From the point of view of room design in Moscow, two-room apartments are complex objects. If the owner of such a home has a desire to give it an original look and at the same time it is convenient to place all the necessary things, then he should pay attention to the Scandinavian style of interior decoration. A two-room apartment in the Scandinavian style is distinguished by an abundance of light, brevity and functionality. Such a design will help turn even the smallest room into a bright and spacious one.

The history of the emergence of the Scandinavian style

It is believed that the Scandinavian style began to develop in the 18th century, during the reign of King Gustav III in Sweden. In earlier periods, the inhabitants of the Scandinavian countries used classicism and rococo in the design of their homes. However, the northern peoples completely lack a craving for a rich and luxurious life, which gradually led to a change in style. The emergence of their own style of home decoration was also facilitated by the need of Scandinavians, not spoiled by the sun, for natural lighting of the premises. Both of these factors influenced the characteristic features of the Scandinavian style, whose homeland is considered to be Sweden, Finland and Norway.

There are two main directions in the Scandinavian style:

  • traditional;
  • modern.

The source of the characteristic features of the traditional direction is the centuries-old history. Suitable for owners who want to give their home an atmosphere of stable prosperity, but without pretentiousness and excessive pomp.

Coordination of works

In the modern direction, preference is given to soft shapes and colors, simplicity and functionality. All of these features are similar to minimalism. The interior, not burdened with huge mirrors in gilded frames and heavy antique furniture, is not devoid of home warmth and comfort.

The following features are inherent in the Scandinavian style:

  1. Light colors are the hallmark of this trend. The Nordic countries do not bathe in the sun. Therefore, to make their home cozy, the Scandinavians used white, milky, ivory. The light background was enlivened with color inserts and created a black and white contrast.
  2. The spaciousness of the interior, not cluttered with furniture and decorative elements. The decor, of course, is used, but in moderation. To preserve the square footage, the principle of functionality is applied, in accordance with which the furniture is selected.
  3. In the design of bathrooms, notes of good-natured humor often slip.
  4. Wood is the most demanded finishing material for Scandinavian-style interiors. They cover floors and walls, erect partitions, create decor and pieces of furniture. Glass is the second most popular material.
  5. As much sunlight as possible should penetrate into the apartment, so they refuse heavy curtains. They are replaced with light curtains, pleated curtains or blinds.
  6. For furniture upholstery, furniture fabrics with a characteristic pattern of northern motifs (snowflakes, deer, herringbones, etc.) are widely used.

Materials for the renovation of a two-room apartment in the Scandinavian style

The choice of interior decoration for a two-room apartment depends on the decision to make it in a modern spirit, or adhering to the classics of the Scandinavian style. But historically, natural materials (wood, ceramics, stone, cotton, linen, fur and leather) are inherent in it.

Often, the owners of two-room apartments choose finishes that imitate natural stone, wood and brick. These materials save the family budget and space.

In the design projects of two-room apartments in the Scandinavian style, you can see a combination of various materials that helps to divide the room without erecting partitions. Different types of flooring allow you to separate the kitchen from the living room. Wallpaper on a fragment of a plastered wall gives the bedroom a cozy feeling. A red brick wall in a dazzling white room will be an accent color and remind of the interconnection of two styles - Scandinavian and loft.

When deciding to decorate the interior of a two-room apartment in the Scandinavian style, there is no doubt that it is able to decorate a home of any size. The main thing is to seriously study the issue, to correctly approach the choice of materials.

Ceiling

Traditionally, the Scandinavians did not paint the ceilings in wooden houses. And in our time, such solutions have not gone out of fashion. In the two-room apartments facing south, the ceilings are finished with natural or artificial wooden slats made of materials that imitate light wood. For dark rooms, in order to visually enlarge them, you should choose the lightest tones with a reflective effect.

The same result is achieved when using glossy stretch ceilings framed by wooden beams. In this case, the cool white color is softened by the warm shade of natural wood.

A modern Scandinavian ceiling is a simple plaster and whitewash. And without tinting with pink or beige color scheme. Sometimes, to add airiness, a little blue or green tint is added. No contrasting finishes or bright colors are allowed.

Scandinavian style eliminates pretentiousness in the design of the ceiling. However, a small two-room apartment with too high ceilings visually seems even smaller. Therefore, it is still better to make a suspended ceiling or a multi-level rectangular structure.

