Application area
Glue Prior De Luxe is intended for cladding walls and floors with any porcelain stoneware, as well as all types of ceramic tiles for interior and exterior work in buildings and structures for various purposes. The glue can be used as a repair compound to eliminate minor surface defects (cracks, chips, potholes). The adhesive is recommended for use in the "warm floor" system under porcelain stoneware and other types of tiles.
Properties
Made on the basis of high quality cement, graded sand and a complex of modifying additives. The excellent fixing power of the adhesive allows the tiles to be laid in a “top-down” manner without slipping. Universal glue Prior De Luxe is flexible and easy to work with, weather-resistant and frost-resistant. A high level of adhesion to the surface ensures the reliability and durability of the coating.
Strong non-deformable mineral bases (cement and gypsum plasters; concrete, gas and foam concrete, brick surfaces; GWP), as well as firmly fixed gypsum plasterboards and gypsum plasterboards.
Preparation of the base
The surface of the base must be solid, thoroughly dust-free, free from dirt, paint, oil, grease and other contaminants that prevent the material from adhering to the surface. The crumbling and fragile areas of the base must be removed. The surface should not be subject to deformation and shrinkage. Smooth substrates must be roughened. Before work, to increase adhesion and reduce the absorbency of the substrate, the surface must be treated with a De Luxe primer. The type of primer, as well as the number of application coats, are selected depending on the absorbency of the substrate. Porous substrates (aerated and aerated concrete, brick) require a more thorough priming. For preliminary leveling of significant irregularities of vertical and horizontal surfaces, it is recommended to use plaster, as well as a screed and (or) self-leveling floor De Luxe. In case of possible contact with water or capillary ingress of moisture, the surface of the base must be treated with De Luxe coating waterproofing.
Preparation of the solution
To prepare the solution, use only clean containers and tools. Pour the dry mixture into a container with clean water according to the calculated parameters (see the table of technical characteristics) and mix thoroughly for 3-5 minutes until a homogeneous plastic mass is obtained. Leave the resulting solution for 3-5 minutes and mix again. Mixing is recommended to be done mechanically using a professional mixer, or a drill with a nozzle at low speeds. Manual mixing (using a spatula or trowel) is allowed with a mass of the mixture to be mixed not exceeding 1 kg. It is recommended to use the ready-made solution within 4 hours.
Execution of works
Apply the ready-made solution of Prior De Luxe glue to the prepared substrate with a trowel or trowel and smooth with a notched trowel. The size of the trowel notches depends on the size of the tile. For large tiles, a trowel with a notch size of at least 8x8 mm must be used. The consumption of Prior De Luxe adhesive also depends on the size of the tile and the size of the trowel notch. The tiles should not be soaked before starting work. Apply the tile to the freshly applied adhesive and press it to the base. After pressing the tiles, the mortar must cover at least 65% of the bonded surface. For outdoor work, to increase the reliability of the fastening, 100% wettability of the tiles with glue is required. For this, it is recommended to additionally apply the mortar to the back of the tile. When working with the material, the mortar mixture should be applied to an area of the base that can be tiled within 20 minutes. The position of the tiles can be adjusted within 10 minutes after laying. Walking on the tiled surface, as well as subsequent grouting, is allowed no earlier than 24 hours after laying the tiles (see the table of technical characteristics).
For work at temperatures below +5 o C, it is necessary to use antifreeze additive De Luxe.
Attention! Laying the tiles on a layer of adhesive greater than the specified thickness can lead to a significant increase in the setting time.

Gloves must be worn to protect hands during work. Keep out of the reach of children. In case of contact with eyes and skin, rinse thoroughly with water.

Kleo Deluxe 40 is an adhesive for heavy wallpaper - textile and non-woven, paper, jute, reed, bamboo, metallized, fibrous. Also suitable for murals, hard vinyl, cork, velor and non-woven fabrics. Each package contains two sachets: glue (350g) and primer (80g), for surface treatment. The composition is designed to securely fix paper, fabric or non-woven backing of any original wallpaper.
A mixture based on modified starch, methylcellulose and special additives, therefore Cleo Deluxe 40 is free-flowing. For preparation, the powder is diluted in ordinary water, the heavier the wallpaper, the less water. There are manufacturer's recommendations for different types of wallpaper - in what proportions to add water. So, it is most profitable to glue paper strips - 10 liters per 1 package of glue. When a mixture for velor wallpaper is required, the proportion is 8.5 liters per 1 bag, the same is true for almost all other varieties, even hard vinyl and frescoes, wallpaper made of stone chips, metallized. The only exception is the heaviest vinyl wallpaper, for which the proportion is 8 liters of water per bag. The glue with a reinforced formula reliably holds any canvases - both light and heavy.
Features of using Kleo Deluxe 40
Thanks to useful additives, the adhesive provides improved adhesion of the webs at joints and difficult surface areas. Qualitatively refined starch gives the mixture "softness", gently fixes wallpaper based on natural fibers and prevents their deformation after drying. Cleo Deluxe is an adhesive with increased initial tack, but the orientation of the canvases is easy to adjust. But when the layer of glue dries up, the final fixing of the finish to the surface will be guaranteed reliable and durable, regardless of the type of base.
In terms of area, this adhesive for textile wallpaper and strips of other materials, together with a primer, can cover up to 40 m2. surface (1 pack). In rolls it is from 5 to 8 pieces.
