Then add shrimp here. They need to be fried in portions like deep fat. Place enough crustaceans at a time so that the butter covers them completely. Remove them from the pan as soon as the shell begins to darken.

Place the fried product on a flat plate lined with a paper towel. This way, the excess fat will be absorbed. That's it, it's time to eat!

Getting ready for beer

Do you want to prepare a savory snack for cold, foamy beer and don’t know what to come up with? Then this recipe will be a great option. It requires:

  • 500 grams of peeled tiger crustaceans;
  • a couple of sprigs of fresh basil;
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes (or other small ones);
  • rosemary + thyme + ground pepper (to taste);
  • salt.

Thaw seafood at room temperature. During this time we prepare the marinade. Peel the garlic and pass it through a garlic press. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into halves. Chop basil, rosemary and thyme leaves.

Mix tomatoes with herbs and garlic mixture. Mix this marinade with shrimp. Add a little salt and pepper, and also add a little aromatic olive oil. Mix everything well.

Prepare:

  • 0.5 kg of shrimp without shell;
  • 2 tbsp. sesame seeds;
  • a bunch of green onions;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil;
  • 1 tbsp butter;
  • a couple of tbsp. wheat flour;
  • 150 ml milk;
  • freshly ground black pepper + salt.

Thaw and dry seafood. Heat a frying pan, pour oil into it and heat it. Place the garlic in a bowl, fry it and immerse the crustaceans in it.
