Which cuisine is better to choose. Furniture for those who cook, or how to choose the perfect kitchen

We figure out how to inexpensively buy quality kitchens, either ready or made to order, and not overpay at the same time - the secrets of inexpensive cuisine from the pros. Permanent Expert Website Interior Designer Yanina Krasnova She told on which options you can save without sacrificing the quality and convenience of the kitchen. Choose the ones that are right for you.

Correctly compare prices

  • Make a calculation of the cost of future cuisine in several companies. An important point: it makes sense to compare prices only when you have a clear vision in your head and in your hands a draft of a kitchen set with dimensions and a list of materials and accessories (professionals call it a specification).
Different manufacturers use different materials. To find a really inexpensive option for a headset, compare prices for specific materials and items.
In one company they called you a very low price, and the other three competitors cost significantly higher? It is possible that an unscrupulous manufacturer simply uses cheap low-quality materials. Take an interest in the brand of MDF, chipboard, plastic and other elements of the headset and ask the seller for safety certificates for them.

Discounts, promotions and sales

  • You can buy high-quality and beautiful kitchen at a low price at the sale of exhibition samples in furniture stores. The websites of large manufacturers of kitchen furniture usually have a special section where headsets are available that can be purchased at a special price. Sometimes the discount can reach 60-70%. Often, ready-made headsets are sold along with built-in appliances, fittings, exhaust hoods, countertops, sinks and faucets.
Example: at the time of publication of the article, Mix22 kitchen from the Maria factory with a length of 2144 mm with Beko and Elikor appliances, a Franke sink, a plastic worktop with an initial price of 236 thousand rubles could be bought at a 45% discount for 130 thousand rubles.
  • You can also get inexpensive cuisine from the stand at furniture exhibitions (they are regularly held at the Expocenter and Crocus Expo in Moscow). The main thing is to manage to book your favorite set.
  • Kitchen sellers often offer promotions and discounts. But be careful: sometimes special prices are just marketing gimmicks. For example, a discount on a countertop can only be applied if you order a “turnkey” kitchen in the cabin, along with all household appliances and accessories.

We buy headsets in parts

  • A good way to get a good and inexpensive kitchen is to take a finished building of the right size, for example, in, and order the facades separately. Some companies specialize in the manufacture of facades, and work not only in Moscow and the region, but also make delivery in Russia.
  • Another option is to order inexpensive cabinet cases from a small furniture factory or private owner, and choose facades more expensive in a specialized company or the same IKEA.

Which cabinets are cheaper

The main rule - the simpler the design of the kitchen modules, the cheaper the kitchen.

Inexpensive kitchen = standard?

  • Generally yes. If you want to spend less, you have to limit yourself to the standard sizes of modules and facades. Almost any manufacturer can make a kitchen according to your individual sizes. But most furniture companies, especially large factories, in this case will charge extra for a non-standard (usually 25-30%). Some private producers do not charge extra. But here, with luck, there may be problems with the quality of work and materials, warranty and terms.

Facades

  • The most inexpensive facades are smooth, dull, without milling. If you count on an economy class kitchen, you will have to abandon the radius (bent) and paneled (frame) doors.
  • Budget option - models with facades from laminated particleboard. But even the most inexpensive MDF kitchens are much stronger, more environmentally friendly and last much longer. Ask the consultant to calculate your headset in both options. It is likely that the difference will be very small.
  • Combine budget materials with more expensive ones. For example, the facades of the lower cabinets can be ordered from particleboard in plastic or MDF in a PVC film, and the upper ones from better and more spectacular MDF with high gloss enamel. A great way to make an inexpensive kitchen respectable and more expensive.
  • If you need an inexpensive glossy kitchen, pay attention to headsets with facades covered with glossy PVC film. Of course, they will not give such a mirror shine as in acrylic enamel. But MDF with a film costs 25-40 percent cheaper than plastic and 40-60 percent cheaper than dyed.
  • If your budget for buying a kitchen is limited, and you have always dreamed of a headset made of solid wood, take a look at MDF facades with natural wood veneer lining. In appearance, it is almost impossible to distinguish them from wooden ones, and the price is noticeably lower.
  • Art Nouveau kitchens with smooth laconic facades are much cheaper than classics with intricate milling, sophisticated finishes, grilles and stained glass inserts.
  • In low-cost kitchen projects, designers try to dispense with glass facades or use them to a minimum. Transparent glass is cheaper than frosted or tinted (varnish), but translucent doors look better - the look of the contents of the cabinets will not create a sense of disorder.