Floor

The interior of two-room apartments in Scandinavian style allows for a variety of floor coverings. This is especially true for studio apartments, because it helps to divide the room into separate zones. Most often, wood or laminate in natural shades is used - birch, pine, beech. The Scandinavians have a high esteem for a bleached board, but they do not really like wood with a reddish tint. To keep the floor white for as long as possible, you can cover it with a hide or high-pile faux fur. Bright knitted rugs also look great.

In a two-room apartment in the Scandinavian style, tiles are often chosen for finishing the floor of the hallway and kitchen. It can be restrained tones or contrasting black and white. The bathroom floor is most often covered with blue or blue tiles with a national pattern.

When decorating a two-room apartment in the Scandinavian style, special attention is paid to the flooring of the children's room. It makes no sense to lay expensive parquet - it may not withstand children's games and pranks. In addition, the floor in this room should be warm. Therefore, a painted wooden lath is probably the best option. Don't forget about thick carpets and rugs.

Walls

If you want to avoid excessive hospital whiteness, the walls in a room with a white ceiling can be covered with beige plaster. Quite often, one of the walls is painted in a color that is in harmony with textiles or furniture.

The second option for decorating the walls of a two-room apartment in the Scandinavian style is light wood panels (horizontal or vertical). Contrast can create a dark wood on a section of a wall and exactly the same on the floor.

Another option is tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. In these rooms, the Scandinavians use both ordinary white tiles and bright, textured ones with a pattern. Untreated red brick is often used to decorate an external load-bearing wall or a specially erected partition in a studio apartment. However, most often the brick is whitewashed with water-based acrylic paint.

Wallpaper on the walls of a two-room apartment in the Scandinavian style is not an obligatory attribute. Most often, they are used as a fragmentary decor to help accentuate a work or sleeping space. Local production with a characteristic Scandinavian pattern is very popular.

Furniture, lighting and decor in the design of a two-room apartment in the Scandinavian style

The issue of space in small-sized housing is the most acute. Therefore, when choosing furniture for a two-room apartment in the Scandinavian style, you need to adhere to the following recommendations:

  1. Furniture should serve several functions. The sofa can be transformed into a bed, the dining table can be moved apart, and the children's bunk bed is equipped with a work area at the bottom, and the upper tier is for sleeping.
  2. In a two-room apartment, all pieces of furniture (bed, sofa, table, chairs, etc.) should be comfortable, compact and ergonomic; if possible, it is advisable to purchase a folding table and chairs, and replace the cabinets with hanging shelves and brackets.
  3. A two-room apartment in the Scandinavian style will be decorated with chests, baskets, wicker containers, which are easy to move and turn into additional seating or modular furniture.
  4. Give preference to natural materials: wood, metal, rattan. However, if a modern Scandinavian style is chosen for the design of a two-room apartment, then a glass tabletop and plastic chairs will be appropriate.

Scandinavian style is primarily an abundance of natural light. Therefore, windows are left uncurtained or blinds, light curtains, roller blinds are used.

In addition to sunshine, the Scandinavian-style one-bedroom apartment is equipped with artificial light sources. Various types of lamps are used (table lamps, sconces, floor lamps, etc.) of all sizes, models and styles.

As for the decor of two-room apartments in the Scandinavian style, there is no limiting framework, as in minimalism. The use of paintings and photographs, souvenirs and figurines, various designer accessories is allowed. All these items are placed on shelves, tables and in niches.

Photos and paintings take a special place in decorating two-room apartments in the Scandinavian style. This trend prefers works of modern painting and photography with creativity. Pictures are chosen either bright, emphasizing attention, or strict black and white. Photos are posted on the wall or placed on shelves.

Indoor plants are not alien to the interior of a two-room apartment in the Scandinavian style. There is a type of design called eco-style, the individual elements of which are found in different directions, including Scandinavian. These are, in fact, islets of wildlife in a city apartment. Green indoor plants fulfill a person's desire to be closer to the natural environment.

Textiles are a very important design detail of a two-room apartment in the Scandinavian style. There is usually a lot of it - rugs, bedspreads, rugs, curtains that play the role of partitions. The pattern of textiles is typical of the Nordic style (snowflakes, herringbones, deer, etc.).

Design of a bedroom, kitchen and living room in a two-room apartment in the Scandinavian style

They use jacquard with a pattern in the form of rhombuses and triangles, furniture fabrics similar to burlap, soft-touch material with a pile - velor, velvet, plush, velveteen.

