Calmness is stronger than emotions.

Silence is louder than a scream.

And no matter what happens to you - do not take anything to heart. Few things are important for a long time.

Erich Maria Remarque "Arc de Triomphe" ---

Once in the rain, you can learn a useful lesson from this. If it starts raining unexpectedly, you don't want to get wet and so you run down the street to your house. But when you run home, you notice that you got wet anyway. If you decide from the very beginning not to speed up your pace, you will get wet, but you will not fuss. It is also necessary to act in other similar circumstances.

The highest degree of human wisdom is the ability to remain calm despite external thunderstorms.

You are not bound by your experiences, but by the fact that you clung to them.

Don't make hasty decisions. Weigh the pros and cons well. Almost every person has a heavenly guide, a second self. Think and ask him, is it worth doing what you have planned or not ?! Learn to observe, see the invisible, anticipate situations.

Wisdom comes with the ability to be calm. Just watch and listen. Nothing else is needed. When you are at rest, when you just look and listen, it activates within you the intelligence free of concepts. Let peace guide your words and deeds.

We can never achieve peace in the outside world until we achieve it in the inner world.

The essence of balance is not to cling.

The essence of relaxation is not to hold.

The essence of being natural is not to make an effort.

One who is not envious and does not wish anyone evil has attained equanimity. For him, the whole world is filled with happiness.

To make life bloom again, seethe and be filled with exciting joy and happiness, you just need to stop ... Stop and allow yourself to dissolve in pleasure ...

Don't worry about your future, be at ease now and everything will fall into place.

If the water is not muddied, it will settle on its own. If the mirror is not dirty, it will reflect light by itself. The human heart cannot be made pure by one's will. Eliminate what pollutes it, and its purity will manifest itself. You don't need to look for joy outside yourself. Eliminate what is bothering you, and joy will reign in your soul by itself.

Sometimes just leave it alone ...

When you don't know what to do, wait a while. Keep quiet. Live as you live. The sign will appear sooner or later. The main thing is to know that you are waiting and be ready to face what you are waiting for. Luis Rivera

Don't worry about your future, be at ease now and everything will fall into place.

Calmness robs your enemies of strength. In tranquility there is neither fear nor excessive anger - only reality, cleansed of the distortions and hindrances of emotional outbursts. When you are calm, you are really strong.

Therefore, your opponents will always try with all their might to bring you out of this state - to instill fear, sow doubts, cause anger. The internal state is directly related to breathing. Whatever situation you find yourself in, immediately calm your breathing - the spirit will calm down next.

The most important thing in spiritual life is to keep the heart in peace.

You need to trust life.
You need to trust yourself without fear to its course, because life is infinitely wiser than us.
She still treats you her own way, sometimes quite harsh
but eventually you will realize that she was right.

Be at ease now and everything will fall into place.

Your spirit should not be agitated, an evil word should not escape from your lips; you must remain benevolent, with a heart full of love, not containing secret malice; and even ill-wishers you must embrace loving thoughts, generous thoughts, deep and boundless, cleansed of all anger and hatred. That is how you must act, my disciples.

Only calm water reflects the heavens correctly.

The best indicator of the level of consciousness is the ability to calmly relate to life's difficulties.

They pull the unconscious person down, while the conscious person rises more and more.

To yield is to accept what is. So you are open to life. Resistance is an internal clamp .... So you are completely closed. Whatever you do in a state of internal resistance (which can also be called negativity), it will cause even more external resistance, and the universe will not be on your side, life will not help you. Light cannot enter through closed shutters. When you surrender internally and stop fighting, a new dimension of consciousness opens up. If action is possible ... it will take place ... supported by the creative mind ... with which in a state of inner openness you become one. And then circumstances and people begin to help you, become at one with you. Happy coincidences happen. Everything is in your favor. If action is not possible, you are in the peace and inner peace that come with giving up the struggle.

--- Eastern wisdom ---

It is worth striving for a state of consciousness in which all events will be perceived neutrally.

