It was during these years that the foundations of health, harmonious mental, moral and physical development of a child were laid, a person's personality was formed. Raising a healthy child is a very important task not only for a kindergarten, but also for a family. At present, attention is drawn to the fact that the state of health of children raises serious concerns, both for doctors and teachers. There is a need to diversify the forms of work with children in a kindergarten, taking into account the individual characteristics of children, the state of health, the formation of children's interest and desire to engage in physical exercises. In our kindergarten, both traditional forms of physical education and health work are carried out, as well as non-traditional: monthly Health Days, excursions, hiking, logo rhythm and Pilates classes. Pilates is ideal for children with postural problems (stoop, scoliosis). Knowing how to do Pilates exercises and practicing Pilates exercises allow children to maintain their natural body development. Pilates exercises teach children to maintain correct posture in

2 different daily situations (while sitting, walking, bending, etc.) strengthen and lengthen the abdominal and back muscles, which will protect them from future injury and help maintain balance. A sedentary lifestyle has not spared modern children. Parents should think for a minute about how much time their children spend sitting at classes: playing at the table, watching TV or at the computer, all of these activities put a heavy load on the children's spine. Not all parents know that while the child is sitting in a chair, the child's spine experiences more pressure than what it is subjected to while the child is standing or moving. The human body has a large number of muscles, and their harmonious development is required from childhood. If you train your muscles from an early age, for example, by doing regular Pilates exercises, your child will develop a strong and strong muscular frame that will protect the spine from possible deformations. This will allow your little one to have a spine without deviations. Pilates exercises are aimed at proper breathing, stretching, power loading; the exercises are performed smoothly, while the muscles are not overstrained, gently stretched and loaded, become more plastic and elastic, there are no pauses and stops in movements, they smoothly transition into one another. All exercises are done smoothly and unhurriedly. "Snake" I.P. lying on your stomach, arms bent at the chest, stretch upward, straightening your arms, stretching out at the shoulder joints. Breathe I.P. Exhale (w w w). "Bicycle" I.P. - lying on your side, emphasis on the arm bent at the elbow. Simulate cycling. The leg works. (The pelvis does not move.) If there are prepared children, then the child shows these exercises, and then the children perform the exercise at a free pace on their own. We draw your attention to the fact that when performing these exercises, you cannot rush, you must listen to your body, control your breathing. We offer you a number of proven exercises for practicing Pilates gymnastics in kindergarten. Exercise "A hundred many, many times." 6 "Bicycle" The child lies on his side, rest on the elbow, leg bent at the knee. The leg straightens forward, then bends at the knee again. The same thing with the other leg, on the other side. "Bridge" The child lies on his side, rest on the elbow. Slowly raise your torso and hold for a few seconds. "Rubber muscles" The child sits with one leg extended forward, the other bent at the knee. Emphasis on the hand. We tilt the body towards the arm, which stands at close range, thus, it bends at the elbow. Exercise "Snake" The child lies in the support lying. Raises the shoulders up, straightening the arms at the elbows. Drops down to lying position.

7 Exercise "Dog" High emphasis on the palms and feet. The heels stretch to the floor, try to straighten the knees "wagging the tail." Rest on your knees. Currently, the problem of the state of health and physical development of preschool children. Preservation and strengthening health the younger generation is turning into a priority social problem.

The modern school makes high demands on the level of development of the future first grader. He must be well physically and mentally developed, be able to establish contacts, be mobile in changing conditions, and this is possible only while maintaining health pupils in preschool institutions.

Today the quality of human potential is at the forefront both at the level of the region and at the level of municipalities. And a person is, first of all, health, life itself and only then derivatives - intelligence, labor potential, level of education in the generally accepted sense, etc.

Currently, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation is completing work on the implementation of federal state educational standards for preschool education. (hereinafter - FSES of preschool education).

When developing the content of the Federal State Educational Standard for preschool education, special attention is paid to the protection and strengthening of physical and mental children's health, which is the priority area of \u200b\u200bour preschool institution.