The harsh climate forces Scandinavians to warm the floor around the sofa with a warm carpet. The fluffy ones that imitate animal skins look the most harmonious. Textiles with ethnic patterns, cushions, knitted blankets and other handicrafts are also appropriate.

Kitchen

The kitchen of a two-room apartment in the Scandinavian style seems to breathe freshness and pleasant coolness. Snow-white furniture facades, stone countertops, smooth surfaces and steel shine of technology. The kitchen apron is finished with brickwork or tiled patchwork.

The winter-strict interior softens the warmth of light parquet or porcelain stoneware with a similar texture, a table, stools and wooden shelves. A woven path is laid on the floor, and a small carpet is laid in the dining area.

The kitchen is illuminated by sunlight from an uncurtained window and numerous lamps without shades hanging everywhere. This is a great option for two-room apartments in the Scandinavian style in the houses of megacities not spoiled by the sun.

Bedroom

The simplicity and openness of the Scandinavian style is reflected in the bedroom. White walls and the same wardrobe (it can be gray like rocks), an uncomplicated bed with a low headboard - that is, in essence, all the decoration, no frills. This interior of two-room apartments in the Scandinavian style is very popular with people who value comfort and practicality above all else.

The atmosphere of the style is embodied in individual design elements, in such details as shaggy floor carpet, bleached boards, flowing folds of light curtains, paintings and photos, soft blankets, bedspreads and many decorative pillows.

To add a romantic mood and decorate the bedroom of a two-room apartment in the Scandinavian style, electric garlands with large lamps hanging on the walls can serve. To make the room more comfortable, you should give preference to the spectrum of warm white, rather than cold and color shades.

Children

The interior of the nursery in the Scandinavian style is a very versatile option. It is suitable for boys and girls, does not lose its relevance as children grow. The design base can be easily modified and supplemented. It is enough to change the curtains and add a few decorative items to give the baby's room a fabulous mood, and for older children to create a restrained atmosphere.

The abundance of wood and other natural materials, the predominance of white and gray shades in the color scheme give room for creativity. You can create your own design, use interesting textile elements (upholstery, pillows, bedspreads, etc.). A slate board or a small section of the wall covered with paint of a special composition for drawing with chalk will perfectly fit into the Scandinavian style. Pictures and black and white wallpapers look great.

Hallway

The entrance hall of a two-room apartment in the Scandinavian style makes an unforgettable impression with its neat appearance. Snow-white, or with black or gray splashes of walls, ceilings, and cabinets visually enlarge the room. Therefore, even a small hallway becomes bright and spacious.

Only the most practical ones are used as floor coverings - porcelain stoneware, gray stone tiles, checkerboard, in a small diamond or patchwork. Wall decoration - whitewash, clapboard or white brickwork. The ceiling of the entrance hall of a two-room apartment in the Scandinavian style is matt white.

Walls can be painted white or tiled with glossy rectangular "hog" tiles imitating brick protrusions, or tiles with ethnic patchwork patterns. When choosing a finish for the ceiling, it is better to opt for a matte film - it, unlike painting, is resistant to high humidity.

Scandinavian style in the interior of the apartment - photos of 15 real projects updated: April 19, 2018 by: Margarita Glushko

Entering the stage as an ethnic, Scandinavian design eventually became a real classic, in which national color is reflected not in patterns or folk art, but in the general mood of the interior, a combination of its main components.

Peculiarities

The Scandinavian style in the interior of the house reflects the features of its inhabitants. Common features of the northern peoples are solidity, slowness, restraint, love for nature and their home, as well as thrift, which helps to save natural resources. The Scandinavian house is the embodiment of these folk traits. Its design is simple, calm, laconic - and at the same time has a special charm and expressiveness.

Typical room interior in Scandinavian style e - light, free space, solid, reliable pieces of furniture, cozy textiles and restrained decor.

Basic principles of Scandinavian design

  • Colour. The interior is usually designed in light, cool colors - white, light gray, sky blue. As additional tones of natural wood, stone, sand and brown shades are used in the design. Accent colors - deep blue, turquoise, yellow, red, black.
  • Materials. Natural materials or their high-quality imitations are used: stone, wood, ceramics, plaster. Textiles for interior decoration - natural: linen, cotton, jute.
  • Furniture. Wooden, simple-shaped furniture should be solid and solid even in appearance. Natural materials are used as upholstery - cotton, linen, leather, suede.
  • Decor. You can use simple elements of bright colors, or objects of complex shapes, but calm tones, for example, a plaster white head of a deer with antlers above the fireplace - a decoration often found in interiors.

