree, an ocean, an ant, a stone, a Hindu, a Negro and a Chinese receive the same measure of solar heat and light. Likewise, the Creator infinitely pours out mercy to all objects of his Creation. How we act with this grace is already our choice. After all, each of us uses solar heat in his own way. One of them was lying on the beach without measure, was burned and for two weeks after that he was sick and tormented - he used the solar gift thoughtlessly and paid for it. Another, under the sun's rays, grew wonderful fruits that gave food not only to him, but also to others, and benefited people. The third invented the solar battery - an environmentally friendly source of electricity.

A person who gratefully accepts the great Gift of Reiki, treats it with care, develops it in himself, at the same time rapidly evolves himself, creating harmony and beauty around him, helping people, nature, and the planet.

Using Reiki is straightforward. Anyone at any age can master this method. It is very easy to use, however, like everything ingenious. My youngest student is 7 years old, and the oldest is 79, not counting the children who were in my mother's womb during the initiation of Reiki. There are already a whole kindergarten group of such children, and they are distinguished by calmness, health, and rapid development. In their horoscopes, there are configurations that speak of significant spiritual experience and good qualities of the soul. They can rightfully be called the children of the sixth race.

HEAL YOURSELF - AND THE WORLD WILL BE HEALED AROUND YOU!

Your hands and your body are always with you. You can use any suitable moment for self-healing and self-healing. If there are conditions for a full session, then it can be performed according to the order of laying on of hands described below. Putting hands on your spine creates some difficulties, therefore, the spine can be warmed up by placing one hand on the sahasrara (crown of the head) or on the back of the head, on the medulla oblongata, and the other on muladhara (coccyx) (Fig. 6.).
Thus, the entire spine is processed. Sitting in front of the TV, in transport or going to bed, place your hands on different parts of the body to fill them with Reiki. This contributes to your improvement as a healer, and also increases your spiritual and intellectual strength, because Reiki, as we remember, harmonizes, heals, improves all human bodies - physical, emotional, mental, spiritual.

Many people come to Reiki "for health", as a rule, with very advanced chronic ailments. These can be both organic and psychological problems. Among my students there are people who have healed cataracts, ovarian cysts, mastopathy, who have got rid of the long-term need to take antidepressants, not to mention the fact that Reiki helps to get rid of the flu or cold in a day. However, we must remember that we do not abandon traditional methods of treatment, but are ready to actively cooperate with doctors. Reiki multiplies the effect of massage, acupuncture, reduces the side effects of chemicals, chemotherapy and radiation, activating the movement of fluids in the body, helps to eliminate toxins, etc. If there is a misfortune or a person's condition is such that there is a danger to life, then we do Reiki before an ambulance arrives, and if there is nowhere to wait for help (on an airplane, for example, or in a forest), then we do Reiki continuously until a result is achieved.

I advise my students not only to do Reiki for themselves at the first opportunity, for example, while sitting in a transport or in a queue, but also not to "fall out" of the channel constantly, carrying out any activity in the Reiki flow.

To do this, in the morning, waking up, we perform the ritual of entering the channel with the request: "Lord, let me be Your channel throughout the day, please give me the energy that is needed, where it is needed, and as much as needed." After that we live a normal life, go to work or study, to the gym or to see a doctor. If during the day we need to do a Reiki session to someone else, then we perform the ritual again for the patient, redirect the beam to his healing, and at the end we thank and remain in the Reiki channel. In the evening before going to bed, we thank and initiate the channel again, but for the whole night. In the morning - gratitude, and everything starts all over again. This practice allows you to maintain good health, good mood and efficiency without stress and time. Spiritual achievements and discoveries inherent in this simple but deep practice make the life of a healer rich in high feelings and meaning.

BEFORE SESSION

The room for the Reiki session should be comfortable and small, the lighting is soft, dim, the air temperature is about 24 degrees Celsius. A lighted candle, incense lamp, or incense sticks are a welcome addition to the decor.