The true secret to achieving peace of mind is that it is not determined by external circumstances, but by your choices. Choosing a view of situations and a way of thinking.

1.Live in the present.
You cannot return the past, and the future depends on what you think and do at the moment. So pay attention to the present, focus on doing everything you do in the best possible way, and just live. Don't let life pass you by because you are living in the past or the future.
2. meditate.
Meditation teaches you mental and physical discipline as well as emotional self-control. It's easy and enjoyable, and it's one of the most powerful self-development tools that you can use right now!

3. Express gratitude.
Express gratitude for all the "good" and all the "bad", for all that you experience, what you learn and what you adopt. Express your gratitude for whatever the future holds. Let the warmth and light of gratitude envelop you.

4. Let go of your usual view of things, look at the world from a different angle. Your point of view is not "The Law", but only one of many points of view. The way you look at things can be stressful for you. Look at the world with nothing unlimited.

5. Know that "this too will pass."
Change is part of life. Be calm and patient - keep things natural and organic. Cultivate the courage that allows you to focus on the desired outcomes rather than the problem.

6. Simplify your life.
Simplicity brings inner peace - because you are channeling your energy in the right way. Get rid of everything you don't need, including connections and friendships that don't do you any good. Focus on what's important to you. Don't overload yourself with too many things, tasks, and information. Leave one or two goals that are dearest to you.

7. Smile.
A smile can open doors, turn "no" into "yes" and instantly change moods (both yours and those around you. Smile at yourself in the mirror. Smile at your family members, employees, everyone who catches your eye. A smile radiates the energy of love - and what you send is what you receive. It is impossible to sincerely smile and at the same time to feel anger, sadness, fear or envy. Smiling, you can only feel happiness and peace.

8. bring the work started to its logical conclusion.
Complete the circle. Unfinished business (unforgiveness, unsaid words, unfinished projects and tasks) are a heavy burden on your mind, whether you feel it or not. Each unfinished business takes energy from the present.

9. Be true to yourself.
Love yourself. Make your dreams come true and express yourself. Find your destiny and fulfill it.

10. don't worry.
How much time do you spend worrying about "Could Happen"? And what really happened (and broke your life? Not much, if not nothing at all ... right? Focus on what you want, not what you don't want.

11. take care of your health.
Take care of your body: exercise, play sports, eat right, and get plenty of sleep. Add energy to yourself with daily exercise and monitor your well-being.

12. the morning is wiser than the evening.
Sometimes, when you are overwhelmed by problems, it is not possible to fall asleep. First of all, do your best to physically fix the problem. Only if nothing can be done, turn to the energy solution to the problem. Visualize the ideal state of affairs (in which this problem does not exist) until the problem disappears by itself or until a solution comes to you.

13. Stick to the principles of Sufism in your speech.
This ancient tradition stipulates that you should only say something if: 1) it is true, 2) it is necessary, and 3 it is kind words. Attention! Only if something you have to say doesn't meet these criteria, don't say it.

14. Use the off button.
Avoid information and sensory overload. Turn off your TV, smartphone, tablet, laptop, computer, mp3 player (unless you are listening to audio recordings for meditation or relaxation. Learn to just "Be" without necessarily "doing" anything.

15. don't do everything at the same time.
Do one thing, and do it well. Take a holistic approach in everything and do your best.

16. Start with the hardest.
Don't put it off until later. A lot of mental and emotional energy is wasted because of the fear of things we don't want to do — tedious, unpleasant, difficult, or intimidating. Deal with them - just as you should, in the best way. And then get down to simple things.

17. strike a balance.
Promote success and inner peace by maintaining balance in your life.

18. Cross money off your priority list. Strive to be a person rich in relationships, not material wealth.

19. the quieter you go - the further you will be.
Enjoy this journey called Life. Everything will happen when the time comes. Pay attention to every moment of life and appreciate it. Where is the hurry? Once you reach your goal, new challenges and challenges are bound to arise.