How to save on accessories wisely?

A significant part of the budget when ordering a headset is eaten by the filling. Is it possible to save on it, without compromising the convenience of the kitchen?

  • At the kitchen planning stage, consider which cabinets you will use most often. It is on them that it is worth putting the highest quality, reliable and convenient fittings, and the rest can be saved a little.
  • Tip: it is better to invest in the lower cabinets to make them as roomy and comfortable as possible.

  • Expensive guides (metaboxes and tandemboxes) can be put on a couple of the heaviest, deepest and most sought-after drawers, for example, for pots, pans and groceries. The rest can do with inexpensive, but rather reliable roller guides.
  • A similar approach works well with lifts for horizontal folding facades. Put a good Aventos lift from Blum on the cabinet that you use most often, and on other doors you can buy accessories easier and cheaper (the same gas lifts).
  • Pay attention to what kind of pens the designer in the salon offers you. It is quite possible that you can save a lot by buying better pens yourself.
  • If Italian or German pens do not fit into the budget, take Polish or Russian, but always with a galvanized coating. The most inexpensive Chinese quickly scratch, fade and lose their appearance.

Aventos mechanism is often placed on a cabinet with a dishwasher

Body finish

  • The chipboard, from which the body of the kitchen set is made, can also differ in price. For some manufacturers, the most popular decors are cheaper and are present in warehouse positions. Other options may be more expensive and are often available only on request.

Which countertop is cheaper

  • The most popular option for middle and economy class kitchens is a countertop made of plastic laminated chipboard. The price is affected not only by the quality of the finish, but also by the thickness of the base. The most inexpensive option is from an ordinary 26 mm thick chipboard. A tabletop made of moisture-resistant chipboard with a thickness of 38 mm will cost about twice as much.
  • Kitchen modules, from which inexpensive ready-made kitchens are assembled, often do not have a common countertop. Each module has its own. Budget option, but not very practical. Between the cabinets there will remain microcracks, which get dirt and moisture, it’s more difficult to care for them, and the furniture will become unusable faster.

How to save on built-in technology?

  • In kitchen salons, they often offer to order turnkey headsets - along with built-in household appliances. Prices for it are usually higher than in online stores (sometimes the difference can reach 30-40%), and for its installation, most likely, you will have to pay extra. Perhaps it’s just worth buying the equipment separately? Yes, but there may be nuances. Example: if you refuse to buy equipment in the salon, the seller can make an additional mark-up on cabinets and facades, especially if you choose non-standard modules, or increase the cost of assembling the headset.
  • If you cook a little and often ventilate the kitchen, you can do without a hood. So you can save not only on the purchase of the device, but also on a special cabinet for it. However, keep in mind: over time, plaque will still appear on the furniture, and the case and facades of the wall cabinets may be damaged by exposure to hot steam.
  • Reduced home appliances save space, but not budget. If the kitchen area allows, buy equipment of standard sizes. As in the case of cabinets, the price of non-standard models is higher.

Is it worth saving on headset assembly?

  • The services of the collector often have to pay extra. The usual rate is 10% of the cost of the headset. For inexpensive kitchens in Moscow, you can find collectors who take a fixed amount or call the price per linear meter. Theoretically, you can save and assemble the kitchen yourself. But keep in mind: many manufacturers give a guarantee for furniture only if the headsets were assembled by their specialists or officially certified craftsmen.

