Corner Non-equilibular GOST 8510-93 is one of the main elements of metal structures. The appearance resembles the letter "g", where one shelf is more different. Two sides of the corner at right angles are intersect. The product is performed according to GOST 8510-93.

Types of non-pool corners

The length of the product varies from 4 to 12 meters and can be a measured or non-night in the party. The minimum size of the corner has a 3/2 designation, and the largest - 20 / 12.5.

GOST 8510-93 regulates the maximum possible deviations in terms of curvature and twisting. A curvature of a corner is allowed not more than 0.4% of its entire length.

Application of non-equiliblies

Due to the different width of the shelves of the product, it is often used in construction, where the widest side of the corner takes on a large load. A short shelf acts a smaller force. The use of non-equiliblies significantly facilitates the construction design.
When it becomes necessary to buy an inequaline corner, you should know that they may differ from each other in the composition of the material. Construction often use low carbon content angles in steel. They are easily welded and have high strength (example, St09G2C).
If only its overall dimensions are present in the name of the corner, it means that it is made of conventional steel. The chemical composition of steel grades is determined by GOST 380-94.

4. The limit deviations in the size of the corners should not exceed the specified in Table. 2.

5. Limit deviations in the size of the corners made on mills that are not equipped with rigid cells should not exceed the specified in Table. 3 to 01.01.93.

8. The dullness of the outer corners of the shelves (including the angle at the top) is not controlled.

At the request of the consumer, the ruling of external corners of the shelves (including angle at the top) should not exceed:

0.3 Shelves thickness - for the corners with a thickness of up to 10 mm included.;

3.0 - for the corners of the thickness of St. 10 to 15 mm included;

5.0 - for the corners of the thickness of St. 16 mm.

9. Corners are made of 4 to 12 m long:

dimensional length;

multiple dimensional length;

neotoral length;

limited length within the unmercial;

dimensional length with non-meter lengths no more than 5% of the mass of the party;

multiple dimensional length with non-meter lengths no more than 5% of the mass of the party.

It is allowed to manufacture corners with a length of more than 12 m.

10. Limit deviations along the length of the corner length or multiple dimensional length should not exceed in millimeters:

30 - with a length of 4 m;

50 - with a length of over 4 m to 6 m.

70 - with a length of more than 6 m;

at the request of the consumer +40 mm - for the corners with a length of over 4 to 7 m:

5 mm per 1 m over 7 m.

11. The curvature of the corners should not exceed 0.4% of length.

At the request of the consumer, they produce angle, whose curvature does not exceed 0.2% of length.

For corners number 2.5 / 1.6 to 5.6 / 3.6 included. Curvatina is checked at a length of 1 m.

12. Twisting around the longitudinal axis is not allowed.

13. The cross-sectional dimensions of the corner are checked at a distance of at least 500 mm from the end of the rod.

With the construction of reinforcement structures with increased characteristics of rigidity, enhancement of concrete, the combination of handrails, the organization of jumpers use steel non-equilibrium corners. Hot rolled products are in demand in civil, and in private construction. Applied in the design of interiors, ship and automotive industry, when building small architectural objects. Hot-rolled non-equivalent catch - profile of a M-shaped form from various steel grades. Its distinctive characteristic are the side shelves of different sizes - one more different. According to the standard 8510-86 steel solid metal products are made of:

  • Carbon steel (marks 09g2c, ST3KP, ST00-ST6, ST4KP, ST4PS and 3SP5);
  • Low-alloyed steel (brands 15xtest, 08g2c, 15g2AfDPS, 16GS, 10HSD, 12GS, 14HGS).

Use other brands of steel. Different magnitude of the shelves of the product is effectively used in the construction of arched structures, roofing farms, etc. Hot rolled metal products are made by hot rolling steel billet. It is passed between the rolls of the rolling mill. Production technology allows you to get a corner with an external pointed angle equal to 90 '.

The weight of 1 m of the product depends on the cross section of the profile - from 1.16 cm 2 to 49.77 cm 2. When calculating the masses based on the fact that the steel density should be at least 7.85 g / cm 3. In the manufacture of standard products, the weight of 1 m can vary within 0.91 kg to 39.07 kg. The mass calculation of the metal density is used in the production of metal at the request of the consumer.

What parameters describes the standard 8510-86?

The current GOST 8510-86 describes:

  • the ratio of longer and smaller shelves;
  • radius of rounding the ends of the shelves and the inner corner;
  • shelves thick;
  • radius and moment of inertia;
  • centrifugal moment inertia.

In order for the metal to comply with the standard, it should also take into account the distance from the outer edges of the shelves to the center of gravity. GOST determines the length of the product. It can range from 4 to 12 m. At the same time, the hot-rolled steel profile may have:

  • dimensional and non-night length;
  • multiple dimensional length;
  • within the unmercable limited length.

It is allowed to produce metal products and a greater value (longer than 12 m long), but the value of its curvature still should not exceed 0.4% of the length. The standard describes the profiles high (A) and the usual (c) accuracy. For both types of products, limit deviations on dimensions are valid. They are shown in the table below.

Characteristics of corners and shelves according to standard

Standard 8510-86 states that the straight angle (external component of the profile) at the top cannot have a deviation from 90 'more than 35'. At the same time, the dumping of external corners of the shelves GOST is not controlled. But in the production of products at the request of the consumer, you need to adhere to the following reducing recommendations:

  • 0.3 From the thickness of the shelf for corners with a thickness of up to 10 mm;
  • 3.0 - for corners with a thickness of 10-15 mm;
  • 5.0 - for corners with a thickness of more than 16 mm.

For the corners of the non-equilibrium and multiple dimensional length of deviations in length should not exceed:

  • +30 mm - products up to 4 m;
  • +50 mm - for four and six-meter profiles;
  • +70 - If the metal is over 6 m.

In the manufacture of hot-rolled corners of steel at the request of the consumer, a length of 4-7 M, the deviation should not exceed 40 mm. Next +5 mm for each subsequent meter.