20. use your imagination. Building your dream life begins in your imagination. This is where you take the canvas and paints and paint the most desired life!

In this bustle of life, we often simply lack peace. Someone is just very impressionable and nervous all the time, someone is overcome by problems and difficulties, bad thoughts.

Stop, take a breath, look around, it's time to find awareness in this life's race.

I dare to give you some tips on how to find peace in your soul, they are all pretty simple and easy to follow.

4. Take a different look at life!

Don't snap, don't defend, don't turn into modern "zombies" or "robots" who only think about how bad their life is. Remember that all your thoughts are material. Make only good guesses, and it will certainly affect your mood and your reality.

5. Don't make yourself a victim!

Finally, free yourself from the illusion that you are cornered by any unfavorable circumstances or the aggression of others. Your life is in your hands!

6. Do not judge!

7. Live in the present!

Rejoice in what is happening to you right now. Sitting at the computer? Fine! Fancy some tea? Perfectly! Pour and drink. Don't project your negative thoughts into the future.

8. Stop playing and pretending!

There is no need to deceive anyone. Cry when you feel like crying and laugh when it's really funny. Finally, take off the mask and appear to the rest of the person who you really are.

9. Do what you want, not others

Stop acting on someone else's direction, listen to yourself and understand what you really want.

10. Get to know and love yourself!

Communicate alone with yourself, look for the motives of your actions and desires. Don't judge or criticize yourself. After all, you are the kind of person that is, and this is wonderful.

11. Exercise!

  • Inhale, count to 4, and exhale smoothly.
  • Write your own thoughts and 3 of your best life experiences on paper.
  • Sit on the porch or bench and just relax, contemplate and look for positive and beautiful moments in the space around you.
  • Imagine yourself hovering above the ground in a transparent protective bubble.
  • Talk to your inner self.
  • Massage your head.

Even these simple exercises can help you take your mind off problems, calm down, and think positively.

12. Meditate!
Solitude and silence, contemplation of nature is one of the best ways to find peace of mind and harmony, use it.

13. Don't let bad thoughts "come"!

Get rid of anything that might upset you. Use the substitution principle. Bad thought coming? Find something positive urgently to crowd out your bad thoughts. Fill the space around you with joy and positivity.

14. Listen to soothing music!

It will help you relax and slow down your thoughts.

15. Look at the fire of candles or fireplace!

He gives an inner smile and energy of magical warmth, just bewitches.

In addition to all of the above, you can listen to birds singing and the sounds of rain, smell fresh flowers, contemplate the starry sky and falling snow, relax, do yoga, take a bath with incense, share smiles and love.

Remember that the great Samurai have always won thanks precisely to their inner peace and the ability to see beauty in their surroundings. According to them, only those who are looking for it in panic and running will not be able to find a way out of the labyrinth. The one who is internally calm will always see from the height both the maze itself and the way out of it.

I wish you happiness and peace of mind!

With love to you, In search of yourself.

In our time, people live in a very uneasy life, which is due to various negative realities of a political, economic and social nature. Added to this is a powerful stream of negative information that falls on people from TV screens, from Internet news sites and newspaper pages.

Modern medicine is often unable to relieve stress. She is not able to cope with mental and physical disorders, various diseases that are caused by imbalance due to negative emotions, anxiety, anxiety, fear, despair, etc.

Such emotions have a destructive effect on the human body at the cellular level, deplete its vitality, and lead to premature aging.

Insomnia and loss of energy, hypertension and diabetes, heart and stomach diseases, oncological diseases - this is not a complete list of those serious ailments, the main cause of which can be stressful conditions of the body that arise as a result of such harmful emotions.

Plato once said: “The biggest mistake doctors make is that they try to heal the human body without trying to cure his soul; however, the soul and body are one and the same, and they cannot be treated separately! ”

Centuries have passed, even millennia, but this dictum of the great philosopher of antiquity remains true today. In modern life conditions, the problem of psychological support for people, protecting their psyche from negative emotions has become extremely urgent.