Seven clear tips from professionals on how to choose a kitchen and how to cunningly use manufacturers.

Decide in advance the number of family members and the area of the room. Everything else has already been decided for you and a specific list has been drawn up, further in the text technical information and design optional chips.

"Professionals" can advise how to choose a kitchen, but often they have an interest in increasing the amount of the check. But not all expenses make sense.

  1. Order a kitchen from local manufacturers. The competition in this market is wild, and everyone has long been using high-quality German equipment and materials. If you order from abroad, then simply overpay for $ / hour by European workers and for delivery. Quality will not be better.
  2. The inside of the boxes is chipboard, MDF facades, a laminated particleboard worktop under a tree (the other options look awful live, wood is cool) or artificial stone (much more expensive).
  3. The apron is either glass or fork out for 1.5-2 m2 of cool tile (do not try to use a white puffer to grout the tile on the apron).
  4. The best color for kitchen facades is gloss white. It is almost magically practical - on it dirt is not visible at all, AT ALL.
  5. It is better to plan the upper drawers with the usual hinged opening - hinges with a closer with this option will cost only $ 1.5-3 a piece. Lifting mechanisms on top are much more expensive, but do not give advantages. Bottom drawers are really more convenient, but also more expensive - see if there is enough budget.
  6. How to choose a kitchen set

    Which kitchen material is better

    4 main materials:

    1. Solid wood
    2. Multiplex

Chipboard - wood-particle board, essentially glued and pressed shavings. Cheap and durable material, but afraid of temperature and moisture. The kitchen is used for the frame of cabinets or facades. Although the facade is too delicate, but cheap.

Particleboard is toxic. It must be laminated on all sides, including the edges and invisible parts, otherwise there will be harmful discharge.

MDF boards are created by pressing small wood shavings, almost sawdust. Then they are impregnated with a special resin, which makes the material strong and waterproof. Due to this, MDF is stronger than chipboard and solid, not afraid of moisture, much less toxic than chipboard and generally cool, but also costs more chipboard (but less than solid).

Multiplex is made from natural wood, but cheaper than solid wood. The production technology consists in gluing thin layers of wood together. To create a quality board, up to 5 strips of wood with a thickness of 4 mm are used. It is an environmentally friendly material resistant to steam, moisture and temperature extremes. Although in the manufacture of kitchens it is used less and less since other materials are getting better and it is not competitive.

    Facades and enclosures

Cases or frames are always made of chipboard - this material is cheap, and the loads, especially in temperature and humidity, are low for frames. But be sure to kick the kitcheners so that they laminate even the invisible trailing edges.

Facades - the visible part of the kitchen, which also takes on all the loads. The main materials among which you can choose:

    1. MDF painted
    2. Plastic
    3. Acrylic
    4. Film

Their photos are in order. It is impossible to distinguish from a couple of steps.

As you can see, we threw out chipboard, MDF frame, aluminum profile, solid wood and all sorts of ridiculous rare things like stainless steel and glass from the choices. Some due to overpriced without significant advantages, others (chipboard) due to low performance, from the aluminum profile because they look terrible. If the budget is completely strained, then take the chipboard but you have to operate more accurately.

Choosing from the four remaining options, you essentially choose the option of finishing MDF (plastic and acrylic are just a coating, inside there is also MDF). They differ in price, a bit of texture and edge. The painted edges will not be at all, but they are the most expensive and capricious (chipping, scratching). We recommend plastic or acrylic, if a little cheaper and a little worse than the film.

By the way, MDF facades can be rounded if desired. But the rounded facades in the kitchens have long been out of fashion and rightly so.

Cases - particleboard, facades - MDF. This is the only right decision - just believe the experience.

