the sequence of technological operations on the installation of window blocks.

G.4 When designing and executing pricing nodes, the following conditions must be met:

the sealing of the mounting gaps between the products and slopes of openings of wall structures should be throughout the perimeter of the window dense, hermetic, designed to withstand climatic loads outside and operating conditions indoors.

An embodiment of the mounting unit of the window block is shown on;

the design of the adjoining nodes (including the location of the window block in the depth of the opening) should prevent the formation of cold bridges (thermal bridges), leading to the formation of condensate on the inner surfaces of window openings;

operating characteristics of the structures of adjoining assembly (heat transfer resistance, sound insulation, air and water permeability) must meet the requirements established in the construction norms;

parosolation of seams from the premises should be more dense than outside;

the design of the adjoining nodes should ensure reliable removal of rainwater and condensate outward. Moisture penetration is not allowed inside wall structures and premises;

when the installation of mounting gaps should be selected, the operational temperature changes of the overall dimensions of products should be taken into account.

In order to increase the reliability of the insulation of the mounting unit, the use of window blocks with a width of a box of at least 80 mm is recommended.

Figure G.3. - Location of fastening details

G.8 To fill the mounting gaps (seams), silicone sealants are used, pre-compressed sealing ribbons (compression tapes), insulating polyurethane foam cords, foampelters, mineral wool and other materials having a hygienic conclusion and ensuring the required operational indicators of the seams. Penoyepletellers should not have bitumenting additives and increase their volume after the completion of the installation work.

G.9 For the transfer of loads in the plane of the window (weight) of the product on the construction design, carrying pads from polymer materials with hardness of at least 80 units are used. By Shore A or from solid wood. For fixing the position of the window block in the wall, spacer pads are used.

With multi-layer wall structures, when the window unit is installed in the insulation zone, the load should be transmitted to the carrier part of the wall.

Wooden wedges used for temporary fixation of products during the installation process must be removed before sealing the mounting seams.

G.10 \u200b\u200bIn the case of mounting blocking of window blocks with each other or with balcony door blocks, the combination of products should be made through special connecting profiles that can have amplifying liners to increase the strength characteristics of products. The compound must be dense, eliminating the purge and penetration of moisture compensating for the temperature expansion of the products.

Options for performing the blocking node of the window and balcony door blocks are shown on.

G.11 Removal of the protective film from the front surfaces of profiles should be made after installation of products and finishing of the assembly opening, taking into account that the duration of the exposure to sunlight on the protective film should not exceed ten days.

General information about Guest

In the provisions on the scope of application (part1), it is indicated about the use of GOST 30674 99 PVC window blocks to general-purpose products, with the exception of mounted facade systems, sliding structures and materials with increased requirements of impact and fire resistance.

The second part provides a list of reference standards.

Concepts and definitions (part 3) are determined on the basis of standard 23166 and reflected in Appendix A.

Principles of classification

Product classes are determined based on standard 23166. The standard window window GOST 30674 99 is indicated as follows:

  1. Abbreviated purpose (OP - window, BP - balcony door).
  2. Class on heat transfer resistance.
  3. Height and width through a hyphen (in mm).
  4. Glass brand in brackets.
  5. Name GOST window PVC 30674 99.

Requirements and characteristics

The main requirements are as follows:

  1. According to GOST 30674 99 profiles must be enhanced with metal liners, frame design and have two rows of sealing pads.
  2. Boundary deviations of basic sizes - from +2 mm to - 1mm.
  3. Normable indicators (defined for specific conditions):
  • heat transfer resistance (depends on the MIN double-glazed brand - 0.35);
  • minimum sound insulation and class - 26 dBA and D;
  • the GOST 30674 99 windows must have a normative refractory coefficient (depending on the glass pack design, at least 0.35);
  • the maximum allowable air permeability (m3 / (h × m2) and class - 17.0 and B;
  • minimum durability (years): GOST 30674 99 - 40 window profile, double-glazed windows - 20, gaskets - 10 years.