How to achieve inner harmony and peace of mind

  1. Recognize your NOT ideality and the right to make mistakes. Excessive ambition and exactingness towards oneself, not only lead to mental balance, but also make a person be in constant stress. Think of the mistakes you make as a life lesson and an opportunity to gain valuable experience.
  2. Live in the here and now. This will help get rid of fictional fears associated with the future. Often a person is worried about what might happen and forgets that it might NOT happen. Focus your attention on the present and solve problems as they arise.
  3. Learn to say NO. Stop shifting onto yourself other people's problems, and your life will become much easier and more harmonious.
  4. Build inner boundaries. The loss of your peace of mind may be due to worrying about the other person, or taking on his responsibilities. Do not let others impose the rules of the game on you, and let us clearly understand the boundaries of what is permitted in communicating with you.
  5. Don't keep all of your experiences to yourself. A great psychological trick to get rid of the loss of your calm is to say out loud what worries you. By expressing your feelings in words, you will come to the conclusion that things are not as bad as you thought. Don't be alone with your worries and problems. Share them with a loved one who will understand and help.
  6. Express your emotions regularly. Do not keep in yourself everything that has accumulated. Throw out negativity and you will feel much better. Learn the 5 best ways to deal with stress and use them.
  7. Learn to forgive and forget. Sometimes it is not as easy to do as it seems at first glance. If you are unable to cope with the resentment on your own, seek help from a psychologist.
  8. Concentrate on the end result, and perceive temporary difficulties as stepping stones on the way to realizing your goal.

And no matter what happens to you - do not take anything to heart. Few things are important for a long time.

The calmer and more balanced a person is, the more powerful his potential and the greater will be his success in good and worthy deeds. The equanimity of reason is one of the greatest treasures of wisdom.

1. You should not interfere in other people's problems

Many women create many problems for themselves when they interfere in other people's affairs. At such moments, they are convinced that they are doing the right thing, trying to help and advise. Often they can criticize and try to guide others on the right path. But such communication is a denial of individuality, that is, God. After all, he created each of us unique. It must be remembered that all people act as their divine essence tells them. Don't worry about others - love yourself and take care of yourself!

2. You need to be able to forget and forgive

The most effective way to achieve a woman's peace of mind is to forget and forgive grievances. Often women carry inside themselves negative feelings for people who once offended them. Constant resentment only fuels such resentments, which leads to a repetition of bad attitudes from people. You need to believe in God's justice, letting him judge the actions of the people who hurt you. Do not waste your life on trifles. Learn to forgive and only look ahead!

3. Don't seek public acceptance

You do not need to show your selfishness in everything, pursuing only personal gain. There is no one perfect in this world. Do not expect recognition from others. Better believe in yourself. The recognition and encouragement of others does not last long. Always remember to be sincere and moral when you carry out your duties. Everything else is the will of God.

4. When changing the world, start with yourself

You should not try to change the world around you alone. Nobody has succeeded yet. Changes need to start with yourself, with self-knowledge and self-development. In this case, the unfriendly environment will become harmonious and pleasant for you.

5.What cannot be changed must be resigned to

The best way to turn flaws into strengths is through acceptance. Every day a woman faces irritations, inconveniences and negative circumstances that cannot be controlled by her. It is necessary to learn to accept such manifestations in your address. If God so willed, then it should be so. Divine logic is beyond our understanding. You need to believe in this and become stronger and more tolerant.

6. Practice meditation regularly

Meditations are the best way to free your mind from thoughts. It bestows the highest state of peace of mind. Meditating daily for 30 minutes will keep you calm for the rest of the day. This improves performance and allows you to fully enjoy life.