    Incidentally, we are in:

    Countertop

    Suitable materials for countertops:

  • Natural and artificial stone
  • Laminated chipboard
  • Glass
  • Aluminum
  • Stainless steel

And the last 3 are complete nonsense.

In practice, your choice is laminated particleboard with a limited budget, natural or artificial stone in the absence of problems with finances.

Artificial stone is good at casting corner worktops without joints, cast at once with a finished sink. And almost all variants of artificial stone (akril, akorian) look cool. But tabletops made of chipboard are good only in imitation wood options (Egger Nebraska is especially good). Seriously, chipboard with imitation stone look wretched, never pick them.

If the geometry of the kitchen allows, we highly recommend that they have been in fashion for so long that they most likely will not come out of it. You can make it wide and you get a bar table, there is higher material with a bunch of details, within the framework of this article about the bar, the information will no longer fit.

Apron for the kitchen

Due to the small size, the design of the apron is underestimated, although the interior of the kitchen depends on it greatly. This is a serious mistake, because just because of its small size, the apron can be made very cool. The choice of a slightly more expensive facade will affect the price of the kitchen decently, but you can afford to throw 2 meters square apron even with very expensive tiles.

2 adequate apron options are tile and glass. Given that the area of the apron is ~ 1.5-2 m2, you can afford to buy cool steep tile.

Drawers are needed in at least 1 module:

Choose handles to taste, given the rule that without handles in general is better than with handles when convenience does not suffer from this. For example, on the upper hinged facades handles are not needed at all - they are convenient to open at the bottom.

There are a bunch of different accessories for corners, for trash cans, for opening by pressing, etc., but this is not necessary, and it’s better to torment questions about it by specific kitchen manufacturers.

In an island or peninsular layout, the work area, together with the stove and sink, is transferred to the center of the kitchen. Kitchens with the island look cool, but firstly they are suitable only for large apartments, and secondly, it is not easy to bring sewers and water for washing on the island. But it looks very expensive.

The arrangement of furniture should correspond to the cycle of moving around the kitchen during the cooking process: from the refrigerator to the workplace, then a sink, a table for cutting and butchering, and at the end of the cycle a hob or oven.

All modern refrigerators have reversible doors; they must open from the cooking area.

The choice of the country of production of cuisine

Now we describe the cuisines from different countries as they do in the booklets. And then we'll tell you how it really is.

Germany. German quality speaks for itself - automated production eliminates marriage. But the price of such furniture is high. Manufacturers are focused on the production of headsets in a modern style, but the products are produced dimensionally, so it is suitable only for spacious kitchens.

Italy. A sample of style, exquisite taste and originality. Often, manual labor is used to create a headset. And well-known designers are participating in the development of the design. And although Italian manufacturers produce furniture for any style, classic kitchens are most in demand.

Sweden and Finland. Such furniture combines simplicity, functionality and environmental friendliness. Choosing a kitchen in favor of Scandinavian producers will allow you to get natural, but stylish and functional cuisine for moderate money.

Russia. For many years, domestic manufacturers have been manufacturing products that have descended from German or Italian equipment using European materials. Therefore, by 2019, Russian cuisines in quality can be compared with foreign counterparts, and the price differs significantly. In addition, an understanding of the Russian mentality and conditions encourages creators to manufacture furniture to fit the dimensions of real kitchens.

But in fact, people everywhere work who mow as much as it is permissible to continue to work. In the manufacture of custom-made kitchens, there is simply wild competition, which is why they are now doing well even in the countries of the former USSR. For processing facades they use the same equipment as in Germany, most of the materials are German or Turkish. Accessories are also German or Austrian.

Therefore, the only advantage of a kitchen from abroad is Ponte. It's so cool to say that the kitchen was brought to you from Italy, and not sawn in a hangar on the outskirts. Only the truth is that in terms of quality there will be no differences at all, or they will be scanty. Read about the average wages in the Russian Federation and in Europe, and after all, the payment of workers goes to the price of the kitchen. All logistics, customs clearance and payment of a bunch of intermediaries go there. That is why imported kitchens are more expensive, it's not about quality.