Living room: Scandinavian style interior

The living room is the “face” of the house, showing the character of its inhabitants. In the design of the living room, objects that do not perform a functional role, but serve for decoration, are acceptable. At the same time, the basic design rules remain the same: natural materials, light colors, traditional color combinations.

Tip: Since natural light is scarce in the Nordic countries, much attention is paid to artificial lighting. Floor lamps, sconces, table lamps, candles - any devices that increase the illumination are welcome in the living room.

The photo shows a small living room in white. Project:"Scandinavian apartment design in Sweden".

The main color of the style - white - is the best fit for the kitchen, as it creates a feeling of cleanliness and increases the illumination, which is important for the room in which food is prepared. In kitchen design, as a rule, try not to use blue tones, as they are believed to suppress appetite and affect the sensitivity of taste buds.

In a brick house, part of the kitchen walls may not be covered with plaster, but only painted white. Often this is done in the area where the work surface is located, then the brickwork acts as an apron. Scandinavian kitchen design implies that natural wood will be used for the floor, it is also desirable to make furniture and the countertop out of wood.

The main criterion for the design of a room is simplicity. Nothing should distract from the rest. The main decorative element is the wall near the head of the bed, but it should not be bright either. For example, a wall can be finished with wood, if the rest are covered with plaster, while for both coatings one color is chosen - white or a light pastel shade of beige. The decoration of the bedroom will be complemented by textiles of deep colors or with national patterns, as well as a carpet near the bed.

In the design of a child's room, it is necessary to take into account the child's needs for a variety of experiences that contribute to his development. The light background of the walls makes it possible to showcase bright details, emphasizing their importance.

As an accent on a white wall, you can place a black board with a coating that allows you to draw on it with colored crayons - children are happy to paint the walls, and their drawings will play the role of color spots in the interior.

White walls can be decorated with bright vinyl stickers depicting fairytale characters for the little ones, letters of the native alphabet for first-graders, or favorite artists for teenagers. Simple pieces of furniture can also be decorated with stickers or even painted in bright colors. Colorful patterns on textiles can also help spice up designs and add personality.

In the bathroom, cool "Nordic" designs are very appropriate, giving a feeling of cleanliness and freshness. In addition to white, which is usually the main color in plumbing rooms, deep blue is used. Bath textiles in accent colors complement the interior.

As in general for all style rooms, they try to use wood in the bathroom. The Scandinavian bathroom is also characterized by the use of wood. It is used for making sink underframes, bath screens, mirror frames, cabinets.

In surface finishing, colored tiles are used, with its help the space is zoned - for example, part of the walls - in a wet area or near the toilet bowl - is laid out with an ornament of colored tiles or tiles with Scandinavian patterns. The design with wide ornamental stripes extending from floor to walls and even to the ceiling looks fresh and original.

The design of your own home in Scandinavia provides for large windows to increase the illumination of interiors and walls with good thermal insulation properties. Houses are mainly built of wood, stone ones are trimmed with wooden materials.

The Scandinavian style in the interior of a country house continues in its exterior - the forms are simple, laconic, perhaps even rude, giving the impression of solidity and reliability. My home is my fortress: this is said about the houses of the northern peoples.

Scandinavian style has become one of the most beloved styles in Russia in recent years. This is largely due to the fact that we, like the Scandinavians, know what a long winter is, a lack of light, small areas and the need to organize competent storage systems. The Scandinavian style is able to solve all these problems and is able to do it in style.

Quartblog has visited many people who have furnished their apartments according to Swedish aesthetics many times, and today we decided to see how the spaces differ from each other with the same style. In we examined the houses of families with children, and this time we will go to couples who are still living together. All our heroes are united by the fact that they independently purchased their two-room apartments (however, one heroine turned a one-room space into a two-room apartment) and equipped them without the participation of a designer. This proves once again that the Scandinavian style is subject to many: even if you do not have a specialized design education, with proper study of the style rules, you can create Swedish-style comfort at home.

What apartments we will consider:

  1. for economist Karina and her husband Yuri.
  2. for economist Yana and engineer Anatoly.
  3. for photographer Elena and presenter Alexey.

Hallway

There is a hallway in almost every house - it is she who creates the first impression when entering the house. All our heroes have thought of this space and made it interesting and functional.