The main troublemakers

1) Take a deep breath one-two-three-four, hold your breath for the same interval, then exhale smoothly.
2) Take a pen and write your thoughts on paper.
3) Recognize that life is difficult.
4) Write down your three most successful experiences in life.
5) Tell a friend or loved one what he or she means to you.
6) Sit on the porch and do nothing. Promise yourself to do this more often.
7) Give yourself permission to just mess around for a while.
8) Look at the clouds for a few minutes.
9) Fly over your life in your imagination.
10) Defocus your gaze and just notice with your peripheral vision everything that is happening around you for a few minutes.
11) Donate some coins to charity.
12) Imagine that you are inside a transparent protective bubble that protects you.
13) Place your hand on your heart and feel how it beats. It's great.
14) Promise yourself that no matter what, you will remain positive for the rest of the day.
15) Be grateful that you don't always get what you want.

1. Give - Receive!

If any difficulties have appeared in your life and it seems to you that the whole world is against you, do not cry and do not suffer. Find another person who needs help and do your best to solve their problems.

2. Don't demand and learn to forgive!

Do not get angry, forget about all your claims, try not to get involved in quarrels and disputes.

3. Do not get discouraged over trifles!

Life is largely determined by the inner state of a person. If his soul is dark and empty, then it will be sad, if it is good and clear, then it will be rosy and full of prospects.

Do not criticize anyone for a day or two.

Yamamoto Tsunetomo as Hagakure. Samurai book

Tomorrow will be what it should be

and there will be nothing that should not be -

do not fuss.

If there is no peace within us, it is useless to seek it outside.

Not burdened with worries -
enjoys life.
Finding does not rejoice
losing does not grieve, because he knows
that fate is not permanent.
When we are not bound by things
serenity is fully cognized.
If the body does not rest from stress,
it wears out.
If the spirit is always worried,
it fades.

Chuang Tzu ---

If you throw a stick to a dog, it will look at that stick. And if you throw the stick to the lion, then he will, without stopping, look at the thrower. This is a formal phrase that was spoken during disputes in ancient China, if the interlocutor began to cling to the words and ceased to see the main thing.

As I breathe in, I calm my body and mind.
As I exhale, I smile.
Being in the present moment, I know this moment is amazing!

Allow yourself to breathe deeply and do not drive yourself into frames.

Strength belongs to the one who believes in his own strength.

Develop the habit of monitoring your mental-emotional state through self-observation. It is good to regularly ask yourself, "Am I calm at the moment?" - this is a question that is useful to regularly ask yourself. You can also ask: "What is happening inside me at the moment?"

Eckhart Tolle

Freedom is freedom from worry. Once you realize that you cannot influence the results, ignore your desires and fears. Let them come and go. Don't feed them with interest and attention. In reality, things are done with you, not you.

Nisargadatta Maharaj

How can we find peace of mind in a raging world of suffering, anxiety, anxiety, constant problems, etc. How can we maintain Christian peace of mind in situations where we are annoyed by people or driven out of ourselves by various situations?

Often we feel weary and then we understand what the words of Christ mean: “Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” (). He who is young cannot fully feel this: there is no burden on him, but a mature person himself has gone through many dangers, sorrows, difficulties, failures, powerlessness, and the years add to him fatigue, hardships, and he wants to rest, shift where -not this load, get rid of it.

The one who can truly give relief is Christ. Nobody else. Everything else that we do is human, it can only help us to some extent, for example: we can go on a journey, go to the village to a good friend, to some other pleasant place. It also helps and calms us, but not deeply. Only Christ can truly rest the soul of a person, because He Himself is the Peace of our souls.

As we say at the Holy Liturgy, "we ourselves, and each other, and our whole life to Christ God we will give." Let us surrender to Christ all the burden of our “I” and the “I” of the people around us, our worries, anxieties, torments, fears, sorrows, pain, complaints - we will unload all this into the hands of God and surrender ourselves to Christ God.

As Elder Paisios said more than once, we are like a man holding a sack full of old stuff on his back. And God comes and snatches it out of our hands so that we do not carry this bag full of all lewdness, garbage and impurities, but we do not let it go. We want to keep it with us and carry it with us wherever we go. But here God comes and pulls it out:

Leave him alone, let him out, throw away this bag full of all sorts of things! Throw it, do not carry it on yourself. Why are you grabbing him? Why do you need him? So that you were tormented and tormented in vain?