Kitchen color selection

There is more flavoring here, but there is one universal option -. This is an ideal combination of appearance, price and practicality. And it's almost impossible to spoil them. Seriously, many tried and did the rest just awful, but it turned out all the same, at least not bad.

All other colors for kitchens on a whim. As practice shows, if a person has a favorite color, and the kitchen in dreams was drawn precisely in it, then it is unrealistic to dissuade. Just really do not recommend choosing black and other dark colors. Black is a cool color, but not for kitchen facades. In the kitchen, it is extremely impractical and looks boring.
The exception is matte black on a small part of the facades. It looks cool, but questions remain with practicality.

Colors from white to gray are good and with a minimal chance of making a mistake. A tree is an addition, too, but if there is too much of it, the appearance suffers. Bright colors greatly increase the likelihood of a collective farm appearance.

We hope the information will be useful to you, and our categorization will at least save someone from mistakes when choosing a kitchen, good luck!

What to look for when choosing a headset

Combinations of modules, materials and colors give the kitchen any look, open up great opportunities in the design and organization of space. The right choice of furniture takes into account many points - from key parameters to small things and personal addictions. That is why standard models give way to original custom-made kitchens that allow you to experiment, reflect taste, needs, habits and use every centimeter.

When developing a project, every detail matters:

  • The number of family members and the tradition of gathering together at one table.
  • A love of cooking, requiring space for creativity, or the lack of a cult of homemade food.
  • The rhythm of life, leaving no time for cooking complex dishes.
  • The desire to equip the kitchen with various appliances - a washing machine and a dishwasher, a hob and an oven or a freestanding stove, cooker hood, microwave and small appliances.
  • The need for additional LED illumination of the apron, countertops or cabinets.
  • Planning features of the room - the configuration and availability of columns, ventilation ducts, niches.
  • Preference for the height of work surfaces, upper cabinets and the placement of a sink, refrigerator and built-in.
  • The level of natural light and the area of the kitchen.
  • The style of execution and the color scheme of the facades, allowing them to act as an accent or dissolve in space.
  • The presence or absence of the ability and desire to engage in regular care - thorough cleaning and polishing.
  • The habit of making "strategic" stocks of products and homemade products.

Everyone wants a good kitchen. The advice of professionals will help to comply with the main condition - to achieve maximum convenience and combine aesthetics with functionality without conflict with tastes and habits.

What determines the cost of the kitchen

A good new kitchen is always an expensive pleasure. You need to approach design and order with a cold head to clearly understand what the total cost of the headset is for, and fit into your budget.

The final price depends on the selected materials of the facades, countertops and aprons, the size of the kitchen, accessories and storage systems, built-in appliances, sinks and faucets. The complexity of execution also matters. Carving, stained glass, glazing raise the price, as well as radial facades - the creation of any streamlined shapes is technologically difficult and expensive.

The work surface, when choosing which practical aspects come first. The bestsellers are cost-effective chipboard worktops made using postforming technology and artificial stone with excellent performance characteristics. The second option is indispensable if you want to install a sink under the surface. Classic connoisseurs can choose a natural stone that increases the load on the modules, or an array that requires special care. Rarer concrete, stainless steel, glass are preferred by those who push practicality to the background.

Handles, lifting and sliding mechanisms, guides, internal drawer dividers, hinges, hidden push-to-open systems for opening by touch complement the overall picture and provide ease of use. Follow the advice of specialists and approach the selection of accessories especially scrupulously - it is easier to work with products of leading brands during assembly, they are durable and do not cause complaints during operation.

A bright element in your kitchen that can transform the whole interior. Traditional ceramic tiles, glass mosaics, natural and artificial stone, plastic and tempered glass are used to reliably protect against pollution and effectively design the wall section between the tabletop and wall mounted modules. A correctly selected apron will make a mediocre set look advantageous, a bad decision will spoil even stylish facades.