1. There is one very unexpected detail in Karina and Yuri's apartment - a bright front door. It is she who sets the mood for the gray-white interior.

The blue front door was my dream. We made a bright door from the inside so as not to "injure" the neighbors. And the invariably bright color adorns our hallway and makes us happy when Yura and I are going to work or, on the contrary, returning home.

2. The entrance hall in Yana and Anatoly's apartment is black and white with geometric tiles on the floor. A rather spacious dressing room is hidden behind the glass doors, where all the things of our heroes and household appliances can be found. The Home Sweet Home poster at the door serves more than a decorative function: it also hides the electricity shield.

3. The entrance hall of Lena and Alexei is a narrow corridor, on one side of which there are wardrobes and hangers, and on the other, a door to the bathroom. The color of the walls is not the most traditional for the Scandinavian style - coffee.

Kitchen

All kitchens are united by functionality and white color, so characteristic of the Scandinavian style.

1. Karina's kitchen area is 9 m 2. It was for this room that the heroine thought of hiring a designer, but in the end she managed it herself. The kitchen set from Stylish Kitchens fits into a built-in hood, wine collection and even an ironing board. The turquoise table for the kitchen was made by the craftswoman Daria Geiler: as in the case of the colored entrance door, one bright accent sets the mood for the whole room.

2. Yana and Anatoly's kitchen area is only 5.5 m 2. Although the room is devoid of natural light, it does not look dark or gloomy. Artificial lighting does its job well. All appliances are built-in. In the cupboard opposite the hood there is a refrigerator and an oven, and on the bottom left is a washing machine. Yana says that due to the fact that the cabinets are made right up to the ceiling, she still has a lot of free space that can be filled if necessary.

3. In Lena and Alexei's apartment, the kitchen is combined with the living room, dining room and study area. By removing the extra walls, the guys got a single large space that solves many tasks. The kitchen was ordered from IKEA.

Bedroom

One of the rooms in a two-room apartment is traditionally assigned as a bedroom. All our heroes did this.

1. The area of Karina and Yuri's bedroom is about 15 m 2. Our heroes have thought out a lot of storage space in this room: a wardrobe, bookcases and a place under the bed. Also, Karina's long-standing desire is realized here - a wide window sill on which you can sit.

As you may have noticed, in the hallway and kitchen, the main accents are turquoise, and here they are sunny yellow. Karina repainted the bedside tables herself.

2. Initially, the apartment was a rectangle without walls with two large windows. Yana was faced with the question of how to harmoniously organize the space and delimit the zones. I really wanted to allocate a separate bedroom with a window for 40 m 2, but it would block all the natural light in the kitchen. However, it was decided to sacrifice sunlight in favor of a place where you can retire. This is how a separate bedroom of 8 m 2 appeared. It accommodates a 1.6 m wide bed, a roomy chest of drawers and a small bedside table.

3. Lena and Alexei's bedroom is done in calm spring colors. Our heroes saw the headboard from the blind doors on Pinterest and made it themselves, painting it in the same color as the bedside tables. There are drawers under the bed and a wardrobe near the door.

Living room

1. Karina and Yuri have a kitchen as a living room. They left the second room for the future nursery and have not yet forced it with furniture.

2. Yana and Anatoly have not yet fully equipped the living room. There is a lack of detail and painting on the wall. However, near the window overlooking Krasnogorsk there is a dining room, which can be easily attributed to the living room.

3. As we have already said, in the cozy Scandinavian two-room apartment of Lena and Alexei, one room combines several zones at once. Lena and Lesha are very fond of receiving guests, so they bought a round table that unfolds.

Bathroom

1. The most interesting visual solution in Karina and Yuri's bathroom is an accent wall with patterned tiles. And the practical one is a device for drying clothes over the bathtub.

2. Yana's bathroom differs from the general style of the apartment. It is made not in a Scandinavian style, but in a modern one, with elements of the pop art style. It all started with a bright yellow alarm clock, which the landlady fell in love with. The alarm clock was supplemented with bright details in the form of a rug, towels, a poster "We can do it" / "We can do it" (friends joke that this is the perfect slogan for placing in the toilet) and a red curtain. It should be noted that the toilet bowl and brush are suspended. This solution allows you to clean up faster.

3. The bathroom in Lena and Alexei's apartment is separate. Our heroes believe that they made a mistake with the choice of tiles: they are too easily soiled and difficult to maintain. Initially, they made white seams, which very soon got dirty, and Aleksey himself reworked them.