But we - no, we never let him out! Like stubborn children, gripping something tight and not willing to give it back.

Once a young man came to the Holy Mount Athos to become a monk, but he was tormented by some difficulties. And one day, when he was in the temple, the elder looked at his face and said:

Look at this young man: he does not allow any thought to escape from him!

That is, he does not allow any thought to run away from him and he would remain for 5 minutes without thoughts.

His mind is like a mill constantly grinding something. He puts material in it, puts stones, and it gives out dust and sand.

He called him over and said:

Come here! Well, why are you sitting like a television antenna that receives all the waves sent from the transmitter! Leave at least some, let it run! Your mind is like a mill that keeps turning. Watch what you put into your mind! Naturally, if you put stones in, then dust and sand will come out and dust will rise in a column. So put good stuff into your mind. Put in good, good thoughts, good ideas, put in a prayer, because in this way you only exhaust yourself. After all, everything that you endlessly grind falls on you, and not on someone else, and you exhaust yourself in vain.

A person must learn to take care of himself so that there is no disorder in his mind, which has no end and which destroys us: after all, our mind can destroy us and create many problems for us. Therefore, we must turn to God through prayer, confession, humility, and leave everything that occupies us in the hands of God, and find peace. And you will find rest for your souls.

Christ came into the world to comfort us, not to confuse, confuse us. Give us rest, rest, because He knows that we are tired, and the more time passes, the more we get tired. This is a great art, and the Church owns it.

Once I spoke with a psychologist, and he asked me:

How many people do you receive per day?

I answered him:

Now, when I have grown old, I can't stand a lot: 50-60, up to 70 a day. And when he lived in the Mahera monastery and was younger, sometimes it was 150: he started at 4 in the morning and finished at 7-8 in the evening or later.

He told me:

What you are doing to yourself is not good, it is very cruel. We cannot accept more than ten people a day. As psychologists who accept people, we accept at most ten, we can't stand it anymore.

Yes, but only we have one advantage - as soon as we leave the confessional, everything disappears. This is an amazing phenomenon. After all, we hear so many things! Just think what the confessor hears. Nothing pleasant, and above all, nobody says nice things to us. It's like a doctor. Is there anyone going to the doctor who would tell him:

Doctor, I have come to see you, otherwise I am too healthy!

Not. Only diseases, wounds, blood, pain. And we will not go to the confessor in order to explain to him our virtues, achievements, joyful events in life, but only one bad, sorrowful, indecent, some failures. And you are a man, how long can you endlessly listen to only bad things and sins?

One day a child asked me:

Sir, did anyone come to tell you that they committed murder?

I told him:

And you're not dumbfounded?

I was not dumbfounded.

He looked at me in surprise:

But seriously?

Yes, I'm serious.

And if he were alone ... Many people today are burdened, and there are so many problems in the world. But we do not hold all this in ourselves, and therefore our stomach and heart do not suffer, we do not fall under the weight of human pain, but we transfer all this to Christ, because Christ is God's Lamb, who takes and carries the sin of the world, and our sin too ... Christ is the One who is really present there and takes all this burden. And we do nothing, we are just ministers, we perform our ministry, but there is Christ, who accepts every person.

I tell you this not only from my experience as a confessing person, that is, a believer who confesses once every 2-3 months, but also as a person who has been confessing people for over 35 years, having confessed thousands of people. And I tell you that this is a sacrament that we perform 50 times a day, and often daily, to a state of complete exhaustion, but I am absolutely convinced that Christ is present there. We constantly see this: He accepts people, He listens to people, He answers people, He heals a person, and we are spectators of all this.

Like a cashier in a bank, through whose hands millions of rubles pass through the day, but they are not his. He takes them, writes them down, sends them to the boss - he just does the job. The same is with the confessor. He is a witness, he bears witness there of God's presence, he is a tool that God uses. But Christ performs the great sacrament of healing a person, answers what a person asks, and fulfills the mystery of a person's salvation.