A modern assistant that simplifies life and improves everyday life. Smart appliances - a refrigerator, a combination of a hob and an oven or a traditional stove, range hood, dishwasher - give a professional look. A variety of built-in and freestanding models allows you to maintain the style and maintain a harmonious image of the kitchen set.

An irreplaceable part even with a dishwasher. Mortise or surface sinks differ in shapes, sizes, number of bowls, the presence of a wing for drying dishes and are made of artificial stone, enameled and stainless steel. The fundamental selection factors are countertop material, personal needs, kitchen dimensions and budget.

Determine the color

The choice of color cannot be dictated only by personal preferences and trends. To create the right atmosphere and stylish interior, you should follow the advice of designers who are unanimous in their opinion - when choosing a gamut, you need to consider everything: natural and artificial lighting, the area of the room and its decoration. Fashion is fickle, but there are colors that do not give up positions for years.

  • White. Visually expands the space and does not cause a quick feeling of fatigue, which is typical for bright shades. Suitable for small rooms, but emphasizes the disadvantages of architecture and requires “dilution” with contrasting details to add cheerfulness and style.
  • The black. Color for those who follow current trends in design and want the kitchen to become a model of style. It is used in large spaces with a maximum of natural light and good lighting. It goes well with straight lines and concise finishes. It is contraindicated for those who do not have time for cleaning.
  • Yellow. It allows you to get a lot of non-trivial solutions, suitable for classic and modern styles, rooms of any meter, but is used only in combination with other colors. The best options are with black, gray, white, green and blue.
  • Red. Express solution suitable for spacious kitchens where the effect of "pressure" is excluded. Needs well-placed accents, is used in high-tech, classic, loft or oriental style headsets. Looks impressive in combination with radiused facades.
  • Blue. Elegant color, the choice of which requires accuracy. Not suitable for rooms with poor natural light with windows facing north and monochrome interiors. Used in tandem with warm and cold shades, it can provide both dynamism and an atmosphere of peace.
  • Brown. Special attention should be paid to brown gamma. It is impossible to remove the colors of natural wood and chocolate from the pedestal of the headset. They are a godsend for those who value practicality and solidity, versatility and comfort. Brown color is “friendly” with any facades, stained-glass windows, gilding and glass, goes well with textiles and warm shades-companions.

Determine the style

How to choose a kitchen so that it meets current trends and personal ideas about beauty? Inspired by ideas from interior magazines and seek help from a professional designer who knows how to apply bright trends in practice and think through the appearance of space.

Determine the layout option

Convenience and ergonomics depend not only on the number of free meters, but also on how competently you manage them. Useful tips on choosing a headset configuration allow you to plan your space and make even a small kitchen comfortable.

Designers offer five basic options:

Determined with the material

There are two categories of things - those on which you can save, and those on which it is better not to try. Facades - an indicator of solidity and prestige. When all the domestic life revolves around the kitchen, it is a mistake to redeem on their materials. How to choose a kitchen set correctly? Find a balance between quality and price.

  • Array Natural wood is respectable, designed to serve for decades and is perfect for kitchens in the style of "classic". Headsets from an array require solid investments and careful handling - they do not like changes in humidity and temperature, direct sunlight.
  • MDF. The most durable material that allows you to qualitatively simulate valuable wood species and produce facades of non-standard shapes. MDF offers a huge selection of finishes, resistant to deformation and moisture.
  • Chipboard. The most economical and less sophisticated option. Facades covered with film, laminate, matte or glossy plastic are aesthetically pleasing, but simple. If you care about maintaining the original appearance, it is advisable to protect them from constant contact with water, especially at the edges.

Ready-made kitchens or to order?