The most comfortable position for the patient is lying. This is the easiest position to relax in. The patient should rest during the session. A good relaxation effect is provided by soft quiet meditative music.
The healer must organize his workplace so that he is also comfortable, because sometimes a session can last several hours, so prepare a comfortable chair, maybe not one, so that you do not move it behind you when you move from working with the patient's head to working with his back or legs.

Take off your watch and rings and wash your hands both before and after the session. Relax tight straps and bandages in you and your patient. It is advisable that the patient is not dressed in genuine leather clothing.
The patient should take off their shoes, relax and not cross their legs or arms. The healer should not strain either; the session should be carried out easily, calmly and confidently. We put our hands on the patient's body gently, without pressure, placing them in a position that, if possible, follows the curves and lines of the patient's body.

From the beginning to the end of the session, we maintain physical contact with the patient's body, change the position of the hands in turn: tear off one hand from the patient's body, shift it to the next place, then move the other hand.

With the exception of working with the trigeminal nerve, keep the fingers together.
Remember that if the Reiki energy does not become hot, it does not mean that it does not go. Reiki changes according to the patient's needs and can be warm, cold, "metallic", etc.
In case of fractures, we do Reiki through a plaster cast.

In case of burns, hold our hands over the affected area without touching the skin.
After the session, the patient must be warned that a "reaction" of the body is possible, that he may feel a little worse, there may be a chill, a breakdown, or, conversely, a surge of energy, he wants to perform a labor feat. It must be explained that this state will not last long, about 2-3 hours. It is advisable to recommend to the patient relative rest after the session, not to participate in sports competitions, noisy parties, discos, etc.

For all its inner depths, Reiki is ingeniously simple. Listen to Reiki within yourself, and it will lead you to the right decisions, actions, direct your hands where they are especially needed. Reiki will guide you not only during your healing session, but also in the fast flow of life.

REIKI HEALER SESSION

Before starting the session, it is necessary to tune in and open the Reiki flow appropriate for the patient. To do this, turn to God with a request to perform this sacred act: "Lord, let me be Your channel in order to heal (name of the patient), please give Reiki energy where it is needed, the right one, and as much as needed." After that, you need to combine your biofield with the patient's biofield (Fig. 7).

The healer presses his left hand with his palm against his solar plexus, and with his right hand circles the patient's body three times clockwise, while reciting a prayer or mantra.
It must be remembered that Reiki is tenderness, gentleness and non-violence. Performing the ritual of entering the field

patient, we do not rudely intrude, do not tear or break the thin shells of the human body. Thin shells are called thin not only because they are invisible to the eye, but also because they easily come into motion from the most seemingly insignificant external influences, due to which the energy balance in the human body is disturbed. You know very well how a harsh word can ruin the mood for the whole day, just as balance can be disturbed by sharp gestures and movements. Children, and especially infants, are not particularly protected from such influences. Let parents who quarrel in the presence of a sleeping baby be not mistaken that the quarrel does not affect the well-being and condition of the baby. The child's subtle bodies become agitated by the ongoing war between the parents, the balance is disturbed, pathogenic microbes penetrate through the weakened field more easily, and the child begins to get sick. Parents worry, wonder why the baby is so often and seriously ill, and the reason may be in quarrels and discord between mom and dad or grandparents living with them. An emotionally charged "intrusion" of guests can have the same harmful effect on an infant. Relatives, acquaintances and friends with the most tender and enthusiastic feelings may appear in your house, wanting to nurse the newborn, not realizing that together with them an energy-informational field appears in the house, "alien" for the baby, too violent emotions that can be destructive for tender and vulnerable energy of the child. No wonder our grandmothers did not allow to arrange a bride before the baby's first teeth. And if someone from outsiders appears in the house, then let him better admire the baby from afar, does not make loud speeches and does not make noise, and, of course, does not "grab" him in his arms.
So, before the session, we remember that Reiki is tenderness, love and non-violence.

There are several basic hand positions that a Reiki healer uses in a session.

Main positions

I. Two hands next to each other, fingers pressed to each other (Fig. 8).
It should be noted that in Reiki the fingers are always together, in contrast to the methods of extrasensory influence, when the fingers are apart and do not touch each other.