This is the greatest experience a person can have. I often say this when I ordain priests, that from now on you will see how God works with your hands. God will be an everyday reality for you. It is a miracle, an everyday miracle, repeated hundreds of times a day, when all these interventions of God (as the fathers say) take place without you doing anything. You simply fulfill the outer part of this connection between man and God, but in reality Christ, who takes away the sin of the world, accepts the burden - ours and the whole world.

But in order to feel this, one must first understand that Christ takes away our sins - spiritual fathers, priests, bishops, and if He takes my sins, then He takes away the sins of all people. And I cannot be indignant or doubt that He will bear my brother's sins. Because our personal experience is a huge proof that Christ came into the world to save sinners, as the holy Apostle Paul says, of whom I am the first ().

If Christ endures and saves me, if he has not rejected and removed me out of sight, then I can tolerate any person, because, without a doubt, my brother is better than me. Whatever he did. Because, without any doubt, there is no one below me. This is how a person should feel that “there is no one below me”.

Although it seems to us that it is difficult, but in fact it makes it very easy, because the more a person humbles himself before God, the more he recognizes that God is his Savior, and thanks Him for saving him, that he became a Man. for us that endures us. And when I say “endures,” I mean myself, and not others, myself, each of us individually.

So, when I feel it, the more I feel it, the easier it becomes for me, and the more I cry and sob over my misery and regret, the more comfort I feel. This is the secret of the Church. You find joy not in worldly joy, but in pain. Where pain is visible, where sorrow is visible, where the cross is visible, where fatigue is visible, there is consolation. There, on the Cross, joy. As we say, "for behold, joy came to the whole world by the Cross."

In sorrow, in repentance, in the deed of repentance with humility, a person receives rest. This is something paradoxical. In the Church, the more a person cries, the more he rejoices. The more he learns the art of tears, crying in prayer, the more he rests and becomes cleansed. Tears in the spiritual space are the key that reveals to us the secrets of God, the secrets of God's grace. And the more he cries, the more he rejoices, rejoices, consoles himself, purifies himself and gets rest.

Our hope and faith are in Christ, He is our rest. We do not rest without Him. Nobody can give us a rest. And what we think gives us rest is unimaginably tiring. A person thinks that if he is rich, he will feel good. However, wealth is a ruthless, ruthless, cruel tyrant, there is no joy in it. It is a burden that, like a shadow, constantly haunts you.

A person may think that worldly fame gives relief when you have great fame, name, strength in the world. But nothing of the kind, nothing absolutely: all this is fatigue, burden, deceit, tormenting us unimaginably. None of this can bring relief to a person, he receives relief only near God, only in what is true, genuine, only in that death conquers. Everything else is doomed to death, and this tires us unimaginably, because first of all it brings us uncertainty.

What can help me? Can I count on my health? What health? After all, I don't even know what will happen to me in the next minute. And, thank God, today we have so many diseases that lie in wait for us. So many dangers, difficulties, misfortunes, fears. So who can give me certainty? Certainty is the false sensation that these worldly things evoke in you.

As the Gospel says about the end times, that fear will reign on earth, today fear, uncertainty is a huge phenomenon. As soon as you talk to someone about diseases, he will immediately tell you: "Knock on the tree so that we stay healthy!" Knock on wood. Yes, knock on anything: even on wood, even on a plank, even on iron, even on a wall, whatever you want, but when the time comes to knock on your door of illness, then we'll see what you will knock on. No matter what you knock on, nothing will work for you.

We hide reality, it terrifies us. All this, in essence, torments us, while Christ really is the Quiet Light. He is God's Light, enlightening a person, calming him, resting him, giving him a feeling of the eternal Kingdom of God. When a person has a sense of the eternal Kingdom, what can terrify him, what can disturb his attitude? Nothing scares him, not even death itself - for God's man all this takes on a different dimension.