Manufacturers offer options for every wallet and taste. Ready-made headsets are cheaper and eliminate the need for waiting - they can be picked up immediately after arriving at the salon. Minus - the need to agree with the "imposed" configuration and standard sizes. The choice of modules is limited, the mismatch of dimensions can lead to the fact that non-working areas and corners will remain in the room.

Designed and custom-made kitchens take into account the nuances of the layout and are precisely sized. Their configuration, configuration and color do not depend on the imagination of the manufacturer, but the cost is much higher, and it will take several months to wait for production.

Conclusion

Before ordering a kitchen, it’s worthwhile to figure out “ashore”, what type of equipment the headset - modules, mechanisms, facades - you need and why, collect the best design ideas and decide on your desires. This eliminates the risk of impulsive buying.

For space and furniture to comply with the laws of ergonomics and style - contact the designer. He will find a compromise on all issues and will design the kitchen in accordance with all the details.

Small kitchens with great features

A modern kitchen allows you to create a space that meets the individual requirements of the owner. Before you start looking for the right kitchen, consider a few important questions:

  • Does the room need to? If so, then it should end before buying a kitchen unit.
  • Thoroughly think about the configuration and dimensions of future furniture, which should not occupy more than 20% of the room.
  • What equipment (including built-in and small household appliances) do you need and where will it be located? Do I need to carry pipes and sockets?
  • How much space do you need for storing utensils, food, and homemade products? Think about how you can functionally use the available space due to corner cabinets, drawers, additional shelves, additional mesh baskets.
  • Think about where the dining area will be located and what furniture is suitable for it. If the area allows, you can put a large round table and stationary chairs. In the kitchen of small sizes, you can use a folding or extendable table, a bar, stylish folding chairs.
  • Are there any non-standard corners, ledges, niches in the kitchen? How are you going to use them?

After the budget is calculated and the general wishes for the future kitchen are determined, you can proceed to a detailed study of the layout and selection of materials.

Features of the kitchen layout

The L-shaped layout is convenient for the functional separation of the kitchen space, preserving the possibility of free movement and simultaneous placement of two cookers at once in the working triangle (storage area, washing zone, cooking zone).

This is a classic option for rooms whose shape is close to a square. It is possible to optimize the use of hard-to-reach areas in corner cabinets using retractable multi-level systems.

Remont-volot.ru

Suitable for rooms of sufficient size square or rectangular in shape, where you need to place a large number of storage systems and kitchen appliances.

For comfortable operation, the optimal length of the parallel lines of the kitchen should be at least one and a half and no more than two meters, and the connecting zone between them should exceed 2.5 meters.

  mebelfeo.ru

Ideal for narrow rooms with a width of less than two meters and a total area of 6-12 square meters. For efficient use of the space under the countertop of the kitchen unit, you can place the built-in appliances, for the dishes determine the retractable system, and for - the upper cabinets.

For dogs or cats, order a special feeder that extends from the lower base of the headset.

It is best to arrange the objects in this order: refrigerator, work desk, sink, second work desk and stove. In small kitchens, a folding dining table is mounted in the opposite wall, thereby freeing up useful space.

  foradesign.ru

Such a layout can be considered for rooms with an area of at least 20 square meters. In traditional island kitchens, a table with a sink or stove is laid out in the middle, and a bar counter appears in the peninsular centers. But, of course, each owner himself decides what functions to give his island or peninsula.

The optimal size of a separate working area is a square with a side of 120 cm. The standard length of the peninsula is 120–180 cm. Usually these are two or three kitchen modules 60 cm wide.

  foradesign.ru

This is the only way to use the elongated room as efficiently as possible. Suitable for kitchens with an area of at least 9 square meters and a width of at least 2.5 meters. After installing the kitchen set, the width of the passage should not be less than 120 cm.

If you are tired of pens, select the Push to open system. The doors will respond to light touches and open silently and smoothly.

