You should also take into account the fact that Russia and, in particular, the Rostov region, have large reserves of fresh water, which has a positive effect on the cost of the final product.

According to Rosstat, more than 5,000 small and medium-sized businesses operate in the Rostov Region. If we take the average number of enterprises in 20 people, it will be 100,000 potential consumers. 3. DESCRIPTION OF GOODS

The company extracts water from an artesian well located in the farm Pukhlyakovskom of the Rostov region. By processing on special equipment, water is filtered and disinfected, its organoleptic properties increase.

The quality of bottled drinking water is regulated by SanPiN 2.1.4.1116-02. According to this regulation, all drinking water is divided into two categories: 1st category and highest category. “WaterPuh” belongs to the highest category, which will increase the profitability of the enterprise due to a higher sale price, and, accordingly, increase the marginal income of the enterprise.

The quality and characteristics of the Vodopuh water are confirmed by independent laboratories in Rostov-on-Don. The main characteristics of the water are given in Table. 2 in comparison with the requirements of SanPiN 2.1.4.1116-02.

In terms of the safety of chemical composition, organic, radiation and bacteriological contamination, as well as other parameters given in the standard, “Vodopukh” fully complies with the requirements, significantly exceeding them in most parameters.

PET is used as an alternative to the more common polycarbonate bottles, which, despite the higher rigidity and longer turnaround time, contain bisphenol A, which adversely affects the taste of water. The turnover of the bottles, according to TS 2297-01-96201068-2008, is 50-60 cycles; in practice, the lifetime is 1.5-2 years. After that the container is subject to utilization.

4. SALES AND MARKETING

VodoPukh sells water through a network of retail outlets specializing directly in drinking water. At the time of the project launch, three brands of the “Standard” and “Premium” segments are represented in the assortment of the network. Vodopukh occupies an intermediate niche, which significantly increases the competitiveness of the brand.

With the network signed an agreement on cooperation. Marketing and brand promotion is carried out by a trading network; all product brands are equally advertised. Financing of promotional activities - equity, 20% paid by the manufacturer "WaterPooh", 30% - the manufacturer of other brands of the range, 50% - the distributor. This distribution of shares (20/30) generally corresponds to the share of brands in total sales. The media plan is shown in Table. 3

Since the demand for drinking water has a pronounced seasonal nature, the advertising campaign is planned in view of its changes.


The sale of water by the trading network is carried out both through the outlets by self-delivery, and with home delivery upon prior order. The order can be issued both by phone and through the Internet site of the network.

As of January 2016, the network share in the total sales of bottled (19 liter bottles) water is 15%. Due to the expansion of the range of water "Vodopukh" is expected to increase the proportion of up to 20%.

5. PRODUCTION PLAN

The first stage of the project is drilling a well in the territory adjacent to x. Puhlyakovsky Rostov region. Water production comes from the second aquifer; its depth is 120-150 m. The average production in the first two years is 10,000 liters per day. In stock it is necessary to maintain a constant stock to meet the two-day demand. For transportation of water from the place of production to points of sale, three light trucks with a carrying capacity of 1.5 tons are used.