Acceptance and quality control

The rules for monitoring the conformity of product parameters (6) define several stages:

  1. Input control of materials for manufacture.
  2. Current (operational) control of the production process.
  3. Acceptance and testing of manufactured structures.

To confirm the parameters and obtaining a certificate to block window blocks from PVC profiles GOST determines periodic checks and tests.

Methods for determining the compliance of parameters based on the relevant standards and the load application schemes are set out in the seventh part of the document.

Requirements for packaging, transportation and warranty obligations of the manufacturer are stipulated in P.P. 8-9 this document.

GOST has several applications that contain the following information:

  • the concepts of the structural elements with the drawings of sections and the indication of the size, characteristics of the products (PVC profile GOST 30674 99, the camera, the aircraft, self-ventilation, durability, etc.) - adj. BUT;
  • the recommended composition of the design and technological documentation - b;
  • sketches of holes and ventilation channels with explanations - in;
  • requirements for installing blocks with sketches of fastening options and sealing adjoins - r;
  • a list of specialists and companies that participated in the development of GOST 30674 Blocks of window from PVC profiles.

Windows is an important component of any building process. At the stage of building a building, they pay attention from the point of view of the optimal design and load. In the process of repair, the owners of offices and residential premises independently regulate the location of windows, their height and dimensions, since GOST for windows 2002 does not give specific absolute values. At the same time, there are a number of standards and standards that are fixed documented and must be respected by companies producing and installing wooden, plastic windows or windows from an aluminum profile (GOST takes into account the features and technical parameters in each case). Here are various classifications, designation of windows according to GOST, technical parameters, labeling and specification of windows and doors GOST, etc.

GOST 12506 81 for windows

If you prefer wooden windows, GOST will be useful to you. The standard defines the types of windows. For example, according to the opening method, you allocate:

  • wooden windows, opening inside (B);
  • deaf uncommon windows (g);
  • opening outgoing windows (H).

According to GOST, wooden windows and doors have specific specifications and technical features depending on the type of room, its purpose and other parameters. From the document you will learn how to classify and install wooden windows - GOST 12506 81 will give answers to all current issues. This is especially important in the context of growing demand for such window structures. They are environmentally friendly, aesthetically attractive, natural and reliable.

GOST 23166 99 for plastic windows

The provisions of this standard apply to door balcony and window blocks that produce metal alloys, wood, plastics. They are designed for structures of various functional purposes. Thus, GOST covers metal windows, steel (gives classification and structural features), etc. When choosing and installing a high-quality window, GOST 23166 99 can be very useful.

GOST for windows 21519 2003

This standard describes the basic requirements, features and regulations for door and window structures, the production of which involves the use of an aluminum profile. Products are targeted in the buildings of various purposes. The document presents various classifications. So, based on the design features of the profile according to GOST, aluminum windows are manufactured:

  • from hollow profile (a);
  • from the combined profile, the thermal insulation insert of which is filled with insulation (AKU);
  • from the combined profile with insert with thermal insulation properties (AK).

GOST 30971 2002 for plastic windows

It is believed that the success of the durable and fragible operation of windows depends on the correct installation of the installation. In fact, the literate installation can be left even a more significant role, because errors can reduce even the best features of the window design. As the practice confirms, GOST for plastic windows, regulating their installation, is extremely important. It allows you to formalize the process and limit the freedom of manufacturers in choosing tools, methods and technologies of installation. This minimizes the options for negligence, unjustified savings, the use of unskilled labor, etc. As a result - high-quality windows will be correctly established, which means they will serve for a very long time, ensuring only the comfort and ease of operation. According to GOST, each assembly company establishes metal-plastic windows, compliance with the provisions of the internal instruction. Its, in turn, must be approved at the local government of government.

GOST 30674 99 for plastic windows

The provisions of this standard are applied to window structures, as well as balcony door blocks that are made from polyvinyl chloride profiles. Currently, a consistent high demand for PVC windows is recorded - GOST 30674 99 reflects all the main technical points.