II. T-shaped position. The fingers of one hand are directed perpendicularly to the wrist of the other hand (Fig. 9).

III. V-shaped position. The hands form the Latin letter V (Fig. 10).

Additional positions
I. "Capacitor". Hands are on opposite each other (fig. 11). Used for joints and limbs.
II. "Parallel". Hands lie parallel to each other at some distance (Fig. 12). It is used for paired organs (kidneys, lungs, ears, eyes, etc.), for working with energy channels.

The sequence of laying on of hands
1. Any Reiki session is good to start with working out the human energy system. To do this, use the "parallel", place your hands on the patient's shoulders (Fig. 13).

In the middle of the shoulders are the exits of the Ida and Pingala energy channels, and when you hold your hands for 2-3 minutes at these points, then through the system of energy channels Reiki will very quickly fill the entire body, cleanse and balance the energy system.

This hand position can be used as an express method in cases where you are in an extreme situation or in a crowded place and it is not possible to do a full session. Place your hands on the patient's shoulders and remain in this position for as long as possible.
The "parallel" on the patient's palm and on the feet has exactly the same effect. Use the express method in cases where access to the patient's body is limited, for example, he is under a dropper, or you are on the road, in a public place, etc.

In my practice, there was such a case. We were returning from India after visiting Satya Sai Baba. On the plane, a young woman became ill and her neighbor called me for help. Seeing her, I diagnosed a serious heart attack, urgently called the flight attendant, asked to bring heart funds and find out if there was a doctor on the plane. The plane's first aid kit contained only fracture tires and an oxygen tank. The girl's pulse could not be felt, her lips turned blue, and we had no choice but to save her with the help of Reiki. I worked with the heart, one healer kept the "parallel" on the feet, and the second controlled the pulse, while giving Reiki through it. The rest worked at a distance. Quite quickly we managed to "start" the heart, and we spent about an hour more to bring her to good health. She later spoke of her visions while she was unconscious; perhaps it was a state of clinical death. At first, she rushed with great speed along long corridors, then she got into a large and bright hall, where there were many people. People were busy with different things, some of them were dancing. She also performed some dances, then turned her attention to the windows. Outside one window

there was light and space, and beyond the other - darkness. She felt that she needed to choose one of the windows and if she did, she would never return, which meant that she would die on Earth. Realizing this, the girl decided that she did not want to die, and, looking down and seeing the Earth there, jumped down and woke up.
Wherever you are, in whatever situation you find yourself in, in the desert or in the forest, in the absence of medicines and medical assistance, having Reiki in your hands, you can always help yourself and others if you have health problems or with the situation.

2. Hands - OP (main position) - on the crown of the head (Fig. 14).
At the top of the head is the exit of the main energy channel Sushumna and the seventh chakra sahasrara. Remember that under your hands is the human brain, the center of control of all processes in the body.

When Reiki fills the brain, a person calms down, ceases to be nervous, some patients fall asleep, and this is very good, since the mind ceases to control the situation, a person relaxes more easily, and his strength is restored faster.

3. OP on the back of the head (Fig. 15).
The cerebellum and the medulla oblongata are in the zone of influence of Reiki.

4. V-shaped position on the forehead and temples (Fig. 16).
The fingers are located in the center of the forehead, in the third eye area. If we recall the structure of the chakra, we will understand that with this position, the palms are on the additional temporal chakras, the fingers are on the ajna, and the entire ajna chakra system is washed by Reiki.

5. V-shaped position on the eyes (fig. 17).
The fingers remain between the eyebrows, the centers of the palms - in front of the eyes. The eyes are connected to the center of the brain via the optic nerves. In this position, Reiki fills the eyes, ajna, brain, pituitary gland and pineal gland, which play an important role not only in the endocrine system, but also in the process of energy-informational exchange.

6. "Parallel" on the ears (Fig. 18).
a) The fingers are turned up (Fig. 18a).
b) The fingers are turned at an angle along the course of the lower jaw (Fig. 186).
The last position can be effectively used for treatment

inflammation of the trigeminal nerve, directing the fingers along its branches (Fig. 19).
7. V-shaped position on the lower jaw (Fig. 20). Periodontal disease, tonsillitis, inflammation of the lymph nodes, toothache, etc. are healed.

