Today I would like to write about the sets of the "Hieroglyphs" series from Panna
I have several such sets in the bins, I want the whole series of course! Note that the series is constantly growing!
Attracted by the pictures themselves and of course their meaning !!!

As a result, the abandoned set has been gathering dust in the closet for almost two years. (It was good enough not to throw it away!) She, that is, you, talked so enthusiastically about her hobby and showed such beauty on the canvas that I could not resist and pulled out the embroidery frame again ... And I don’t regret it at all! hieroglyphs appeared for him. I still can't stop looking at what happened! And then the hunt for other sets of this series began. After a while, the hieroglyph "health" settled next to the hieroglyph "family". Its creation was also not entirely cloudless. sewed by selection, there were some inconsistencies with color. This trouble discouraged the desire to embroider by selection, but did not discourage the love for the series itself. Moreover, there were no complaints about the components of the sets. The schemes are large and understandable even for a beginner, there are a sufficient number of threads, even with a good margin. Now in my bins "happiness" and "wealth" are waiting in the wings. These four sets are my favorite in the kanji series. But I do not plan to dwell on them. True, I like the rest a little less ... But the more I look at them, the more I doubt it. Moreover, they all have such good values! And who wants to voluntarily give up love, luck, success in work and business and other benefits? I certainly don't want to! "

The passion for needlework in me woke up from school (at labor lessons), in the classroom we miraculously transformed scraps of white fabric into beautiful paintings, using schemes that were carefully kept by our wonderful teacher Natalya Dmitrievna.

Now I cannot imagine my life without embroidery (more than 20 works have already been embroidered). This activity is very relaxing (with the exception of "jambs", when threads are confused or mistakes in some fragment - you have to rip up part of the work, but this is due to your own inattention))). Having tested several companies (Create Yourself, Golden Fleece, Alice, Riolos, Dimensions), I chose Panna, namely the Symbols. Signs. Hieroglyphs ".

The first thing that caught my eye when looking through the product catalog on their website was 2 cute kittens: Maneki-neko and a cat on a pink pillow, their bodies were decorated with the characters “Wealth” and “Well-being”. The sets were purchased literally the next day, and a week later they were already adorned with frames on the wall. The embroidery process was easy and pleasant: the stiff canvas allows you to embroider without a hoop (softens after washing), the threads easily slip into the holes of the canvas and practically do not get tangled, a needle with a wide eye easily allows you to thread the tip of the thread into it, and all this is complemented by a pleasant price set (the cat cost ~ 100 rubles).

The set included:

2. Embroidery instruction (for beginners)
3. Threads with a holder of a floss of good quality (firm "Gamma", almost do not get confused))), sometimes given in such quantities that one can embroider from them another set of the same (there is already a whole chest of leftovers).

Remark: Sets with a floss holder are very convenient. They are already sorted by colors and numbers, you do not need to untie the knots, and then look for which number this or that hank corresponds to (as in the case ofDimensions, but more on that later).

Seeing this splendor, my friend asked to embroider him something as a keepsake (also with Chinese symbols). His birthday was approaching, and the choice again fell on "", the Hieroglyph with the symbolic name "Life" (Birth). Later I bought almost the entire "Chinese" series.

And then a series of more complicated ones - "The Seasons" (in it the hieroglyphs are embroidered with beads).

In the rest of the kits, the scheme is black and white, but it doesn’t interfere at all (when adding merit to the review, I noticed that it was singled out as a “plus”).