A convenient option is to place the stove and sink on one side of the kitchen, and the refrigerator on the opposite. Or, for example, a refrigerator with a sink can be installed on the left wall, and a stove with a cutting table can be installed on the right.

The only drawback of the two-row layout is the lack of a distinct dining area.

How to choose material for a kitchen set

Housing and facade of the kitchen

The most popular and budgetary materials for the kitchen today are MDF (finely divided fraction) and particleboard (particle board). Both options allow us to produce a quality product that meets environmental standards.

A special seal for the base will prevent moisture and dust from entering the kitchen furniture. It can be ordered with the headset or purchased separately.

Nevertheless, it is recommended to use MDF for facades and buildings, which can be coated with plastic, veneer, enamel, acrylic or PVC film. This material is relatively inexpensive, its structure is as similar to natural wood as possible. And due to the various impregnations and components, MDF has important properties for an aggressive kitchen environment: good resistance to fungi and moisture resistance, excellent tolerance to high temperatures.

Speaking of temperatures. Be sure to leave 2.5 cm gaps between the stove (not applicable to the built-in appliances, which are equipped with a special cooling system) and the adjacent kitchen modules. This will improve ventilation and protect headsets. The resulting gap can be closed with special overlays.

  kuhni-anons.ru

Glossy facades look very impressive, but quickly covered with fingerprints and require daily care. Give preference to matte surfaces.

If you have chosen a kitchen with non-standard or expensive facades, then when you receive an order, play it safe and be sure to check their quantity, dimensions and curvature. Even if company representatives will assure that everything is in order. After you sign the documents on receipt of the kitchen, to prove the presence of marriage will be problematic.

Countertop

For work surfaces, it is better to choose a worktop with a thickness of 6-10 cm, and for dining tables 4 cm is enough.

Remember that the load on the countertop should not be more than 23 kg.

The most practical material will be artificial stone. It is much lighter and more economical than natural counterparts, but no less durable. Artificial stone allows you to simulate any breed and create smooth countertops of the most diverse shapes without visible joints and seams.

Kitchen apron

The apron protects the walls of the working area from moisture, splashes of grease, burning and other types of pollution. The average height of the apron is 48-60 cm. The ideal material in terms of price, quality and durability is ceramic, which will last you several decades.

If the budget is limited, you can buy an inexpensive kitchen set in pastel colors, and as a design accent, choose the most effective premium apron. It will add zest to the interior.

How to rationally use the kitchen space

The most appropriate option for the kitchen is a spacious hanging cabinet with a folding door that opens upwards. In this model, you can place a dryer, shelves for storing food and utensils.

If the kitchen has interior partitions made of drywall, they are unlikely to support the weight of the cabinets. But the roof rails with hooks, mesh shelves, holders for glasses and paper towels - quite.

Use drawers and baskets that can be equipped with a well-thought-out accessory system for tidy storage and small items.

An excellent solution is the corner drawers running diagonally to the far corner of the wall. They hold three times more objects than ordinary boxes, due to the unique design.

Your headset will last much longer if the drawers of the tables are made using metaboxes (metal sides). Chipboard boxes will quickly become unusable due to moisture and the severity of the dishes.

Install in the corner cabinet systems with a carousel - shelves that rotate around a rigidly fixed vertical rod. This will save the usable area and greatly facilitate the storage of dishes in an inaccessible place.

  • When buying a kitchen, require a sales receipt and keep it throughout the warranty period (usually for two years).
  • The contract must indicate the time frame for the manufacture of furniture and the amount of penalties in case of delay.
  • Conclude a separate legal document for the installation and installation of the kitchen set in order to be able to hold the company (store) responsible. Be sure to check if the connection includes a sink, mixer, hood. Ask if the company has a service department to fulfill warranty and post-warranty obligations.
  • If the company (store) hires private individuals, find out who will bear the warranty if the collector does not get in touch or if the kitchen was damaged (for example, the neighbors were flooded due to a pipe break).