8. T-shaped position on vishudha, or the area of the thyroid gland (fig. 21). For kidney disease, always work on the thyroid area. These two organs are so interconnected that changes in one entail changes in the other, and by healing, for example, the thyroid gland, we simultaneously help the kidneys, adrenal glands and vice versa.

9. Move the arms down, using the V-shaped position, process the chest (Fig. 22).
10. OP on the area of the liver (Fig. 23).
11. OP on the spleen and pancreas (Fig. 24). For all types of allergies, work out non-

how much longer the area of the liver, pancreas and kidneys.
12. V-shaped position on the stomach area (Fig. 25).
13. With the help of the OP we work out the stomach (fig. 26). Depending on the size of the patient, we repeat the imposition of hands so that the entire surface of the abdomen is processed.
14. V-shaped position on the bladder area (Fig. 27).

15. Development of the lymphatic system.
The lymphatic system performs the function of nourishing tissues and removing metabolic products. During a general Reiki session, we specially treat the lymphatic system. We start from the OP to the neck area under the ear on one side of the body, gradually move to the axillary region (Fig. 28) and to the inner surface of the arm. After that, we go to the other side of the body, also starting from the neck area under the ear. Then we process the lymph nodes located in the groin and on the inner surface of the legs. 16.With the help of the OP we work out the back. First the spine (Fig. 29),

then the left and right sides of the back, paying attention to the area of the kidneys and adrenal glands (Fig. 30).

17. The left and right sides of the back can be processed using the OP or V-shaped position depending on the patient's build (Fig. 31).

18. Warm up the sciatic nerve (Fig. 32) and hip joints, using any comfortable hand position.

19. Treatment of the legs, knee and ankle joint using the OP and the "parallel" position (Fig. 33).

The most common leg problems are joint pain and varicose veins.

In non-traditional Reiki, it is permissible to use techniques, methods and exercises from other healing systems together with Reiki. For effective healing of the joints and spine, you can use warm breath warming through the "magic triangle" (Fig. 34).

Hands are folded with a "magic triangle", put on the sore spot and in the center of the "magic triangle", make a sharp exhalation through a wide open mouth. During one session, no more than 1-3 hot breaths can be done per joint or per segment of the spine (Fig. 35). Attention! "Hot breath" is used only for joints and spine and is not used for other organs and systems.

For the treatment of thrombophlebitis and varicose veins, we additionally use a technique called "Reiki solvent". Continuing to do Reiki, we ask that the Reiki solvent go through our hands and slowly, molecule by molecule, "dissolve" and "flush" the clots from the veins. It is known that massage is contraindicated with varicose veins, since mechanical action can cause a thrombus to break off. It is very dangerous. Such a detached thrombus moves through the vessels and can clog any vital vessel, which can result in death. Reiki solvent has a high level of safety and efficacy in the treatment of varicose veins and thrombophlebitis.

Reiki solvent can be used for various intoxications, excluding cases of acute poisoning, when urgent medical attention is needed. Reiki Solvent helps relieve intoxication resulting from decreased liver or kidney function, viral infection or influenza, reduce alcohol levels and

nicotine in the blood and works very well even with such a serious injury as radiation exposure.

20. When working on the hands, we use a "capacitor" (fig. 36).
21. We end the session by "grounding" the patient. To do this, we put our hands to the centers of the feet (Fig. 37).
22. Exit the patient's field.

One hand touches his body, and with the other hand we circle three times around the patient's body clockwise, reading a prayer or mantra, tear off our hands, and end the session (Fig. 38).

23. Thanksgiving. When we finish our work, we thank God for giving us the opportunity to heal and use the invaluable gift of Reiki.

Gratitude is not just a tribute to courtesy. In Reiki, it has the deepest meaning, which lies in the fact that, thanks to, we return to God what we have used. Gratitude plays the role of an exchange coin, giving which we are "in calculation" with the Cosmos, and therefore there is no cause-and-effect relationship, karmic debts.