Of course, we are people, and the human is functioning in us, but, as the holy Apostle Paul says, we have hope in Christ. It is one thing to suffer without any hope, and it is another to have hope in Christ. It is a powerful foundation on which you stand, and you are difficult to shake. This foundation is Christ, our Savior, to Whom we have boldness, because we feel Him as our own: “My Christ,” said the saints. And Christ, the Savior of the whole world, leads us to God. Having become a Man, He brought the whole world to God the Father.

Having faith in God, in Christ, we become unshakable. We do not hesitate, we do not budge when we are overwhelmed by waves of temptations, lack of faith, difficulties, when hard times come. After all, even the great saints, God allows them to find themselves in very difficult situations, there are unimaginably difficult moments when God seems to leave people and is silent, and you feel that you are alone. And not only this, but all evil at once falls on you, and one evil follows another, one temptation follows another, one failure after another, and you no longer see God anywhere. You do not feel Him, as if He has abandoned you. But we are left with the conviction that God is present.

As Elder Joseph the Hesychast used to say to himself when these thoughts choked him: “Everything that you say is good. There is a mass of logical confirmation and evidence that all this is as you say. But where is God here? " Where is God? Will He leave us in this position? Is it possible for God to leave us? God never leaves us. And if we fry in life's temptations, then God is also there, with us.

And then, when these tribulations are over, we will see that the most spiritually fruitful period of our life, when Christ was really with us, was precisely the period of many tribulations. There, among many sorrows, God's grace is hidden, and not among joys.

Among the joys is also good. And here we also thank God. But only who does not say among the joys: "Glory to God"? Isn't it true that when we feel joy, we say: “Glory to God! We are fine!" However, can we say: “Thank God, everything is bad with us! Thank God we are sick! Thank God we are dying! Thank God everything is falling apart around me. But all the same - thank God "? Like Saint John, who always spoke and ended his life with the words: "Glory to God for everything!"

It is a great thing to praise God for everything: for the joyful, and for the sorrowful, and for the easy, and for the difficult, and for the successes and for the failures. But most of all for sorrow. Sorrows make us mature, and when everything is fine with us, we forget - this is our nature - we forget God, our neighbors, our brothers and all people suffering around us ...

Everyone has moments in life when they experience emotional discomfort. It depends on external factors, for example, the situation in which he found himself, or the internal state of his soul.

Experiencing dissatisfaction with his life, a person literally loses peace, cannot concentrate on work and personal relationships, and is faced with a loss of appetite and sleep.

If you are familiar with this state, find out its causes, and ways to find inner harmony with yourself and the world around you.

The reasons for the loss of inner peace

Each person has their own reason to worry and worry, but it boils down to one of the following:

  • Fears and doubts... They overwhelm us every day, but not everyone knows how to deal with them effectively. The reason for this is anything: the fear of losing a loved one, job, property, doubts about one's abilities, fear of failure.
  • Guilt... It is imposed by people around you who want to manipulate you, or arises from self-flagellation.
  • Obligations. If you feel that you cannot cope, or have taken on an unbearable burden, then you will surely lose your peace.
  • Resentment... This destructive feeling leads to depression, obsessive thoughts, and loss of mental balance.
  • Anger, anger, hatred and envy... These emotions are so strong that they threaten not only the loss of peace, but also sleep, appetite, and efficiency. Find out,

All these reasons will inevitably lead to the fact that a person loses his mental balance, experiences emotional, and not rarely physical, discomfort.

Loss of inner balance, negative attitudes, and destructive thoughts lead to real physical illnesses. Such patterns are studied by science, which we have already talked about earlier.

How to find peace of mind

Awareness of the problem is already the first step towards solving it. The recommendations below will help you find inner harmony and peace.

  1. Recognize your NOT ideal and the right to make mistakes.

If you are good at self-hypnosis, then practice reading prayers for peace of mind and meditate. But remember that you can find harmony and peace only by eliminating the cause of the loss of balance and changing your stereotypes of thinking.