The restroom has niches for storing household chemicals and equipment.

Walking through the three Scandinavian apartments of young couples, we can conclude that, despite the fact that they are decorated in the same style, all rooms look very different: Swedish aesthetics makes it possible to experiment, add bright colors and create coziness in any area.

High ceilings, columns and large windows - the designers of the Pobeda Design Bureau emphasized the layout features of this Moscow kopeck piece with light colors and loft elements, which are organically combined with the general Scandinavian mood of the interior

Today we are talking about a project of an apartment with an unusual layout: the apartments are located on the territory of a former factory, the design features of which are reflected in the architecture of a modern residential complex. The owners - a young couple who devote a lot of time to work and prefer family vacations - turned to the Pobeda Design bureau with a request to decorate an apartment in a Scandinavian style using natural materials and a light palette.

Architectural Bureau "Design Victory"

Since its foundation in 2007, Pobeda Design Studio has implemented more than three hundred projects. Studio employees prefer minimalism, loft and Scandinavian style, do not favor eclecticism and fusion. They assure that they are the best in layouts. Indeed, the experience is impressive: in addition to creating private interiors, the bureau cooperates with many leading Russian developers, developing planning solutions for houses under construction. Designers are distinguished by a practical approach, they believe that a comfortable bathroom is much more important than an outrageous design.

Layout

The designers had to work with a non-standard original layout: the apartment had columns, horizontal beams, 3.4 m high ceilings and huge windows. It was decided not to hide all these elements, but on the contrary - to emphasize: for this, concrete columns and beams were supported with smooth plaster, and the gray-white range was diluted with graphic dark accents.

Functionally, the apartment was divided into two zones: a public one, consisting of a living room combined with a kitchen and a dining room, and a private one, which includes a bedroom and a bathroom.

It was decided to give the main area of the apartment for a common space, since this is where the owners spend most of their time. We set aside the minimum area for the bedroom, since it is not the main room in the apartment.

The corridor

Hallway space of 9.2 sq. m is mostly used for storage: along two walls there are spacious wardrobes, and near the entrance there is a large mirror in a dark frame and an ottoman. The cabinet facades are divided into two parts and have different textures: one repeats the design of the interior doors and is made in white with panels, the second serves as a support for the kitchen facade - a smooth wooden finish without handles has been chosen for it.

The interior of the hallway is dominated by light shades: the walls are made in white, and the floor is paved with gray tiles stylized as a stone. The main emphasis is placed on lamps of an original form: one is made of linen, the other is ceramic.

Public area

The kitchen occupies a central position in the apartment. It is made in a minimalistic finish: hidden handles, smooth fronts, chrome details. The beamed concrete ceiling is the main feature of this area. Complementing it are loft elements: exposed wiring and a deliberately exposed exhaust pipe that maintains the overall style. Light bulbs on long cords are responsible for the illumination of the public area.

Stepan Bugaev, "Design Victory":

In the kitchen, we used an interesting technique - we combined wood and plastic. This combination allows the facades to look modern, and the kitchen to be a harmonious continuation of the living room area.

The central element of the dining group is a lamp. It is represented by flat rounded shapes of different colors and heights, which create a volumetric composition and at the same time act as a zoning tool. The dining area itself is a combination of different materials. The textiles of the chairs echo the decoration of the table legs, and the lamp unites all the colors used in the dining group.

The living area occupies a small space of 12 sq. m and is represented by a sofa in dark gray tones and a system of TV shelves. The sofa is positioned to visually separate the living room from the kitchen. The composition of the shelves in the TV zone brings variety to the interior: they are randomly located on the wall, they combine open and closed elements.

Bedroom

The bedroom is completely white, accented by the wall moldings for a beautiful relief and the black overhead light. The owners spend the least time here, so the bedroom has only one function - it serves as a place to sleep and rest.

Bathroom

The bathroom is also decorated in white, but it is not uniform: if it is just a white background on the walls, then the texture of marble is added to the floor. The central objects in the interior of the bathroom are the cabinet under the sink, in the decoration of which wood of different colors is combined, and the mirror that echoes with it.

Stepan Bugaev, "Design Victory":

The project turned out to be very bright and pleasant, with precisely placed accents. We managed to create a spacious and bright space in the Scandinavian style that embodies simplicity and comfort. All the requirements of the customers were taken into account, and the owners of the apartment themselves were satisfied with the result.