To the words of gratitude, if desired, we add the gesture "thanksgiving" (Fig. 39), when two hands are raised to the sky with open palms.

In the Reiki system, there are 12 basic hand positions and 4 additional ones. Each of them has its own purpose in terms of healing from various diseases.

The main positions of the arms are located in the head, back and front of the body.

    Basic head positions

Position one. Hands close eyes. Relaxes and relieves fear and tension. Helps with problems related to sinuses, diseases of the eyes, nose, teeth and jaws. Balances the pineal and pituitary glands, corresponding to the 6th and 7th chakras.

Position two. Hands cover the head. Synchronizes the left and right hemispheres of the brain, improves memory. Used for headaches and otitis media.

Position three. Hands cover the back of the head. Relaxes, relieves stress and relieves mental fatigue. It is used for problems associated with the cerebellum and spinal cord, as well as for headaches.

Position four. Hands cover the neck. Gives a feeling of joy, instills self-confidence, enhances creativity. It is used for tonsillitis, tonsillitis and thyroid diseases. Corresponds to the 5th chakra.

Basic positions for the front of the torso

Position five. Hands just above the chest, at the level of the heart. Creates a feeling of love, trust and spiritual harmony. It has an effect on the thymus gland corresponding to the heart chakra. Good for the lungs and cardiovascular system.

Position six. Hands at the level of the solar plexus. Relieves fears and worries caused by stress. Affects the solar plexus corresponding to the 3rd chakra. It is used for diseases of the liver, stomach, gallbladder, spleen and digestive tract.

Position seven. Hands on the stomach. Helps relieve stress and unfounded fears. Affects the 2nd and 3rd chakras. It is used for diseases of the liver, stomach, gallbladder, spleen and digestive tract.

Position eight. Hands in the lower abdomen. Relieves sexual impotence, relieves stress associated with insecurity in sexual opportunities. Has an impact on the 1st and 2nd chakras. For women it is good for the ovaries and uterus, for men for the prostate gland. Helps with diseases of the digestive tract.

    Basic back positions

Position nine. Hands at the base of the neck. Relieves stress and promotes relaxation. Helps with problems in the spine and neck.

Position ten. Hands at the level of the shoulder blades. Has the same effect as the ninth position for the front of the body.

Position eleven. Hands on the back. Has the same effect as the seventh position. Affects the 2nd and 3rd chakras. Good for the kidneys.

Position twelve. Hands at the base of the spine. Has the same effect as position 8. It affects the 1st and 2nd chakras. Useful for tailbone injuries.

    Additional positions

Position one. One hand is on the forehead, the other is on the back of the head. This position is also called the "cosmic plug" because it helps to "recharge" your energy or the energy of the person you are healing.

Position two. One hand is on the heart chakra, the other on the face. This position helps with insomnia: it allows you to calm down and fall asleep.

Position three. Both hands are on the heart chakra. This position also helps you fall asleep faster.

Position four. One hand is on the heart chakra, the other on the solar plexus. Acts the same as in the first position.

In the Japanese Reiki tradition, the Ryoho Gakkai Reiki, there are no mandatory laying on of hands positions. This has deep roots in Japanese psychology. For Western Reiki, the corresponding hand positions have been developed, which are usually 12-15, called basic. I would like to bring to your attention a complex developed by the German Reiki master Iris Haaf.

The hands are folded in a "boat" and placed on the face (1 position), then the hands are transferred to the temples (2 position), ears (3 position), the back of the head (4 position), throat (5 position), above the chest (6 position), under chest (7th position), one arm above the navel, the other below the navel (8th position), groin (9th position), knees (10th position), t-position on the chest (11th position).

Mikao Usui's original hand positions

1. ZENTO-BU - the upper part of the forehead along the hairline.
2. SOKUTO-BU - simultaneous action on both sides of the head.
3. KOTO-BU - the upper part of the back of the head.
4. ENZUI-BU - upper part of the neck, base of the skull.
5. SOTE-BU - upper part of the head.
Any healing process in Reiki begins with the position of the hands on the head. Mikao Usui attached great importance to this and most often healed people, performing only head treatment positions. The above five positions should be cured within half an hour. This is followed by the positions needed to help a particular person. A more detailed discussion of this will go below.
During the treatment of the first position, you can add Nantatsu Ho (mental positive affirmation).

