The standard applies to wooden external swing doors for residential and public buildings, as well as for auxiliary buildings and premises of enterprises of various sectors of the national economy.

The standard does not apply to the doors of unique public buildings: train stations, theaters, museums, sports palaces, exhibition halls, cultural palaces.

Doors manufactured according to the standard, depending on the purpose, are divided into the following types:

N - entrance and vestibule;

C - service;

L - hatches and manholes.

Doors of type H must be made with panel and frame cloths. Frame paintings can be swinging. Doors of types C and L should be made with panel shields. Shield canvases can be made with battens.

Doors of types H and C are manufactured with single-floor and double-glazed, glazed and blind blinds, with and without threshold.

All doors manufactured according to the standard are moisture resistant doors.

The overall dimensions of the doors must correspond to those indicated in the drawing. 12. Dimensions in the drawings are given for unpainted products and parts in mm. The dimensions of the openings are shown in hell. 25.

By agreement of the consumer with the manufacturer, it is allowed to change the glazing pattern by reducing the size of the glass or dividing it, as well as the use of blind paintings.

2. DESIGN REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Doors should be made in accordance with the requirements of GOST 475-78, this standard and according to the working drawings, approved in the prescribed manner.

2.2. The design, shape and size of the doors must correspond to those indicated in the drawing. 2 - 5, and the dimensions of the sections - to hell. 6 - 13.

2.3. Cloths of panel doors should be made with continuous filling of the panel with calibrated thickness of wooden battens.

The door lining is made with materials in accordance with GOST 475-78 in the part relating to doors with increased moisture resistance.

Under the condition of continuous sheathing of doors from the outside with profiled slats in accordance with GOST 8242-75 over a glassine layer in accordance with GOST 2697-75 or with galvanized steel sheathing in accordance with GOST 7118-78, solid T-400 hardboard in accordance with GOST 4598-74 or glued plywood of the brand is allowed FC according to GOST 3916-69. Tambour doors may be made without sheathing with wooden battens. The slats are fastened with screws according to GOST 1144-80 or nails according to GOST 4028-63 40 mm long with a corrosion-resistant coating. The maximum pitch of fastenings is 500 mm. Fasteners in each row should be located at the same level across the entire width of the canvas.

2.4. The lower parts of type H door leafs should be protected with wooden strips 16–19 mm thick or strips of decorative paper laminate 1.3–2.5 mm thick in accordance with GOST 9590-76, superhard wood fiber boards with a thickness of 3.2–4 mm in accordance with GOST 4598 -74, galvanized steel sheet. Wood and plastic protective materials are fastened with waterproof glue and screws with an anti-corrosion coating, and steel strips - with screws 30 - 40 mm long in accordance with GOST 1144-80. Mounting pitch around the perimeter of 100 mm. The dimensions of the protective strips and strips are indicated on the bar. 6 - 11.

2.5. Cloths and boxes of hardly combustible and insulated doors of type C should be protected with galvanized sheet steel with a thickness of 0.35 - 0.8 mm according to GOST 7118-78 over the entire surface on both sides, as indicated in the drawing. 12. Sheets of steel are interconnected in a single fold.

2.6. Cloths of hardly combustible type C doors on both sides are covered with 5 mm thick layers of asbestos cardboard according to GOST 2850-75.

Cloths of insulated doors of type C are covered on one side with a layer of soft wood-fiber boards with a thickness of 12 mm according to GOST 4598-74. On the perimeter of the canvas, on the insulation side, wooden rails 12 30 mm are fastened with nails or screws, the fastening pitch is 100 - 150 mm.

2.7. For door glazing, window glass with a thickness of 4-5 mm is used according to GOST 111-78.
If the glass is located at a distance of 800 mm or less from the bottom of the canvas and when using large-format glass, protective fencing should be installed.
Examples of the installation of safety guards are given in recommended Appendix 2.
The thickness of the glass, the design of the protective grilles and changes in the design of the doors associated with the installation of electric locks should be indicated in the working drawings.

2.8. To protect against mechanical damage, noise reduction and heat loss, type H doors must be equipped with door closers of type ZD1 in accordance with GOST 5091-78, gaskets in accordance with GOST 10174-72 or in porous rubber in accordance with GOST 7338-77, door stops of type UD1 in accordance with GOST 5091- 78. In two-door doors, gate valves or latches SHV in accordance with GOST 5090-79 must be installed.

2.9. The need to complete doors with locks according to GOST 5089-80 should be indicated in the order.

2.10. The arrangement of devices and their types are given in the mandatory Appendix 3.

2.11. The door order must state:
number of doors by brand and designation of this standard;
type and color of decoration;
glass thickness;
instrument specification.

This standard applies to wooden external swing doors for residential and public buildings, as well as for auxiliary buildings and premises of enterprises of various sectors of the national economy.