HAND POSITIONS

Initially, the teaching of Reiki did not provide an explanation for the position of the hands during treatment. People who practiced spiritual and energy practices fully trusted their hands during healing sessions. Mikao Usui himself treated people, most often only performing positions on the patient's head. However, having set himself the task of transferring sacred knowledge to as many people as possible, he faced certain difficulties. People far from such practices could not immediately determine where they should put their hands to transfer the healing energy of Reiki. Therefore, for beginners, Mikao Usui developed a system of laying on hands during healing sessions, which were included in his handbook on hand positions in the treatment of specific diseases (Ryoho Sishin).
The technique of laying on hands is the same for everyone. It is necessary to ensure that both the patient and the healer are comfortable. According to classical Japanese canons, the healer sits to the left of the patient, always facing him. Hands are applied easily and freely, without additional pressure, they seem to rest on the human body. The Reiki energy emitted by the healer's palmar centers is naturally absorbed by the patient's body. In some cases (impact on the vertebrae, certain points, etc.), only fingers are used to transfer energy, most often the index and middle ones. The movements of the hands to the human body are made strictly from top to bottom, helping the energy to flow freely through the channels and meridians. There are early records of Mikao Usui in which he refers to examples from Chinese medicine. Mikao Usui took the gallbladder meridian as the main focus of his treatment.
Traditional Japanese Reiki (the lineage of David King, a student of Tatsumi who graduated from the Chujiro Hayashi school), for example, teaches seven basic hand positions located at important points of many meridians, which allows energy to be freely carried throughout the body.
First position: treatment of eyes and facial sinuses. In the eye area, the meridians of the gallbladder, bladder and stomach originate. Each of them runs all over the body to the feet. The points of the meridians of the large intestine, the small intestine, the three parts of the trunk, and the internal passage of the liver meridian also fit into this area.
Second position: treatment of the temples. In this area, parts of the meridians of the gallbladder, three aunts of the torso, stomach and small intestine are covered with palms.
Third position: the back of the head. At the back of the head, where the meridians of the gallbladder, bladder and the posterior median meridian pass, stress is relieved from a person, and he usually falls asleep calmly.
Fourth position: shoulders. On the shoulder area there is mainly Yang energy, passing to and from the head. Here, the meridians of the gallbladder, urinary bladder, small intestine, large intestine, stomach and three parts of the body are affected.
Fifth position: on the collarbones. Many Yin meridians pass in this area. Here, an effect is exerted on the meridians of the gallbladder, stomach, large intestine, on the inner course of the meridians of the lungs, three parts of the body, the small intestine and the spleen. The kidney meridian ends here.
Sixth position: lower ribs. Acting on the area of the liver and stomach, we work with the outlet of the liver meridian, which originates on the right leg. Here on the right, there is the meridian of the gallbladder. On the left are the meridians of the kidneys, stomach, spleen - pancreas, the inner course of the meridian of the lungs and colon.
Seventh position: kidneys. Acting on the back on the kidneys and sacrum, we work with the meridian of the gallbladder and bladder.
These hand positions are quite enough for a healing session, for harmonizing internal energy, establishing balance between all systems of the body and activating all vital processes. It is also permissible to carry out these actions when the patient is sitting on a chair.
However, when teaching, the student in any case carefully "listens" to his hands. They can tell a lot about a lot - first of all, about whether you should stay in some place or it's time to move on. Having gained sensitivity of hands and complete trust in them, the Reiki healer no longer follows the strictly specified scheme of the session. He only performs hand positions while treating the head and then trusts his hands. Reiki is an intuitive system, so neither Mikao Usui, nor Chujiro Hayashi, nor other Usui students taught specific hand positions for a general Reiki session. This practice became widespread only in the West.
In order to learn how to scan and determine the imbalance of energy in the body, there are Usui Reiki Ryoho techniques such as Reiji and Bysen, mastering which determines a person's readiness to move to the next level of training.