The standard does not apply to the doors of unique public buildings: train stations, theaters, museums, sports palaces, exhibition halls, cultural palaces.

TYPES, DIMENSIONS AND BRANDS

1.1. Doors manufactured according to this standard, depending on the purpose, are divided into the following types:
N - entrance and vestibule;
C - service;
L - hatches and manholes.

1.2. Doors of type H must be made with panel and frame cloths. Frame paintings can be swinging. Doors of types C and L should be made with panel shields. Shield canvases can be made with battens.

Doors of types H and C are manufactured with single-floor and double-glazed, glazed and blind blinds, with and without threshold.

1.3. All doors manufactured to this standard are moisture resistant doors.

1.4. The overall dimensions of the doors must correspond to those indicated in the drawing. 1. Dimensions in the drawings of the standard are given for unpainted products and parts in mm. The dimensions of the openings are given in the reference Appendix 1.

OVERALL DIMENSIONS OF DOORS

By agreement of the consumer with the manufacturer, it is allowed to change the glazing pattern by reducing the size of the glass or dividing it, as well as the use of blind paintings.

Cloths of doors of type C, upholstered on both sides with galvanized sheet steel according to GOST 7118-78, have a width of 6 and 5 mm less in height than canvases without upholstery.

Type C doors can also be solid filled doors and reinforced frames according to GOST 6629-74.

1.5. The following structure of the door symbol (brand) is established.

DESIGN REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Doors should be made in accordance with the requirements of GOST 475-78, this standard and according to the working drawings, approved in the prescribed manner.

2.2. The design, shape and size of the doors must correspond to those indicated in the drawing. 2 - 5, and the dimensions of the sections - to hell. 6 - 13.

2.3. Cloths of panel doors should be made with continuous filling of the panel with calibrated thickness of wooden battens.

The door lining is made with materials in accordance with GOST 475-78 in the part relating to doors with increased moisture resistance.

Under the condition of continuous lining of doors from the outside with profiled slats in accordance with GOST 8242-75 along a glassine layer in accordance with GOST 2697-75 or with galvanized steel sheathing in accordance with GOST 7118-78, the use of T-400 hard wood-fiber boards in accordance with GOST 4598-74 or glued FC plywood in accordance with GOST 3916-69. Tambour doors may be made without sheathing with wooden battens. The slats are fastened with screws according to GOST 1144-80 or nails according to GOST 4028-63 40 mm long with a corrosion-resistant coating. The maximum pitch of fastenings is 500 mm. Fasteners in each row should be located at the same level across the entire width of the canvas.

2.4. The lower parts of door leaf type H must be protected with wooden strips 16 - 19 mm thick or strips of decorative paper-laminated plastic 1.3 - 2.5 mm thick according to GOST 9590-76, superhard wood-fiber boards with a thickness of 3.2 - 4 mm according to GOST 4598-74, galvanized sheet steel. Wood and plastic protective materials are fastened with waterproof glue and screws with an anti-corrosion coating, and steel strips - with screws 30 - 40 mm long in accordance with GOST 1144-80. Mounting pitch around the perimeter of 100 mm. The dimensions of the protective strips and strips are indicated on the bar. 6 - 11.

2.5. Cloths and boxes of hardly combustible and insulated type C doors should be protected with 0.35-0.8 mm thick galvanized steel sheet according to GOST 7118-78 over the entire surface on both sides, as indicated in the drawing. 12. Sheets of steel are interconnected in a single fold.
2.6. Cloths of hardly combustible type C doors on both sides are covered with 5 mm thick layers of asbestos cardboard according to GOST 2850-75.

Cloths of insulated doors of type C are covered on one side with a layer of soft wood-fiber boards with a thickness of 12 mm according to GOST 4598-74. On the perimeter of the sheet, on the insulation side, wooden rails 12 x 30 mm are fastened with nails or screws, the fastening pitch is 100 - 150 mm.

2.7. For door glazing, window glass with a thickness of 4-5 mm is used according to GOST 111-78.

If the glass is located at a distance of 800 mm or less from the bottom of the canvas and when using large-format glass, protective fencing should be installed.

Examples of the installation of safety guards are given in the recommended Appendix 2.

The thickness of the glass, the design of the protective grilles and the design changes of the doors associated with the installation of electric locks should be indicated in the working drawings.

2.8. To protect against mechanical damage, noise reduction and heat loss, doors of type H must be equipped with door closers of type ZD1 according to GOST 5091-78, gaskets according to GOST 10174-72 or from porous rubber according to GOST 7338-77, door stops of type UD1 according to GOST 5091- 78. In two-door doors, gate valves or latches SHV in accordance with GOST 5090-79 must be installed.

2.9. The need to complete doors with locks according to GOST 5089-80 should be indicated in the order.

2.10. The arrangement of devices and their types are given in the mandatory Appendix 3.

2.11. The door order must state:
